Ordered some pizza, and bit into glass. I did reach out to an attorney. But be careful, I highly doubt it was a one pizza thing. When I called the lady said they don’t make their sauces and she thinks it was from the sauce distributor. She apologized and said someone will reach out. Never in my life have I ever had this happen to me.

This Domino's has gotten a lot better over the past year. They're quick, the order is always correct now, and the employees are always friendly. It would be an absolute five stars if they would deliver to Olde Town East (I'm not sure why they do not, it's only 5-7 minutes from this store's location). If I'm not in the mood to drive I have to order from the Parsons Ave Papa Johns because they do deliver to OTE.

For the third time the driver asked for a tip, but for the third time this pizza company made my pizza incorrectly. I paid for the extra ingredients but they insist on not putting them on the actual pizza. I’m at an impasse? Does this pizza look like it has extra cheese extra sauce and extra pepperoni?

I have been to a few Domino’s in Columbus, and this store makes one of the best cheesy breads. I enjoy my Domino’s cheesy bread with their ranch sauce. Their pizza is good. They also sell salads and a few sweets that may compliment your choice of pizza. Nice and friendly staff. Limited parking out front and street parking available. Decent prices.

Ordering online was smooth. Went inside store to pick up pizza, I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes before I said to the employees (right in front of me) help, the female in black rimmed glasses is talking on her phone to a family member about what time she's getting off and the guy who is busy making pizzas is the only one who acknowledged me. This is the second time this week that I ordered dominos and the female with the black rimmed glasses seemed like she did not want anything to do with helping me and made me feel unwelcomed. Very rude. Jared is the only bright spot.

Do not order takeout from here. They'll only send half your order and then hang up on you when you call to try to have it rectified.

65 minute “delivery” time and when I called to get an update I was hung up on 6 times. I watched the delivery tracking go all around me, but not to me till very last and I’m only 4 min from the store. Often spending 6-10 minutes at each stop. Cold and Soggy! I used to love the pizza but the service has gone WAY downhill!

I got the Alfredo bowl and a Medium pizza. Pizza was good! So was the pasta just wasn't happy with the serving.. it looks like I only got 2/3 of what I was supposed to get. I can see the foil at the bottom :( there's supposed to be pasta there .

Insanely expensive… Got a small 3 topping for pick up during the 50% off sale and it was somehow still $20+ ! Went to add on a 20 ounce of coke and they wanted $3.19 …. HAH, I’m good on that. Scared to know how much they charge for 2 liters..

Had to wait 40 minutes after hearing that our order was ready. Once in hand, pizza was thinner than Chucky Cheese's and missing a portion in one of the slices...what in the world @-@ Really awful experience :(

The expected delivery time was 30-45 minutes and it took two hours. I can't really blame the staff, but at certain point they should have the ability to disable online ordering.

Took over an hour to get it on a Wednesday night; arrived stone cold. I haven't ordered Dominos in years and years, and this is what I get. I'll stick with Papa Johns, and I recommend anyone reading this skip this store.

They were getting SLAMMED tonight and it was amazing that the three employees working were even able to get the food made at all. Mine was done in 20 mins and I went in to pick up (instead of the curbside I wanted). Great job!!

At this location, the pizza always gets prepped super fast! The employees there are super great, very kind, and wonderful at customer service. I can tell some nights they are a bit low staffed and I only see two workers, but you'd never know that based on the great quality of the pizza and good service they offer. The parking at the location *can* be a doozy, the lot is a bit small so be prepared!

This evening I ordered my usual when I am in a pinch, thin crust, cheese with green olives- extra olives. I received a pizza with ham and the works, ok no issue I will call and have them send another out and return the one they delivered or give it to someone on the street…40min later still on hold. I’m eating a salad tonight.

Super reliable, they make the pizzas nicely every time. A 5-star Dominos (but it's still Dominos).

Dominos gets a bad deal people always put them down. I think their prices are great and their pizza is pretty decent. I know they just raise their 599 to 699 and they’re 799 to 899 all their medium and large pizzas and even dropped, the large pizza from a three topping to a one topping, but they are not the only ones doing shrinkflation,

Unprofessional had me on hold for an hour!!!!! I called twice and had the phone picked up then hung up immediately by dominos! Called back the third time and was on hold for an hour! Never again will I try to place an order with them! Highly recommend no one order here! Check the reviews it speaks for itself! No satisfied customers!

Ordered a pizza to my hotel, which it required a room number that I put in. Food never got delivered, they won’t answr the phone to the store and it’s safe to just avoid this scam of a store, will have to dispute the charges with my bank as they won’t even answer their phones

This location gave me raw wings, I called and the manager Jarrod was very rude and told me nothing was wrong with the chicken and then pulled up a web site to argue that the USDA said it's called something. Told me he would not refund me or replace anything. Do t go here or u will get sick like me. I will be calling corporate 1st thing in the morning.

My friends child is allergic to tomatoes. Even after rejecting the first pizza with pizza sauce (the allergy was known, and the order was for items with no tomato sauce) they still used a pizza cutter with tomato sauce on it to cut our order, then proceeded to mix a tomato sauce in with the others. When we called and asked for a manager we were hung up on.

Overall a pleasant experience. The hotel staff is not very fond of that particular delivery person/driver; however, he seemed like a nice enough fellow to me. Food was hot and delivered in a timely manner. My only issue was the missing beverage item. I ordered a 2 liter of Diet Pepsi at which point the operator took the time to make sure that item was available. He did confirm the item was available. He then became distracted with an issue that was not related to my order. I politely repeated the order for the Diet Pepsi just to make sure. He then repeated the entire order back to me including the 2 liter of Diet Pepsi. As I suspected when the driver arrived he was without a 2 liter of diet Pepsi and it was not included on my receipt. Luckily the hotel provided me with the beverage that I needed, if not, this review would have a much different tone. Thank you for your service!

Horrible experience ALL the way around! From trying to find the entrance, to me being placed on hold immediately for 3 minutes (only to find out that my pizza WAS ready but had to be remade because they messed it up), to the credit card machine not working, to the dirty pizza box that I was given! On top of the bad customer service the pizza was disgusting and smelled even worse! NEVER AGAIN! If I could rate this location 0 starts I definitely would. (There was even a guy eating ice cream or something while working with the food.)

Ordered yesterday evening at 21:57 was quoted a 60-81 minute arrival window. Got an email about an hour later saying my pizza was out of the oven. At 00:27, 2.5 hours after placing the original order, I received a call asking if I still wanted my order. They refunded my order. They offered no explanations or promos to make it right. What is happening at this location? If you don’t have the workers just limit your services. Don’t make it impossible for what workers you do have. And as for customer loyalty offer to make it right.
