I ate a delicious "late breakfast" yesterday morning [5-25-2022] at Broad Street Bagels and Deli. I had been downtown early yesterday morning for a public meeting at the Central Ohio Transit Authority [COTA] headquarters; that meeting had ended half an hour earlier than I had expected so I had sufficient time to stop at Broad Street Bagels and Deli before returning home. The bagel place across the street from the Ohio Statehouse [where I have historically eaten whenever I have been downtown during the morning] is currently "carry-out only" [they have moved all of their tables and chairs to a "closed" section of their dining room] so I decided to return to Broad Street Bagels and Deli after an absence of many years. The previous time when I had eaten at Broad Street Bagels and Deli, I had ordered and eaten only a bagel with cream cheese; that had been my entire meal. I had not realized at that time [or perhaps had forgotten] that their menu has many different items [that I assume are quite delicious though I have ordered only one of those items so far]. My choice for a "late breakfast" [I had not wanted to eat "lunch" at 9:50 a.m.] had been a Homestyle Sandwich [two eggs, ham, bacon, or sausage, and your choice of cheese, on a bagel or toast]; that sandwich had been quite delicious and quite filling. One important thing about Broad Street Bagels and Deli that potential customers will need to know is that they are open only during the morning and the early afternoon. Their website states that they are open 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. [Monday-Friday] but the woman behind the counter told me that they are open until 2:00 p.m. If you are looking for a delicious breakfast or lunch on a weekday and you are in downtown Columbus near the Ohio Statehouse, I strongly recommend Broad Street Bagels and Deli.

Um... placed my online order, waited the 15 minutes I was instructed to wait, went inside and discovered that nobody'd found my order. Ordered a reuben without cheese. So disappointed. My mouth was watering for a really good reuben, but it wasn't meant to be. If I could give 5 stars just for the people inside and their friendliness, I would do that. But not going back for a sandwich again.

Always a solid spot to grab lunch downtown. Nothing super special, but never disappointed either. Fair pricing and a wide variety of sandwiches and salads. The Reuben I had was okay, but not my favorite from here. Personally would have liked the meat a little more cooked, but other than that it was pretty tasty. Staff is always friendly and quickly moving through the line of customers.

Great breakfast choice. I got the #8 California Club and it tasted really nice. A great balance between the spices and the protein and greens. In house coffee and banana muffin tasted great as well. Going back before I leave Columbus

Super fast lunch spot with amazing sandwiches and salads. Their menu is huge and if you go here you will not need to eat potbelly, subway, Jimmy John’s, etc… ever again! Perfect for anyone working downtown! (Their bread is elite)

Great sandwiches for the fastest lunch breaks. The service is quick, however the atmosphere is not attractive, good enough for a deli store.

Omg! I could eat here everyday, several times a day! I love their salads and sandwiches! The food, the fast and friendly service, 5 stars all around! Sometimes I want a vegetarian option, boom, they’ve got it! And not just a salad either! Wraps, sandwiches, breakfast! Oh and don’t even get me started on the salads! You ever watch The Kardashians and think to yourself, ‘Ooh I’d love a salad like that!’, then this is your spot!! Shoot, don’t take my word for it, stop in and try for yourself! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

I was heading to Tim Horton's and saw the long line, I left, and then found this spot instead and I'm glad I found it! The bagels were well toasted and the honey walnut cream cheese better than Panera Bread spread! I'll be for sure coming back!

Great service and always friendly staff. I can get in and out quickly in the morning, and they work well when it comes to big orders for the office. They have a large menu (bigger than expected). Always fresh bagels. ODH loves them.

Broad st. Bagels is a downtown staple! Fresh hot and delicious bagels, sandwiches and wraps in the morning and nostalgic classic deli menu for lunch with a killer create your own salad bar. Oh and fresh baked goods. If you haven't checked this spot out yet you are missing out.

My family of 4 (ages 50 something and 20 somethings) agreed the sandwiches and salad we had were the best we have ever eaten (we had the veggie sandwich, 2 Broad Street Special sandwiches and a caesar salad with spicy chicken added). The flavors are just a party in your mouth and so yummy! Highly recommend!! Just bummed their hours are so limited that we can't get them as often as we want!!

Amazing catering service! Broad St Bagels & Deli has been around for years. Always enjoyed dining there, but this is the first time I have used them for lunch delivery. During this pandemic, our office's goal is to support local restaurants by ordering lunch for its employees 3 days a week. Nirali was so accommodating! I emailed her my order the day before, she rang it through and everything arrived the next day--on time & accurately. The sandwiches were a hit! So fresh and filling and diverse in their ingredients. Our office was pleased, and we will definitely order from them again.

Love this place! Every time I'm downtown, and they are open, I stop through... Fresh salads or a custom wrap... both are AMAZING! If in the area I highly recommend you stop in for lunch!

Extremely reasonable. If you’re vegan or vegetarian or love fresh veggies in general, I’d highly suggest. I’ve paid over twice as much in upscale places for salads, and the freshness doesn’t compare to this place. Everyone is nice, service is quick. Not many places like this gem. Definitely my favorite deli (:

Amazing place to eat lunch, this is maybe the best sandwich/wrap shop in the city. Pick anything on the menu you will be beyond satisfied.
