    French onion soup came out cold but they replaced it without question and the btw one was super. Good beer and food and scenery.

    Place was a little dark, it could use some more lighting. Other than that, Nikki was very kind and got our food and drinks out promptly. Dollar margs were on point and the dishes were hot and they tasted pretty good! I'd definitely come back.

    I don't know why we even waited...half hour before the waitress even came to our table, another 10 at least before we got our drinks, I ordered a Tex Mex shrimp bowl and got the Southwest chicken bowl served, husband ordered a burger and got a cheeseburger served instead, smoothie had chunks of I've in it, waitress would dissappear for long periods. I thought maybe they were understaffed and decided not to complain but it wasn't that busy to excuse all of the waiting. Didn't bother complaining about anything because it wasn't worth the hassle and more waiting that would have resulted in. Will not go back there again though.

    Not Too crowed Around 4:00pm. This Thursday. Food was very good Tasting And presentation also. Young Man, Terry (new employee) offered great , personable, caring Service. General Manager, was very personable And Helpful. We were 4 Ladies, (3 generations) And Adopted Church Family member, Having Belated Mother's Day Dinner 🙂 Thanks, Guys!!👍💯

    Very disappointed with the service we had today, server (Derek) had two total tables including ours and he would go missing pretty consistently. We needed to ask for napkins, plates to be cleared and refills. I order a steak, MEDIUM well showed up very well done. I spoke to the server about it and said he was going to replace it but it took closed to 30 mins to replace with another well done steak. Would not recommend to come here.

    I ordered food for pickup. I arrived over an hour after I ordered my food. It took about 30 minutes before I finally received my food. Customer service was horrible. Staff walked passed me several times and not asking me if I have been helped. The bartender was the one who had to stop making her drinks to go back to the kitchen to tell them to bring out my order. They even did not add my coleslaw and fries to my order even though it was part of the meal I paid for. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to go make Me fries because I guess they didn’t think my order had fries or coleslaw. Meanwhile the meal on their menu includes fries and coleslaw. Will definitely not be coming back.

    Best Applee's I've been to in quite awhile, watch their hours for indoor dining. I sat at the bar, had good service including her going in back to get a proper tasting soft drink. The food was properly prepared and hot, unlike the last 3 times at other locations.

    I haven’t been this applebees before but i fully expected it to be busy. We were told there would be a wait of 20-30 minutes and it was exactly that. We came back and was served immediately. Natalia L served us at the bar and was exceptional. She accommodated everyone for anything they needed, kept a smile on her face and was very helpful. Workers like Natalia are why customers keep coming back!

    The hostess was off doing her own thing. Acted lost the whole time. I swear I think everyone here was on drugs today. Waitress walked past us at least 4 times before even acknowledging us. The whole order took forever to get out. Sat so long in the back food wasn't even hot. Never had such horrible service at Applebee's. Ever.

    Horrible, they served cold fries, 🍟 looked like the bottom of the bag fries. I tried numerous times to get on their website and let them know about my problem but it would never let me continue so I don't think they even want to hear about negative stuff. Waste of money would not recommend.

    Yesterday we decided to go to Applebee's on Morse. When I tell you, it was absolutely disgusting. The food came out cold. The place looks like it has not had a decent Cleaning Since 5years ago, this service was just so disrespectful one of the people that worked there came in smelling just like marijuana.we got to Place about 400 You ordered a food about 4:30. We did not get anything to eat until 5:30 aquarter to 6. When I tell you? I was so sadly disappointed. What disappointed service? Never, ever again, clean your building, clean it up. My friends and my family members from out of town. Disappointment But I guess this is what goes on when the manager is not paying any attention. You have lost my business.Mis Gloria Whitehead

    I place a order it did come out fairly fast. But everything was over cooked I ordered a smoothie it came with ice cubes still in it. Bartender was very nice but no manager came to ask any questions. Instead she sat and talk with her co workers. Thought I would try a Margarita still no good. Just walk out after paying for my drink. Bad part I walk right by the manger who states have a great day. Very poor customer service disappointed with everything. The toppings on it all is I still had to stop and grab something to eat.

    We made a special trip here because my wife wanted steak, specifically, from here. We loaded the car up, got there, went to go in and... the doors were locked. I am guessing someone booked the whole place or something, because there were definitely people inside besides the employees, but not enough to close down the entire place. Most places don't typically do this sort of thing in my experience, and it kind of ruined our whole night. Will revisit and give a more informed review, if we can get in the door that is.

    Came to Applebee’s for just drinks and ended up buying more , my waiter Rachel was super amazing and patient. I order the classic combo which was amazing ! I had only one problem which the mozzarella sticks was old but the waiter Rachel was happy to fix the problem. I enjoyed the $1 Adios drink and it was super amazing for the price i can’t wait to return i had the best experience!

    Tons of employees. But nobody working. We waited a long time to be seated watched a bunch of people look at us, not say a word to us and just keep talking. Finally, we get seated. We received our food fairly quick. Then everybody disappeared again. By the time we got our second drink our food was cold. But hey at least she didn't charge us for the drinks.

    I came an hour before they closed and it took 30 minutes for ME to have to request to speak to manager to even get water let alone serviced. The black waiter was so rude and when I asked if she was serving us she said we seated ourselves and she isn't accepting anymore tables lol... who tf just seats themselves... What type of ish is that to say. I go to star five restaurants all the time and I would never just seat myself ... Just very rude and unprofessional. On top of that I was with my children. Which pissed me off now. I was clearly seated by the greeter. If you didn't want to do your job just say that. Safe to say I won't be returning to this location.

    Not a good experience at all at this Applebee's outside of Columbus (3894 Morse Rd). We were there Sunday afternoon, October 1st, 2023. The 'host' who seated us was not friendly (you'd expect that from a host, I think!). He wasn't rude, per se. He just could not care less. Fake a smile and a welcome, maybe? He was also dressed unprofessionally, in my opinion. I thought he was a patron. Our waitress was in over her head. Slow in taking our order, which she wrote on a napkin because she had forgotten or couldn't find her pad. Wife's meal came out first, then mine followed a solid 5 minutes later. Didn't get a refill of my empty drink when it did come out. Obviously, I was wanting to share a meal with my wife, too. Tables around us were also complaining about the uncoordinated nature of their orders and incomplete nature of those orders once they arrived. The men's room was disheveled, at best. We observed two managers at a distance, and their efforts seemed uncoordinated and disorganized. Nice enough, but couldn't seem to manage the groups that were in the restaurant. It was not crowded at all. Our waitress could sense our bad experience and brought us two drinks to go (ice tea and Pepsi), but by then I had had it. We just wanted to come in, have a quiet meal with even only decent service, and that was not the case.

    Wouldn’t even give it a one star if the option was there! I’ve had 3 bad experiences in a row! They comped me with some free 5$ coupons and still was messed up order! So tried for a 3rd time and yet again! My steak was to be a well done steak! It clearly was bleeding! Reaching out to corporate tonight! I just want a refund! I wouldn’t eat there again if it was free! Three try’s and your out! Poor management! Terrible terrible service!

    We waited 37 minutes before we got our drinks. Then they only bought two to the table, and we waited until the food was ready to get the other drinks. Had to request silverware. No steak sauce, which was requested twice. Not a good one if u have a family of 4.

    I walked in with my group it was a total of 6 of us , NOBODY greated us and they kept walking by without saying anything. After 10 minutes go by, the host finally comes up to us saying they we can’t be seated because the waitress went on a 15 minute break. We were told we have to wait 20 minutes to be seated . While waiting two other parties were seated before us . We finally get seated after having to talk to someone about the long wait . Food came pretty quick that’s the only positive but they did have to make some things over . The bartender who’s a slim lightskin young lady with blonde steaks and brown hair , was very rude to customers, rolling her eyes and neck . Their service is just terrible . I always have issues when coming in this location and it seems like they don’t care to work on it .

    Walked in at 4:58pm for happy hour as google still says 3-6pm, I guess that has now been altered to 2-5. Ive been eating here for 20 years* I ordered apps not knowing this change (mozz, wings) and a lemonade and the bill was 28.00! I would have ordered a dinner plate otherwise for less. Anyway the bartender was excellent as their were disgruntled customers at the bar and for it being kinda empty the staff seemed everywhere but tending to people stacking up at the entry for seating. You can hear the employees cursing and rolling thier eyes when the female manager advised staff to help and "where is ....?" No one seemed pleasant but rather tense and agitated to do there job. Tables were dirty, carpets are paper thin worn and extremely dirty and this place needs a remodel desperately. The parking lot is in need of paving/paint. Its very dark inside and sets a subtle mood almost immediately upon entering. Far from the upbeat, lively and friendly applebees I grew a custom too. I left feeling like I wish I went almost anywhere but here and that hurts to say.

    I ordered Uber eats waited 2 and half hours for my food, and I called them after waiting on 3 different drivers. She said she gave out my food to a driver and I heard the other lady in the back ground saying that it was supposed to be with another driver that had 3 different orders. I asked her if she could remake my food and I would just come pick it up after waiting 2 and half hours. I would understand if she said no, which she did she said no, but then didn’t apologize for any mistake and hung up on me. Clearly this Applebees doesn’t know how to be polite to their own customers. I was not rude on call, I was polite and asked for help nicely.

    The place was so dirty, I got a drink with something green inside of it. The silver ware was all dirt, and we waited like 45min to get our food. We went for the endless wings and fries. Had to use our hands because the silverware was dirty and when we asked for different ones, they were even dirtier. They had a vacuum out right next to us. And when we ordered for the second round of wings and fries they only brought us wings, we had to ask for the fries, and by the time they came out, our wings were super cold. We just left.

    The service was horrible. I understand you guys are understaffed. With that being said, the waitress we had took forever to bring us water our food. It was ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never come back to that place again. I used to love going there not anymore.

    Go to Applebee's alot in Pa. but while visiting Ohio we stopped at this Applebee's and were sooo disappointed. There were 5 tables of customers in the restaurant and 6 or 7 employees and they said it would be 20 to 30 minute wait. ??? It was 10 minutes till the happy hour would be over so we were thinking they were making sure it was over before we were seated. We were seated after 5 minute wait. Our server was pleasant nothing over. The food was good. Took awhile to get refills. The restaurant itself was dirty. Being mostly empty and looked like extra employees you think someone could have swept the floors. Or thrown away a cup sitting on the table. 👎👎

    Arrived at 4:45, place was empty order was placed a little over 5:20pm and food was bought out at 6:05 once again place was empty. Asked for manager after food was taking FOREVER to arrive and manager sent our server back to say he’s sorry and will credit the meals. The manager literally could not and did not come to our table until after we stated we were not paying. He was very nonchalant about the service we received and just offered to take it off but charge us for the drinks (not even a problem) our server was great despite our long wait. Definitely wouldn’t suggest coming to eat in.

    Our waitress didn't even tell us her name and her phone kept ringing and she kept looking at it being distracted from her customers. It took 35 minutes for us to get our food and they had to remake it 3 times there was 4 people who got their food before us and when we asked she said that they were busy. Which it was busy but not to the point we had to wait for other people that came in after us to get our food. The manager Matthew was nice but you can still tell that he was frustrated but he did help. well if it was put in correctly then it wouldn't be keep getting remade. The service wasn't that great and neither was the food. It was greasy,messy, not cooked properly and some parts was burnt. This is the worse experience that we had and this is the first time coming to this location.

    Ok so good is superb. When you finally get it. Multitude of employees serving for pick up orders. Only one lonely waitress for in store diners. Poor girl doing everything. Took 2 hours to get our order. This was my first time there. Will not be going back

    The Dracula drink was sooo good! My food was okay. The quesadilla burger was a little disappointing. I should have ordered it medium not well. Kudos for the prompt service. Next time, I will take a picture of the food. Definitely will return.

    Brianna the manager I've ever had she's patience, calm, respectful, helpful & so organized. If you need her help she'll stop what she's doing & help you in a hurry. I've never had a manager like her I'm so glad she's there to guide me through everything. If anybody ever has a issue while eating there ask for the manager Brianna and she will fix it fast and make sure your satisfied.

    Like every other place they have staffing shortage so service was slow but I expected that. What was not expected was 1 member of our party stake was burnt. We are talking no saving or just a little over cooked it was burnt. They did make them a whole new one and it was much better. I ordered a hamburger that had a couple burnt spots on the bottom and it was so heavily salted I couldn't finish.

    In Columbus Ohio, they were under staffed with only 1 server. She did very good under the circumstances. The food was good although they did close early since the staff began their day at about 10 am and it was about 8:30 pm.

    This is the 3rd time I have been to this location the past 2 months and they have 1 server each time and get this no one in line to be seated but us, and we are told it will a 30 minute wait just to be seated. No bartender on duty I said wow for Happy hour Bar closed. So I guess they only in business because of Door Dash, Grub Hub. I feel sorry for the the 1 server.

    We came to this location just before 6:00 this evening and weren't greeted when we walked in. A woman did finally walk up to us after we stood there for a while and asked how many were in our party, then she walked away talking to another employee who looked confused about something. We ended up leaving so we could go find a restaurant who wanted our business. A man who had been wating with his party of 6 outside for a while said they should probably do the same thing.

    Heather our server was just amazing! My son was a little agitated around the time we were seated but Heather's friendliness and courtesy changed his whole attitude. She went above and beyond by offering him different kids' treats. This genuine act of kindness somewhat made myself and my wife overlook the long wait for our food. Based on other reviews it seem as if this location has many slow days so my suggestion would be for the seater to make patrons aware of the kitchen staffing issues and wait time prior. That way they can decide whether or not they want to wait.

    Usually, I never am one to complain. The restaurant was in desperate need of a good cleaning. The waiter was really nice and mentioned that he was new so I cut him some slack in the regard. There were only four tables being served, mine being one of them. It took a a full hour, no joke, to get our food. I asked if there's anything they could do to the bill for us being patient and having to wait. The waiter said he would talk to the manager. He returned with the bill and the manager took off the taxes only!! Honestly, I felt disrespected.

    The Waitress was very nice and did her best, as she was new to the job. The appetizers were really good. 3 of us ordered the 3 cheese chicken Alfredo. It was terrible! It's my favorite dish, but this location made it so bad that I literally boxed it up and fed it to my chickens when I got home. I was very disappointed in the dish. It came out cold and so watered down. The sauce had small chunks in it like the milk part had gone bad and it was extremely bland. Needless to say my family will not be returning to this location

    Went on Friday evening for dinner before going to see the movie Till at Stoneridge Cinema. It wasn't too crowded and they were training about 5 or 6 waitresses and bus people. Took about 5 minutes to be seated. The waitress set us down and was pretty efficient about answering our questions and taking our orders. They were offering two entrees for $30. So we asked if we could get the bourbon chicken and shrimp instead of what was listed. The waitress said we could and then asked what appetizer we wanted so we picked the spinach appetizer and chips. We didn't realize that an appetizer was part of the two for $30. We finished and sat waiting for the waitress to come to take payment. It was longer than I expected since they were not that busy. Our waitress was coming back to our table when a greeter sat some people behind us and another one sat some people at another table that our waitress needed to wait on. She was a little unhappy because she needed to get the order for the people behind us because they were seated first. Unfortunately, the people behind us left since they had already been waiting. After we left my husband said he went to the restroom and it was disgusting and if he went there first we wouldn't have eaten there! Our meal was good but the wait time was too long.

    This place either needs more staff or attentive employees. It took approximately 5O mins to receive our meal and when I our meal was brought to us it lacked my Wife's meal. We are great tippers but no need to tip. Being a New Yorkers thumbs town find a better team. Should not have a family to eat their meal then serve the Mothers meal.

    This place is filthy, bathrooms where filthy looks like they havnt cleaned since they lifted the lockdown. We sat for 1 hour waiting on our food the place is half empty… workers standing around chatting not tending to tables. Our waitress came to our table 2 time in the first 55 min. Food wasn’t even that great for the prices! We didn’t even have silverware so had to wait for silverware while our food was getting cold

    I walked in for Father's Day Dinner and we were waiting over 7 minutes to be seated. A server came over and said "we have a host they will be here shortly to seat you". The host finally finished talking with a Co-Worker, looked right at my family waiting at the door, and walked away. We walked out the door and will never be back! We went to Cheesecake Factory instead and were immediately accepted and brought to a table. I'm not trying to bring race into this, but I feel like it was about race because if we would've been seated, we would have been the only white family there.

    Our experience was horrible took awhile to get anyone to sit us. Food was undercooked and cold. Took forever to even get our food or any service. Had to ask multiple times for things. We wanted a nice lunch for my daughters birthday and the experience was the worst I've ever had. We will not come again.

    There is generous. While our waitress was kind and efficient, the food sucked. I barely ate any of the bourbon steak I ordered. First, it didn’t look anything like the ones I’ve had in the past. Second, it didn’t taste like one’s I’ve had in the past, and, lastly they put dune garlic spread on the top that totally ruined the overcooked steak

    Went there to have some good time with two of my friends, ordered three burgers, and got actual HAIR inside of one of them. The server started yelling when i told her about it, so i asked for the manager, he was nice with us however the servers were very rude and unprofessional. I would never ever go to this place again!!

    Ordered an alcoholic drink after sitting and waitin on someone to come serve us for about 15 minutes. My drink was so sweet and didn’t taste like a drop of alcohol in it. I barely drink so when I do I’m a lightweight and can probably handle about 1 drink , and didn’t feel anything from it at all. The service was very disappointing, felt like a bother to them then a customer!

👍👍 One of the most impressive museums dedicated to the Infantry and maneuver. Check out the poppy fields art exhibit; has a theater with IMAX, third in the state, restaurant is not yet reopened but it is nice. Amazing exhibits. Very proud to work for the military
