Stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed. The food was great! We got right in and the food came out extremely fast. Probably the best Mexican food around. Can’t believe It took me this long to try this place. I’ll definitely be back.

Good service and great food. Went in for a solo meal. Chips, salsa.and dip was delicious. Warning the salsa has a kick and I LOVE spicy. Be aware if you can't handle heat. The Boom-Boom sauce on the chicken enchilada made my nose run- sign of a great meal. Will definetly return.

Good food for sure. The Elvis is my go to. Only gotten curbside. But they are the best. The rigid is a ton of food plus it covers with chips and their dips and leaves this big guy full every time What makes them the best? Service. Their service is just amazing. Food is consistently top quality, tasty, fresh, and great. Pair that with the best service and Chuy's can't be great. The people are kind, wonderful people. Like this guy in the picture the catering manager. Great guy and always makes me feel welcome. This is my go-to for takeout at the office. Oh and folks, tip on takeout. If you want them to keep their great staff giving you great consistent food, show them the love back!!

Awesome place! Great service. Had happy hour drinks, chips with salsa/ ranch, big meals for the price, and the tres leche cake to finish and everything was excellent. Will definitely go back!

My husband and I just had the most amazing meal at the Columbus, OH Seward Street location. We joined the waitlist on our way to Columbus as it’s a Friday night and we know it can get busy. We were met by the hostess who seated us promptly and a server who was not working our section came over to greet us as our server was stretched thin. She recommended swirled margaritas, which we tried and were AMAZING. Our server then came over, grabbed us Creamy Jalapeño (our favorite!) as well as more salsa, and recommended the Chicken Flautas and Chuychanga. We normally get the fajitas to split, but I have to say, I think we found our new favorite meal! She came back to check on us frequently, making sure we had everything we need, not an easy feat in a post-COVID environment due to workplace shortage. I think the kitchen staff deserves a shoutout as well because the flavors of the meal (the salsa, creamy jalapeño, rice, beans, and entrees) were phenomenal. It was by far an amazing meal and a great experience. Keep up the great work!

Very good meal! I absolutely love the atmosphere of this restaurant. It’s fun inside. They also have Elvis on the walls! The white peach margarita was amazing!

Seen that this place seems to be expanding, so figured we'd give it a try. The decor is definitely interesting and over the top. The tortilla chips are bomb, salsa was a bit much heat wise, but still doable. Both our meals were very good and reasonably priced. Our server didn't seem very happy, but did take care of our dinning needs. Would be willing to try again.

We were twice weekly customers of Chuy's when we lived in Houston. Now we're in Cleveland, but came to Columbus for two things, Chuy's and IKEA. Truly Chuy's has a unique taste of it's own and has the best chips and margaritas of all time. It's a casual homey place and this location met my expectations. Be sure to ask for the jalepeno cream sauce for your chips. It's the best.

I’m a Texas boy and folks in my state like to say negative things about Chuy’s but I tell ya what, they make a damn good enchilada. I think the menu is more streamlined since the pandemic but I still find great service, good food and awesome margaritas. I had the Elvis, may daughter a burrito and my wife had the taco salad (not pictured). Price point is pretty good especially there in Easton where everything is more expensive. Chips are good and they still have that jalapeno cream salsa. So yummy

First, would like to say that this was a recommendation from my Dad as he works in the area. Second, I would like to say that my boyfriend is ½ Mexican & ½ Irish so he can take some heat (he eats habaneros very easily). Third, I would like to say that not only was this our 1st time here, but we told our waiter as well. He did well with greeting us & getting our drink order & bringing out the chips, and salsa (my boyfriend loves salsa, but he said that this one tasted watered-down & like they took tomatoes & blended it with some already made salsa) & a white dipping sauce that I later found out was jalapeño ranch dipping sauce. He (the waiter) did well in explaining a few things & telling us what was popular & what he liked & recommended. After we ordered, then things went downhill from there. As far as food is concerned the queso is really good. We had to ask for more chips though. The burrito my boyfriend got was really good as well (much better than what I got, in my opinion). I got what the waiter told me was popular the Chicka-Chicka Boom-Boom enchiladas. This is VERY spicy!! I have a very mild palette & my boyfriend doesn't & even he said it had a big "kick" to it. So I just ate the chicken out of them which was very tasty. It was a bit dry but that's ok. The rice & beans that came with my dish were good as well. I asked my boyfriend (who's from Michigan & came to visit with me over the 4th of July holiday of 2023) if he would ever want to come back & almost instantly without much hesitation, he said no. I have to agree. I think that COVID ruined a lot (some might say everything) in the customer service / fast food/ food industry & no one wants to work it anymore, but we all want to be able to eat out at several different types of places?!! I hope that this only helps others that follow in tow. I'm not doing this to be negative in any way. Just attempting to help & give my opinion.

Great place to eat and the people are very nice, the chips you start out with are great and the dip is greater, you start with salsa which is real spicy or a Queso dip which is mildly spicy. I recommend using some of that Queso dip and pouring it into your rice.

Sooo the chips are SUPER addictive, as is the creamy ranch sauce. They’re both freshly made, and well, just yum! I could drink that stuff literally!!! Good food as far as Tex Mex goes. We went as a group of 12 or so, and besides needing a little bit of a bigger table, this place fit the bill for food and service.

Very busy it took over 20 minutes to get drinks and about 20 to get food. Loved the salsa and fresh tortilla chips. Chicken fajitas awesome hot too so the wait was worth it. Chicken chimichanga was a bit dry not a lot of flavor but the side sauce was tasty just not enough of it.

I’m originally from Texas and absolutely love Chuy’s. Like every place near Easton, this restaurant does get busy but I have had no issues other than parking. The staff is always friendly and the food is always served in a timely manner. Chips and dip are constantly fresh and on the table. I bring everyone here or I will order out.

Good food and friendly servers! Good appetizers. I really had a good time here. The restaurant has a very pretty theme and interesting decorations throughout. Very spacious and they find a way to FIT EVERYBODY! This is great though. Less wait time for you. Felt a little bit tricked into spending more as the server talked about happy hour half off the cheese dip and guacamole, but then we were fully charged for one of the appetizer/dip and she clarified that happy hour rules only apply to certain dishes. It was crowded so service was a little bit slow and by mid meal and at the end, we were no longer seeing our server much at all. I just feel like, you visit Easton or live there, and still want to save a little money here and there.

Edit: took a picture of the missing additions and didn't even notice the plastic piece in the rice that was melted. So on top of a half full order, it came with a piece of plastic melted into the rice as well. I come here once a month and never really had problems. We would order more drinks if the servers paid attention but not a big. Ordered to go. Half my order is missing but my husband specifically asked if everything was there. He was assured it was. Half of the order was missing. No toppings for the food at all. The queso was missing. The beans were missing. The missing parts were refilled but now I'm eating lukewarm meat with soggy vegetables over someone's else's avoidable oversight.

First time here and probably the last. The service was really good and atmosphere was really nice. However the food lacked alot to be desired. As you can see myself or my fiancée didn't finish or food. The rice was warm and tasted like it had been warming under a light. The beans weren't terrible but nothing special. My main coarse was a steak burrito. The steak was very chewy and not good at all. My fiancée chicken burritos were a little better but just simply just average. The highlight was her house margarita but not worth 9 dollars. Maybe it was an off day there but as for me that meal was absolutely not worth 41 dollars. We both left disappointed. Sorry to say.

First sign of a non-authentic Mexican restaurant: everyone eating there is white. Should have looked up the place beforehand, did not know it was a chain before going. You get what you'd expect from a chain Mexican restaurant- it's extraordinarily okay, but there are much better ones in Columbus if you just look. Also brace yourself for the stomachache afterwards.

I ordered chicken soft tacos via uber eats leaving my review here since I didn't have one on that platform. My chicken soft tacos literally had 2 small strips of grilled chicken. The toppings and chicken should have some sort of proportion of balance. My chips although delish was a humongous bag

We ordered online last night, first time at this location. Unfortunately several key items were missing that we had to go back for, BUT the manager Kenneth could not have done a more phenomenal job making it up!!! He completely remade our entire meal (ordered for 11 people), brought it out to curbside himself AND comped the entire thing. The food was of course delicious, but we were very impressed with his unnecessary generosity to make our experience all he could after the mistake was made. Thank you Kenneth!!

I've been a few times with a large group, 8 to 10 people. Everyone was not impressed with the food. (Bummer, mine was great.) Service was great, and orders came out correct. The room was fun with a variety of decorating styles, it was a topic of conversation. It was however Very difficult for conversations. Smaller groups or a couples would be fine and find it a fun place to eat. As said, my food was great, The cost is according to the times. I'll definitely go back.

A friend and I went out after work to get some drinks and this place is cute and definitely family friendly. They have the best chips and salsa I've ever had from a tex mex restaurant. The service was ok and the atmosphere is a bit claustrophobic for me. Other than that not a bad place.

The space was decorated in such a cute manner. I loved the chicken fajitas for two. I was not impressed with the service, cheese/salsa was literally so spicy, and pricing. We spent $70 for Cheese Dip, Kids Quesadilla and Fajitas for 2. The cheese dip was so spicy that we couldn’t eat it. We enjoy spicy foods even but this was crazy and the salsa was even worse.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and there were specials going on at the time. Food quality was mixed; one dish was great and another was lackluster. I’d recommend overall, the prices were quite reasonable.

I am a 30-year restaurant man I have worked for and managed many big chains, maws and paws, owned and operated, got my start as a car hop at a root beer stand... I have been around! I know good talent when I see it and kristi who was our bartender and server was absolutely amazing and on point! She is a true professional! In fact because of her amazing service I'm not sure how truly good the food was but, it was good as well. It was very refreshing for me to be taken care of in such a professional manner it just made the food even more delicious! It hasn't even been 48 hours since my first visit and I have already told several people about my wonderful dining experience.I will tell you this, I would come back time and time again if I were in the area. A truly great experience each time! Great job Chuy's and especially Kristi!

First time here and very impressed. everything was delicious and great prices. Not a million options like some Mexican restraunts but we all liked that better. Too many options is too confusing.

Chuy’s reminded us of a Chevys knock off which was good but not as good as Chevys. The child’s were ok but the salsa was nothing special. The queso was ok but too runny. The guacamole was good but it was a small portion. I had the enchiladas which were decent. The tres leches cake looked amazing but we were too full to order it. The chairs at the high top were uncomfortable and felt like they were falling apart. The service was average. It took them forever to bring our drinks but they did keep the chips and salsa flowing. Not sure if I would go back.

I love Chuy's! After living in Austin Texas for 14 years eating at the original one it was such a delight to find a Chuy's restaurant right here in Columbus Ohio. The restaurants are clean and the staff is always happy. The atmosphere is super trendy and just makes you happy to be there.

Food was good, but they’re a busy location so our wait time was 30+ minutes. Plus they stopped serving Sopaipillas which is the entire reason I go there. Service wasn’t bad but the servers working tables near our kept touching my seat as they walked past.

It's has been 20+ years since I've been to Chuy's. Had a great time, Brayden was great and had a great since of humor. I was sad the Elvis Presley Platter is no longer on the menu. The chuychanga was really good. The menu was cut down due to covid.
