You're
paying
for
authentic
food
cooked
by
someone
with
more
than
4
decades
passion
behind
them
and
a
nostalgic
experience
where
you
feel
like
family.
Owners
are
very
involved
and
it
shows
in
the
quality.
George,
owner,
shared
his
background
and
stories
with
us;
how
he
has
over
40
years
chef
experience
behind
this
menu.
DEFINITELY
TRY
THE
SAUCES!
They
are
not
named
as
they
are
homemade,
take
forever
to
make
and
are
indescribably
delicious.
They
name
the
sauces
by
the
color.
Our
favorite
was
the
yellow
sauce
that
came
with
the
fries
but
the
2
different
green
sauces
were
fantastic,
also.
We
got
some
red
sauce
to
go
as
we
didn't
have
it
with
our
dishes;
that
says
something,
sauce
so
good
we
got
some
to-go!
Only
reason
for
4
stars
is
the
service
didn't
match
the
food
quality.
In
her
defense,
it
did
seem
like
she
was
new
but,
if
so,
she
should
have
had
some
help.
Went
15
mins
after
being
sat
before
we
were
able
to
place
a
drink
order
but,
we
are
100%
glad
we
stayed
and
got
to
experience
the
great
food.
My
girlfriend
got
the
best
plate
option
available,
in
my
opinion,
the
BANDJE
PAISA
because
it
was
basically
a
sampler
of
everything
-
definitely
shareable
for
two;
unless
you're
my
girlfriend,
in
which
case,
I
got
a
few
sample
bites.
Everything
was
delicious
on
her
plate.
I
got
the
CHICHARRONES
MODERNO,
and
enjoyed
it.
The
bandje
paisa
actually
has
a
small
portion
of
this
on
it
so,
really,
I
could
have
ordered
something
else.
We
got
the
cheesecake
for
dessert;
it
was
mediocre
but
the
personal
touch
of
the
red
sauce
heart,
while
being
delivered
by
the
female
owner
with
a
smile,
made
it
more
than
enjoyable.
We
were
upset
that
all
of
the
empanadas
were
gone
but
that
must
mean
they're
THAT
good...
we
will
be
back
to
find
out.
TLDR;
Amazing
food,
even
more
amazing
owners.
A
must
try.
First
timers
should
get
the
BANDJE
PAISA.
