We were so glad to find a dog-friendly restaurant in the German Village. The food and service were great. Their burger special on Mondays can't be beat! $6.99 for any burger and sidewinder fries. It was cheaper than ordering kids meals for our kids. They even have a chicken or beef plate on the menu for dogs.

Absolutely incredible sports bar! We came in on a Saturday to watch the Auburn game. The game wasn't on any of the TV's so the owner/manager brought us up to the top floor to try and put it on a tv there. They didn't have the channel but it was thought that counts. All the bartenders and staff here have the same friendliness and helpfulness! The food was also AMAZING!! The shepherd's pie was out of this world. Great selection of draft beers too. Even if the Auburn game isn't played here I'll definitely be back every weekend just for the experience and great food.

I would like to begin by saying that this is the first time I have felt the need to write a review on a restaurant. And it is because of the horrendous way the manager tonight treated my grandmother. Now buckle up because I’m going on a rant. To give a little context, my grandmother and her team just won the senior national games and were coming here to celebrate. First impression, one of my grandmothers teammates picked up a rag and started cleaning off the tables. One of the staff could have easily offered to clean it for her instead. But I cleaned it for her, no problem. (Now the next table we took they had to ask if it could be cleaned) Our waiter was kind and funny but then the food came out, everyone but my grandmothers. She was first to order and last to receive her meal. Even tables that were seated after us received their food. After asking three times why her food had not arrived yet, one of the waiters responded that the order was messed up. As someone who has worked in food service, I understand that during dinner rush something is bound to get messed up especially with such a big party. Again no problem, but as my grandmother kept waiting she asked when it might be out. And that is when the manager said (VERY RUDELY) “well you didn’t have a reservation for 40 people.” And he asked if she wanted to cancel the order, which she did not because she was hungry and had already been waiting all that time. This was a completely unsolicited comment. Moving on, when her food finally came out, she was given the wrong dressing. But at this point she just wanted to eat. Then came checks. It took my grandmother’s teammate three times to finally get the receipts. AGAIN everyone, but my grandmother received their checks. When my grandmother asked our waiter for the check, he said he could not take care of it (which confused her). Then brought out the check. And she then politely pulled the manager to the side and asked if anything was going to be comped due to everything that had happened. That is when the manager decided to crumble up the receipt and say “I asked you about it, why are you being such an asshole” And my grandmother walked away, which shows how mature she has been throughout this interaction. If I had not left 10 minutes prior, he would have seen what rude actually is. The only thing that saved this review was the other staff, minus the manager of course. The bartender was efficient and made good drinks. I ate the Chicken Guac and honestly expected better but the fries were good. Additionally, someone brought out shots for the team, (which was very kind). However, the very specific targeting of my grandmother, the not so passive aggressive comments, and the deliberately profane way the manager addressed her. Was very unprofessional.

On a rainy Sunday night I came inside and sat down at the bar. I tried a few local beers, both of which were fairly good. I also got the potato skins which were great with the extra bit of tomato on top. It would've been nice to sit outside, but it wasn't manageable that day. Still, I enjoyed hanging out at this place.

Great vibe for both a relaxed work event and time with my family!!! I love that I can bring my fur Baby to hang out - they have a dog plate special for her too on their patio. The live music was a nice touch!!! My family of 5 (some can be picky) enjoyed the meal. Thank you Gressos!!!

Not gonna lie, a little disappointed. My pizza was burnt, the floor and carpets were filthy. The OHIO STATE rug in front of the bathrooms was not even red anymore. I just felt like I was eating in my garage ( with 20 tv's)

The food was good, they have crazy giant curly fries for a side that were crunchy on the outside and perfectly fluffy soft in the middle. The patio is open for dogs so we could bring our golden while we ate.

My spouse and I came in for dinner. She had the burger. Loved it! I did not enjoy my wings. I was informed of their wings through Facebook. They were not crispy at all. Texture was like rubber. My wings were also undercooked. I found a little blood inside one wing. Would not recommend the wings.

Went there for the first time on St. Patty’s day and had the WORST customer service experience. It was very busy which is understandable. But, we stood out on the patio for 15 minutes, confused as to where to go to order food and not one single employee even recognized our existence. Annoyed but still understanding due to the crowd, my husband and I went to the bar. There was only one bartender and we didn’t even get acknowledged yet again for 20 more minutes. When the bartender finally got to us, we were told we cannot order food at the bar and we needed to go outside (where we originally were). We went back outside, still a little lost, and asked a waitress for help. This waitress came off completely annoyed and said “well if you can find a seat (there were no open seats) just sit down and one of us will get to you eventually” and walked away before I could ask what we do if there is no open seats. Needless to say, being dismissed from a place we are actively trying to give our money too was infuriating. I understand being busy but I don’t understand the complete lack of customer service displayed by every employee we interacted with. We left and quickly found a bar down the street that immediately had us seated, handed us a drink/food menu, and actually seemed happy to have customers. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy being ignored.

Went for the first time to watch Thursday night football. Service was fast and friendly even though is was very busy! Nice beer selection! My Rueben sandwich was awesome! Thick sliced corned beef straight from the kitchen! Best I've had in my Columbus visits! The curvy fries were fried perfectly and piping hot and were a pleasant surprise! Great food and atmosphere made for an enjoyable evening!!!

We had so much fun on the front patio! We ate lunch and drank beers. They are Dog friendly and they have food on the menu for dogs. My wife said that her steak salad was amazing. My fries were hot and fresh. Beers were ice cold. Burger was okay. I would try something different next time. Our dog enjoyed his hamburger/carrots/cucumber.

Good place for outdoor seating in the summer. Good food and great drinks. Waitress was very kind and had good suggestions. Dog friendly patio.

My burger was fantastic! Go on Mondays when they're on sale! The server acknowledged me quickly and checked on us at all the best times. Kudos to his hard work! They also had Great Lakes Christmas Ale on draught! Super yum! The only negative was my glass of water smelled like well done burger with a hint of burnt plastic. Had someone else smell it and they said it did have that odor, which, for me is unappetizing.

Love this bar. Great place to bring the dogs in the summer. I love their fried banana peppers. The owner is always very nice as well!

One of my favorite bars in the city. Can’t beat their wing deal on Wednesday’s. Best mozzarella sticks around. Friendly staff and solid service.

Fantastic fries and good service. Didn't really like the chicken guac Sammie. Was very dry. Food had a 3% processing fee. Street parking oy. Nice outdoor patio . Steelers bar.

I was optimistic about this restaurant that I've heard great things about. However the only thing that served was a heaping pile of disappointment. My wife and placed a solid order of food. My mistake I guess I should've ordered a sandwich because I ordered a pizza. All the food minus my pizza came out quickly. After sitting there for 30 minutes still no pizza. The waitress checked on us and looked puzzled as my pizza was not there. She went to the back to find the missing pizza. Well the cook burned it and was making another one. As we sat for another 20 minutes and still no pizza we asked for our check, paid and left. I can't even pretend that I will be back as I can't imagine in a restaurant with about 35 people in it. Nothing but poor communication and the waitress just said " but he just put the pizza back in the oven" sorry but I don't have another 45 minutes to wait. Greatly disappointed in the way this was handled.

The food here is delicious. I was with a party of six including myself and I ordered the Wings. The Wings were some of the best wings I’ve had. They were cooked to perfection and sauced skillfully with care of the proper process. As good as my meal was, I would’ve easily traded with anyone else in my party as their meals passed my eye appeal test for possible tastiness. The mozzarella sticks are also top notch. They’re Cooked splendidly and paired with a perfect marinara partner. The environment is sporty and cozy as a kitten. The only upgrade I can imagine is a upgrade in the seating and table selection. We were placed on a plastic folding table not giving the dishes the proper foundation of respect they truly deserve. Some hardwood tables would do well here. All in all the pricing was more than fair and service was excellent. The Ohio Valley theme was a pleasantly unexpected surprise for a person born, raised, and still residing between Toronto and Shadyside.

Our favorite German Village hangout spot! Great food, especially the wings, chicken tenders, and their famous pierogis! Good selection of craft beers on tap and all the liquor you could ask for. Perfect spot to watch some sports or have a get together

Table of 3. Food was never brought out for 1 of us but still makes them pay for the their drink. Food was cold. Chicken wrap was nasty. My stomach hurts after leaving the place. To top it off, they have one of the grossest restrooms I've seen in a long time. Someone get a health inspector in this building.

The potatoes and mozzarella sticks were solid. The gyro wasn't bad, but they didn't put in the two extra tzatziki sauces. Not sure if I had to order them, but they were missing.

So first I’ll start off by saying.. please don’t have your workers drinking on the job.. we walked in and nobody even I greeted us at the door it took the Kid in the front 5 minutes to even say how could he help. THEN finally found a table and some random guy walks over and starts yelling about kids should not be in here because of the environment which made no sense because there was a little boy about 4 years old in there. Please do better!!

I was traveling from out of town and decided to stop for dinner based on some decent reviews. Boy was I mislead. The food was horrendous... Started off with the Famous perogies. Yeah. Sure. if you want to call Mrs. Ts perogies from the local freezer section acceptable I suppose, but please rename them. I also got the Shepherds pie...what a mistake. It consisted of bland unseasoned mixed steamed frozen veggies, Bland boiled potatoes, topped with a brown clumped gravy packet. What a Regret...do not name this Shepherds Pie. Lastly I got the cheesecake. It looked promising but upon the first taste, it tasted how an old, dirty restaurant fridge smells thats unkept. Unacceptable. You need some culinary direction, and support. This ain't it. Stick to drinks and leave the food alone. Near 50 bucks wasted. Smh.

My husband and I went for the 1st time on Friday, returned on Monday due to burger special $6.99 for any burger. Both meals on both days were sooooo goooood. This has become a restaurant we will add to our rotation. There is a stench in the air that we attribute to how old the converted old home is..at least 100 years old. The decor is eclectic and the German Village neighborhood is amazing. Go, go, go!!!

Tasty food but good luck getting anyone to wait on you. I’ve eaten their food in the past and it was always good. The wings especially. This is the first I’ve tried to go and sit down at the restaurant and I couldn’t get anyone to wait on us. We waited maybe 5-10 mins without receiving a menu. And we had spoken to a waiter about where to sit. He saw us sit down. Made eye contact with us several times and nothing.

I came for Ohio valley night and got the comments fish dinner. When the fish and French fries were served I also asked 42 pieces of bread and made a Sandwich because there were 2 pieces of fish on the plate. My tea set empty for a real long time, I never did get a refill. The DiCarlos pizza I saw coming out of the kitchen looked really Good.

They even have dog plates on the menu so that you can let your pet enjoy a meal with you. They have chicken and beef options. I tried their pieorgis and the ruben sandwich. Both were decent. The ruben was a little dry but had good flavor.

If you want to experience a real football bar like you see in the commercials where the energy is good and the fans are happy to be there to root for there favorite teams then look no further. The food, the alcoholic drinks, and the staff are all amazing here. Hard to find a spot during primetime games so make reservations or be open to sitting and meeting new friends as they ask if politely to fill more seats! Made some great friends there. Everything on the menu is very delicious! Especially the mozzarella sticks, pizza, and pierogies!

The owner of this place is a great person. But for a bar tender and one of the server the one that think she's a pretty one?if u have accent as a gig driver they will make u unwanted make u feel like not a humans being. Very rude person I have ever come across as a server or bartender. All I can do I feel sorry for the hate that u have for foreign people that just trying to work. Also I hope ya travel abroad with the same nasty attitude and see how that go.I won't never ever go to this place to pick a order and will advice other that I know not to.

Seems like a cool place. We sat on the patio. The music (radio) was way too loud at first. They eventually turned it down so others must have thought so as well. The server was nice but slow and forgetful. As an example when I ordered my drink she asked if I would like ta all or short glass. I asked for tall and she brought a short one. I normally wouldn't mind, but why ask if you aren't going to bring what the customer told you when they answered your question. Every time we asked her for something it took two times. Again, she was very sweet but service was below average. Food was decent.

I've drank at the bar many times here and I've always had great service. I decided when it was time for me to have a real estate event I would inquire about renting one of their spaces. They did not disappoint! Bayleigh our server for our event was super attentive. She managed to work the downstairs dinner rush and keep our food and drinks coming the entire 2-hour event. I'm already ready to plan my second event with Gressos

Probably the worst food I’ve ever had in Columbus, and I’ve been here for almost 40 years. The potato skins were soft and mushy and the sour cream was warm and runny. The pizza was pretty bland and the tomatoes looked like they were picked about 3 weeks too early. Bad news here.

The food is phenomenal here. Little pricy but Fresh & Tasty! From their Pizza, to the wings. They have some Loaded pork sweet potato WAFFLE fries that’s a must try for loaded fry fans. The best sized mozzarella sticks I’ve ever seen with the best seasoned marinara ever. Very good Philly cheese steak with what I call spiral fries! My goodness this place was a great find for me and my family. Alcoholic mixed drinks are on the soft side but they do have a great atmosphere and outdoor patio and great set up overall. Plenty of TVs and even have a heated porch.

Best cheese sticks in the city and amazing pierogis. Come here often for good drinks and nice atmosphere. If you’re a Steelers fan you must come here for a game. I came here to watch a Bengals -Steelers game and had a blast. (I am Bengals Fan). Everyone who works there is kind and the bar has a fun vibe. The patio is awesome for Buckeye Gamedays. Dog Friendly! We have two dogs and they love the patio. Menu has a pooch platter for dogs and I can’t find a place around Columbus that has food on the menu just for dogs. Upstairs can be rented for parties or gatherings. We had our engagement party upstairs and it was a blast!

Abby is a fantastic bartendress! She's makes a killer margarita, used our names in conversation (this is more important than you think) and generally made sure we were always happy and taken care of. 5 stars for her!

Today was my first time I felt uncomfortable at the restaurant been coming here for 6 months or more. They wanted to play the race card because some people were coming in smelling like marijuana. This is 2023 is normal. the female bartender is very rude and doesn't want to serve you. they are watching what people are tipping saying it's not enough. they remember our group of peoples checks. and was mad she only tip a couple dollars because she had two shots. today i felt like everybody was starting at us while we was waiting on the food, rush with our food.
