This was my first time at the pub and all the bartenders were super nice the food was really good and the customers were great I will definitely be going back to watch more football and the $3 mimosas were a nice touch I had a really good time

I did a take out order. The person on the phone was rude. When I arrived to pick up my order, they were also condescending about the bill and the fact I didn’t leave an addition tip on top of the included gratuity and snatched the signed recipe out of my hand. To top it all off, this “starter” was 7 DOLLARS FOR 8 PRETZEL BITES! And not surprising, they are as hard as a rock. This place is trash. I’d rather eat out of McDonald’s dumpster than give this place my money again.

This place seems like it could be fun, but when I went recently, the bartenders who were working just didn’t seem to want to be there. The guy seemed to have no personality and the other, who must be his girlfriend, was just bad. They were so busy touching each other and talking to one another that they couldn’t seem to even acknowledge people for several minutes and it was not busy. The girl also just had a rude tone to her voice in general. It wasn’t just with me, I noticed it with others too. I wanna say it was almost condescending. They guy was nice enough he just didn’t really offer more then dropping off drinks. I don’t know if I’ll be back. Maybe I’ll try a different day and time. I’m new to the area so am trying to find a good bar to go to regularly . The food here is good. I enjoyed the Reuben.

It's been a number of years since I've been here. In 2011, my wife and I had too much to drink. We asked the bouncer (a large Native American looking guy) to call us a cab, he refused. Then proceeded to tell us he would have our car towed if it was left in the lot overnight.

It's an okay bar. They have an outside bar/patio that is partially covered. Not a lot to do there though...no pool, no darts.

Don't order the pub sub, apparently you get only pepperoni, cheese, the bun of course and toppings

First visit. A very nice layout and tvs. Great menu and great food. We will be back.

We sat at the bar & had excellent service. Drinks were mixed to perfection with our area kept wiped & clean the entire time we were there. Love the food here!! Have never had anything we didn't like. Music was a bit too loud tonight though. 🤪😱

Went in and Morgan and the redhead waitress double teamed being rude and selective about who they wanted to help that day. Morgan even said “ everyone needs to know they are on Morgan’s time” NO. I’m on MY TIME and trying to support a business that pays you with MY MONEY along with everyone else in here. It’s crazy how bad things have gotten. Whether busy or not have the same energy of taking care of customers.. because customers take care YOU. it’s disgusting and prideful and how dare either of them act high and mighty. It’s weird and delusional. Service people, be friendly and get them in and out. And if it’s gonna be a little longer have small convos. Not hard.

Been going here for a long time, and I was sort of a regular here. Great place, great atmosphere and great drinks!! Sad to say I moved away and I definitely miss this spot😢

I have loved Hammy's for the last decade. They never disappoint. Drinks are always fab and food is always fast and hot.

Drove by this place a million times but never went in until this week. Clean and nice inside with great number of nice TVs . I was there at lunch time on a Monday but assume great for sports viewing. Prices on food and beer average. Only real deal I saw was domestic bucket of 5 beers for $15. Food was standard bar quality and like drink prices not high nor a bargain. Probably will make a 2 ND stop someday during later hours to see what the vibe is later in the day.

Decent menu. The wings were not very good, think Dominos quality. House salad however was better than average. Went for lunch and food came out quickly which was nice. They have lots of TVs, wouldn’t mind coming back for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon with football on.

This place has such a cool neighborhood bar vibe. The food we tried was great! They have a large appetizer section. We had the mushrooms and they were good. I had a buffalo chicken salad that was absolutely delicious. My husband had Buffalo chicken sliders with fries. He loved it. The fries were cooked perfectly. Prices were very reasonable too. The two girls working were great and very attentive while handling a lot of customer! They have plenty of two and four top tables. They also have a few 8 tops too. Plenty of bar seating as well. I love that they have a outdoor area too. Summer is coming!

Good variety on the menu. Wasn't too busy for lunch. Typical bar service when eating in. Price was reasonable.

I had an amazing time at the Hamilton Pub for the OSU game! The food was delicious, especially the wings and the club sandwich. The beer was served ice-cold, which was perfect. Wish the had Busch Beer but oh well. Sharing this experience with friends made it even more awesome. I highly recommend this place for a great meal, cold beer, and good times!

Love Hamilton’s! Great vibe and a great place to eat, drink and watch the big game. Our server (Lexie) was super friendly and attentive. The bartender (Michael) was equally so! The wings we ordered were amazing. We will definitely be back!

I love this place, been here for many sporting events and casual hangs with friends. The hospitality in here is infectious. Special shout out to Ian, Emily, & Michael for always being so fun, respectful and just damn good company. They always make me feel comfortable and make unique drinks. If you’re in the Gahanna new Albany area, come to Hams and have a good time!

Over all, terrible experience. From the minute I called in to place my to go order, the staff was just incredibly rude. The lady who answered the phone was degrading when I started asking questions about the menu. She would answer as if I was stupid, when really the problem is with the way the menu was written. When I got in to pick up the order, the receipt didn’t add up. It was almost $10 higher than what was actually listed on the receipt. When I asked the staff why that was, they said it was “obviously gratuity”. When clearly is wasn't obvious because it wasn’t shown on the receipt. I didn’t tip extra because they already charged a 20% tip. As I was leaving the same lady who was a rude over the phone also got aggressive with me because I didn’t tip extra.

First time visiting here. It was seat yourself when we walked in so we choose to sit at the bar. Bartender greeted us as soon as we sat. Small but easy to read menu. He ordered the Ham and Potatoe Soup to start with, and it had a nice smoked flavor. Really delicious! I got the chili to start with, and it had a kind of spicy Chipotle flavor. Also delicious! He ordered the Reuben Sandwich with a side of Cottage Cheese for his lunch. He said it had great flavor, and the sandwhich was stacked full. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with a side of Cottage Cheese. I opted to add lettuce and mayo. It had good flavor, wasn't too dry, and was also stacked full. We ended up leaving with about half of our lunches lol. Servixe was great! Drinks stayed full and staff was pleasant!! COVID guidelines were being practiced with masks, social distancing and cleaning. Restrooms were clean, smelled good and were nicely decorated. Totally dig the light pieces!! Nice Sports Classic type theme. Very comfortable atmosphere. Definitely would return!

Food was great, Customer Service was great. Outdoor seating was nice. Would recommend trying their fried pickles as an appetizer, you won't be disappointed. Their chicken wraps and chicken house salad was good as well! Great portions! ☺

Great neighborhood place to go and have a drink and some good food. Many TV's to watch whatever game you choose. They have KENO for those who enjoy to play. People are friendly. Staff is amazing every time I have visited. Nice outdoor patio for when the weather is nice.

We stopped in for a quick lunch on a Saturday and we were pretty happy. The bucket of beers was a good deal and we were happy the bartender suggested it to us. It did take a little while to get our food order taken but once it was the food came out quickly and was delicious.

First time and it was great. It was storming out and they have direct TV so all the tv's were out, just remember that if you wanna catch a game and a beer on a rainy day. I won't judge them on acts of God. I would definitely go back.

My local pub. All staff members are so personable and really take pride in getting to know you. Couldn't ask for a better place for food and drinks. Would recommend to everyone!

Great find. Although it's in a strip mall, it seems more like a neighborhood bar. Everyone is so friendly, the food is great, lots of taps. And pets are allowed on the patio!

I went when Ian and Emily were working. They did not care to check on customers at all and I had to flag them down just to get a drink. They just wanted to stand in the corner and have a conversation about something that was obviously more important than anyone sitting at the bar. Service is a 0/10

Just went in for a burger and fries for our mom. I love the atmosphere. It's definitely a place I plan to frequent for drinks.

Good staff. Usually good food. I got a basket of fries. What I got looked liked tater tots if they were skinny. A complete basket of fries the size of cigarette buts. I literally couldn't pick them up by hand. Disappointed for sure.

I purchased wings and fries and they have me old food. It was to go. I wanted to drive back up there and throw it in their face. I didn't want to get arrested. Bartender was a beauty and so kind to welcome me to the neighborhood after my move in. Went in the early afternoon and had a great set of recommendations from her and met the owner Chris. Wonderful place il be back too!

Cassy and the bar crew provided top notch service the entire time. I was constantly checked in on, and they were all very personable. I ordered the nashville hot chicken grilled sandwich and it was great! This was my first time here, and overall it was a good experience.

Owners: update your hours on Google maps. According to maps you are supposed to be open...caled 2x at 10:30 Sunday night. Your posted schedule is open tilk 2:00..no answer both times.

I’ve been coming to Hamilton’s for almost 2 years now and it’s for the most part always been great! (Nothing is perfect but they were consistent) now fast forward to the past few months and there has been an obvious decline. The food standards have jumped all over the place, the last three times I’ve ordered chicken wings and pizza they have came out tasting like it was from 3 different restaurants it’s like you don’t know what your gonna get. My BIGGEST issue is the massive difference in price from the physical menu and the bill you get, I understand that prices have gone up over the past few years but if your going to change a price have it reflected on your menu or get a heads up before ordering during the transition of receiving new menus (this can’t be the reason at Hamilton’s I’ve been paying more than menu price for 3 months no change in menu)The staff is okay but I noticed I no longer see long term bartenders like Chris and Kelly who really brought great energy to the bar. All in all I believe Hamilton’s has what it takes to be a 4-5 star pub by simply updating menu pricing, consistent product from the kitchen, dedicated FOH manager to guide daily operations and divide the work load. I’ll continue to be a regular Parton at Hamilton’s I have a lot of hope for this place and believe it’ll get back to what it used to be just 7-8 months ago idk what changed at that time but I’m sticking around to see what happens and am looking forward to updating this review

Spoke to a manager about holding a celebration of life for my mother there with more than a month advance notice. Manger was very polite and accommodating. Gave me his contact info and took mine. Said he would follow up in a week to go over details. Never followed up. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited another week before reaching out to him myself. No response and it’s been over a week. I called every single day for a week straight multiple times at different times of the day and the phone just rings and rings and goes to a voicemail that is not set up. Sent an email to the one listed on their Facebook page. No response. I wrote directly on their Facebook page. No response. Last thing I need when going through an already difficult situation is for it to be made harder for me.

Went out for St Patrick's Day for a quick bite. I am a self proclaimed potato sl.. Anyways, I love a good fry and this is a good one. Definitely double fried and delicious.

Was an alright visit. The Coke seemed like it was flat and I was getting a hint of whiskey. Our waiter did a good job

The food and drinks were standard for bar food. Maci was awful. She consistently ignored our table. When we did flag her down she rolled her eyes at me twice when I asked her to get the empty beer bottles off the table (there was at least 6 that were sitting there for an hour). Eventually I wound up having to go to the bar to get another drink. I told the bartender about the issue. Maci came to the table and said “we’ll you have full beers.” They were from the bar. She said “you should have flagged me down” and we said we’ve tried. She made the choice to ignore our table and it is some of the worst service I’ve ever received

My lady friend and myself eat here often and the food is really good as well as the service. The atmosphere seems nice as well, with a few regulars and other groups of people who seem to have fun.

Very chilled environment. Unfiltered jukebox, plenty of TVs, sitting space, good drinks. The area is still going through construction so that could be a nuisance during the day. At night, all good to go. Parking is also solid and well lit at night. Kitchen closes at 11, so be sure to be there before then if you plan on eating too.

The food is always good here but the beers on tap are not the best options, but I think they cater to what the locals like and that's what matters. The margarita and bloody Mary was not the best drink so avoid those. The beer and burger you will be happy with always. This place has great customer service and has a relaxing vibe whenever we visit once a year.

This was the first time I had been in this pub. It had a nice layout, the servers were very friendly and attentive. I also had some boneless wings. They were ok, but not great.

Keep an eye on your bank account after credit card transactions. I had several different unauthorized transactions and waitress gave herself a $6 tip after I had already tipped her in cash. Never again! Thank goodness I kept receipt but still got the run around....

We stopped in for appetizers and got the cheese sticks and the Buffalo chicken dip. Both were great.

Great burger and I love the shoestring fries! Just like at the State Fair!! The wife had the veggie burger, she loved it. I tried a bite and it was actually pretty good! Im not vegan, but I'd eat one just because of the taste. Onion rings we great! The fried pickles appetizer is literally the best I've had anyplace, including mine I make at home. Fantastic!!

I had Buffalo Grouper fish tenders and they were very good! Very hard to find Grouper in any Restaurant let alone a pub. My wife was very pleased on her birthday with there Reuben. Very nice staff and 20 big screen TVs. I only wish they had a Grouper fish sandwich but I will be back soon to try some more of the different varieties of food on the menu! 👍👍

I've been coming to Hammie's since the day they opened in 2007. Decor and staff have changed a bit, but it's the same great pub it's always been. Awesome food, drinks, sports, atmosphere, and service. If I didn't live in Cincinnati, it'd still be my go-to local hangout. We make sure to visit for an evening every time we're in town.

This place is a usual haunt for a friend and I for Happy Hours. Food is typical pub grub and it's no gourmet meal, but the beer is always cold and staff always friendly. I feel you could bring kids here, even though I never have.

It's getting overpriced. Shots very expensive for a local bar. Salads are good. Wings too bready. I went again, treated by staff on Thursday that would not even try to find an nhl game that turned out to be on espn. They didn't even pick up the remote to try to find it. So great customer service isn't on Thursday.

Wont be back. Stopped in for a quick beer and check our errand list at 12:30. Been here three times for food and found it nice and convenient. When we walked in a young lady, blond, was sitting on the outside of the bar on a stool with her leg up. Other patrons were there considering it was lunch. We sat down at the bar, the young, blond turned out to be our bartender. Talked about her "night job" and taking shots is okay. Very disrespectful. Not professionally dressed. Even a young couple walked out while we were there. I like strip clubs, BUT NOT AT LUNCH when I want to grab a beer and get on with the day. No TIP, WE WENT TO GATSBY. WONT BE BACK, NO RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THIS PLACE

I have quickly become a regular at Hamiltons Pub over the past year. The consistency of the food, the speed of service and the cleanliness has made me appreciate this local spot. I have yet to find a food item that isn’t exactly what I expected. They have rotating taps and on occasion you come across a drink that you haven’t seen in a while. The tots are top notch and they offer a countless variety of sauces for dipping. Burgers, fries, wraps…all as you’d expect. To sum it up, I highly recommend this spot for lunch, dinner and game time. Even my two (very) picky kids love coming in to welcome smiles. Say hi to Kat…I mean Sam. She’s the best!
