    Delicious stuffed crust pizza with a side of buffalo wings. Fast and efficient service! Small parking lot. Love the cheese and garlic sauces!!

    This review was written not out of anger but truly by my experience. So I lived in old town east for a long time and done business with most of the fast food restaurants and generally speaking this was pleasant. But for the papa John’s located at 860 Parsons Ave in Columbus Ohio this location gets a serious thumbs down. For extremely poor customer service, Poor delivery time and that is if you even get your order, Extremely poor care of product by delivery persons. And this is currently because this location is inadequately staffed and supervised by a incompetent store general manager, assistant manager and assistant lead. As far as I’m concerned this location at 860 Parsons Ave, in Columbus Ohio gives the (Papa John’s company) regardless of independent ownership as a hole a very bad reputation in Columbus and this local community.

    The Shaquroni isn't like the commercial. It was salty, and the cheese doesn't stretch when you pick it up. OMG. The next day I warmed up a slice, and it taste gummy and stale. I don't think that cheese was fresh. It's disgusting

    First, our organization ordered three Shaq-a-roni pizzas and two extra large cheese pizzas for our event. Secondly, we requested all the pizzas be cut into squares since the majority of the people to be served at our event would be kids. We were assured by the manager, who took our order, the pizzas would definitely be cut into squares. Lastly, when I arrived to pick up my order, the manager stated we were receiving extra pizzas at no additional cost. After arriving at the location where our event was being held, our group discovered the pizzas were not cut into squares as requested. Had we not been given the extra pizzas, there would not have been enough pizza to serve at our event. While our organization was disappointed by the pizzas not being cut into squares as requested, we appreciate the manager providing us with more than enough pizzas to feed everyone who attended our event. Thank you, Paula, and staff for making our event a success.

    When you want to simply have a pizza delivered after a long day, this is not the place to go. Ordered online at 5:50, expected delivery 6:24-6:34. At 6:15 we noticed the tracker hadn’t updated so we called to confirm the order went through. After four times calling, once waiting 4 minutes, no one ever answered. The tracker eventually updated and we got our pizza at 7:45, two hours after ordering. The DoorDash driver said he was there waiting for it for 15+ minutes and there were only two employees. Thankfully we’d already placed a Dominos order, because when it did finally arrive the pizza was cold (unsurprisingly), messy, and unevenly cut. The garlic sauce was also opened and spilled all over. Such a disappointment.

    Not sure what to say. Two employees are trying to keep the place open. Got our pizzas. They were cold. The employee was on the phone when I got there, hung up and took another call while I was just waiting for a pick up that was sitting done. I know it's hard to get employees; you would be better off closing this location to give the customers a better experience.

    I placed my order for delivery & got a call from the driver saying he was here, it was a completely wrong address & he was 2 cities away. So I triple checked to make sure I called the right location & discovered that when you call a location & pick the option for delivery it sends you to a call center that isn’t even in Columbus! So a call center took my order & gave it to the wrong location with the wrong address. So I called this location & spoke to the manager and tried to reorder for delivery, gave specific instructions because it was going to a softball field. Almost an hour later I called to check on the status & she said the order has been completed & the driver gave it to some guy in the parking lot. So $200 & 3 1/2 hours later we still didn’t get our pizza.

    The grubhub driver picked up the food from the restaurant, marked it as delivered which it was not. So the GrubHub driver stole the food, whatever I got a full refund from GrubHub and they gave me $10. However when I attempted to call Papa John's multiple times regarding the order they don't pick up, they just send you to a hold line with the most obnoxious audio, a guy talking about stuffed crust pizza. They never pick up, eventually your call will just be dropped. This place is absolute trash and literally no one should buy anything from it, hope they go out of business.

    Food showed an hour late, wasn't cut, and I think this one abomination was supposed to be cheesy bread? Horrible experience overall. Part of the order was incorrect and the cookie was over cooked

    It's crazy how the location sure makes a hell of a difference. The papadillas I purchased on E. Broad was a lot better than these. These are smaller, like they could have flattened it some more, and they hardly gave me any sauce

    Wife ordered a square cut pizza. Banana pepper and half sausage.. got home, it was a BBQ chicken pizza.. took it back and they gave me someone elses pizza that was also there to get his order fixed.. so i waited 10 minutes, got the new pizza, but still not correct. It was normal cut with only half Banana pep. i didnt care, took it home cus im hungry.. got home, turns out its stuffed crust too.. wife not a fan of that shizz.. good job, guys! Killin it! Unreal... ( 2 stars cus lady wasnt rude and apologized) psh.

    Fire the KM and/or GM. Been on hold for 20 minutes and can’t order through the app or website because of “technical issues”. This happens almost every time I try to order from this franchise. If you can’t take orders then close the store and stop collecting a paycheck for not working. As a long time food service worker I have no idea how you are still employed. Called flyers and got done in 3 minutes. Franchise is a great advertisement for every other pizza spot around!

    I ordered a pizza and this is how I received it. Don't order from this store.. I didn't even recieve a receipt and you won't be given a refund or reorder... Imma try to contact corporate.

    I placed an order for delivery online at 4:30pm and per the website it would arrive in 38 minutes. The order did not arrive until 6:20pm. The driver told me he hoped the order was correct as he had a lot of orders. My food was ice cold, the pizza toppings were in a pile and not spread out, and the wings were cold as well. When I called them to complain I was advised they could not do a credit as it needed to be done by the General Manage and told to call back the next day. Update: 2/27/23 After calling there customer service line for two weeks and no one calling me back I was finally given a full refund back to my credit card. While I am glad this was finished, it should not of taken this long to get my money back!

    Do not risk ordering from this papa johns. Over two hours later and still no pizza delivered. I have ordered here before and have had them cancel orders due to not having drivers. It’s not worth it. Order from a different store.

    Good luck getting your pizza delivered! Called in a delivery, said it was 30 minutes then got a call 30 minutes later telling me my order was voided because they couldn't get ahold of me. I had only missed their call 2 minutes prior. 🙃

    Barely any topping this is the second time ordering from here and it happened both times. Bit into something like gravel rock hard. Had to stop eating.

    I ordered a pepperoni pizza and 10 wings. Wings had a dollop of sauce in the middle pizza was cheese only and gross af. messed with it. Called the store manager was horrible and rude and didn’t care my pizza was fondled. Waiting corporate now.

    This place is really awesome! Every business ends up getting a bad review eventually so I wouldn’t go based off the reviews on this location, the food was excellent and the manager Pamela was really caring! I’m so thankful I ordered from this papa johns and definitely will be ordering again.. Pamela you are great and the driver that delivered to me was very heartfelt and caring I am currently in children’s hospital with my son and they were so kind and called me when they arrived… thanks for the kindness and patience!

    Had our food delivered after a stressful and extensively long day and they forgot our 2 liter Pepsi and water. Didn’t answer when we tried to call either. Our garlic knots are like half the size of what they’re supposed to be and our pizza has more crust than actual pizza. Not even mad, just flabbergasted. Delivery girl was nice though!

    Driver was great but he works through doordash. Spent $31 total on a medium, kinda warm, cardboard pizza and a Mountain Dew… didn’t get the Mountain Dew with the pizza so had to go to the gas station. Didnt even get a desert. Shoulda ordered dominos.

    The pizza wasn't done. The outside was cooked and the toppings were cooked but the dough under it wasn't cooked all the way through. I also had another order where the dough was made the same way. I came from out of town for a doctor's appointment and Papa John's pizza and I am so disappointed 😥.

    Delivered wrong order. I ordered garlic parm breadsticks. They delivered regular with no dipping sauce. Pizza was cold and had no sauce on it. I tried calling the store and they wouldn’t answer the phone. This is the 3rd time they’ve messed up my order. I would recommend to never order from this location.

    Wow this place is a disaster. It's local so I try but I can't do it again. The last time that I tried to order pizza, it estimated 28-38 minutes. Well over an hour later and three call attempts to the store and it finally shows up. Nothing like a cold pizza. I finally do get ahold of someone at the store and they say that they'll add a credit to my account for me to try again in the future. I call as instructed today to try and 1) the credit is nowhere on the account and 2) nobody can help so call back in 3 hours when the general manager comes. Will not do this again. Ever.

    I ordered two pizzas at 5:28PM. By 7PM the pizzas were marked as "delivered" on the tracker but they never showed. I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes before being told they had made them an hour before but they were apparently lost. They couldn't remake my pizzas because they had no pizza dough. I was told I'd receive credits to my account but I've yet to get those. The woman on the phone was very apologetic but this is pretty ridiculous. I'm highly disappointed.

    Received the wrong pizza. Ordered a New York pizza with pepperoni and half mushroom. Received a New York pizza with pepperoni, green peppers, banana peppers, onions and pineapple. Nothing we wo UK old ever order. The box had our correct info. Manager was nice about it.

    This last time visiting this restaurant customer service from the employees was not pleasant towards me or others in front of me. Waiting for over an hour for a pizza then told to wait for additional 30-45 minutes the employees canceled my order not even made yet forcing me to take my business somewhere else. One employee told the other their customers are buying them dinner. UMM if it was never made how did your customers do something for them. Still waiting on a resolution called the store they would not answer. Called to make a complaint for final resolution still waiting to resolve this. My whole family will take our business elsewhere if we are forced to.

    Listen, I went the other night and there was a dude standing at the counter eating chicken wings and touching my pizza boxes. Not a great atmosphere, however the food has never been bad and my order is always right.

    Not deserving of any stars!!!! Extremely disappointed!!!!! my husband ordered me a veggie bowl for the very first time, and I will never order it again no matter how desperate I am for food… This is unacceptable and it looks like it’s been half eaten!!!! #TERRIBLE

    The most incompetent pizza joint I have ever experienced in my life. Your order is always wrong, or if it's correct, it's not cooked correctly and that's if they even accept your order and deliver it. Most of the time they'll take your order then cancel it and your left with nothing. Do yourself a favor, order through Uber so you can at least get your money back when they screw it up.

    Every time I order from this location I'm at children's hospital for my daughter. The 3 times I've tried to give them a chance since they're the only people to deliver late/post COVID.. all deliveries are through door dash even though they tell you otherwise. First time my entire order was left on the floor outside. Second time they couldn't figure out where to go and my order was missing things. The third AND LAST time ordering from them, MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. Great food, HORRIBLE customer service, Not worth the effort in the end. Never know what you're really going to get. And don't get me started on their return/refund policy. THANKS SHAQ!

    Changing my rating after having issues with every delivery ordered. The food tastes fine but is cold, and it takes much longer than the app says to prepare, (not to be delivered) and no update is ever given on time. I'm not even able to get a hold of anyone at the store either. I'm usually very understanding, but this wait time for deliveries (without it actually being on the way) is ridiculous. Our food ended up being cold and the pizza wasn't even cut. (At all).

    The Parsons Ave customer service is excellent. 2 days ago, we ordered pizza online for delivery & promptly got a phone call from them letting us know that unfortunately they did not have any drivers that night. They gave us the option to either cancel or pick-up. We opted to pick up. I asked to make sure they would remove the delivery fees & driver tip since we were picking up & they said they would. The next day we noticed that although the delivery fees were removed, we were still charged for the tip. So today I called the store & spoke to the manager & she said she would research & call me back. She did call me back about 30 min later & informed me that she found the order but because she couldn't figure out how to refund just the tip, she went ahead & gave me a refund for the entire order. That is excellent customer service. They definitely care about customer satisfaction & with the terrible customer service I've had recently with one of their major competitions, it was really refreshing. The last 2 times I've ordered pizza at The Other Place, food doesn't arrive, management is unhelpful, service is awful. I will just go straight to Papa John's from now on, I can count on them for good food & even better service.
