Getting a little frustrated with this place. We order it frequently for office lunches. This is the second time in a row that I have ordered with double meat (costs nearly $5 extra) and there is absolutely no difference between my order and my colleagues' (who did not order double protein). It's sort of a rip off. I think next time we have an office luncheon, I'm going to suggest that we order elsewhere.

Ordered the cauliflower rice. The bowl looked like a swimming pool, it was impossible to identify different flavors because everything had lime taste. It was the first time we ordered this option, and I’m not sure if always comes like this or it was just a bad experience. The first time in my life I cannot finish a Chipotle Bowl, terrible.

I recently started going to this Chipotle and it’s been accommodating. Chipotles are typically very busy. This Chipotle follows the “busy” suit but only like after 6pm. To avoid the eternal Chipotle line, go to this Chipotle before 6pm. Nice and clean restaurant. Traditional decor. Free parking lot walking (if facing the restaurant, the parking lot will be on your right) distance to the restaurant. Nice, fast, and friendly service. There is also parking out front for a fee. Big fan of the Chicken bowls or the Carne Asada. Love their Guac. Decent prices.

They will mess up your delivery orders more often than not. Many times you will get extremely small portions. UPDATE: If you get brown rice you could be lucky enough to also have leaves in it!

I used to absolutely love Chipolte! It was always a go to when I ate out which isn't often. However my last 2 experiences have been awful, either they forget something or get just it plain wrong. This time they forgot half my burrito bowl lol... Seriously for $18? I won't be surprised if the whole chain crashes n burns soon! I probably haven't ordered in over 6mos maybe closer to a year. A friend got me a giftcard or I wouldn't have ordered this time. Save your money folks! Or make your own burrito bowls at home! I sent the pic to my cousin - she said did your dasher get hungry? Nope just that chinzy ole Chipolte giving out half servings for $18!! The bag had a safety sticker on it! Seriously go to QDOBA

Did an online order through Door Dash and found a dead fly in my bowl. Never eating from this location again.

The store had an close early sign on the door . Then we walk in and the cashier was a Spanish young lady who attitude was really bad. She told us they was only doing online orders so we placed our orders and they had a pick up time for 9:15pm. We went back in the store at 9:15 on the dot no orders is ready and the Spanish young lady comes to the front throws the online tickets on the register and says if these receipts have your name on them you will not be getting an order tonight we closed. My friend say to the young lady all I ordered was chips and guacamole, she comes back throws the chips on the counter and say this the best I can do everything is put up...will never visit this location ever again...If I could give zero stars I wouldve.

I hate this location. The employees are so unhelpful they don’t help in the line. Had two people just watching one person on the line while it was backed up. They act annoyed you’re there. Their scanner is down. Portion sizes are alright and they just aren’t friendly. It sucks cause I’m gonna have to come back bc it’s close. I’d pay $20 just to go to another location though for a single burrito. Please please do better. If you can find more competent people it would be for the best.

No sign on the front door to let customers know they are out of items. With two hours til close, there should be no excuse to not be restocking items/educating customers before they walk in. Employees had an attitude about asking if they were actually out of the item. I was two seconds away from just walking after finding out half the items I wanted were “out. “ we had to stop people as were were leaving the building to tell them what this location was “out” of and they immediately turned around. This location is a joke. It’s worth the drive to other locations.

Great food as always from Chipotle. HOWEVER....What is the reasoning behind needing to order a quesadilla online and not being able to in store? Silliness

I have never had an order from Chipotles that was this small. We ordered it delivered to the motel only 6 blocks away. The food was cold and barely half a bowl of food on both of our orders

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with several toppings including guacamole. My ordered arrived without guacamole and with undercooked rice. Overall, my meal was disappointing especially because of the price. I am willing to pay $3.00 for guacamole toppings. I wish the restaurant would use that money to hire people who can successfully fulfill customers’ orders.

Waited 40 minutes (in a line that would take no more than 7-10 at another location) to reach the counter and be told that they were out of rice (and steak). Yes, rice. At 7:45 on a Thursday. Chipotle? Either cut hours or pay your employees enough to have proper coverage (and/or train them better). Absurd what you’re customers are going through. Look at these reviews…

Portions were off and arranged poorly. It was so salty that I felt like someone in the kitchen took personal liberties with the salt/ seasoning vs following the Corporate guidelines (I don't know). Started making the extra effort to drive to the Grove City location after this. Not the first time things were OVER seasoned at this location. Worth the drive to another neighborhood.

Probably the worst Chipotle in the city. When I walked up to order there was one person in front of me almost finished with their order. I was never greeted and no one made eye contact with me so I started to order anyways.Needless to say, it took me a half hour to get a bowl and burrito to go because of how slow the service was. I also had to wait for an extra 10 minutes to get my food after it was done and I paid because they placed my bowl in the bag and not the burrito then walked away…so it was either walk around behind the register and grab it next to the only girl making the orders who ignored me or wait for someone else to acknowledge me. When I finally asked an employee who was goofing off in the back to help their response was “oh my god 🙄”. The only pro was all the extra food I got because the proportion sizes were off.

This Chipotle is well known for being the worst in the area. They consistently give extremely small portions for online orders. They also always have a sign on the door with some major issues happening, either they are out of chips, queso, several meat, cheese, lettuce, and corn, etc., or they will be understaffed and only allowing mobile pickup. I waited 30 minutes past my pickup time once because someone insisted that they just hadn’t gotten to my order yet, only for her to say they just lost the ticket. I started driving an extra 10 minutes to avoid this location but decided to stop by tonight. At 6pm on a Friday they were out of chicken and carnitas and weren’t making anymore for the night.

This location just needs to close at 8pm. I’ve been there 3 times in the past month all right after 8pm when they close at 10pm. They are always out of everything. This last time they were out of grilled peppers and onions And lettuce (which is a matter of just opening a bag) We asked them, “ are you out or do you just not want to make them?” The employee just smiled indicating that they had the ingredients 2hrs prior to close but just didn’t want to make them. The meat is always old and cold. Unfortunately, it’s close to where I live. I’m just sick of sub par food for high prices and relying on the fact that there’s enough population there to get the money without having to produce a quality product. Enough is enough !! Take pride in the product you offer or just close your doors. Don’t even bother responding, Chipotle, it’s not worth it because you aren’t going to change anything.

I’ve tried over and over again to go to this Chipotle. They haven’t had fajita veggies the past 4 times I’ve gone. Every time I order something is left out of the order (and of course no fajitas). I’ve ordered for lunch, dinner, and in between. I work in the industry and get that sometimes there are rushes and you run out of stuff. But I’ve ordered during busy time and slow times and it’s just not happening. This chipotle is a mile and a half from my house and I’m done trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I’m driving to the far south Chipotle instead.

Everytime I decide to give this chipotle a chance they give me every reason not to. Im done, they always mess up my food, put spicy salsa instead of mild, switch the rice and change my protein. Today I ordered my chipotle for 2:50pm, arrived at 2:45pm and I was on my way. When I got back to open up my bowl…. Let’s just say I was beyond disappointed. Today my food tasted like it had been on ice, I ordered brown rice and got maybe a scoop of white rice instead, got very little carne asada (honestly tasted like regular steak), asked for extra sour cream and got maybe a table spoon full. I love chipotle, but I will not be visiting this location any time in the near future.

Terrible every time. Delivery and in person. Waits are incredibly long, I’ve had an order canceled because the staff was screaming at each other in the store, instructions are never followed, orders are never ready on time for pick up. Genuinely TERRIBLE, I wish my app would not auto-order from this location.

They may get your food to you quickly but don’t expect it to be accurate. Ordered a chicken bowl which arrived without the chicken, and also did not include pinto beans which I had marked as extra. The bowl was also ice cold when it arrived. Will not order from here again.

Horrible ! One of the worst! Staff slow and rude and all look dirty ! Why is it lunch peak and y’all don’t have items . I paid $9.00 for a veggie and didn’t get any veggies then I asked for extra rice the lady gave me a regular scoop then dipped the spoon half way and gave me the old rice from the spoon being funny ! Managers came and got a drink but didn’t think to help the team on the line Don’t go here the one downtown and south high are the worst because why ?? There ran by the same managers

Orders repeatedly incorrect. Place is disgusting. No longer dine-in you can only take away. If they don't have the items in your order, they still charge you for it (again they only do take away so you've already paid and the customer is expected to do the legwork for their incompetence/laziness to try to pursue any money back). Don't know why this place is even still open. Used to go there all the time no issues.

Food was fine. It’s chipotle. But the lady who I am assuming is the manager for the pm shift has an attitude that radiates through the whole restaurant. She pushed one of the employees out of the way while she was intending to make my order. I believe that was completely out of pocket. She(manager) speaks down to the employees as if they are children

Ive been up since 3am I'm hungry and this chipotle is the closest to my job and its on my way home. It being lunch time and no line ahould have spoke volumes to me but again im starving. Told me I couldn't taste test the Carne asada before buying it. Kept making a comment that I was a kid then told me she couldn't give me more than 2 scoops of rice or she'd be fired like... you'd tell a child. Playing in my face like Im not 22 but even if I was 18 and under my money is still paying for this food which pays a little of your work wages. I'd eat a baloney sandwich before coming here again

Worst chipotle ever!! Runaway, and save your money!! Three disrespectful workers, two are just talking laughing together and the third one is just looking around, staring at everyone testing how long their patient last!! Waited 35 minutes for my order with four people only in line Then they close the door to not receive any order! Worst experience terrible staff

The food is super salty sometimes. Otherwise, I like this location. I have come in and only a few items were left right before close. They told me if I was comfortable ordering from just what they had, then cool. I’m ok with that. I like the chill vibe. There was an Asian lady there one day. She’s really nice and makes really good bowls.

I usually never write reviews and I also never order chipotle from DoorDash because I know there will always be issues. The only reason why I did today was because I didn't get to take my lunch break and wanted to order something quick. Knowing that I was ordering through DoorDash I purposefully didn't order a burrito bowl (because I know that they always skimp out on the portions for the ingredients in bowls when I'm not there to instruct them to add more) and instead I ordered a burrito with chips and guac on the side. All of this together was $21 (when I go into the restaurant, it usually only costs $12). When I got my order, they gave me a burrito bowl and what looked to be the tortilla on the side. They clearly acknowledged my order and that I wanted a burrito but refused to make it correctly. At first I was slightly annoyed, but then I told myself I would just roll the burrito myself at that point. However, when I opened the "tortilla" it was actually 3 soft shell tortillas?! Again, i know I shouldn't have ordered through DoorDash, but I took that into consideration when ordering and made adjustments yet they still managed to screw most of my order up. Mind you, they also get the ingredients wrong. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location either. When I have gone inside the restaurant in the past, I've sat in line for close to 30 minutes before. The employees are completely disorganized and never have a good system down to get orders through in a timely manner. I don't normally bash restaurant employees since I used to work in the hospitality industry, but there is no excuse for one location to be this dysfunctional. If there's anything you can learn from my review, it's to never order chipotle through DoorDash and to never order from this chipotle location.

I commend whoever is working to turn this place around because it is like a completely different Chipotle compared to a few months ago. I used to drive across town to avoid going to this location. The cleanliness, speed, and quality of service have improved significantly. It is day and night compared to even just a few weeks ago.

  • 1/5 Sharaya W. 7 months ago on Google
I stopped in at 8:00 PM, and wish I’d driven to another location. 2 hours until close isn’t an excuse to be out of almost everything. They were out of fajita veggies, lettuce, and vinaigrette with no plan to stock more. The chicken they did have available for the bowls looked like it had seen better days as well. There was also a guy at the prep table on his phone the entire time. When I got home the bag was falling apart due to how poorly the bowls were sealed. No receipt was given to us to formally complain. Save your time and go to another location.

If I could give this place -3 stars, I would. My first time using this place as delivery, they sent the wrong order. My first time doing pickup they said my order was "taken by someone else by mistake" and I had to wait over 30 mins for my order. My second time doing deliver the ENTIRE order was just wrong. Missing bowls, missing items, the bowls had the wrong items, and NOTHING was labeled. It was an office order so we had to open each container to see what it was. the chips bags are also tiny, even the large one. The driver went to Bexley (about 20 mins away from me) before coming to my office, which is 3 minutes down the road from the store, so the food was cold by the time it got to us. To put this for context - I placed the order at 11am for a 12pm delivery so they had plenty of time to prepare it correctly. In short - avoid this chipotle at ALL costs unless you are coming in to order so no pick up or delivery.

The food is always good here. What I have a problem with is when there are more than likely a homeless couple in the restaurant having a disagreement, and the man proceeds to physically assault the woman he's with, and the employees do NOTHING. I watched this occur, and went to counter and was told " the manager doesn't want us to call the police, they're (the couple) aren't supposed to be in here anyway. " unbelievable.

This is a chain that when it started they gave big portions and great food. They have went down hill since. Their cheese sauce it below par. The portions have decreased. It is still an okay place to eat.

Put in a lunch order at this location and it said it'd be ready in 10 minutes. Arrived at that time to pick it up and they said it'd be "at least an additional hour." I don't think most people have that long to sit around and wait for their lunch. Luckily, we were able to cancel our order and get a refund via customer service in the app.

This location is falling apart... Almost as bad as the bexley Bexley location... I go try to get Chipotle person, and they're doing online orders only because "short staff". So I'm like sure I'll just order with the app and wait in my truck. I ordered a steak burrito with chips and queso.... Not only did they "not" have queso, but they somehow managed to completely miss putting STEAK on my burrito... And people want to raise minimum wage 😂 Guess if I want decent Chipotle gotta drive 30mins

Typically going here, the service, quality, and wait time varies drastically. It's a rather consistently busy location. The last time I went, the staff was quick and efficient. The food was fresh and had the right portion size. One of the best chipotle bowls I've ever had. However I have had times before where they were out of various things or it didn't taste fresh. In addition, I've been there where they seemed to have a surplus of staff but nobody knew what they were supposed to be doing. If you've ever been to a Chipotle well this experience will be rather familiar. If not, don't expect magic.

I echo the time it takes to get your order like many have stated but more importantly out of 10 employees during a rush 2 were wearing a mask properly. There’s a sign on the door and customers felt comfortable not wearing there mask despite it being a “requirement” as noted on the sign. The primary team member starting orders had his mask under his chin and confirm orders talking over the food. His peer mask under his nose. The cook? No mask at all, calling orders and refills over the grill as he cooked another batch of chicken. Did anyone change their gloves after going to the back and returning to the front? No. My order? Wrong. They had too many DoorDash orders lined up and gave me the wrong one which appeared less of a bowl and more like soup. I can be patient knowing the stress currently on the workforce in terms of waiting longer for an order but the disdain for the publics safety is clear. This was pure negligence in the midst of a 5th covid surge with a highly contagious variant. Avoid this location.

I ordered a bowl today and took it home. I sat down and went to mix up the bowl. While mixing it up, I found a dead fly buried in my bowl. So much for quality control.

Ordered from here last night. Let's just say I don't think they understand their hot sauce very well. I got half way into the bowl and had to stop because it was so hot. And also let's just say my water bill from flushing so much last night is definitely going up this month. Sleep deprived and my stomach kills I'm over this place. Especially tht location.

Online order ready time kept getting pushed back. Quesadilla is the size of a kids meal and is mainly many layers of tortilla with a little cheese.

  • 5/5 Joseph P. 1 year ago on Google
The big attraction to this place is everything is fresh. Your food is assembled right in front of you. My lastest visit they were short staffed just like every other business. But the two employees there did a damn good job. Some give them a raise. I was there Saturday 10/29 around 3:00pm.

Great Mexican food. A bit pricey on some items. Services generally very fast and impersonal due to the high volume of customers they deal with. Soft drinks are available as well as chips and juices. The restaurant dining atmosphere is very plain and hard- not a great place for little kids to be comfortable or elderly people to be comfortable. Overall I would give Chipotle four and a half out of five stars. If they did more with their dining room seating and atmosphere and made it more inviting to bring the family in and enjoy a great family meal. And PLEASE lower some of the pricing-- it would be greatly appreciated!!

This Chipotle is an abomination, and everyone associated with it should feel bad (including me for patronizing it). There's nothing left to say that hasn't been said--consistently out of the most basic ingredients, messed up orders, undersized portions, etc. It's very obvious the staff doesn't care, and clearly management is of the same view given the amount of complaints this location has racked up over the years. Will not be going back.
