The food and service was great ,it was having to park in the garage which was 9 floors up, had to pay for parking, had to walk down the street and around the corner ,but everything else was great.

For $14.99 they'll give you a bowl and you fit in as many ingredients (steak, chicken, pork, fish, shrimp, calamari, scallop and veggies, noodles, eggs, tofu, etc.) as you can, and the chefs will cook them for you. They also have a sauce bar (garlic, pepper, chili, soy sauce, rosemary and so much more) where you can get flavors and have your chef add them to your food. For $17.99 you can eat as much as you want instead of just one bowl. With a bowl you can get two kinds of soup as well as lettuce, brown/white rice and tortillas. I like the place! Sometimes they'll have a BOGO deal which is really a steal :)

The staff was very nice, selection of meats/veggies/sauces was exceptional, and drinks were delicious! The drinks were also VERY well priced at generally about $6 each. The bowl seems pretty small that you put everything in for cooking, however, it ended up being more than I could eat. It was also really fun to stand at the grill and watch them cook our food. This place is 2 hours away from me and I canNOT wait to go back!

I love Mongo’s. We visit here several times a year. I like that I get to add whatever I want to my bowl. They normally have new items as well.

Took family to eat there last night. Daughters water had a bug in it. The bug was noticeable the second the waitress sat it down, so not sure how she didn’t notice. When My daughter pointed it out the waitress just kinda stood there and stared at her then said “I’ll get another one”. There were also gnats flying around everywhere. We ordered a beer and a mango madness (frozen drink) and it took so long to get those that we had to walk up to the bar to ask about them because the server just disappeared. My drink was given to me completely melted and warm. Beer was also warm. Selection of vegetables was trash. Also, didn’t have all of the sauces and spices as labeled. There were like 2 other people in the restaurant eating so it wasn’t by any means busy. Horrible experience. Used to be one of my favorite restaurants.

We all ordered bowls with the exception of a kid's meal which was served in this cute dish. All the food options were fresh and cooked perfectly. The service was outstanding. (Thank you, Alan!)We were a large group and were very well attended to. It was a very fun dinner!

This is a very unique experience! You choose the meats and sauces in a bowl and have the experts there grill it for you! Great food and great service. Definitely a must visit.

A certain art of fatness comes with making the right bowl here. I personally stuff that thing down like childhood trauma. Each scoop of meat is met with the sides of the tongs making sure every centimeter of it is filled up. Veggies are cool and everything, but I'm pretty sure carrots and broccoli are nearly free at stores. So I mainly cook meat with some onions, peppers and mushrooms for taste. Don't waste money on apps, maybe be extra obese and get some fried Oreos for dessert. Food is delicious, but the place is a little dirty. It's like a buffet for people that say they don't like buffets. Free style coke machines are great. Vanilla root beer all day.

Mongolian Grills are hard to come by, so when I visit a city that has one, I have to make time to visit. bd’s is a franchise and feels that way too. When I was seated, my server got my drink order and gave me the run down of process. Unlike other places I’ve gone to like Crazy Fire Mongolian in Fayetteville, NC, bd’s servers provide you one bowl at a time to fill with your noodles and other ingredients. I found it hard to build a decent plate as I was worried that everything would fall off and cross contaminate the other food. So I had to make small plates and make multiple trips to the grill, which was packed. The food was good but I can’t really mess up food that I designed and seasoned just for someone with two sword-like cooking tools to heat up my food for me. I enjoyed the experience but felt like I don’t have to visit another bd’s ever again.

My son chose here for his birthday dinner. We hadn't been here for a while but we had a great time. The food as always was so good. My son loves watching his food being cooked. Our waiter, Cameron went above and beyond to make sure not only my son, but our whole family felt welcomed and took great care of us. He was so warm and personable. He had a smile on his face with every interaction. We all enjoyed our experience, especially because of Cameron! Thanks for a great evening!

We arrived almost an hour before close and were seated immediately upon entry. Our waitress and all interactions with the wait staff were positive. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The two gentlemen at the grill kept everything orderly, and our food was prepared quickly. Everything was yummy. This isn't the first time that we've eaten here and it won't be our last.

When you pick what you like you can't go wrong (just don't make it to hot)

We went to the location on Marconi Boulevard in Columbus Ohio and were able to do eat in. The food was consistently good as normal and staff super nice.

The service is excellent, the Mongolian barbecue is exquisite, and my son and I ordered a decadent ice cream brownie for dessert that surely shaved 6 years off my expected lifespan. 10/10 would shave again.

It not easy to find a Asian cruise in downtown Columbus. This is a chain restaurant providing nice asian food. The cocktails are also good with reasonable prices. Recommended.
