    Nice restaurant. Friendly staff. Food was not bad. My steak was okay. Lobster was smaller than I remembered. Wasn’t too busy.

    Our server was amazing, but it took us about an hour and a half to actually get one. Very very slow service until we got her. Kitchen was insanely slow, but she kept checking on us and refilling our waters and such. They certainly weren't understaffed (there were about 7 tables used with 3-4 servers on the floor), but they definitely need more training and better organization. Everyone is friendly, just probably new to food service, which is perfectly fine. The endless shrimp was very good, with plenty of different varieties to try. The tequila lime shrimp was definitely the best. I will return, hopefully I get the same great server. I'll be sure to get her name next time and post it, because this review would be a lot different if she did not serve us.

    I had the cajun shrimp trio and it was absolutely delicious! I also had a wonderful coconut cocktail and I'm telling you they did not disappoint at all!! The atmosphere was clean and inviting I will be going back and soon!

    Delicious!!!! The new "STUFFED Lobster Flounder" with Lobster Mash potatoes was worth every penny!!! Hot and Fresh when I picked up my togo order. The meal also came with the Cheddar Biscuits which were soft and hot as well. I'm not sure how long the Stuff Flounder will be available.... ....SO go treat yourself TODAY!! My order *Stuffed lobster flounder ($18+tax) Sides: Broccoli (free) & lobster mash potatoes ($5+tax)

    I did a call ahead order, pick up was for 8pm, I was in and out pretty quickly 6-7 minutes maybe. Thought it was weird that they have an armed police officer inside the restaurant. Got my food, got home to find I was missing a side, lobster mashed potatoes. So I call the store and intended on just having them credit my card back for the missing item I paid for. Well they have an automated phone system I went through the prompts and after 5 minutes waiting for a manager to answer I got the restaurants voice mail. How do you run a business if you don’t answer the phone? I sent an email to the Red Lobster website still have not gotten a credit for the missing side or and acknowledgement that they received my feed back. Not cool Red Lobster.

    The beautiful lady made our dinner meaningful 💕. We where celebrating my daughter's 18th b-day... she was soft spoken... very attentive..respectful as ever so much that all of my 3 daughter's commented on it. What ever we needed she was on it.. food fresh and hot....drinks stayed coming....Management and Training material!! You have a diamond in the rough right there!!!!.. She was amazing 👏!!!     The restaurant wasn't crowded and yet it took forever to get our food. There were five of us and the server only brought four waters. We didn't get any biscuits until we were almost done with our entrees despite asking several times. He brought us our baked potatoes without any butter or sour cream. When we asked for it, he said he would be back in 5 minutes. It was actually more like 15 minutes. We were seated in the back room, and I think he was the host and got busy seating people and neglected us and the others in that section.

    I went to lunch with a friend here last weekend. First impression of the restaurant was good. It was clean and had plenty of space between the tables. Employees look nice and groomed. My waitress was soooo sweet and personable. But what I write home about was the food. It was amazing. Seriously. Amazing. Down to the salad to the main course. Amazing

    We've been going to Red Lobster for MANY years, but we can only afford to go 2-3 times a year. It's one of our fav places to eat. Last time we went, we had a new Server, in training. She was horrible 😔 and I felt bad. It was obvious that either she didn't receive any decent training or she just wasn't paying attention. My vegetables were in a steamed baggie on my plate & I burnt my hand opening the bag, she didn't bring any melted butter or shell crackers for the crab legs or an empty plate for the shells, she took away our bread when she brought our meals, she had to put her GIANT tray on our table to serve us because she didn't bring out the folding table to put her tray on, she brought drinks but no straws and she disappeared for a long time so we just sat there waiting for straws and bread. When we finally received our food, it wasn't even hot, except the veggie baggie & shrimp scampi. Actually, the lobster tail & crab legs were only Luke warm, if that, and the mashed potatoes came in a separate bowl and was actually cold. We ended up paying over $150 for 1 appetizer, 2 dinners & 2 desserts (no alcohol) and wasn't even full. The portions were SO much smaller and the prices were higher. We understand inflation, so I can't complain about pricing. But the whole experience was just awful so we've decided to find another favorite place to eat. We just can't justify paying that kind of money for those portions of food and very poor service.

    Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We first waited 10 minutes before we was taken back to our table. We then sat for 30 minutes and no one ever came back to serve us. No water. No service. My wife and I decided to leave after 40 minutes wasted. We're highly upset.

    I went to Red Lobster on Thanksgiving. I was surprised that they were open. My server was brand spanking new...her 1st day. The food was good. Who doesn't love those cheddar biscuits! The server was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. You can't ho wrong with this place.

    This is the first time I actually sat inside. It was around 130-2pm, and quiet on a Saturday. But I am not sure about any other time. I’ve door dashed from them a few times and that was ok too. I love seafood but prefer to cook most of it at home. When I need a quick fix, I order from here.

    We came to this restaurant. Was seated right away. We never got waited on. Other people came in and was waited on. If I could give a negative number I would. I recommend not going to this location. Find another one in Columbus. Very disappointed since I am from Tennessee and our red lobster is never like this.

    First time having Red Lobster. It was alright. If you really want seafood try pier 11. The mussel plate seem like a lot but it was small. Turf & Surf dish has different variety of meat. Over all good food.

    Red Lobster 🦞 did a little better than last time I was there. Seems that they are adding some good items to thier menu. I had the roasted Brussels and they were good. I did have some leftover and took it to work for lunch. I wouldn't dine in at this Location.

    Service was slooooow. Not all the server's fault. The kitchen burned a batch of biscuits. However, although he did a good job of communicating, it took at least 10 minutes to get water, 10 more to get food, etc. These disappearances made for a somewhat frustrating experience.

    Red Lobster has been Red Lobster 🦞 they are creative with new ideas on there menu. Of course like every restaurant they are up on there prices lol but what else is new. I always liked Red but when I'm in the mood I go to Cincinnati Ohio to Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen only one in Ohio. My opinion that's some good Seafood

    I will not attend the Red Lobster on the east side off of Hamilton Road in Columbus, Ohio, again. The atmosphere was dark, the waitress did not come back to check and see if we were doing okay, or if we needed more drink or anything about our service. Also, my fish was nothing but a bunch of fried batter little fish, and the rolls were cold when they were served to the table, and my friend said that her lunch was not very good either.

    They burned my brussel sprouts which I know for sure they knew before they put them on my tray. They were supposed to be crispy but they were soggy and burnt. Not to mention some of that burnt runny mess ended up on some of my scallops. I had to pay extra and it's a damn shame they couldn't manage to get it right. I will never order anything else from them again in life, disgusting and they should be completely ashamed!!!

    Went on Thursday at 7PM. They were not very busy but short staffed. Wait was only 15 minutes, so not bad. Once seated our server was prompt to take drink orders. We had already looked at menus and knew what we wanted. Order was taken and apps were delivered in short order, hot fresh and better than we ever remember from Red Lobster. Entrees soon delivered and I must say were outstanding. Our server was attentive but not hovering. All in all, the best experience at this Red Lobster I can remember.

    Dine in if you want to get what you order. When my family goes in to eat, everything's great! Service is good and the food is well prepared. When we order take out or through a delivery service, however, we're almost guaranteed to have missing items and poorly prepared food. Our delivery a couple of months ago cost us over $200 for us to have missing sides and cold food. I ordered a steak and two sides with an extra side of shrimp and only got the steak. My partner was missing the sides for his Ultimate Feast, as well. Fast forward to today. We placed a $140 order through their site for pick up. My partner gets home for us to find that sides as well as his snow crab from the Ultimate Feast are missing. Adding insult to injury, the lobster tails in both our orders were practically raw for his and severely undercooked for mine. He basically paid $40+ for like 10-15 shrimp. We plan on calling them again tomorrow as no one answered when we called this evening. I'm guessing it was too close to closing. Hopefully, they'll make it right, but I doubt it. At least our kids liked their pasta.

    Staff was very nice ... Can't say more about that. Food good. (I never had banana peppers on calamari... ultimate feast was tasty). 🤔🧐 Smelled a lil like mildew....and sought after biscuits were not fluffy but a little hard..not so fresh. But... again...the staff/food & company quickly cancelled any disappointment in a restaurant I grew up in. I'd go back for that alone.

    The food was good but the server was absent. She was there to take our order, then drop off food. After that she was nowhere to be found for the next 20 minutes. No checking in about the food or if we needed refills. The next time we saw her was when she dropped off the check. We had a question after that about the bill that we had to go to the front desk to get answered because after waiting another 10 minutes she still did not come back. Had the place been packed I would understand the slow response time, but the place had hardly any customers at all.

    Everything was delicious 😋 our food came out fast, hot, and our order was correct. We were thoroughly pleased with our experience that day. Happy to go somewhere post pandemic and the food was served hot and customer service was on point. My only problem which is a serious one, someone decided to charge a tip to my tab without my permission, but I called and spoke to Chris who apologized and handled it immediately! I only give tips in cash.. Always check your bank debits..

    The food was great, but the service was sooo slow. It took FOREVER to get our initial order and then another long wait for refills on the endless shrimp. There needs to be food runners helping to bring orders out or maybe the kitchen staff was slow not sure. It took a long time to get our check too. The server was nice and polite, but he didn't seem to be in any hurry to bring things out.

    This Red Lobster is trying their best lol I love the waitress Malaysia, she's kind and timely and personable. There's something very... Bare bones about the ambiance here that makes it a little uncomfortable to eat in. I think some music throughout the restaurant might help. You get the feeling that you're too loud in here and I don't like that. It is clean. The food is hot and good. Portions are large! Ample parking! I tried the bacon wrapped scallops and they were amazing. Exactly what I wanted!

    The waiter was nice but we were his only table and had to ask for things multiple times and took forever to get anything. We still had a 2 drive hike and the meal took forever for being the only ones there. Finally 1 1/2 hrs later get my bill. Pen doesn’t work so I had to go look for him to pay my bill management was no help and they pulled him from the floor….not sure what happen there but I won’t go back. We were so sick after eating there still feel horrible today. I think the shrimp was bad

    When we got here there were not many cars in the parking lot. They told us 30 min wait because they were short staffed. Then our wait turned in to 45 minutes and then another 15 and after waiting over an hour. They finally seated us with a promise of compensation for our wait. When we brought it up to our waiter he went to the manager and came back telling us it wasn't true they don't compensate. After explaining why we were promised it, he went back to the manager and they gave us 2 complimentary cards for $10. Thank you for holding up your promise today. I am very sorry that you're understaffed! Food was also delicious.

    Have eaten at this restaurant many times.. always had great service. Not this time at all!!! Waitress took forever getting to our table. Had to ask for refills 3 times before she brought them. Brought a sauce out for our shrimp and just said “yeah, it’s cold”. Slammed our plates on the table to the point I thought she broke mine! We asked that we would like dessert and she just said “yeah” and walked away. Talked to the manager about this experience and he literally just walked away from us as well. Will not be going back to this location again even though we had nothing but great things to say before this trip!

    I can say without a doubt that I will never eat at Red Lobsters again. So sad because this used to be my absolute favorite as a teenager. The food quality and atmosphere have diminished so much that you'd find better at a fast food restaurant. The prices have sky rocketed! They hardly cook any of the foods from scratch. I saw them pour the mac and cheese from a microwaved bag. Not one thing on our plates was good, not even the biscuits. Newer menu items are cheap and poorly constructed. Shame really.

    Our waitress was excellent and did the best with what she could do. As far as the kitchen staff, food came out extremely slow and for the last 30 minutes, we did get any biscuits. Yes we waited but were then told the kitchen was closed and the refused to make anymore. Our poor waitress even tried to see if carry out had biscuits. Their manager was their bartender and the only bartender. Still we remained patient and polite. Honestly unless things change drastically, I will be going to the Polaris location.
