I've
been
an
avid
customer
for
donatos
for
many
years
since
I
was
old
enough
to
by
my
own
food.
Y'all
about
to
rectify
this
situation.
To
be
clear,
I
have
never
had
one
single
complaint
until
tonight.
So
my
mom's
birthday
was
today.
I
ordered
donatos
on
the
app
at
around
8.
Big
ole
$60
meal
at
that.
They
said
it
was
going
to
be
at
my
mom's
around
9:25.
So
right
out
the
gate
were
gonna
wait
for
an
hour
and
a
half
which
is
fine.
But
then
I
get
an
email
saying
it's
leaving
the
building
at
9:02.
I'm
thinking
I'm
gonna
get
to
tip
real
good
tonight
because
it's
gonna
be
fast.
9:25
rolls
around,
I
call
in
and
the
store
transfers
me
to
who
tracks
the
order.
I
get
put
on
hold
5
different
times
and
wait
at
least
3
minutes
each
time
and
get
hung
up
on
each
time.
We
pull
up
to
the
shop
at
10:15.
This
dude
tried
to
say
I
gotta
talk
to
door
dash...
But
I
ordered
it
through
donatos
?...
I'm
sitting
here
right
now
at
10:31
waiting
for
an
additional
20
minutes
to
get
the
food
I
ordered
at
8.
And
getting
charged
the
same
amount,
no
discounts,
nothing
free,
nothing.
Not
even
an
apology.
Just
gotta
be
cool
with
losing
3
hours
of
my
time
while
my
entire
family
is
waiting
to
get
food.
You
all
should
be
ashamed
of
yourself.
I
want
refunded,
free
food,
the
whole
thing.
What
ever
it
is
you
do
to
rectify
mishaps
like
this.
This
is
beyond.
