Overpriced cafeteria food. Service was good, our server was doing their best with the volume of customers and was pleasant and attentive. Steak quesadilla was a comically small portion, 7 little cubes of steak with about a tablespoon each of shredded iceberg, guacamole and sour cream. $20. Al pastor tacos had so much seasoning on the pork as to be nearly inedible. My wife couldn’t make it all the way through. Friends ordered a side of Mac and cheese and a fruit cup for their child, $16 for velveeta shells and half a sliced banana. It seems like the food budget is very low in sourcing ingredients, and the product coming out reflects that. The drinks however were very tasty, but $13-$15 for about 8oz of margarita. We will not be back, as there is FAR better Mexican food and much lower prices to be had.

I’ve come to Nada for years, and my praise and confidence here haven’t wavered. They are consistently unique and stylish in their America Mexican fusion; and beyond… It’s such a charming hidden gem, I think if placed on a more centralized road it would be a big success, and deservedly so! As any place can have hits and misses this place has a lot of hits. It’s fun, it’s tasty and they have good drinks. I am a big supporter and continue to be proud of Ohio’s, and most of all Central Ohio’s growing and vibrant food culture. By the way, the interior here is just so beautiful, my admiration comes full circle; I love Nada! Cheers… (By the way the guac is the one thing that could use improvement, in my opinion)

They were busy because of an event at Nationwide but seated us quickly. The server was attentive and friendly. The food was very good. The Mahi tacos had just the right amount of spice and were very tasty. The ancho salsa is smoky and flavorful. The pastor was great with the pineapple. Dishes were tasty and well presented. Chips and salsa are not complimentary. The dishes and sides are a la cart. So it will probably cost a little more than you'd expect for Mexican.

Friendly staff and tasty food. We tried three sides and four mains. All were great and my favorites were the tacos. Enchiladas were a close second. Actually the most standout thing was a side, the corn bread which was exceptional. Fresh out of the oven and truly an evolution on cornbread. Crispy, gooey, sweet, salty, cheesy, moist yet crunchy. My mouth didn’t know what was going on only that it liked it and wanted more!

Service was great and the food was even better. The only thing I didn't care for was the guacamole. But the presentation was pretty. The atmosphere here was a nice chill vibe. Definitely see myself going back.

This was my first time here. Before I start, public parking is confusing in the area. Read signs. After you park and go inside, this place has a nice decoration and atmosphere. Great place to meet up with someone. Food was just ok. My friends ordered some appetizers - nachos, brussel sprouts and biscuits. I got the chicken tacos. Food selections are limited. It felt like this was a cantina. Coffee is French pressed and pretty good. I loved our server. I wish I got his name, but he was amazing. I told him he was too. He took great care of all of us. Bathroom decoration is pretty too. They do have outdoor seating.

Amazing place, great vibes, very chill it’s almost like a hidden gem and very low key place easy to miss. Even the outside decor is nice but the inside is very grand and the service is just as good. Take a look at the straw in the photo I took. See how it looks brown and dirty? Well the straw is actually clean and made from recycled materials and even has a lumpy like texture to it which I thought was super cool, I wish more restaurants would do this. The food is amazing, try the Queso you will not be disappointed. The people were nice, the food was amazing, the lemonade was great, the water is good I believe it’s spring water. The only issue I had was not technically the restaurants fault but the parking sucks. I had to park at the nearest garage and it cost $22 just to park there so be prepared to pay $22 for parking or prepare for a long walk.

We ordered our first meal from Nada last night, using UberEats. We live in the neighborhood, and wanted to patronize local businesses. Our order was delivered as promised, in less than 30 minutes. As we unpacked the two bags of main courses, appetizers, and side dishes, we were impressed with how nicely packaged and labeled everything was. We had a braised chicken quesadilla entree, a carne asada steak fajita, a crispy skirted quesadilla, and the jalapeno cheddar cornbread. Each item was "out of the oven" hot or warm, and INCREDIBLY delicious! The portions were very ample - enough for leftovers the next day! We used our $30 off UberEats coupon on this order, which kept the overall cost very reasonable - but it would have been worth it even without, as the food was truly the best Mexican/Latin cuisine I've had! FIve Stars - A+!

The place is well-decorated, warm and clean. It is a really fun to walk around. Tacos tasted okey and Mac and cheese was impressive. The fried pepper powder adds Mac cheese abundance.

Very fun ambiance in the heart of downtown Columbus. The day we visited, they had a very limited menu. Could have been a supply chain issue. Food was good but tacos are very small for the price.

Nada is a solid choice for Taco Tuesday if you're in downtown Columbus. The salsas that come with the sampler are really good. The gazpacho was unique and tasty. And the Chile-Mango margarita is the best combination of sweet and spicy to wash it all down.

We went to Nada after the Crew game at the new Lower.com Field stadium. Nada is the closest restaurant to the new stadium and it was packed. However they handled it like a boss! Our reservation was honored exactly on time. As busy as it was, service was perfect and food was amazing. The staff and management had it together! Cocktails were very good, food was delicious and presentation was great. Atmosphere is so cool here, we had a patio table and views of the Arena District and downtown were perfect. Food, service, cocktails, and atmosphere were all spot on. Considering how busy it was, and how perfect Nada delivered on everything, much thanks and kudos to the "the crew" and the management here. It was a perfect dining experience! Thank you team Nada!

My experience at Nada was fantastic! Our server was great, and the food and drinks were delicious. Their “creeper” salsa is now an all-time favorite for me - it’s so flavorful and has the perfect spice level. I went with a group of friends, and we all left very satisfied!

Nada was a pleasant surprise for us in the Arena District last night! Tony was our server and he was probably one of the best waiters I've ever seen. Personable, just the right of attentiveness, and helpful. We also chatted with the bartenders and hostesses and everyone was incredibly friendly. The menu is on the smaller side and definitely overpriced but we loved the queso. The chicken tacos were pretty good as well. The rice and beans on the side were odd and bland. The drinks are honestly where the restaurant really shines because we tried several and they were amazing. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice and the restrooms were clean. I hope they expand their menu eventually but we'll be back regardless.

Food was good. I had the Baja Mahi tacos. There were lots of kids there due to a Disney show next door but service was quick and friendly. I'd return for some more tacos another time.

So I did love that the place was really clean and well decorated the ambience was everything I was looking for! We were seated right away on account. I did have reservations I had their guacamole I’m going to give that a seven out of 10 would have been an eight if the portion was bigger. The chicken tacos were really good. Ate out of 10. The jalapeño cornbread was my favorite 10 out of 10. The food did take a while to come out. Not sure why because it was really empty. The margarita was worth every dollar. Definitely a nice state spot. Check it out if you’re in town.

We went to Nada on Saturday around 5. Our server was good. The atmosphere would definitely have been better a little later in the night, when it's busier. Service was everything necessary, only rated 4 stars (good/great) since I'll reserve 5 stars for really excellent, friendly experiences with special touches. Food is really the standout. I had Nada to-go recently through work, and it was amazing. In person was at least as good, with great shrimp/vegetarian options. Potatoes are amazing. Will be back!

We really enjoyed Nada as a nice date night spot a few years ago. Great drinks, food, and atmosphere. We were back for the first time in a while, mid-day, with our daughter in tow and had a much different experience than what we remembered. Drinks were still great, but the food was really not good. The enchiladas were so salty they were inedible. The queso tasted off. My daughter did like her Mac and cheese. The pricing was very high for the portions and quality of food you get. We had an order of chips and queso, one kids menu item, two drinks, and two enchilada dishes which do not come with any sides and spent almost $120. We left hungry because we didn’t eat our enchiladas and went and got pizza. We were seated next to the kitchen which is totally fine but they were playing loud rap music which is fine, but fun music was playing over the restaurant speakers and listening to the two of them at the same time wasn’t ideal. When paying the prices for this restaurant and atmosphere you wouldn’t expect to have to awkwardly ask for one of the two to be turned down. Our server was beyond pleasant, and sweet, 10/10 for her!!! Overall, we missed what we experienced back in the day and would not recommend this place for anything more than drinks.

We loved the atmosphere and the convenience to arena and brewery district. Found on street parking but parking garage is right next door as well. The cocktails w were presented very well and were delicious. For appetizer we had the guacamole with salsa and chips that were fresh crispy and wonderful. The Maduros fried sweet plantains with dipping sauce was to die for, followed by the Hongos tacos which we loved. Our friends had the pork tacos and were well pleased with their choice. The service was top notch from our server Sara R who was attentive and very friendly. We will definitely return.

I’m not a big fan of Mexican food… however, I was positively impressed with this place! I can imagine this is a up-scale and less traditional Mexican restaurant. Dishes reminds more of a fusion concept with modern revisitation of classic plates! I loved everything I had!!! The Carne asada tacos… the margarita… the amazing chips with salsa… the plantains chips are the best… with a delicious queso… and also the made in that moment jalapeño cornbread! It was an amazing meal and I left satisfied and happy! The spot is also cool and a different vibe compared to more classic Mexican places. I really felt comfortable and cozy. Finally, I can’t avoid to mention the service: Christal was the best waitress I have ever had in my life! Nice, thoughtful, gentle, smiley, not pushy but explaining everything with passion! I really enjoyed her presence and it makes me want to go more times there just to see her! A lovely night that I will redo for sure soon!

Nada is supposed to be an "upscale" Mexican restaurant. In my opinion, they have a limited menu with high prices. The food is so-so, certainly not worth the premium amount they charge. I went with a large group (8 people) and had an opportunity to sample various dishes. The dishes were uniformly "okay". Nothing that I would return for. The waitress was friendly but not more so than most places. The atmosphere was trendy. All-in-all, I felt it was okay but not worth what they charge. (I do have to say that, if you go here, they have one of the strangest decorations in the men's restroom I ever saw. I had to take a picture to explain it to my daughter.)

Excellent staff and service. Each person we interacted with was friendly and kind. Our orders came out quickly. My companion had a spicy margarita and enjoyed it. That's pretty much where the positive ends. The menu was very limited, the food way overpriced for the portions and bland. The table we were seated at was a bistro type table, more appropriate for having coffee at a cafe then dinner. I felt like our plates were spilling over the small space. The music was loud making it difficult to have a conversation. Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience. I won't be back. I'm pretty surprised Nada has such a good rating to be honest as there is really not much good to say about the food or atmosphere.

We ventured downtown to try Nada... It was worth the trip - the restaurant has a super cool vibe.. the waiter was awesome... The food was awesome... Really what more could you ask for? We started out with their cheese dip and chips which was awesome. I had the steak fajitas meal which was awesome... Wifie had 3 tacos which were unique but awesome... Baby girl had the quesadillas which were awesome... The recurring theme here was it was an awesome experience and worthy of the trip downtown. It is a bit pricey but worth it.

Great customer service! Was in the area for the inaugural Columbus Crew game, July 3, 2021, at the new Crew Stadium, so every restaurant was busy. We first went to Ted's Montana Grill and Sat at the bar. I love Ted's, but they're bartenders seemed completely overwhelmed. Sat for ten minutes with the previous customers dirty plates sitting in front of us. I certainly understand the post-pandemic restaurant issues, but no greeting, no water and not simply removing the dirty plates was unacceptable. We walked across the street to Nada and the manager at host stand was very accommodating and said he could get us in, in 15 minutes... And he did. Service and food was exceptional! Tried something different in the roasted cauliflower tacos. Wow, so tasty!... A must try! Also the house pickled cucumber and onion salad... Delicious! Thank you Nada!

I visited Nada in Cincy in 2013 and remember loving it. I finally visited here in Columbus for a friend’s birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! First, let me say this — the negative reviews about small portions and high prices have to be from people who are used to authentic Mexican restaurants with large portions, sides, and family friendly prices. If you’re looking for that, Nada is not your spot. My experience in Columbus - My server was super friendly, personable, and attentive. We had reservations but at 7:45pm on a Friday night, the restaurant was surprisingly slow. The Roja sangria was delicious. I did order a delicious blueberry lemonade drink with alcohol that I believe had no alcohol. (Reason for 4 stars) It tasted like blueberry lemonade and I felt absolutely nothing drinking it. I have an extremely low tolerance for alcohol so I was certain they’d given me a virgin drink. The food came out fast and was DELICIOUS! The loaded queso was amazing. My quesadilla with steak was delicious. The enchilada, street corn, and sweet chile potatoes, DELICIOUS! I will definitely be back!

  • 5/5 Stephanie F. 4 years ago on Google
With a beautiful atmosphere and amazing food, this is one of my favorite eats in Columbus. We love the Thai potatoes with cream, and the Indian curry quesadillas were by far one of the most complex bites of foods I’ve ever tasted. I haven’t seen the quesadilla on the menu, but I hope it returns! Whatever you try here, you won’t go wrong.

NADAS! Oh my oh my. Just phenomenal! My new favorite restaurant. Our server Harper was super friendly and gave great reccomendations! We had the maduros which were amazing and we split a few types of tacos, the pastor and cauliflower were both good but the pastor were definitely my favorite. Harper saw that it was my birthday on the reservation and surprised us with churros and a candle at the end of the meal. I'd definitely be back to enjoy the patio when it isn't pouring buckets outside. Their staff was being really responsible about social distancing and masks, and we felt safe eating there.

Best Mexican food I’ve ever had in Ohio! After living in California, moving back to Ohio has left a hole in my foodie heart as I have time after time been let down by Mexican food around here. Now I have finally found my answer: Nada! The food they are cooking at Nada is top-notch! From the moment you taste the salsas to the cornbread and the margaritas, they waste absolutely no opportunity to blow your mind and make you rethink the Mexican dishes that you are used to. Somehow, they have taken everything from queso to fajitas and all in between and stepped them up a notch. They take your favorites and make them better in ways you didn’t even imagine. Additionally, the service was spectacular, the waiter was very friendly and very attentive. He made us feel comfortable and very well cared for. The design, style, and vibe of Nada is perfect! Upscale in a chill and welcoming way with lots of unique details that will actually capture your attention. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Keep it up guys!! Now the only thing I wish is that I could get my hands on a shirt from them!

Never again, we were a party of 12, the service is amazing! The best thing about the place, and also the drinks were really good! However the food was horrible! Fajitas: the veggies were not fresh at all, this vegetables died long time a go! The chicken was dry and burn, they tested and looks like frozen fajitas, the poblano Mac and cheeses did not have poblano! I asked for my Brussels extra crispy and they were all burned! Churros were uncooked inside!! Just not recommended for food…

The food is good here mostly - there have been occasions where the chicken is burned in the fajitas, and despite asking for medium steak, I get well done. Overall though, I can’t complain about the food since it’s largely good. What leads me to 3 stars instead of 5 is value proposition, the decreasing portion size of everything. The Brussel sprout portion is laughable. The portions overall, as compared to 1.5 years ago. I remember being able to order the Brussel sprouts and legit share among multiple people, and when my same friends came back they wondered why the portion sizes were so small comparatively so it wasn’t just my imagination.
