Heard great things about this Mediterranean restaurant and had to try it out. The food did not disappoint! I enjoyed a sandwich with brisket, hummus, pickled onions, crispy onions, greens, and their special sauce paired with a side of fries. As you can see it was a packed sandwich (with good structural integrity). The brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful. The crispy onions added a welcomed crunchiness. The fries were well seasoned; I appreciated the smaller volume because the entire meal wasn’t over filling. Random note: the small ketchup bottle was kind of cute. Don’t see this often. Overall it was well worth venturing from the burbs to experience the delightful cuisine from Brassica!

My only issue was, why have I never eaten at this glorious establishment before?!? Fast-casual Mediterranean eatery served in the same manner as Chipotle or Piada, and sister restaurant to wonderful Northstar Cafe - quality is king here. As someone who smokes brisket, I had high expectations for what they presented, and although it was not smoked low and slow, but braised - the flavor was absolutely killer. I am such a big fan, and they even have really wonderful vegetarian options to choose from. Service was great, the vibe light and fun, topped with tasty beer. Love this place, will be back.

I had to stop myself from going twice on a short weekend trip in Columbus! This was absolutely delicious and SO fresh tasting. My goodness! It is fast casual but it feels more elevated than your average fast casual spots. I also loved the indoor outdoor feel that they had with the windows wide open. Wonderful set up to people watch ;) Everything was so flavorful, the chicken was seasoned with warming spices I think — like cinnamon and all spice. The green shug was like a chimichurri sauce. Get that baba ganoush and the hummus, they are both made with love. And don’t forget the warm and pillowy pita 🥹 we got fries too, can’t forget those — so fresh and piping hot. We dipped them in the garlic yogurt sauce. Yum. Come to Tampa please!

As always the food is quite high in sodium, really wish they can make it less salty. Fries, good!

Each lunch here is like a painting, and the palate are the different tastes available from the choices you make. I had the corned beef, with a variety of tastes. In other places I add hot sauce, but I didn't need it here because everything was so distinctive. The pickles, the slaw, the meat, the hummus, and all the rest. Just quietly eating your meal you can be taken on a journey. So so good, please check this place out. You will be thankful. Over the top service as well!

We wanted to find a place that has some falafels. We have not been able to find any good restaurants that offer Falafels in Columbus. My brother-in-law recommended we try this place. Me and my wife took a ride to check out this restaurant. We had a hard time finding parking but eventually we found some. We walked inside and and the food smelled wonderful and the decor and vibe was very nice. We were greeted by a very friendly staff in the young man whose name I am drawing a blank with, he was absolutely amazing and gave us great recommendations. We both went with the falafel bowl with all the toppings and everything was as fresh as it gets. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Everything that they recommend we got in our bowl and we do not regret any of it. This bowl is so full of flavor and we will definitely be back.

I usually stop at brassica last minute craving an all veggie falafel bowl and today did not disappoint. The falafel is always fresh and crispy, and every single veggie is on point and tasty. Definitely a favorite

Beautiful venue, colorful dishes, fresh ingredients, awesome briskets, just a great delight dining here!! The restaurant has ample seatings despite its small footprint and I just love the lighting and decorations here, a modern and warm ambience. The servers were awesome, friendly and when their oven was not working when we wanted to order pitas, they delivered to us as soon as it was ready so that we did not miss out it. That’s pride and attention to customers! We got the salads with briskets and everything they had. I just love the colors in the bowl and that you could have both humus and babas if you wanted. The briskets were really juicy and had wonderful seasoning. If I was to be picky, my only complain is that the briskets could be more generous. It was great and I wanted more of it!

A pleasant experience from beginning to end. The service was great starting with the staff ensuring I knew of the available food and serving it. Instead of just waiting they politely prompted and advised of the options. I didn't feel like just another customer rolling through, but I could tell they had interest and pride in the food and restaurant. The food was delicious and perfect like every item was perfected and curated. I had the salad with brisket and some hummus and numerous other toppings. They all had their own balanced flavor profile and they were a delight to taste. I also got the cauliflower tahini soup which was so creamy and smooth with fresh flavors. I got a side order of falafel and was surprised at the well seasoned flavor. I took time to enjoy every bite. Overall a 10/10. The facility itself was upbeat, clean and chill. You can tell the owners and managers are detail oriented. I'll be back.

Forgive me for gushing but I'm not from the area so I'm not familiar with Brassica. This place is like a Mediterranean Chipotle with higher quality food. So good, so flavorful and generous portions. Also, I didn't take a pic but my fries were amazing.

Good! If it’s your first time trying: please don’t overdo mixing up the ingredients. Mediterranean food is already quite heavy and you don’t want to overkill.

AMAZING! Quick service Mediterranean style restaurant. Tons for the vegan and gluten free folks. Don’t pass on the tahini chocolate chip sea salt cookie.

Wife baby and myself. Went through for lunch. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly. The food was delicious. Everything tasted fresh and hot. The only suggestion would be maybe one or two boosters seats in the back to put in the booths when requested. Place was great we will swing through on our lunch hour again.

Worth the drive from Cincy to Cbus! This place is delicious! The brisket is savory and juicy in flavor. The vegetables are a bliss of colors and freshness. The drinks are refreshing, especially on a hot boiling day. The restaurant is a quaint space. Vibe of staff is unpretentious and quick. I indulged every moment of the experience! Things you might want to know: -street parking only -order at counter -has beer 🍺

As always, this Brassica is amazing. All Brassica's are amazing, pun intended 😜 Thanks to their pickled veggies, rice/lentils and fresh made everything, I am full for at least two meals.

Probably going to go back tomorrow to try a completely different combination. I had no idea what to order or how it would be. It was excellent. Now I want more. Also, get the fries.

Amazing staff, great food, excellent experience. I am doing whole30 for the next month and needed to ask questions and clarify ingredients. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They made it so easy to eat out, I would recommend it for sure.

First of all the service was amazing! I’ve never had Mediterranean food before but the lady serving me was happy to help and explain all of the options. The food is SO good and has lots of fun things to try. I will definitely be coming back!

So yummy! Everything has great flavor. Pricey so it’s a treat when I’m in Columbus. I get the salad bowl and switch up the meat choice. The veggies are so so good. Only place ever that I love their eggplant. The pink mint lemonade is really good.

Brassica is the spotttt!!! Everything is so good. The falafel is amazing and all the toppings for the sandwiches/salads are fantastic. The fries and their sauce are delicious. I stop here every time I’m in town. Service is always great!

This is one of my favorite lunch spots, though I've also been here for dinner and for take out. From my experience, the customer service is always positive and the food is very good. I usually get the falafel sandwich with a side of fries. Their sauces are good, especially their special sauce. The brisket is their most popular protein option. I highly recommend their chocolate chip cookies.

A home run place to eat. I am not normally a person who eats healthy like this but this place was delicious, I freaking ordered a salad and enjoyed it. After eating at a lot of breweries and bars, my stomach was relieved to have something lighter but just as filling

Delicious food if you want something a little different and you are adventurous. The patio is relaxing and shady in the evening. The staff answered all my questions and gave good recommendations

Love this place for their fresh ingredients, but I have to give it a 4/5 for their prices. These bowls used to be around $9 and now they are close to $16. Their fries are fire also!

The food not just looks good but is delicious. Not really a big fan of Falafel but I would definitely recommend trying it here. I would call this place a classier Mediterranean version of Chipotle :)

All we could talk about through dinner was how good the place and food was. Don’t miss this place, they have excellent food. We got the hummus plate with chicken and the brisket pita pocket. The toppings and sauces are unique and excellent. So glad to have found this gem and will definitely be back when in Columbus! Update: we were back and enjoyed it as much as we did the first time. We also got takeout for the road!

Great service and wonderful food! Sorry no picture of food, scarfed it down before thinking to make a review. I had a pita sandwich with falafel, pickled beets, onion, and some other good stuff, paired with a CBC ale on a winter walk. Such loveliness!

  • 4/5 Emma B. 2 years ago on Google
Really really tasty food. Fresh ingredients, fantastic flavors combinations, and exciting new spins on classic pitas. Kind of on the pricier side (count $15 for a pita sandwich) but worth it as an occasional treat.

This place is fantastic!!! Very healthy, very fresh ingredients and taste so good. I had the chicken Shawarma, slow roasted chicken with aromatic spices and all the toppings over salad for $14. Will be back next time in town. Great staff, and very clean restaurant.

The lamb bacon is killer.. fries w/ the special sauce are perfect and so is the eggplant! I'd give it 5 stars but I think its a little to pricey. Specifically the "salad" which is more of a grain bowl that costs an extra $2. But all in all its a solid spot to grab some high quality food.

This food was good and the facility is super clean and very modern. The menu was very limited. The prices were okay but a little on the pricey side for what it was. We also had to pay for parking and walk. This is a very cute area though, so it's a nice place to visit if you want to check out other local shops as well.

Brassica is a really great place! My first time and not my last. Georgie greeted us at the entrance and we served a Cherry Brassarita each, they even added cherries to each drink and they use Hornito's Tequila. You can sample.the brassarita or get a full drink. Georgie was an absolutely wonderful young lady, very helpful, very funny, She made things wonderful and easy. They offer salad or sandwich. Sandwich is a stuffed pita. You add in protein, greens, hummus or baba. Then there's the veggies if you desire. They even offer fries and cookies and of course water or soda. The layout for the inside simple, pick a table if there's one available or eat alfresco outside. I opted for the sandwich and even though it was very good, I wish I had gotten the salad. I got chicken with baba and eggplant with fried cauliflower. Very good! This was my first time eating eggplant and I loved it. Definitely a very popular place to dine but not surprising for a restaurant at Easton. I can definitely see a return trip.

Ambiance: excellent! Service: quick and friendly Food : good So tried their falafel wrap and falafel salad bowl! They have excellent sauces! Hummus and baba ganush was delicious! I felt falafal were slightly dry but were not that bad! I would love to try chicken in my next visit! So yes I’m going to visit this place next time for sure! Overall experience was pretty good! The outdoor sitting was also secluded and private so that’s a plus point!

Great place to have an amazing Mediterranean style sandwich or salad. Amazing flavors in their meats and condiments. The special sauce is awesome.

  • 5/5 G R. 2 years ago on Google
Flavorful and delicious. The only thing is “if you like a bland and boring meal” this is not your place. Everything is cooked to have a unique and delicious flavor by itself, nothing here is flat at all. Good for vegetarian and even for vegans. Meat options as well. Good quick bite.
