I
feel
very
conflicted
about
leaving
this
review.
In
general
I
don't
usually
leave
bad
reviews
unless
I've
been
treated
very
badly
but
in
this
case
I
found
myself
so
disappointed
I
felt
the
need
to
say
something....Let
me
start
with
this
caveat.
I
ABSOLUTELY
LOVE
WOLF'S
RIDGE.
It
is
hands
down
a
top
2
brewery
for
me,
and
their
taproom
is
always
a
great
time.
The
food
in
the
taproom,
everytime
I've
had
it
has
been
delicious,
and
their
beer,
in
particular
their
stouts,
speak
for
themselves.
The
staff
is
always
warm
and
friendly
and
clearly
well
trained,
and
that
held
true
in
the
dining
room
tonight
as
well,
as
our
food
came
out
efficiently
and
looked
absolutely
fantastic
on
the
plate.
Unfortunately
I
found
myself
so
unbelievably
disappointed
in
the
quality
of
the
food
we
were
served.
I
have
been
wanting
to
do
a
sit
down
in
the
dining
room
for
a
long
time
and
have
followed
all
the
mouthwatering
photos
on
instagram
for
quite
some
time
as
well,
so
I
was
extremely
excited
to
sit
down
and
finally
have
a
chance.
Everything
LOOKED
gorgeous,
but
our
scallops
were
raw,
and
I
don't
mean
cooked
lightly
to
preserve
tenderness,
I
mean
cold
in
the
middle
fresh
off
the
boat
raw.
My
sister's
duck
was
way
over
salted,
and
the
parsnip
puree
it
came
with
had
a
very
off
putting
taste.
The
soft
cheese
we
ordered
would
have
been
fine
except
it
came
out
so
covered
in
nuts
and
syrup
you
could
barely
see,
yet
alone
taste
the
cheese
itself,
and
it
was
served
with
nothing
to
scoop
or
smear
it
on
despite
the
description
of
it
being
served
with
fried
bread
(turns
out
that
meant
a
few
crumbles
of
fresh
croutons).
Lastly
my
lamb
shank
pot
pie.
A
stunning
mound
of
visual
goodness,
served
on
a
fluffy
split
puff
pastry,
rest
on
a
velvety
pool
of
red
wine
demi.
Except
the
meat
was
so
tough
and
chewy
I
had
to
give
up
on
a
few
hunks,
and
the
demi
was
overpowered
by
salt
with
a
slight
red
wine
finish....We
spent
alot
of
money
tonight
and
we're
very
disappointed.
I
say
all
this
to
say,
I
know
this
staff
and
this
restaurant
can
do
so
much
better.
I
will
ALWAYS
be
a
patron
of
the
taproom
and
will
continue
to
sing
praises
about
the
staff,
the
marketing,
the
beer,
their
delivery
service
and
so
on.
However,
I
don't
know
that
I
will
be
paying
another
visit
to
the
dining
room
unless
it's
for
a
few
drinks
and
maybe
a
burger.
