    I ordered today at 12:26 and I didn't get my food till 3 hours later! I was a work and couldn't leave so o had nothing to eat. I thought it would only take 15min well o was wrong. Then when the deliver guy came he got lost twice so I had to wait longer. When o finally got my lettuce wrap it was disgusting. It just tasted old with no flavor nut I was so hungry I had ate it anyway. Will never order again!

    Order here often for lunch as it provides delivery service to Franklinton which is awesome and uncommon. Bike delivery sometimes can take longer than “freaky fast”. Quality food location—food is up to chain standards. Much better service than green lawn location.

    Last few times I have gone, I have gotten a very poorly made sandwich. Plus the guac was in a lump and not spread. Cheese was in a pile.

    Jimmy John's is a good company at what it does, however this location consistently fails to hit the mark nearly every time I order from here. If you go into the tiny, cramped store your order will usually come out fine. However, nearly every online delivery order I have placed from this store comes I correct in some way shape or form. Most of the time any customizations to the sandwiches are simply ignored which is frustrating but I could see accidentally being overlooked. However, more frustrating is their constency in completely forgetting items from an order. Typically something small like a cookie or a drink, however today they forgot an entire sandwich which in my opinion is unacceptable. This location is very busy being downtown during lunch hours, however omitting items that people paid for is unacceptable when it is nearly every order.

    I used to order lunch from here about once a week - many others in my office order multiple times a week. We've all been having issues lately and I've noticed everyone has basically used them as a last ditch effort for lunch lately. Last week, a co-worker ordered lunch and when the driver arrived, he rang the bell outside of our office door (which is locked). Rather than wait longer than 10 seconds for someone to come up to let him in (it was a lunch hour after all and the receptionist was ya know, on her lunch break?), he proceeded to ring the bell again, multiple times in a row. This is an attorney's office and one of the attorneys was meeting with clients in the conference room right at the front of the office. I get that the motto is "freaky fast subs" and they are known for their speedy delivery of food, but this was a little ridiculous. For some reason, they're skimpy on napkins. They'll only give you one napkin for each order. When I ordered today (only because Panera had an hour wait time on delivery), I asked for more than one napkin and guess what I got? 2 WHOLE NAPKINS. So if you're a messy eater, good luck. The last time I ordered (prior to today), my pickle was missing. I called the store and the girl I spoke with was rude and told me she'd send it back out and then hung up on me. I'd have just taken the refund, but okay. I also order an Unwich (lettuce wrap) and every time, the paper is wrapped into the lettuce. So I have to take the entire thing apart and keep myself clean with my single napkin. Customer service here is seriously lacking. I've never had this issue with any other location.

    First time going to Jimmy John's, I understand it is a bigger city. But I was greeted upon walking in, informed the cashier it would be a moment as it was my first time here. I let several people in front of me go, the service was fast and I got my food quickly. However no bag was offered for food so I literally had to bag it myself. And all of the delivery drivers were taking up the seats therefore I had to eat outside on a 45 degree day. Drivers should be in a back office if waiting on an order.

    The sandwiches are nice, and they seem to get done fast. It may be because at this location it's so cramped that it's hard to get past the other people in the store to fill up your drink before your sandwich is done. They also seem to have a bunch of the delivery drivers (bikers?) that seem to gather around the entrance. That being said, I still really like this location.

    Never have eaten her before I was looking at the menu trying to figure out what I wanted. I said I want a regular hmmm what is it a Italian sub? I got the reply of man how ya gonna ax me what you want. I said I don't know the menu, never mind I'll just eat something else. My 1st and last time I'll walk into one of these holes

    Fast & Awesome. I just ordered again and I bet they are going to be here with my delicious veggie sandwich before I finish writing this review! I've been in Columbus for two days and wanted something yummy and fast that would deliver to my hotel. Jimmy John's was the perfect choice. The veggie sandwich is awesome and the delivery time blows my mind it is so fast!!! I highly recommend.

    Do not order. They will not make the sandwiches the way you want them to and argue with you. Absolutely pathetic place to order food from. They don’t care if someone is allergic neither they have respect for your money or time. They always mess up the orders and astonishingly will beat anyone in ruining the presentation. Sandwiches are just thrown in and napkins inside the box with the sandwiches. They should be shut down for ruining the chain’s name and standard ! It was our fault for putting an order with them aside comments on google.

    AWFUL!! I have been a Jimmy Jones customer for a dozen years and I have been to many different JJ in different states. The one thing you can rely on is a clean place and quick service. I have never been to a JJ's like this one. Upon walking in I noticed that we were the only customers (afternoon 2/15/20). There were 2 large tables and 2 small (2 person) tables. The staff of 3 had their stuff on the 2 larger tables and would come and take things. They actually occupied the larger tables with their belongings. Our group was forced to try to squeeze in the 2 small tables. We ordered sandwiches. It took almost 20 minutes!!!! to prepare 4 sandwiches. One lady was working at a snails pace while the other 2 men stood around and looked at their phone. For the first time in a dozen years I had stale bread at a JJs. I am not sure who runs this specific JJs but if it is always like we experienced it, it is a disgrace. The only positive things is that the lady working, though very slow, she was polite and though the bread was stale, the other ingredients were fresh. AVOID!!

    False advertising "Freaky Fast" I ordered at 11:30 pm. Order was left outside on a window ledge at 2:30 pm. No phone call or email that they were attempting to deliver the order. Upon calling the store, the manager was not helpful. Another co-worker who ordered at the same time did not receive her order. When she called, she got hung up on and the manager was very rude.
