    Waited over 10 minutes to get seated with only one party in front of us. And less than 1/4 of the restaurant full, I’d say 5-6 tables. No greeting from anyone. Was seated for over 20 minutes and both waitresses told us they’d see us soon one time but no one did. We left. Which I can’t say I’ve resorted to in my life. Absolutely horrible experience. To have 2 waitresses and a manager walking around and wait over 30 minutes with so few customers was the reason I chose to take my business elsewhere. Hopefully they can time manage better in the future.

    Terrible!! Waitress was great! Food was lacking.. very sorry for the help.. they tried. Cook's need training.. no excuses. Been to many IHOP. None like this one..

    I'm a trucker, and I had to stay in the Red Roof across the road until 1am to go drive again. I can't fully express how much of a blessing it was to have welcoming, fun employees and the best omelet I've ever had at an IHOP before, at 1am in the morning. It made the horribly early start to my day way better and I'm very grateful. Whomever was in the kitchen and made that omelet on 11/30/22 at 1am needs a bonus!

    We had a great experience at this IHOP. There wasn't hardly anyone there when we went. The workers were so polite, helpful, and kind! The food was delicious! My boyfriend loves their chicken and waffles. We will be back! (:

    Yes the food was fantastic five stars. I got the steak omelette that thing was slamming. My daughter got one too ate all of it. Great service great food open 24 hours love that. We will definitely be going again. Only thing I didn't like I think the prices were a little high.

    If I could give more than 5 stars to the service, I would. Our Waitress was super nice and attentive. The food was superb! If I ever find myself in the area again, 10/10, would definitely eat there again.

    Terrible experience. Seated right away, no wait. Waitress took our drink order & came back for our food order. Drinks came, then the wait began. Restaurant began to fill up. No one came back to check our drinks. Everyone working would disappear into the back for 10-15 minutes at a time, customers were looking around for staff. Waitress finally came by & said there had been a mixup in the kitchen but that our food should be out next. About 30-40 minutes later, after watching people who'd been seated after us get their food, we walked out. We waited over an hour total. A lady who appeared to be a manager was helping carry food out to tables seated after us, and their orders weren't correct. I understand that many places are short staffed these days, but a little communication goes a long way.

    Great service! Great food. Waitresses arr nice. Atmosphere is down one because they need some new tables. Where I sat last it was wobbly. The waitress has to put a couple of napkins to stable the table out. Otherwise awesome place. 👌

    My wheelchair bound brother-in-law, Mom, sister, and myself went here last night. Tory was our hostess/waitress. She greeted us with a smile and seated us at a table comfortable for everyone. Staff members worked together amicably getting our order and extras to us in a timely manner. Food was scrumptious and hot. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Atmosphere congenial. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will be back. Highly recommend.

    My husband and I came here with his mom on a whim for brunch. Upon entering the restaurant, the smell of bathroom cleaning products filled the air (similar to like porta-potty cleaner) so that wasn't exactly a pleasant scent to enter. However, we were seated quickly and had a moment to look over the menu. I ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict, my husband ordered the Split Decision, and my mother in law ordered the Spinach and Mushroom Omelet. 🍄 The food took a while to come out (20ish minutes, maybe). Once we were ready to pay, my husband asked if they offer military discount and the waitress said yes but she wasn't able to apply it since the manager was at the bank. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Kinda silly that IHOP offers the discount employees are unable to apply it... Overall, the food was good. The smell, wait, and discount issue were the negatives.

    When we walked in it was so cold we almost left. I only came in because I keep seeing commercials on TV about the new pancake tacos, which our server told us they didn't have so I was pretty disappointed. Our bacon was served pretty much raw. The server did make our experience enjoyable and my dad really liked his omelet.

    In from out of town. Stopped in for supper before returning to our hotel. Food was OK. I had salmon with rice and broccoli; my wife had fried shrimp with the rice. The shrimp and salmon were good, nothing fancy but cooked right and still hot. Rice was only slightly warm and blah. Broccoli OK. Service was very slow even though only a few tables were occupied. AC was on full blast, making it unpleasantly chilly when sitting there so long. Our server was friendly, but “i hop” definitely wasn’t their motto tonight.

    Morgan W has been the best 3rd shift waitress I’ve had ever coming here. She was nice, attentive, and seemed like she actually cared and we weren’t a burden. Will come back without any questions because of her ❤️

    I recently stopped by, I had not been into IHop in a while, I wanted to give it a try because I remember the food being good. I sat in my table that wasn't very clean to begin with and I waited 15 minutes, nobody stopped by my table to even offer water. I just walked out, I'm rating the food 4 stars based on what I remember but I'm never going there again.

    Ordered carryout. Got home. No sausage side for my wife. This was breakfast for our 23rd wedding anniversary. My son got the biscuits and gravy. The serving of gravy was literally 2 bites. Drove back to the restaurant, spoke to manager. She assured me that was the correct entree serving size for the gravy. Gave me a whopping couple extra pieces of sausage and a couple more 2 bite containers of gravy for the inconvenience. Won't be back. I'll stick to Olympic Diner in Hilliard for now on.

    We were ignored for nearly 10 minutes after being seated before anyone acknowledged us and took our drink order. The table wasn't clean. I had to go to the restroom to clean my phone after setting it on the table and getting syrup all over it, to the point where I had to peel it off the table. The floors are greasy and my feet could be slid across the tile while walking, especially in the bathroom. There were gnats all over the wall where we were sitting and actively flying around. Eventually our order was taken and our food came out in a decent time frame. The server was nice and helpful, the food was hot and tasty, but everything else was pretty not great.

    This location is bad. You will wait 20 min to be seated even with plenty of open tables and staff walking around strategically avoiding eye contact. You will wait 20 min to even be asked for your drink order and you will definitely know that they're mad that you're there by the heavy sigh and the look of disdain. Perhaps their battle fatigue is entirely warranted because the place always looks like it was the victim of a recent seige. But even if you are not going to be as poorly behaved as whomever left those tables destroyed and covered in trash and syrup, you will share the collective punishment. By the time someone brings food to you it will be room temperature at best because who knows how long it's been hanging out, and it's not like it was ever gonna be more than greasy diner quality to begin with. There will be no refills. If they forgot to give you silverware or part of your order, that's between you and your god of choice because they will not come back around until it's to give you the bill, which you are encouraged to pay via the app/QR code because you will not find someone you can pay. It will be $50+ for this experience. It's not one off day... It's every time. 2pm on a Tuesday with nobody in the dining room or 9am on a Saturday... It's the same. At this point it's on me for ever coming back because they've been incredibly consistent. Whatever cute nostalgia you have for this franchise, do abandon it.

    Ordered online at 5:20, was given a 5:50pm pick up time. I showed up at 5:48, and waited 5 minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen to acknowledge my existence. They went back to look for the order, and they told me they just started making it when he went back. The place was dead, and I still had to wait another 25 minutes for 2 meals.

    . I brought my daughter to get breakfast Saturday morning. They seated us next to this booth where a man was cussing and using the f word (complaining about their terrible service) . I couldn’t find our server so I asked another server walking by if we could switch booths because I didn’t want my daughter to hear this man dropping F Bombs. We switched booths and you could hear all the servers complaining talking about us and how we moved seats . No one ever came to check on us or anything. We had to go up front and ask for our check. And the server brought it and didn’t speak a word to us. The food was over priced and cold and not very good. 0/5 stars

    Not the greatest experience. Waitress had mask pulled down the entire time. Scrambled eggs served instead of over easy eggs. Turkey bacon was limp and cold when originally served.

    Long to get seated when no one was there. The food sucked and was not what was ordered. A small thing of fruit is $5.99 and was on the menu listed around $3, plus wasn't actually seasonal. It also took 30 minutes after getting the check till we saw the waitress again. Just keep in mind maybe 4 seats had people in them. NEVER GOING TO THIS IHOP AGAIN. Oh yeah, never got our syrup or anything like that.

    Our server was very nice and apologetic. But our food was TERRIBLE. My daughter ordered crispy fried chicken and she got chicken tenders and her mac and cheese was definently from a box. I ordered country fried steak, over hard eggs, hash browns and sausage. The sausage was missing, the steak was soggy and the hashbrowns were half the size of the order AND super greasy. When I got the pancakes, they were so cold that the butter didn't melt on them (the butter was put on in the kitchen by the cook, so this tells me they were sitting there for a while before they were brought out to our table.) They remade our order but the eggs were still runny and the hash browns were cold and greasy again :( I don't think we'll go back again.

    Unfortunately, this was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The only redeeming factor about the place was the waitress being kind, but aside from that, the place wasn’t good at all. Food wise, it was terrible. When the food came out about 30-40 minutes after we ordered, almost everything was room temperature, and the plates were warm. My brother’s eggs were essentially raw, the bacon we ordered was cold (a cook said bacon comes out cold), and on top of that, we found a hair in the eggs. The food that was warm didn’t taste good either. We ordered two different items two different times, and we never got them, that being a water and hash browns we paid for. The place itself wasn’t really clean either, and seemed nasty, down to the salt shakers. We ultimately were given a 50% discount, but it still was a terrible experience. I completely understand places are short staffed, and I don’t mine waiting a bit for service at all. But, the fact our food was so low quality, It wasn’t good at all. I would not go again.

    Ordered about 10 minutes after 2 am and got my order about 2:50 which is good for how busy this location is at this time. The gentleman wearing a dress shirt every late night I order here is always working hard to get everything (literally everything) done whether he's doing it himself or helping others get stuff done. Food is always good. The amount of people I've heard complain about the wait time made me leave this review. There's not a lot of places open at 2 am anymore so IHOP is going to be slammed. They're not slow, they're busy. Just because there isn't a bunch of customers physically in the building at one time doesn't mean there isn't a bunch of orders. This location is great. 10/10 recommend

    The 2 employees working the tables were absolutely amazing very attentive and friendly. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 is 2 things. 1. They're serving size for hash Browns look like I ordered off the kid's menu. 2. All the vents on the ceiling look like they have never been cleaned almost to the point where the white ceiling tiles around them were black. **** If you go out to eat in a state that pays tipped employees less than minimum wage, please tip them well they deserve it!

    First and last time I go to an IHOP. Staffing issues happen, wait times are longer than usual; I get that. The restaurant was filthy, as was the bathroom. Half of our food was lukewarm at best, but most was cold. Eggs were raw. We did not get everything we ordered. Waitress did not bring stuff to us we asked for. Got no refills on the drinks. I mentioned to the waitress that stuff was cold, and the manager came over to the table. The manager looked me right in the face and said that the bacon always comes out cold, because it’s thin, and loses its heat so quick. I was offered 50% off our meal, and that was still too much to pay.

    I had the pleasure of introducing my girl Tracy to IHOP... She loved the Belgian waffles. As always the waffles were fluffy as clouds. I smiled as she took her first bite and put on that IHOP happy face... The rest of the meal was perfect too. Our waitress Lisa was very pleasant and helpful... I would suggest IHOP as a breakfast destination to all who love a good friendly place to eat.

    Was in the neighborhood visiting another store. I was hungry and stopped in. The wait staff was enthusiastic and attentive. The food was okay. The restaurant could have used some more bussing, cleaning help. I ordered a breakfast sampler type meal. It was okay. Coffee was good and hot.

    Manager very good but having a lot of server problems. Food was good manager served the food. On a timely basis. Server checked on us than brought the bill which was incorrect no children's meals where taken off as ad stated and happy hour drinks where incorrect.Manager was right on it and corrected for us after addressing it with our server. Want to thank everyone who worked their under extreme conditions. And a Cool headed Manager that didn't let us leave disatisfied

    Since Covid, no Restaurant serves good food as they once did. I'm giving Ohio Ihop a chance. Sadly, it's like #NJIhop. The pancakes are also made ahead, then microwaved. It's Ok so eat up. I like what they were but Not what they've become. Covid Sucks

    Went late at night, had a few people in the group and it did take a little to be seated but overall the food was very delicious and the waitress was very nice.
