Was almost out of food. 75% out! This is advertised as open 24 hours seven days a week. It was very dirty! It's in a hospital!! Come on! Needs to be closed! How could this pass a health inspection??

I was denied access to the 24 hour Subway in Nationwide Children's Hospital. The security guard claimed that the Subway was not open to the public and that only family of a patient can eat there. I am very hungry being pregnant, and I find it unfair that I could not eat at this location.

So I think I wrote a review on this place the last time I was here. But I retract my previous review. I think it really just depends on whos working. Because my last experience was decent. This time not so much. Waited in line for 10 minutes (no one else in line except myself) the gentlemen that was suppose to be working was in the back on his phone. A doctor walked by and asked if I had been helped and I replied no. So she proceeded to get the guys attention so he would get off his phone and take my order. He was not very happy after having to get off his phone and do his job. Once he started to make my subs he just threw everything on there like he didn't want to be doing it. Then as a few people showed up, A lady that was working there came out to help, and they just started talking instead of finishing the orders. Took me 20 minutes to get my food. Would not recommend...

Patients and families and employees waited for more than an hour. They didnt show up even when it was midnight. Staff was inside and we can clearly see they are walking around and talking, but would not come out. Had the board of be back at 11.30 since before 10.30.

My son has been at Children’s hospital for a while.and have been to subway a few times.was there 3/24/22 about 5 .the 2 girls that take care of us are so wonderful and sweet.we look forward to seeing them.they just make you happy and laugh and parents need that sometimes.they do whatever to make you happy and our food is always good. I know one of there names is Daisy and I wish I knew the other girls name.but I’m thinking she might be a manager because it was only them 2 working.so if your ever having a bad day at Children’s hospital please go to subway they will cheer you up.so thanks so much for them 2 girls for bringing a smile to our faces.

Avoid this restaurant at all cost. They NEVER have any meats in stock. And their employees are rude. Would not spend a penny here. So many other options available to you.

Not as fresh as you'd think. I got hard bread that was already cut I'm assuming earlier in the day cause even with dressing it was not good. Meat sits under lights all day, and then is brought from a fridge to Refill. Do they even slice their own meats.

The staff is purposely rude and they all need to be let go.

1st time ordering at this location, the employees working were very polite and efficient. The store was clean. The lady that made our sandwiches was the Queen of sub making.

So I ordered the following: lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, green peppers, black olives, oil, black pepper and Parmesan cheese. The photo is what they gave me. I would absolutely avoid this location at all cost and they should be discontinued at this location. Unacceptable Subway!!!!

First time I ordered I wasnt impressed. But the second time a couple days later I decided to give them another try. It was a little better but they could put a little more toppings on it, like lettuce and and dressing. Asked the gentlemen to add more and he just looked at me like "really dude"

I can only comment about the afternoon crew: unprofessional behavior (music and profanity observed). Meat is not as cold as it should be. Random closing times. Would not recommend.

Went to go get something to eat after the cafeteria closed (8:30 pm) seen the sign saying open 24 hours but yet they were closed. After I done walked from the cafeteria from the nicu. Not even gonna bother trying again after reading the reviews. Would rather order online from another store and pay to have it delivered

Worst customer service ever. They have an employee there who is known for being rude yet somehow she still has a job there. I can't imagine how this employee treats the food if she treats customers like trash.

Always great food with great prices. Something for everyone, no matter the diet.

Made my sub exactly how I wanted it which doesn’t usually happen at most locations (I always get the same order) and the employees were amazing! Some of the nicest guys I’ve encountered in food service.
