Getting seated at first was quite complicated. There was a sign in the front stating "wait to be assisted." After being seated outside was served by not only one, but two different servers. Fairly quick service but they were packed for brunch this Saturday. Food was very good though! Highly recommend the salmon Benedict. The other dish was the black bean patties and poached egg. The bastad (toast) was very hard unfortunately. The mimosas, regular and hibiscus were both delicious!

The veggie burrito is so good! They have the perfect balance of ingredients in the burrito. Also the roasted rosemary potatoes complimented the burrito well. The fries were crispy and tasty. My girlfriend really enjoyed her Salad as well.

We got very lucky when we visited this location because we were able to grab a seat right away. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of the meal. My husband and I were visiting from Chicago and and expected way more from the $65 bill. We ordered the veggie wrap, blueberry pancakes and the bagel sandwich. The wrap was soggy, the eggs were over cooked and it lacked flavor overall. The pancake batter was overworked which resulted in gummy pancakes and the bagel sandwich was lackluster for the price. It’s not worth the price, the wait (if there is one) or the search for street parking.

stopped here for breakfast on a thursday morning before heading back home to pittsburgh, and the food alone made me want to stay! staff is very friendly, quick service, and the restaurant overall has a chill vibe. outdoor seating is available, but we sat inside next to a window and it was quiet. the pancakes & french toast were DELISH and the coffee was really good. can’t wait to come back soon!

The prices were very budget-friendly, and the portions were large. I would definitely come back again, just for the price. The food was decent, and my friend really enjoyed her pasta. However, be aware of parking on the streets as the police will issue tickets even if you are only 10 minutes late. I take full responsibility for this. The restaurant had booths inside, and many people came alone to eat. The bathroom was clean, and they had two large tables to accommodate large groups.

Great hidden gem, in the short north. Absolutely loved their turkey club. The bread was fantastic. It was a wonderfully constructed sandwich. You can tell they put a lot of effort into their menu!

This restaurant deserves a 6 out of 5. I just finished some eggs over easy with amazing leftovers because the portions are so generous. Haven't had a breakfast this good in years. In fact I can't remember it! Can't say anough good things The French toast was amazing the yogurt and granola was outstanding The biscuits and gravy were totally on point with flaky homemade biscuits and I am picky about my gravy this was amazing. Treat yourself go and go often

I know I’ve found a great place when I’m angry I don’t have more meals I could eat there. I hit Tasi up for breakfast twice in my recent trip to Columbus, and it was stellar both times. Delicious menu items, a great coffee/tea selection, and friendly service!

Was a beautiful day to eat outside! The blueberry lavender mimosa was amazing and very refreshing for brunch! The grilled cheese and tomato basil soup was phenomenal! I highly enjoyed this spot while I was in downtown Columbus! The service was a bit slow due to it being busy, but in all our server was very nice and attentive! Thank you!

So delicious!!! My friends and I had a wonderful lunch here yesterday to celebrate finishing our finals! We were all so excited to try it after seeing the menu, and it DEFINITELY did not disappoint! The hibiscus mimosa was lovely and I was so pumped to see a pork gyro on the menu. We all upgraded to the fries with parmesan and red pepper flakes and they were yummy! Currently making plans to come back and try all of the breakfast items!!!

Recently visited Tasi Cafe on Thursday 12/16/2021. Great atmosphere very clean establishment. There was no wait to be seated. Very attentive came to our table a few times to see if we needed anything. Food was good and drinks were good as well. I recommend this establishment for a unique brunch cafe atmosphere. They have outdoor seating with a heated tent very cute. This is a great small gem for brunch. We drove over an hour and it met our expectations. Yes I will return.

One street back behind the main road, so it's a little ducked off. Which made it perfect to sit outside without the heavy flow of traffic. I ordered the Callah French toast and the following sides: roasted potatoes with garlic and rosemary, two scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage. Although the flavor was the prices were a little high. Everything is all a la carte so I ended up paying about $27 for for breakfast/brunch which is on the high side. It would be nice for some of the main breakfast items to come with a least 1 side. I usually don't get any fruit on top of my breakfast food, but those caramelized bananas were everything! Everything! It added a great flavor to the front toast. They were out of ice when my coworker and I went so we didn't order the cocktails we wanted. The staff was very friendly and quick.

Went here for breakfast because just off N. High Street where our hotel was located. . Large outdoor dining area which was shaded for breakfast and a pretty large indoor area as well. Lots and lots of choices for breakfast, including some creative ones. At our table of four we had the Huevos Rancheros, Breakfast Burrito, Challah French Toast and Greek Omelette. All four were very very good, but the standouts were the Huevos Rancheros and the Challah French Toast. The rancheros were covered with more crushed tomatoes and onion salsa than I am used to, but it was very flavorful and it made excellent additional topping and dipping for the Black Bean and Queso Fresco Tortilla. The eggs were prepared as ordered, over medium. So this dish was a great hit and is highly recommended. The French Toast was very large and prepared perfectly for the combination of crunch and softness that good French Toast has. Served with just the right amount of maple syrup and the Caramelized Bananas were a great addition. The breakfast burrito was nicely filled but nothing special and the Greek omelette was at least 3 eggs and loaded with vegetables and feta. The sausage on the side was pretty ordinary. The coffee and tea served were also outstanding. One of the best coffees any of us had ever had, and the tea was creatively served. Service was friendly and knowledgeable and all food care at a timely manner. All in all, for breakfast, this restaurant is a winner.

Tasi was excellent. Good food, good vibe. Great service. I'm trying plant based now so there weren't many options, but what I had was delicious. Husband had ham, cheese, and egg bagel. He said it was awesome.

Banana French toast and Greek omelet were tasty; mimosas (peach and lavender-blueberry) were not. They tasted like champagne without the juice. Our server was attentive and did bring us "syrup shots" to add to our drinks, but the taste was still mediocre at best. The outdoor eatery section was decent; unfortunately, bathrooms weren't sanitary

This is unfortunately a review that I didn’t want to write. We’ve visited Tasi several times in the past and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our experience, even though it’s always seemed to have longer than usual wait times for seating and getting your order, it was worth the wait. This time our experience was certainly not. First thing you notice is that they have two people waiting on the entire place, clearly they have fallen victim to understaffing, but it also seemed like their entire kitchen crew was different this time which seems to signify to me they have high turn over, which usually directly correlates to underpaying and usually abuse of staff. Never once have I seen the actual owner on site, and clearly the place is being run on a skeleton crew. Next was the food. We waited 45 minutes before I waitress came over to let us know that the kitchen staff had accidentally put our order paper on the bottom. And after over an hour of waiting for our food we were very disheartened by the results. I ordered an open faced salmon breakfast, with side of fruit, and side Caesar salad. My husband ordered chicken panini. First thing I noticed when the food got to me was my salad. Lettuce was noticeably wilted, and had the orange tinge that makes you realize it’s not very fresh lettuce. Then I noticed that before the croutons were wonderful and had been lightly fried, not only were they not fried but they were literally just cut up pieces of uncooked bread. Then the cheese had noticeable blue mold on it. The fruit in the fruit cup had wrinkly and old blueberries and cut up strawberries that had clearly made it past their freshness date by a couple of days. And the pineapple looked old too. The open face salmon was good but it comes with onion and capers. It had one caper and no onions. And my husband had homemade chips with his that were neither hot nor crispy, they were stale. Last but not least there was a dead fly stuck to my salad plate. Until Tasi can work out their staffing issues and work on their quality control we won’t be going back.

This little cafe is tucked away in the short north. The breakfast menu has familiar options but with a twist. We had the French toast which was made with housemade challah bread and caramalized bananas. The French omelette was great as well (loved the melted brie), and the pancakes were amazing - perfect for kids. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Parking is limited to street parking but there is a parking garage just a block away. Definitely would come back here again. Side note: One thing that Id love to see in breakfast restaurants is turkey bacon!!!

This is a great place to grab breakfast any day of the week. They have a pretty solid fixed menu along with changing menu items, pastries, etc. From my breakfast experience: The steak was flavorful, juicy, and had a nice sear; potatoes were pillowy soft and had great flavor. The smoked salmon was also extremely tasty. There's nothing complex, but everything was interesting enough for me to say it was all excellent - the definition of "simple, but excellent." I wouldn't ask for anything differently from those breakfast dishes. The only lunch option I've tried was the fish tacos. The tilapia was pretty bland, but the garnishes added some punch to it. all the fish needed was a little salt and it'd be a very good dish. Servers and owners at Tasi are very cool. Very worthy spot of visiting, tucked away from all of the Short North chaos!

The food here was great and the fruit bowl was not just cantaloupe and melon, which is a rare and beautiful find. I do feel it was a touch on the pricier side and there was no AC making it a bit difficult to eat on the hot day we went. But certainly check it out on a day it isn't a thousand degrees and muggy, and I bet it's super nice in there! Cool atmosphere to.

TASI is worth another visit. Had the Smoked Salmon Benedict with Sweet and Spicy Bacon as a side. The Jalapeno butter was what made the Benedict worthwhile. Bacon was a little sweet and not spicy. My son got the French Toast and

I need to try more here, but I can't lay off the French Toast. They nail it here, and with bananas and cinnamon. No powdered sugar or whip cream, but nice home style bread that might be a sourdough. A tad more West Coast than Midwest, but damn good. Nice portion size as well! I'll get some photos on the next run, and they have much more, so check out the menu and have some comfort here!

Food was flavorful. Order the chicken quesadilla. Good serving size. The waiting was too long. They lost customers because of it. Long wait for food as well. Reasonable price.
