I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE !!! The food here is incredibly fresh, flavorful and unique… The cuisine being genuinely both Nepali and Tibetan, is neither Chinese nor Indian, but a unique combination of flavors reminiscent of both; but different… And the staff is always friendly and sincerely want you to enjoy your experience as they share their cultural treasures with you. I especially love the Pork Chili entree, which is not a soup, but a flavorful pork and vegetable entree… And don’t miss the homemade chili paste condiment (in the three-cup caddy) which is a wonderful compliment to any dish… I can’t get enough !!! It’s easy to see why Guy Fierri voted this place one of Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives Top 100 Restaurants in the U.S. !!!

Momo Ghar offers authentic Nepali dishes for very reasonable prices! Dumplings are handmade right in front of you! Highly recommended for the adventurous eater! Their potato salad is great if you like spicy foods. The tender potatoes offer full earthy flavors with a mild heat. Highly recommend

This place got good Nepali ambience, vibes. I really liked every item we ordered. If you like Lamb, go for their Lamb entree. We also had their Fried rice, Chicken chilly, and Noodles. Everything was great tasting. Superb service, waitress took care of us really good with smile on her face all the time. Chef came to the table to check on us, and it was really nice talking to him. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

As the name suggests it’s famous for momos. “Momo Ghar” means Momo house so you get wide variety of momos here. This is traditional Nepali and Tibetan cuisine. The have small menu in that you can chose and customize it. As I am being vegetarian I tried vegetarian momo, potato and vegetables stir fry. I loved the food and flavors. The place is small and ambience are good. If you love momos then you should go to this place. It’s clearly visible from sawmill road.

Momo Ghar! I wanted to visit this place since it has opened and finally we reached! We ordered chilly chicken, jhol momo veg, chicken momo, veg pan fried noodles. 1. Chilli chicken : if you are expecting like Indian chilli chicken then this is not the right place. But the way they prepared it it was amazing. Love all the flavors and heat. Chicken was juicy and well cooked. 2. Jhol momo: the sauce is die for! 3. Chicken Momo: this was good but I wish I ordered it Jhol chicken Momo. 4. Veg pan fried noodles : lovely noodles with lots of veggies! Spice level was well balanced! Overall experience was good and would love to come back for Jhol Momo.

The lady was so awesome to make chicken friend momo on pan for me. Momos are good, only problem is the space is too congested that only 6-7 people can sit and dine. It’s inside the Saraga international grocery store.

We had lunch to go, and it was terrific. We had Nepali momo and Tibetan Jhol momos. Each dish has eight pcs of momos with dipping sauce, and they're big enough to fill you up. Fresh, chewy, and juicy, you can tell that they were made from scratch. Except for the food, the environment looks authentic, and the staff treated us friendly, too. Highly recommend you to come and try some momos at least.

The environment at Momo Ghar is wonderfully laid back environment. The food in this new location is just as spectacularly packed full of Nepalese herbs, spices, and flavors. The meals are not heavy or greasy so you won't leave feeling weighed down and overstuffed. Instead, you will be highly satisfied and gratified- while yearning to return for more.

A small place with big flavors. Steamed or pan-fried dumplings in savory jhol sauce, tasty vegetable stir fry over noodles. Tender stewed lamb. Never dissappointed with this place. And their take-out travels well - still just as good when you get it home.

We have been wanting to try Momo since we've since the episode on Guy's Diners Drive-in and, Drives. We rarely watch TV but some how caught that episode when it originally aired. Let me say it was worth the over 4 month wait!!! It was amazing! Not just the food but, the staff as well! There is also another location in the North Market I will look forward to trying that location as well.

I found hair in my food and was not treated with proper customer service. I had been a consistent customer at Momo Ghar and until my last visit. Read below on my experience on customer service, where the manager blamed us for it instead. When we talked to the manager (this same manager I have had great conversations with before and was extremely friendly), he was not accommodating. He made the sly comment of "that's not my hair" and "so you find hair in your food when you eat at restaurants often, huh?". Is that really a way to talk to a customer? Or accuse them of something? Firstly they weren't wearing a hair net so you can figure out the rest, and rather than being accommodating they were accusing us that we put the hair in the food (I can't help but think that it maybe because we were South Asian?) I am positive if it were an American person instead of a South Asian, they would have reimbursed and gotten a fresh plate of food right away and not charged for the dish to make it right (which is what any other restaurant would do and is the expectation from a restaurant), until a little back and forth by my family after which he very unwillingly gave a 50% off from the 10% that went to 15% (for the 70% of the food that was present and the 30% they took back). Honestly it wasn't about the money otherwise we wouldn't have frequented there. It was about the fact that they didn't bother making it right and blamed us for it instead. For the first time I felt that I wasn't treated right.
