This place is one of few to inspire a five-star review, but it has genuinely become my favorite regular spot for drinks and debauchery in the Columbus area. It's a quaint, divey little pub - brings a welcoming small-town feel to the city. Family owned and operated; I can name most of the people who work here, and they almost all know my name in return. The beer is cold, liqueur selection is adequate, food is phenomenal, and the vibe I just what I was hoping for.

Great pub where everyone is friendly and the food tastes great! It is kid friendly and they offer a small kids menu which is nice! I recommend the wings, pepper burger, and meat loaf special...it's all good and I think those wings are better than most wing chains that specialize in them! Go try them! I didn't take any food pics but I plan to go back soon!

I thought the burger here was pretty average but the fries were really good. The crack sauce was a tad too spicy for me. I would probably come back but overall I thought the food was average.

It was the best hamburger I have ever had. Our waiter was fantastic!! It was like, in one minute, we were acting like we had been friends for years.

Had a really bad breakup at the giant eagle. He had the audacity to do it then even though we drove together! So I was stranded. Yet the rainbow after the storm led me to this pot of gold called O'Reilly's pub. Never have I needed a miracle as such. Yet as the Lord led Moses out of Egypt he led to me this promised land.

This place seems like a cool little place with low tables and a decent pub food menu and... its exactly that. Will be back. And they have spooky decoration! They have poppers!

Local fave. Had to post because I’ve never seen onion rings look so good.

I enjoyed my lunch here. The burger and chili dog were both good, the beer selection was not bad, and the bartender was friendly.

This is a super old school joint. If you're looking for eclectic bougie appetizers and flights of craft beers (which sometimes I am) this is not the place. It's an awesome old school pub and diner.

Love this bar. Very cozy. Drinks are good prices. Food is awesome if you're looking for something to eat. Patio is great when the weather is good.

Cozy local bar. Great food selection, friendly staff and lots of regulars. Great place to grab a bite and a drink if you have time to kill and are alone.

O'Reilly's continues to be a favorite of mine, and is a Columbus treasure !! I always look forward to seeing the green & white sign during my trips on High Street in Clintonville. They sure don't go out of their way to make places like O'Reilly's these days. Fortunately, the original ones tend to last for many years, despite even a Pandemic. This is a well-seasoned neighborhood place, like those I have been frequenting for more than 60 years. My father provided my earliest introductions to places like O'Reilly's. Thanks, Dad !! He would've been a fan, too. The walls could tell some amazing stories !! I won't provide a detailed description. It's not fancy, but very welcoming. The people there (thanks, Beth !!) are special. She advised me that the kitchen would be restoring their excellent lunch menus in the not too distant future, which pleased me greatly. The food is good and tasty, and you might find something that you haven't had since Mom made it for you when you were a kid. If you're new to O'Reilly's, do yourself a favor, stop in and find out what you've been missing firsthand. Strike up a conversation with whoever is behind the bar (if they're not too busy) and someone sitting nearby, and at least get a plastic cup of Dave's salty redskin peanuts with your beverage. I'm guessing you'll probably go back.

Really awesome dive bar with friendly people and good service. Didn't get to try the food this time, but my friend said it was great and they often go. Not crowded for a Saturday night and has a back patio with string lights and several tables.

Been going here for about two years now and it never disappoints! Food and drinks are always good, especially the wings. I often bring friends here as the atmosphere is both lively and yet calm enough to catch up with people. Lots of seating and the staff is very attentive and friendly

Helped a friend move to Columbus and this place was recommended. Not much from the outside, but a nice pub when you walked in. Food was great. The wings "Scott Style" was the right amount of heat and flavor combined. Wings were large, juicy, flavorful, and the right amount of crunch. Fries, sweet potato fries, and the onion rings were all great sides as well. Friend ordered the Ruben, and I tried the corned beef. Very flavorful and I wish I lived close by for St. Patrick's Day, so I could enjoy the food. Buckeye Brownie Sundae was good as well. 1 buckeye, a warmed brownie, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate sauce. Will come back again, when I am in town.

This is a great neighborhood place! The staff are great and the food surprisingly good. The fish and chips are the best, the Ruben is a perfect combination and the burgers are just right. Reasonably priced and friendly atmosphere.

Great, prompt, and friendly staff. Excellent food, the kitchen was open pretty late on a Thursday and the food was hot and fresh. Good prices as well.

Cozy little dive bar. Food is a little overpriced, but good. Juke box has outdated songs and needs to be updated - if you're not feeding money into it there isn't any music :( It's convenient if you live in clintonville - a big plus. Biggest plus is smithwicks on tap.

Best local pub. Wings with Scott's Scott's sauce. Onion rings with crack sauce. Great patio. Great service.

Didn't have food this time. Good fresh Guinness. I laughed, I cried, it was better than any Disney movie.

Nice little neighborhood hang out. Couple guys out back playing great music. Nice people, good service & just a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend checking it out.

They always stay open to close, and their food is really good. Though they recently cut back on the hours the food is served which is extremely disappointing. As a bartender myself, there are only a few places that still have food when I get off work, and now this place is not on that list so I haven't been in a month.

A great place to unwind. Grab an adult beverage or a soda to go along with your delicious food selection. They offer daily specials and some of the best sandwiches and wings in Columbus Ohio. You won't find a nicer staff to serve you any place.

Let me preface this review by letting people know this is a… good ol boy bar. Despite being generally aware of this, it was near Saint Pattys Day, so our group was trying Irish sounding bars. We came in last night to grab a couple drinks. We walked in the place was pretty full, but luckily a table was open. Our party of five went to sit down but we’re told by the bartender very sternly “ONLY FOUR AT A TABLE”. We went over to the booths to find a spot for five and nothing was open, a few of my party decided to use the restroom and wait a couple minutes for a booth to open up. After a few minutes went by, no one came to ask us if we needed a seat. We asked the bartender if we could just pull up a chair to the four top. Eye contact, but no response. We all just decided to leave. On our way out, someone who worked there asked “Are you good? Why did you just come in to use the bathroom”. We told him there was no place to sit and they wouldnt let us sit at the four top. He replied “whatever, that seems awfully suspicious”. Dude was clearly tipsy too. Place seemed fine inside but just very weird how combative they were with 5 people coming for the first time and willing to spend hundreds of dollars on drinks. Seems like the clientele is just older (50-70 year old) white men so if that’s your demo, you’ll be fine. Really, the place just confirmed the reputation it has if you live anywhere remotely close to the area. Avoid this place if you’re younger, looking to have a couple drinks, have a female in your party, and want to sit down.

Think they messed up order on purpose for some reason i dont know? Lady seemed annoyed of me simply waiting for my order.. I'm an irregular customer. Burger was upside down. Fries were way over salted. Some were cold. Not ordering from again.

I wanted to love this place, which had happy guests (seeming regulars) in a local setting. There was a juke box, which I enjoyed. The menu looked good, but the corned beef on my Ruben was dry. Honestly, the thing that made it a really uncomfortable experience was when I asked for my margarita to be on the sweet side, and the bartender/server berated me for saying sweet instead of sour. Just odd.

What a gem! Didn’t realize they had poppers when I walked in, cream cheese and cheddar! Love the spooky Halloween decor, such a beautiful little spot. The bar has unique and surprisingly rolley chairs. What a treat.
