I wanted to try the PF Chang's at this location which is in Easton in Columbus Ohio. My wife and I ordered carryout and upon coming home and consuming the food I couldn't even finish it all because this was the blandest driest fried rice I've ever tasted. It had no flavor and was not appetizing at all. I think I could have gotten better fried rice from a local Chinese place and paid less money. There were chunks of rice that were not even coated or stir fried they were just clumped together, there were super large chunks of egg that weren't broken up in the shrimp were a tad bit tough which means they were overcooked.

01/04/24=First outing to eat for the new year. I have not been to this P.F. Chang’s in 14 years. I went with a few friends for a birthday celebration. The interior has changed reflecting a more cultural and traditional Asian aesthetic from the decor to the servers uniform. Stylish, comfortable seating, and decor. There is also an outdoor patio. The mural over the bar is an amazing work of art. The infamous warrior horse sculpture still exists. Additionally, there are a few warrior-like sculptures inside the restaurant. I ordered the Organic Agave Margarita w/salt, and for my entree the Kung Pao Chicken with white rice which had flavor. My friend’s meals have also been photographed and included in this review. Nice and friendly staff. Thank you Alec and the young gentleman who was the host and seated my party at a booth. Overall, good experience and decent food. Metered timed parking out front or there is a parking lot also across the street from the restaurant. Decent prices.

I came here on a Friday night and it was about a 1 hour wait. So we decided to sit at the bar. Our bartender was Robert. He did an impeccable job tending to all his guest. We ordered the Spring Roll ($7) The Singapore Street Noodles($15.5), and the Chicken Lo Mein ($14). The food was impeccable. The atmosphere is very nice and the restaurant is clean. They have beautiful decor inside and out! We will definitely be back.

I learned that take out portions are extremely smaller than dine-in. Will not order online again. Recommend eating inside. Seating was on time. Food took longer to arrive. Food was tasty.

This is probably the best P.F. Chang’s I have ever been to. The lettuce wraps are very good but I do not like the sauce that goes on the side because it is very spicy.Lettuce wraps are gluten free I never got sick and I have celiac , but be sure to ask your waiter/waitress to make them gluten free if you need to. I got the chicken fried rice with the vegetable at the side. You’ll know if you your main meal if gluten free because you will get a plate with gold on the edge of it. If you ever want extra soy sauce just ask and they will give you gluten free packets. Restroom’s are clean, and service if very good and come to serve you a lot.

Went for dinner, very busy so we sat at the bar. One man for the full bar! He was workin it and getting to everyone best he could, he was very nice & attentive. My pepper steak was delicious little bit on the spicy side for me but really great flavor. Also had gyoza and they were fine. Missed out on dessert, a lot of their options sounded so good! *it seemed like their online scannable menu has been drastically modified and a lot of the regular items have been taken off

My partner and I went here for our 5 year anniversary last week. P.F. Chang’s was where we had our first date. The food is always delicious. We normally order to go, but every now and then will dine in. We tried some new menu items, the filet mignon wontons were so so good and the espresso martinis went down smooth (although I do wish they were made with a vanilla vodka) What really stood out the most that night was Keith, our server. He seemed genuinely happy for us and was very friendly. He told us about how his father helped open the Easton location and truly gave us exceptional service. Thanks for helping make our anniversary a little extra special.

If you ever crave for Chinese food, this restaurant is a must visit. They offer such authentic dishes, the taste just bursts in your mouth ✨. The servers there are very very friendly too. And this restaurant also offers various vegetarian/gluten free options from appetizers to entrees. The Lettuce Wrap was my favorite ✨

Our server was Adam. Adam was an absolute joy. He brought my boyfriend some rice on the house because he wasn’t that hungry but wanted to make sure he was taken care of. The food was delicious. It came out hot and fresh. Great atmosphere. One of my favorite restaurants

Service was slow, but very friendly. They were obviously short staffed and take out orders can be seen moving in a nonstop steam. Food was delicious and was please to see masks were enforced (as there is a current city mandate requiring)

Picture it, you’ve got a yearning some Pas Thai and crab rangoon from your local Star Express #57…but also, you bought some new shoes and your skin routine is showing out so SOMEONE needs to see this. Boom, enter PF Changs. Very good food, mildly sexay ambiance for your romantic night or first date needs, and a friendly menu with a variety of options for your palette and your budget. Upgrade that desire for Asian cuisine and cmonnnnn down to the PF Chang’s!

Tried a few items off of the holiday menu, and they were all terrific! Filet pot stickers were served flambee tableside, and the caramel apple 🍎 egg rolls for desert were well balanced with the hot crispy rolls served with vanilla ice cream. Service was prompt, friendly, and accurate 👍

Delicious food!! We got our food very quickly, and loved the dim lighting and overall atmosphere of the place. The staff was super nice, and overall we had a good experience!

This was my first time eating at a PF Chang's. 🥢 The atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurant is pretty impressive, and the service was great. We ordered Appetizers, I don't remember the names of each one. I order a combination rice 🍚 and sweet-and-sour chicken 🍗. For the rice I give an 8 out of 10 the sweet and sour chicken I give a 6 out of 10. It had a weird taste to it. Overall I give the full experience 8 out of 10.

Bella was my server and she was amazing. She gave us a detailed explanation of food on the menu and even suggested items to order. She checked on us and brought us drinks without us having to ask. She was very attentive, friendly, and just made our first time experience a great one. Thank you Bella.

This was my first time eating at PF Changs & it was amazing. Bella was an amazing server and explained the menu well. I had the Calamari, Shrimp Wontons, & Pork Wontons for their happy hour special. For dessert I ate the Apple Crunch & it was to die for!

My husband made reservations for my birthday but when we reached there they told to wait for 30 mins , we told them that we have email confirmation but they didn’t do anything. After 30 mins we got our table , I ordered vegetarian food for me but waitress bring egg fried rice so I told her to please change and then she forgot to bring rice . Almost at checkout time she bring rice and it was too late . It was not a good experience but I am still giving 3 stars because of the food . Veg lettuce wrap was good so as Buddha bowl .

Work group lunch events each time I have been to P.F.Chang's. Group size has been between 6 and 10. I share this as it may be the reason for the timing. The staff has been great at getting the groups seated and having orders taken. And then it stops, the wait, almost 40 minutes, one time almost an hour, for the food to arrive at the table. I know, large group, shortages in kitchen staffing everywhere, but not once did staff come back and let us know the timing of our order. After the food is set at the table, all goes great again. Drinks are refreshed, extra napkins are delivered, the table occupants are quite as all are devouring some very wonderfully prepared food. The portions are appropriately priced in today's market. And the value, for me, is extended that I will leave enough left over for a lunch the next day and be comfortably full from each meal. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The only issue, it is loud for me, and I sometimes I can not hear the people across the table for conversation. Please visit and enjoy your time there. It is a favorite of our workplace lunches and we will be visiting many more times.

This was my 1st visit to PF Changs. The appetizers were great. We got the fried green beans, dynamite shrimp, and the wonton. The food was decent. It kind of reminded me of a high-end Panda express with sushi. What we also ordered.

Came here for a last minute birthday dinner. Carl was our server, he was awesome! He is polite, friendly and attentive. The food however was very disappointing. The fried rice was flavorless and taste like bland steamed rice, my honey chicken was unexpectedly bitter and soggy. My daughter didn’t like her lo mein which is her absolute favorite Asian dish. The shrimp potstickers were all we enjoyed. Would rather go to Panda Express and save money. PF Chang’s used to be great not impressed with the quality of food now.

My boyfriend and I dined there a couple weeks ago and our server was not great. I noticed the difference in treatment when she barely said hi to us with an unhappy face, acted like she was out of patience when we were being nice, we hadn’t asked for anything yet! She got other two tables while we were there and she treated them nicely and asked how they were… At the end of the meal she dared to put tip percentages so we didn’t “have to do the math”. We spent 80, if she would been normal/nice I would have left 20 cash but I left half of that for such poor service and 0 friendliness, im not sure what her problem was. I’m not the type to ask for a manager but I do want them to know. EDIT**** I do NOT look for her to be fired, maybe it was just one of those bad days.

Great stop for lunch. Highly recommend. Our food was amazing. Gluten free options were plentiful. Gluten Free plates easy to identify. Our server Adam was great. Adam was professional, knowledgeable, friendly. ** my only negative- I love warm Sake and look forward to it. They were out.

Great Atmosphere and waitress was very friendly. Food is good on good side. Ordered Singapore noodle but there weren't a lot of protein in it, maybe should have ordered different entree like Kung Pao or something else with more protein. Also had long island tea and it was just Pepsi pretty much.

Best night and service I’ve had in a long time, thanks to Joel! We sat at the bar last weekend and I wasn’t sure how the service would be considering the place was packed. I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing Joel the bartender was. Not only was he super nice (and really good looking), but he did not skip a beat! He kept our drinks filled and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Definitely going back. Next time you sit at the bar, ask for Joel!

I am absolutely fed up with this place. I have ordered food here to go on 4 occasions and only 1 time did they get my order correct with all my sauce and utensils. Tonight, I asked for CHOPSTICKS, CHILI PASTE for my main course, SIGNATURE TRIO SAUCE and I got NONE OF IT. Again!!! What is the big deal? I called before and told the manager to be more dilligent with the orders. I worked food service all my life and it is honestly NOT HARD to put condiments and utensils with the order. It's on the receipt. I will not be spending my money here any longer. Very disappointed.

The older Asian man at the welcome desk was rude and short. He didn't acknowledge me when I first walked in. When he did finally speak to me all he said was "Do you have a reservation?". No "Hello", no "Welcome to PF Chang's", no smile, no welcoming demeanor. He should not be greeting customers at all! I was glad to tell him that I did not have a reservation, left and went around the corner to Brio.

Our food was delicious, we got in right away and got seated. Little disappointed in server, was very slow. Took forever for him to come and even take our drink order.. I could see if they were packed but it wasn't bad.

Ive been coming here for a long time with friends nd family and I love this Asian restaurant. The amenities are splendid and sets a nice tone for the setting and dishes. The bartenders are quick and on point for service, drinks, food and a good conversation. The take out option is always great to have. After a nice cigar from Tinder Box I enjoy coming here to start off with vegetable spring rolls and pork egg rolls with extra sweet dipping sauce for both. I then move onto the lettus chicken wraps with my hot sake' and lemon water. The main course I have either: sweet and sour chicken, pepper steak, kung pao chicken, orange chicken, broccoli and beef or Singapore Street noodles. The sake' adds a nice touch to any dish. Thank you to the owner, manager and bartenders for a good time and food.
