A really nice meal. Firstly, there wasn’t loud music. We could talk. Secondly, good service even though they were busy. Most importantly, the food was good. This is not haute cuisine, it’s just great value well prepared food

Delicious American food. Nice size hearty ribs and steaks along with adult beverages that compliment your meals. Friendly and fast service. Convenient parking spaces around the building. Decent prices.

It's okay, pretty slow service, short handed. The menu is very different, prices reflect the times; food is four of five stars imo like not great, I say more like just good, good enough

My family just ate here about 2 days ago, I know staff can be short during times like this which we were patient however first issue was appetizers came out the slider meat were dripping pink, we had for them to remake it, next my children get their chicken pasta kids meal, my husbands food kept coming out incorrectly and it then I notice that that chicken on the kids meal was RAW!!! This is the second time I’ve had something here occur where the food was h safe to eat, health department will need to come out

The place was clean and not crowded. Our host, Mitch, and our server, Jeanie, were two of the nicest employees we’ve come across in a while. We ordered the chips and salsa, and the triple dipper basket. Got the molten cake for dessert. All of the food was great and came out warm. We appreciated the kind service- it’s hard to find these days.

Ordered from one of the delivery places, but can't blame them for this. Ordered a old timer cheeseburger ( I believe that is what it was called) receive a bun with lettuce tomato and onion and NO HAMBURGER! Could not believe it! Called and complained, paid for getting nothing!

I tryed the Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl and was not impressed, for the price I paid I expected more. I went there for the original chicken crispers I've been getting since 2000. And was informed they stopped doing them a couple months ago. So I will not be returning back to any Chilis in the future. That was the one item that stayed the same over the decades since I've been going. So sad!!!

Chili's is always a safe bet for standard food. It's not fine dining but at this location the service is good and the meal was served its purpose.

Got the seafood pasta bake. It was delicious. The shrimp was well cooked and seasoned. The crab was very slightly overcooked but nothing worth deducting stars over since it's meant to be eaten with the rest of the dish. The pasta was well cooked. Not overcooked and not under done. Our server was absolutely amazing. She checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. The table was also very clean when we sat down which was nice. Overall I very much enjoyed my visit here as did my partner.

Worst curbside experience I've ever had. We put the order in, right before our pickup window opened we parked told them we were there, gave our spot number and a description of our vehicle. We waited, and waited, and waited (which we were happy to do, figured with staff shortages everywhere it wasn't a big deal if it took a little longer than the app thought it would). Finally 25 minutes after our window for curbside delivery had closed I went in to find out what happened to the order. As it turned out, it was sitting by the register, they received the information but never had anyone bring the food out to us. Obviously I asked for a refund rather than eat cold food, the first person (not a manager) was pretty indifferent, the manager seemed put off, but said he'd process the refund and we'll have it in 2 to 3 days, I'll definitely be checking for that. But I truly believe this will be my last time at a Chili's restaurant. We were on the fence before the pandemic, but they had done so well with having a curbside option that we started going there again, guess that was the wrong decision.

I don’t like reviewing chain restaurants, but this place really surpassed my expectations. I’ve driven past this place for 20 years without ever paying attention to it until today. We went there because of an appealing Veterans Day incentive, but I wasn’t expecting much… but boy was I surprised!!! The pictures speak for themselves. The burgers were generous, fresh and tasty with lots of lettuce and pickles on them. The fries were perfect and plentiful, and we had to bring the appetizers home, because we just couldn’t eat it all. The Street corn was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the Draft Beer was fresh and cold, and the taps were clean. I’ll be back.

We havent been to chilis in a while and drove by like lets pop in. Despite the parking lot being pack, place being busy, we got seated within a couple minutes. Service was awesome, very quick and friendly. Food was fantastic, we made the classic hungry and ordered too much mistake but leftover at home was still great. Only issue was paying the bill as the machine at our table didnt work but our server got a replacement over quick and worked fine

Came here for a lil solo birthday dinner. Got here around 3:20, and it took a while just to get a drink and appetizer order put in. It's 4:07 now and they finally took my dinner order, which I ended up asking to take to go because I've been sitting here with an empty plate and cup watching others get served at their tables. Multiple servers walking around and no one came to see if I needed anything. The restaurant isn't even all that busy either considering I'm here in between lunch and dinner. I placed a dessert order in the app on my phone before they came to me to finally take my dinner order. Super disheartening because the last time I was here and ordered to go it was decent and efficient service. Frustrating to hear servers in the kitchen just chatting, or to see the bartender checking his phone next to the computer behind the bar. They(tablet says his name is Ryan) were supposed to be my server but it seems they helped everyone but me. Hopefully my food comes out okay. I didn't want to take my birthday dinner to-go, but I'm so upset I just can't stay here and eat now. Edit - Wendy ended up helping me get things straightened out. She was great. Still upset about my overall experience of being here. Ended up being here for almost an hour and a half still hungry. Glad I was finally able to get my food to go though. It's just not going to be warm anymore when I get to eat it now.

This was actually our 1st visit. Not only to this location but to any Chili's. I honestly have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Now granted, at the time of our visit, 7pm or so on a week night, they were not very busy. We were seated and waited on immediately. Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable and when the food arrived it was hot and delicious. Since we couldn't decide we ordered 2 appetizers and 2 entrées to check out and share. The helpings were extremely generous. We had plenty left over to reheat for lunch and dinner the next day. I was thrilled with how nicely it reheated in the microwave and air fryer. We will definitely be visiting again. In fact I just made up my mind where we will be celebrating my mother's birthday.

Haley, THANK YOU so much for exceptional service!! You were attentive, polite and on our every need. The trio fajitas are excellent, full of flavor, just like I remembered. You are the best server I have ever had in the past 20 years at this location. Come in and give a shout out to Haley, she's the best. Don't forget to tip her good for all the good she do

I took my 1st trip to Chili's last week. The experience was so great I returned this weekend for a encore. It just keeps getting better. I downloaded the app and in doing so you receive FREE chips n salsa. I took advantage of the 3 for me which is 10.99 for a meal and refillable beverage. My waitress was excellent she brought everything out hot n quick, made sure we had everything we needed and did checks to make sure we were o.k (Thanks Diedra for your exquisite service. )Had a great date night. Good venue to feed a group of kids as well. If you are looking for great food at a great price without skimping on the quantity. This is the hottest ticket in town!

Prime location in Columbus. Food was good. Pleasant Ambiance. Staff was friendly and helpful. I placed a to go order in here which got little delayed due to some new staff member which was understandable as he was new. Overall Happy with their service

Date night and was looking forward to the delicious chicken crispers that we’ve ordered since forever. How disappointing when they were set on the table. Immediately we wondered where the golden crispness was. In it’s place was a very generic unimpressive coating. The old recipe was nearly perfect. Will change rating when they are brought back. Service was great and drinks hit the spot!

We came as a walk in group of 5 people, we were greeted right away & didn’t have to wait long to be seated. Our waitress, I believe Wendy was her name, was absolutely wonderful & was very attentive & made sure that everything was exactly how it was supposed to be. She even introduced us to the Rewards Programs in which resulted in some free chips & salsa! Total plus! I ended up getting the Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex bowl & it was delicious. Definitely a good sizing plate.

The food was horrible 0/10 it was cold and nasty! Like I’m so disappointed. The manager took the appetizer off still didn’t make up for the nasty food. Drinks was the only good thing! My table was dirty they sat me at. I will NEVER eat here again.

I went to Dublin from the UK to visit my friends and we went to chilli's as I've never been to one before and it was so good! I loved our server, she was so friendly and sweet! I believe the helpful servers name was Alana (sorry if I got that wrong!) But she had the most brightest purple and reddish hair and it was lovely speaking to them. I had a great time visiting all round and I'll come again when I can!

Loved it inside. Nice and airy feel. Love the seating in the solarium like area. Ordered burgers & got very little fries with it. The plate seemed empty.

I just love this Chili's! The service is always so amazing and today was no exception. We encountered an issue with an undercooked appetizer (men get happened before as every other time we have home, things have been perfect) but they were right on top of it! Not only did they get us a new order right away but they made it right. Both our server and the manager were absolutely the best and super welcoming and friendly. I can't thank you enough for the wonderful service! 🙌🏼 We will definitely be back and tell everyone to visit as y'all were just so great. Cheers!

We had a great server. She was friendly and able to recommend a few things but not pushy. I wasn't overly thrilled with what I ordered (it ended up being too spicy for me) but the others in our party were happy with their choices.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Food came out quick and was fresh and prepared well. Only minor complaint is that we had our infant daughter in a stroller and there appeared to be no ramp or low spot along the sidewalk to the entry, so may be an issue for those in wheelchairs

The food was great!!! I feel like the service I got was great considering how short staffed they were. I didn't have to wait any longer than normal for my food and though he was trying to cover a lot of territory, my server was good. The only thing I don't like is that this the only Chili's in Columbus!!!
