    I would say this is my go-to place for wings. They got pretty nice options on their menus. Their sauces are good and flavourful. Apart from wings, the last time I tried their BirdDawg and it turned out good. Have had their burger and other stuff and it's all good. They also have good offers and you can earn points on their app.

    I guess it's because I ordered a very large order. Seeing I have 8 kids i figured we would give it a try. 100 dollars I won't ever spend again. This is my ceaser salad??? and (no dressing but that's everywhere you go). The boxes in my bags were just like this one..bread on the burger was wet?? If my kids didn't eat a few wings on the way home I would have definitely brought it all back. I will never spend this much money there again. Can't say it's the worst. We normally get treated like this with all our take out though. What happened to getting what you pay for?

    I came here several times and tried BWW various items. It is a good place to watch the games but their second floor has been closed after quarantine. The food tastes could be improved. If you would like to challenge your tongues with wings, the top four flavors are spicy enough. But I have to say their wings taste mediocre, a little dry and not juicy. The best items I have tried is their burgers served with fries. Their service is always great. It comes with lots of napkins and sauces.

    Very relaxed atmosphere at this B Dub location. The Ohio State University memorabilia as well as Columbus Crew give it a custom feel compared to other locations I've been to. Food arrived to the table hot and fresh tasting with great flavors. Drinks stayed full and the house beer special taste amazing at a nice low price for the tall. I definitely plan to visit again soon!

    Had a larger party, but staff was notified in advance, only 14 top. Took 30+ minutes from arrival to see any wait staff, after an hour food came in waves. Took over 45 minutes for all food to come from the first to last dish being served. 75% of food was stone cold, and over half of the orders were served in correct. Drinks were served incorrectly and often times took 45 minutes to get another drink. Little to no reimbursement was offered for the meal. I absolutely do not recommend this location, please train your staff and reconsider the operation of this location.

    Really bad experience. Waited an hour for food on a limited menu. Waitress did not seem to care that it took forever. Finally had enough and asked for our check. Manager came by, unapologetic and asked if we would like our food to go. We told her no. Paid for our beers that someone other than our waitress bought us and left. Waitress and manager didn't seem to understand or care that we were upset about the poor service. Avoid this place if you can

    Absolutely horrible! 2hrs for food and our waitress was oblivious to the world. My kids all ask for waters (3) and she brought one. Didn't have a silverware the whole time! Had to ask for napkins several times! It was just an all-around horrible experience! It was literally the worst restaurant experience I think I've ever had in my life!

    Ordered through Door Dash and they lost my order. Instead of just remaking my order and sending it. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes. Called them she said someone stole my order and could careless. Left me on hold for 15 minutes. I would suggest you move on. Customer service is absolutely horrible

    The employees went out of their way to take care of us. Our server not only when above and beyond to make sure our experience was great but also catered to our dog which we had with us. Everything came out in a timely manner and was warm and delicious. Some of the best service I have received from any restaurant in a long time. This is the type of service ypu would expect at an upscale expensive restaurant. Way to take pride in your job! I am looking forward to my next visit to Columbus Ohio and I will be back.

    Rating the food was hard this go round. I ordered the hatch chile burger and tater tots with chipotle bbq rub about a couple weeks ago and forgot to put in my review. This time I ordered the southern chicken sandwich with tots, cheese and chipotle bbq rub. The flavor of hatch chile burger was outstanding. The seasoning was on point. My issue with it was the burger itself. So much gristle!!!! I can’t stand gristle and therefore it was inedible for me. They barely sprinkled any bbq seasoning on the tots as well. The southern chicken sandwich was bland and boring. I ordered a side of jerk sauce for the tots and ended up using it on the chicken sandwich to try to salvage it. Unfortunately, it did not help. The tots were decent this time though. I added parm cheese to them which made it better.

    Honestly surprised with how good the food was, I got a brisket burger and it was delicious. So good in fact I didn’t get a picture till after I ate the burger. I don’t think this was our servers fault, and I understand it was kind of busy, but it took about an hour a half for my friend to get his wings. Other than that however, great experience!

    Great location! Hot Wings, mozzarella sticks z& drinks were good. Their side salad was lacking with only cheese & tomatoes; lettuce was dry with big chucks.

    I forget the name of our waitress, but she did an awesome job!! She took very good care of the 10 of us while attending to another large group as well!! Thank You for Taking Care of Us So Wonderfully!! Merry Christmas, I was the guys with the Santa Hat and Ornaments in My Beard :-)

    I ordered pickup online 3 weeks ago. When I got there they said their computers had and that they didn’t have my order. They wouldn’t get a manager when multiple people asked for one. They instead said they’d refund me and wrote down my info. When I walked outside to go home I saw the manager talking to somebody behind the building instead of helping customers. Still haven’t gotten the refund and they haven’t been helpful when I’ve called asking how long it would take or if they’ve even processed it. I’ll delete or edit if they give it to me.

    Dead wrong lazy workers. They always either taking to long to make your food or your food be ice cold. Doesn't matter if you come at the correct time. Pickup is trash. My whole meal was cold and overcooked. Like how they do that? and my fries hard as hell. But it's always like this when I order from this particular location. Emoloyes just don't care enough or sum. I want My 40 dollars back at this ppoint.only reason they got 2 stars cause it's fairly queen.

    We used to enjoy this BDubs bar, fun atmosphere and consistent good quality food service. But 3 years ago, they started allowing a gentleman (possibly homeless?) sit at the bar for hours who had extremely bad body odor. Far be it from me to judge someone and their personal situation or health, but it truly makes it impossible to eat or drink there anymore. I this gentleman is there on a daily basis and we keep trying to look past it and give it another chance, but we just can’t. We won’t be going to this location any more.

    We had a large party and the service was flawless and amazing. Food was brought out as it was ready so it was perfect. It was a Sunday afternoon so it was a little slow at this place, but I still don't know how they did it with such a large party. Being from out of town, we don't know where to park, so the parking was challenging, but there was free on street parking, we just had to find it.

    Bad bad bad service. Placed an order Saturday. Missing food. Placed an order last night. Received wrong food. Call to speak with a manager today. Person who answered phone said, “Well is it important? We’re busy.” When I ran these issues by manager Anna, she said, “Well, thank you for your time.” I was very gracious and told her i understand they’re busy with new students returning and was offered no other apologies or explanations… just that one sentence. Even after explaining I couldn’t eat the wrong food delivered because of the diet i am on. I have given them a lot of my business and will no longer.

    I want to give this place some grace because it’s the biggest weekend for OSU football and they were super busy, but they did forget two sides and one of our sauces. We did carry out, so I really should have checked the bag but I shouldn’t have to, so it slipped my mind. The food was great that we did receive haha! Not too mad about it, just would’ve been nice to have the food that you paid for.

    Poor customer service I just put in a order with Doordarshan. I called and after being on hold was hung up on. I then proceeded to call back only to get an employee a girl that was extremely rude I told her I placed an order online and I just wanted Wings well done and flat. She said well it depends on when you put order in I informed her I just had done so she never asked for my name or order. She said a charge for flat I said ok. She then says she can't add it to my bill because I already paid... still fine. I said well can we at least make sure well done. I've been on phone for 10 min going back and forth needless to say we hang up and I realize she doesn't even know my order. Because she immediately wanted to tell me what they could not do. Now the order's being delivered. Whole experience was rude throw the whole employee away.

    Absolutely the worst service ever. We waited over an hour, never got our food, and told it would be “quite a while before it comes out. My wife ordered a drink and we found out they were out of all the mixers she had to drink vodka and water. Are used to be a good restaurant is now terrible

    I did not feel welcomed! Everyone is short stabbed pretty much nowadays. But we could have at least been seated somewhere until a waiter or waitress was available. We left and went to Applebee's and was seated immediately on top of feeling welcomed as soon as we walked in the door.

    Good place to enjoy a drink before kickoff of the OSU Football game. It is incredibly crowded. It is not a good place to get something to eat before the game. We inquired about ordering food and our waitress informed us that it would be at least an hour. I suppose that is to be expected, seeing as it was SO CROWDED! The bar staff was exceptionally helpful making sure that all patrons were well hydrated.

    This had to have been one of the best experiences I have had at a BWW. Tayler, the bartender, was AMAZING! I wish everyone was like her! She was attentive and definitely made each guest feel like they were there for an experience and a good time. WAY TO GO! Restaurant was clean and all the other servers looked like they were doing well and helping each other, only issue we had was one of the wings that came out on the plate was cold and super small but we dealt with that considering everything else.

    It was graduation for OSU , and we had a table of 13. They were short staffed like everyone else is ,,busy and they kept up with our table as good as they could. He did a pretty good job, I wish I would have got his name. Food was good and we really didn't wait long.

    Had some of the worst service at this place. got sat fast and got our drinks fast, ordered our appetizer and didn’t see our waitress after that. another waiter brought us our appetizer. she was taking care of her other tables but didn’t even come over to us for 30 minutes, other tables that sat after us were getting their food and refills while we just sat there. finally my boyfriend asked for someone to find our server and when they did she still took 5 minutes to come cash us out. my first time never leaving a tip for a server but she genuinely didn’t do anything for us, she seemed oblivious too, just genuinely bad service and definitely ruined our night. i wouldn’t be this upset if she wasn’t so attentive to the other tables that were right beside us, i understand food takes time and serving if definitely hard but we watched her take care of others while completely ignoring us. just ridiculous

    Food great only problem I had was that they brought my 20 wings out before they brought the rest of my family food, so I had to wait for their food to get there so I can eat, so my wings got a little bit cold but overall the food was great Wings was crispy didn't have to tell them to cook them well and the waiter was nice and she accommodated our needs since our food wasn't brought out at the same time.

    Awesome experience. We had a family of 7 and our waitress was wonderful. Food came out fast and accurate. The only real problem I had was the temperature INSIDE the restaurant. Frigid would be an understatement. I had to step outside to warm up because I was shaking from the cold. I had a tanktop, shorts and sandals. My fingertips and toes were tingling. It was like a movie theater cold. A patron informed me that the ac in the kitchen wasn't working. And as a former food service worker it totally made sense. I'll happily freeze so that the kitchen staff doesn't die of heat exhaustion. 5 stars all day.

    Waited 20 minutes to be seated with no acknowledgement. Employees walked passed several times with no type of greeting. Then after we were finally seated, waited 15 minutes. No waiter/waitress, no water, no I'll be with you in a moment. NOTHING! I understand being short staffed but then don't seat people and have someone at the door saying that it's an hour wait. We got up and left.

    This Buffalo Wild Wings has many great staff members, especially the servers working hard this first Ohio state game day home game. That being said the manager should be fired from this location and be replaced with someone competent enough to run a wing restaurant. Both levels were opened up with short staffing on servers and no one got their food for hours by us including my party. Opening up both levels while being short staffed is purely stupid and not caring about any customers. We have been here for 2 hours now and haven’t gotten our food. Fire this management the people deserve better.

    BuyOne forgot to put the get one in the bag. Called and the manager on duty was nice and said I could come in and get them if I come back within a weeks time. Wings were hot and salad was fresh but cauliflower wings were barely warm. B Dubs is a great spot but this time they missed their mark.
