so i'm gonna lead with the only "negative" (and it's not even THAT bad): i think our waiter thought we were a little weird for not drinking. partner and i are both sober so we were just going for good eats. that being said, this place seems hip enough that they'll offer more nonalcoholic options, especially with that becoming far more popular lately. with that out of the way. i've never been here, and with many other saturday night options slammed thanks to UFC, the crew game, and whathaveyou, we decided to swing by with google maps saying it wasn't as busy. and though it was still pretty packed, we got a seat immediately, no problem. i will say that it is a campus bar -- so if you aren't down with college kids and modern hip-hop, you may not like it as much. but i didn't mind the vibe at all, and even with that, it's not the main event. no, the main event really is the drink selection. i may not partake anymore, but the taplist, the house cocktails, the selection of shots, they've got it all. whether you're looking for a cheap basic or something new and adventurous, they have something for you. what we came for was the food -- and lemme tell ya, they got that too. we both had burgers, but it seems like all of their sandwiches are S tier. there's something about the presentation, the selections made in accoutrements and condiments, that melds so well with the campus bar environment. being here really does make you feel like you're back in your college days. i probably wouldn't have thought much of this place without coming here myself. but this is not just another campus bar. Fourth Street Taproom doesn't seem like a place willing to settle for average -- and if you don't either, no matter what day of the week, you should give this place a look.

Power walking the nationwide children’s half marathon made me extremely hungry so I visited someplace not so busy on that Sunday that I know wouldn’t disappoint. Ordered a Breakfast burrito, berry pancakes and chorizo tacos (my friend ordered). All were fresh and the amazing amount of calories I needed after the exercise.

Close to the Expo Center, this place has the regular bar food. The house hamburger is good. The music is loud and the crowd is young. The service was friendly and fairly fast.

From Colorado, here for work. Great place to hang out, meet new people and have a good time. Mainly a college hang out, but, don’t let that stop you. My co-worker and I are old enough to be the parents to all the patrons. Went Wednesday (which is karaoke night). We had a blast! The bartenders, security, DJ, and all the students were awesome. Would recommend 4th Street as a place to visit if in the area.

I got an order of garlic parmesan wings and a Reuben. The sandwich was on point. High quality ingredients nice crispy toasted bread. Very well made. The wings were some of the best I've had recently. I asked for them extra crispy and they delivered exactly what I like. I didn't catch the name of the server we had but she was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some good casual dining.

The berry cider is the best!!! Great friendly staff. They do need to keep the bathroom stocked and get a real menu. Fabulous happy hour and super food!!!

4th street is hands down the coolest bar that’s ever existed in Columbus for so many different reasons. It has something for everyone and the most inviting atmosphere for all types of people. It has great drink specials, a great happy hour, a spacious patio, renovated bar, superior whiskey and tequila selection, 40 different taps that rotate seasonal, local, and rare craft beers. 20 different TVs from any view in the bar. Frozen drinks, signature cocktails, delectable sandwiches and we haven’t even talked about the staff or the history and tradition that’s been started here. There’s nowhere better to make friends and have a good time in a casual setting. If you have a friend group and you’re looking for a place to take them out where you will be treated like valued guests then take them to fourth street and teach them about hot bois and bosco sticks.

Food and service were great! It is located in a college area so that pretty much determines the atmosphere. However I would certainly go back again if for nothing but the hash browns!

Ordered the mango habanero traditional wings, and they were just okay. Could have been a little crispier; the sauce was kind of bland.

Cool little bar and kitchen close to OH St. campus and State fairgrounds. Good Buffalo Wings, beer selection and bar. Not a great tequila selection, but ok.

We came here after a youth hockey game. The food was amazing! I will be back every time we are in town. FYI, the McGriddle spin-off, just Wow! Thanks for the great dining experience.

This establishment is by far one of the tastiest places to eat bar food, Aaliyah is lovely and is very attentive, I always had a drink to wash down my food, napkins to clean my hands, and never had to ask for refills.

In town for the night and wanted to watch some of the soccer games. The Manager Andrew switched the TV right by me over and then fought with Aplle TV and their service for 30 minutes to get it to work right. Went way out of his way! Food was amazing drinks were ice cold and the games finally started working! Thank you for above and beyond service!

This place is part of my pregame and post game everytime I go to a festival. Reasonable prices, quick staff, and an easy place to catch an Uber.

Ordered online. Best burger I ever had so far! I’m not even a burger type of guy but man the burgers are good!

This place is a hidden gem. Yes it's a college bar but the food is surprisingly really good, and the tap list is impressive. I love within walking distance and find myself here all the time as a quick option that I know I won't be disappointed with.

Bouncer was drunk and stuffing his face with food outside and put his hands on someone. Will never be back. Absolutely do not recommend.

Super friendly service and good food. We had a good time. But the Cocktails were too strong and not that tasty.

Our waitress was sweet as can be and great at her job! The place was busy and super loud but I'm guessing that's all part of the ambiance. The food definitely did NOT disappoint. 🤤 Everything was on point.

Needed late night food and beer. Went in at midnight on a Saturday night. Was the oldest (by 2X) in the bar but it was a blast. Perfect college bar with bar food.

The chicken tenders and fries are really good. A cool place to hang out with friends and have a good time.

A "campus bar" technically, but don't let that dissuade you. Fourth Street has undergone a major face lift. Two long bars serve a wide variety of craft beer and cocktails, while the kitchen boasts food in partnership with The Crest Gastropub. Some downsides are the limited street parking and after 10:00pm the crowd becomes mostly college kids. But the prices are the best you'll see.

Some of the tastiest affordable bar food in town. The food gets better and better each time we visit. They also gave a HUGE variety of options for beer, which is awesome. Good job!

Picked this quiet off campus tap on a trip to Columbus for coaching. Incredible staff. Really good food. Really good beer. Dog friendly which is very unique and cool. Loved it enough we visited twice in two day.

Loud and rowdy. Not my crowd exactly, but would love this place if it were. Good, cheap drinks too

Ordered the wings, taquitos and mac n cheese bites. The wings were terrible, flavor was bland and slightly undercooked. The mac and cheese bites were decent. The taquitos were eatable, they had lots of meat but were sloppy and the taste was just okay. I ordered from the late night menu so maybe the full menu is better

The service here was AWESOME! More than five stars. Two of us came with a dog and they let us sit on the patio and brought him a bowl of cold water. The servers and staff were all super nice and pleasures to be around. The atmosphere was great, nice music, nice people, especially when they turned the patio lights on. The tables were clean and the plates/glasses/ were also clean. The appetizers we ordered were tasty and I loved the beer. I recommend checking it out if you have the chance.
