My wife and I had a great meal at the bar. My wife really loved her burger (and she is a bit of a burger aficionado), and I thought their French Onion soup was one of the best I have had out in a while. The cocktails were also very good and they had a pretty decent beer selection. Definitely one we'll be back to.

I’m the guy that orders a burger at a steakhouse. That’s how much I love burgers. The Arch City Burger is the BEST burger I have ever had. I tried to be 100% mindful as I ate it, but instead I got on the horn and told my closest people that they NEEDED to have this burger. Paired with house made chips that partly crunched / partly melted in my mouth and this meal will go down as one of my all-time favorites. Top it all off with a great beer selection and friendly, attentive service… who could possibly ask for more?

Best fries in Columbus!!! I love this place. Cool environment with different pictures of an old Columbus. A nice variety of beers. Great food! I really love the Home-cut Parmesan Truffle Fries.

What a great fun place! It took a while to get in but, the wait on a Saturday night was so worth it! One of us had a delicious pepperoni pizza, another had Arch City burger, Amish Chicken sandwich and the Market Burger! All was excellent! The special blend of beef is so good! The fries were very good! Our server Megan M. Was on it! Great background dance style music 🎵! This was one of the most fun places I have been in a while!

We came here to celebrate after wedding dress shopping nearby! We went a little after 12 on a Saturday and there was plenty of seating. By the time we left, it had gotten pretty crowded. The tomato soup was soooo good. Very creamy and flavorful. We ordered the group mimosas and it comes with an entire bottle of champagne and as many flavor mixers as you would like. Great deal for the price! The atmosphere was very laid back but felt upscale at the same time. Service was good as well.

I went there with a couple of friends on Monday. The Monday deal is so great and the burgers are only $7. I tried both the one with the goat cheese and also the one with jalapeños. I liked both of them. The homemade kettle chips were so delicious as well.

Went here for brunch with my husband and adult daughter while visiting her in Columbus. She recommended it to us. The atmosphere is nice, dimmed lighting but still able to read the menu and see around the place with ease. The food was excellent. My husband ordered the pork chop and said it was cooked perfectly. I got a salad off the weekend specials menu. It had grilled shrimp, mangoes and avocados over a bed of lettuce. It was delicious! The shrimp was perfectly grilled with a lot of flavor. Our daughter ordered the Spring Salad with added salmon. She said it was really good also. We didn't order any alcoholic drinks due to our upcoming long drive back home, but the menu had a good selection of them. The history of how and why the arches were originally put up in the area was interesting to learn. We looked it up after seeing the arch on the ceiling and a mural of the arches in the city. Neat place! We'll be back next time we're in Columbus!

Went here for a game watch. Went for the ND game in the afternoon it wasn’t too crowded and they didn’t have the sound on but still a nice environment with friends. For Ohio State Game afterwards it was much busier turned on the sounds of the game. The staff and bartenders were very very friendly. Prices were on par with what I saw other places. I would return here.

I walked in to give the Tavern a shot and because I hadn't eaten lunch and was quite hungry. The restaurant was about half-full, and the friendly hostess seated me at the bar. In fact, she recommended a seat closer to the front door where I could enjoy a partial view of the Sun setting while still sitting in the shade. Very thoughtful! My Amish chicken sandwich with chips hit the spot, and my two flight-sized beers - the Arch Tavern lager and Homestead porter - were also refreshing. The price was right for the quality of my food/drink plus overall experience. Very good atmosphere for a chill or intimate outing for a group of friends.

Great food and drink menu , really good service, and cool interior design. One negative is the pricing. I understand you pay for quality but some of the food seemed to be overpriced simply because of location. That being said I would highly recommend this place. The Lamb sliders were delicious and packed a lot of flavor into a small sandwich.

The tavern is obviously in a historic building. The hamburger was delicious, and the truffle fries were good. The moscow mule has a very strong ginger beer taste (which I like), but it may be too strong for some. The wings were good but needed more flavor variations. The mixed drink menu needs to be larger. Overall, it's pretty decent.

I really like this place. Great gastro pub type food that is pleasantly prideful of their culinary creativity. Yes, a lot of alliteration to make your mind as happy as your belly will be (and your taste buds). Awesome happy hour for deals on food and drinks - had the Smoked Tavern Old Fashioned, it was good but not super stellar. Got the pork sliders with truffle fries - absolutely delicious. Service was great, food came quick and overall had a great time. Came back two days later just to drink beer. Will be back!

The food is so good!!! We sat down and we didn’t know what beer to order because their menu has so many options, a good portion of which are Ohio breweries. Our waitress made some excellent recommendations for both the food and drinks. We started off by sharing an appetizer, the brie en crute. The flavor was fabulous and we got off on a great start because the entrees (our sandwiches) were even better! I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup sandwich with a side of truffle fries. The grilled cheese was on an herb focaccia which blended great with all the ingredients . Both the tomato soup and truffle fries were perfect. My friend ordered an Amish chicken sandwich who he said was extremely delicious. The location itself gave a nice hip vibe and the music choice for the evening was also great. Really happy with the entire experience.

Arch City Tavern is a cool spot to get something to eat at! This was my second time visiting ! During happy hour , I got the Brussel Sprouts and Southwestern Egg Rolls . Which were pretty good. I got the Arch City Burger . Which was very flavorful. If you are looking for a place to try. This is your sign to go and check it out!

If you’re looking for a mix of hometown plus comfort food this is it. I loved the lobster Mac. Also the Reuben eggrolls were 3.8/5 pretty solid taste. My guy is BIG on texture and he said it was a hit. I wish that the dipping sauce had a little something else, maybe heat, maybe more salt…But overall pretty tasty. I love love love the decor. The pictures, the murals, everything points back to Columbus history and I love it. Staff 10/10. People came to watch the game and they did. I think this would be a perfect first date kind of place. The burger was hyped up online but I thought it was ok. Needed more flavor 2.8/5. Overall nice restaurant, nice ppl. We will be back.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with 2 friends. All of our meals were excellent! We got pasta, the chicken sandwich, French onion soup and a burger. Their homemade chips were delicious - seasoned and slightly spicy! Can’t wait to come back and try some other items on their menu.

The food was pretty good! My wife’s Nashville Chicken sandwich was great. I got the grilled cheese which was good as well. I give 4 stars because of how loud and crowded it was as well as waiting 30 for our check after finishing our food.

One of the best burgers I've ever had! Please go check this place out, it's totally worth it! And the pizza was great as well.

Really good food! I got a pic of the Rueben egg rolls (really good!), but forgot to take a pic of the salmon sandwich (also really good).

Busy, for a reason! Reservations are available and I highly recommend if you can get your foot in the door to sit down and eat, don’t pass up a chance to try the Parmesan, parsley and truffle oil fries w chili aïoli absolutely to die for. I really enjoyed my burger, and would come back again for the lobster mac & cheese in a heartbeat. During happy hour it was bustling and lively, made for a great lunch in the city! Definitely stop here if you can.

Arugula salad with chicken was delicious. The chicken was juicy and charred but not dry or over cooked. The dressing was gloppy and a bit weird for a vinaigrette, but I went with it. My husband had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and the whole roasted jalapeño was the star! It was a busy night, but service was excellent. They changed the Brussel sprouts recipe since the last time we were there…boo! They were crispy but very dry and much less flavor. I’d pass on those. Overall, a fun place though. Always good people watching in this area :)

Had to wait a little bit since the place was very busy on a Saturday night, but the food was very good. I would have gotten a second beer while waiting for the food if it wasn't $7 a draft. Arch City Burger was delicious as were the truffle fries - didn't have the chips so not sure if the fries are actually worth the $3.50 upcharge or not. Also tried the grilled cheese and tomato bisque which was solid and an interesting take on a grilled cheese.

A nice place with relaxed atmosphere. The food options are diverse. The service is superb. The missing star is for the minimal portion of lobsters in the lobster mac n cheese and for the average size and taste of the burger.

I tried their Jalapeno Burger and Fried Egg Burger and both were awesome! They have a wonderful selection of draft beers that you should try. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you like spicy food try their Southwestern Spring Rolls!

This is a great bar but truthfully like many others in the short North. Still very much worth going to. Good happy hour specials and quite a good beer selection. I also got a glass of red wine that I enjoyed. There $7 Monday hamburgers are phenomenal.

I thought the food here was solid but not great. I wasn’t really wowed with either the burger or fries. They had good service, the waitress did a good job. The lighting seemed a little off, even considering it’s a bar. A bit too dark. I’d definitely come back again.

My wife and I decided to try this place because they were known for their Brussel Sprouts. We were seated quickly despite the large crowd and were able to comfortably seat near the back by a window to appease our covid concerns. Great food, and great service was provided. We got lamb and pork sliders with truffle fries, and yes the Brussel Sprouts were amazing!

Saturday night was my first visit to Arch City. Busy, but relaxed - I got the feeling that most of the patrons had been there a thousand times. A mature, cultured, and unpretentious atmosphere. The food was outstanding and all my friends loved their cocktails. But I was most impressed with our server, Maggie. She was authentically warm, punctual, and enthusiastically professional. Exactly on time when we needed her help, and not hovering the table when we didn't. Wonderful stuff. By the end of the night it felt like I had been there a thousand times myself - thanks again Mags. We'll be back to see you again very soon!
