BEWARE! I went in yesterday and the experience was awful. After ordering over the phone and them advising it would be 20 minutes of course 25 minutes later when I went in it was not ready. It took about ten additional minutes and that’s fine. Got to my destination and there was hair going throughout the sub. I called and advised and there was no apologies. She immediately put me on hold. Then picked the phone back up and told me to come back and they would remake it. I went back and the staff had terrible attitude literally saying “oh well.” Then when I asked if they used hair nets they said rudely, “NO.” When I told them all having long hair in food service they should they told me to talk to the manager. The manager stated if I didn’t like it I could talk to the general manager, but refused to give the general managers info. They all said their general manager did not require them to wear hair nets and THEY DID NOT HAVE ON ANY GLOVES. I liked this place, but I felt consumers should know this people are disgusting and me and other customers watched them make the food with no gloves or hair nets. I was shocked and sad because I could never eat there again knowing how nasty they are. Devon was the name (I believe) given of the nasty host at the cash register.

Perfect crust, sweet amazing sauce, great customer service. If I could make a complaint it would be I wish other companies would have this kind of hospitality. My first time visiting and I will most certainly be back.

Actually!! They get no stars. I ordered a veggie pizza. Which they sent a cheese pizza. Which I never order am all cheese pizza. They did not want to make the pizza right. They was suppose to return my money. I am still waiting for my money. When I returned the pizza. They customer service sucks because they are rude and liars. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I recently had a business outing and selected Dawghouse Pizza as our spot. We were a group of 5. We ordered our drinks, placed our orders for our meals to dine in, the bartenders were changing shifts and our server/bartender requested we cash out. We waited for literally one hour for our meal and would have been longer if I didn’t go to the register, show them my receipt, and show to them it’s been an hour. Our food was in a hot glass box behind the register. We were totally forgotten and we paid for our meals.

Great pizza. Everything was fresh. Drinks were generous. Nice place to hang out

Sub was just ok but cheap so it is what it is the pizza seems to have changed it use to be so good we got a trio pizza extra cheese and extra sauce and it's like barely any sauce was used it all so honestly it was pretty trash because you could only taste the toppings and cheese which weren't to flavorful either taking a break from dawghouse for a while

My bf & I both got pizza Subs with a few extra toppings added and they were Amazing both in taste and packaging. We didn't stay long due to getting our food to go but the atmosphere seemed that of a bar/pub on a weekend night.

Pizza is good! Bar is okay, they let you play whatever music on jukebox which is a huge plus for me. Only the bartender technically serves you and there is only one usually even on busy nights. So not the best bar service. I only really come for the pizza which is priced good and good quality from the three times I've tried. No complaints !! At least Try the food!!

This is a highly recommended spot where you can enjoy any environment with refreshing drinks and amazing food! Not only are the drinks amazing, but the people behind the brand are even better. You won’t be disappointed here. Buckeye Vodka LOVE working with these folks.

The Best pepperoni pizza in Columbus in my opinion!! I’m obsessed 🤩 I love that they have new pizzas and menu items themed for each month. Also, I actually enjoy the recording when you call them to order!

It's always GREAT everytime we go here!!! We've tried a LOT of things and they were all amazing, all except gyros. They didn't taste bad or anything. They were just skimpy, especially for the price. Best pizza and meatball subs!!!

Not sure what they are doing. But the orders are getting smaller and prices higher. I think I'm done ordering through here. Been ordering food from here for 7 or 8 years 2 or 3 times a week. 16 boneless wins $15 and got 16 chicken nuggets.

It's a pretty ok place to watch the game and socialize, however yesterday 10/7/23 the bartender possibly owner had harsh words among one another that ultimately inclined the male customer to jump over the counter and punch the female worker in the face. Both parties were wrong. The customer was unhappy because he saw someone after him get his food and he expressed it but not offensively until the female associate came to where he was and gotten loud with him and told him to leave her bar. He said No and paid for his food she said then I will refund you if you don't leave. He got up went out then came back in shortly to get his food. They had words again. He said he will send someone to beat her butt, she started clapping at him saying do it aggressively, he said f her she said f him more words than fight. She really had a chip on her shoulder though because she put someone else out as well for not being pleased with the service. The male was out of line putting his hands on a female and her tone and behavior was demeaning. This incident will not stop me from going back but hopefully the staff can have a cleaner tone and response to customers that are not happy with the service to avoid this type of incident. It's apart of the job to De-Escalate a problem not escalate the issue

Let me say this place is usually 5 stars without a doubt. Customer service is always good at pick up and delivery. I obviously caught them in a bad night. Ordered 24 wings well done with sauce on the side and xl half and half. The order was correct, even came in the time window it was promised. The quality was terrible. The pizza was over cooked, cold, and dry. The lid on all the sauces came off and spilled in the bag, and the wings tasted like old grease. In their defense, I did request well done… unfortunately this is what a waste of $50 looks like at the end of a long hard Saturday.

Excellent pizza, wings, and potato skins. The pick up line was busy but they got to us very quickly. Can't wait to go back!

OMG....my Husband just brought this pizza home. So good! The crust is so good. The toppings are phenomenal! They definitely put your money worth of toppings. The sauce is good too! This was our first visit! We will be back!

I was excited about trying this place. Decided to do a pick up order. It said it was going to take 30 minutes so my boyfriend decided to go early to get a drink. He was not served at the bar, nor did they even acknowledge him. He had to ask about my pick up order twice!!! That just doesn't sit right with me. The pepperoni pizza was good.

Delivery took 1 1/2 hours, which is fine because they mentioned that when I called and placed my order. Driver was friendly so was whoever took my order. I got a large “Works” pizza and 12 wings. Wings were good, it’s almost impossible to have wings delivered and still be crispy. Only got 10 though, so not awesome. Pizza was very disappointing. Not cooked all the way through, not a crispy edge on it (minus one, see photos). Plenty of eh sausage, decent pepperoni, somehow soggy peppers, and nearly no mushrooms. Driver and phone gal make up two of the four stars in this review. One goes to the wings, the other for being a local spot and not a chain. Deserves 3 for the one star pizza, but I don’t have it in me. With this review while waiting for my pizza to finish cooking in my oven

This is a highly recommended spot for a delicious lunch or dinner with friends and family. The real winner is their Ohio-made cocktail made with Buckeye Vodka! The food is amazing, and the people behind the bar are even better!

We ordered Italian subs for lunch. We went and picked them up. The subs were great. The place was clean, I could see the Cook working in a very clean kitchen. Friendly staff.

The sauce is missing flavor along with the crust, straight garbage... The wings were barely ok, I ate them cause I was hungry... I paid for so I ate it, the damage is done, I wont eat there again... I had to give them one star to post, and they shouldn't have gotten that...

My favorite pizza in Columbus! This has to be one of the best in the area. Reasonably priced with heaping extra's. You can go in and have a drink while waiting for your food. The staff is friendly and helpful. I order take out often & would recommend to all pizza lovers!

Was a little disappointed last time I got my sub it was a lil Soggy, but the food is Normally REALLY GOOD, and it's a nice place to grab a quick drink if you want one, BUT doesn't seem the same since Covid hit.

Food is good but they never answer the phone. This is my 3rd time trying in 2 weeks to order food. On hold for 15 minutes, no one answers. I’m done!

Nice place, nice bartender, good food but the customer that took my set while I walked outside for a minute, with my food and drink sitting Still at my seat, she took it!! She was a nasty person and just rude!! We left after that. If that's how the the customers are in that establishment, we Won't be back..

I must have gotten a bad pizza the flavor was really off doesn't taste like it I was custom too. And the crust was under cooked. May not go back for awhile

Terrible delivery service we ordered our pizza $97 at 11am it is now 1:15 and we still have not received our pizza. I will never order from this place again. We are regular customers from a business within 5 minutes of Dawghouse pizza. They lied about it being on the way at noon said it was delivered to the wrong address. Terrible terrible terrible. Never again ordering from them🤬

We picked up a large Taco pizza that looked amazing and smelled as good as it looked. When we got home we had the pizza and it was delicious. I can't wait to go hack.

Place a order for potato skins, was fine with the two hour wait. After two hours called to see what was going on. Was told that their driver had already delivered my order which never have he either gave my order away or tossed it.

They have delicious pizza. It's our favorite.

I've liked this place in the past but this time wasn't great. We made an online order and had to wait an extra half hour later than we were supposed to for our food. Ordered Philly steak subs and they were okay but we had to pay for each additional topping and they forgot my mushrooms.
