I
used
to
order
lunch
from
here
about
once
a
week
-
many
others
in
my
office
order
multiple
times
a
week.
We've
all
been
having
issues
lately
and
I've
noticed
everyone
has
basically
used
them
as
a
last
ditch
effort
for
lunch
lately.
Last
week,
a
co-worker
ordered
lunch
and
when
the
driver
arrived,
he
rang
the
bell
outside
of
our
office
door
(which
is
locked).
Rather
than
wait
longer
than
10
seconds
for
someone
to
come
up
to
let
him
in
(it
was
a
lunch
hour
after
all
and
the
receptionist
was
ya
know,
on
her
lunch
break?),
he
proceeded
to
ring
the
bell
again,
multiple
times
in
a
row.
This
is
an
attorney's
office
and
one
of
the
attorneys
was
meeting
with
clients
in
the
conference
room
right
at
the
front
of
the
office.
I
get
that
the
motto
is
"freaky
fast
subs"
and
they
are
known
for
their
speedy
delivery
of
food,
but
this
was
a
little
ridiculous.
For
some
reason,
they're
skimpy
on
napkins.
They'll
only
give
you
one
napkin
for
each
order.
When
I
ordered
today
(only
because
Panera
had
an
hour
wait
time
on
delivery),
I
asked
for
more
than
one
napkin
and
guess
what
I
got?
2
WHOLE
NAPKINS.
So
if
you're
a
messy
eater,
good
luck.
The
last
time
I
ordered
(prior
to
today),
my
pickle
was
missing.
I
called
the
store
and
the
girl
I
spoke
with
was
rude
and
told
me
she'd
send
it
back
out
and
then
hung
up
on
me.
I'd
have
just
taken
the
refund,
but
okay.
I
also
order
an
Unwich
(lettuce
wrap)
and
every
time,
the
paper
is
wrapped
into
the
lettuce.
So
I
have
to
take
the
entire
thing
apart
and
keep
myself
clean
with
my
single
napkin.
Customer
service
here
is
seriously
lacking.
I've
never
had
this
issue
with
any
other
location.
