It was packed when I got here and the girls working at the first two station busted out orders! And the staff was super friendly at checkout! Great experience!

Most unorganized food court ever. Have to stand in 2-3 very long separate lines depending on the food you want. Kids food line is separate from others. No one to clean the tables, and the people are the rudest. Get people from Chik-fila and they will teach you how to be organized, be friendly, and clean. If you want to charge premium then have premium service and at least mediocre food.

Cafeteria service. Members get a discount. Prices are high, as expected from museums or amusement parks, bc you’re a captive audience. Food is mediocre—not bad, but not memorable either. You can request just a plate of fries for $2.99 though it’s not written on the menu. Place was clean. Service was FAST and friendly.

I've only been to Cosi 3 times, and only visited the cafe once, and I had a decent experience. What I had ordered was the pizza. One slice pepperoni, one slice cheese. The slices were huge. The 2 of them almost filled me up. Especially if you had a Mac and cheese with it like I was considering. The pizza was burnt. Despite that, it was still slightly cold for a pizza. Adding pepper flakes and ranch (my personal way of having pizza) made it taste better. It was mediocre for $4.30 (cheese) and $4.40 (pepperoni) per slice of pizza. The dining room's cleanliness was also mediocre. They do disinfect their tables, and they do clean the floors, but so much stuff gets under the table legs and they don't bother to get it.

Food was really poor quality. 41$ for 2 Mac and Cheese, 3 slices of pizza, and drinks. The pizza was edible but I’ve had better gas station pizza. The Mac and Cheese was luke warm and we took a few bites and threw it out. They didn’t have straws or lids for the drinks which is fine in the name of being ‘eco friendly’ but everything was served in paper.

Too many lines to stand in. Signage for sandwiches is in the salad love. If you want to buy a kids item, you have to stand in 1 line, get your food, let it get cold while you stand in a line 5 people deep to get a salad in another line, then stand in another line for a sandwich. Then stand in a line 10 people with your cold food to pay. Horrible set-up for a family. Maybe if you were dining alone it is semi ok, but not for a family facility.

While convenient, I would say that the food is a bit overpriced for a place in a kids museum. The quality was 7/10 for the regular menu, but as for the kids menu, we were hardly impressed. First and last time. Over $30 for 2 adult lunches (a turkey sandwich and a salad) and a kids pizza, 3 drinks. I'd of rather gone to a subway or raisin canes or something close by.

The burger I got was cold, the cashier was rude, and the drink/condiment area was unclean, but the employees in the food areas were very nice.

Every person working here that we interacted with on June 5th was rude. There was zero basic customer service and bad attitude from them all. Bring your own food into this museum.

The food is very much like the free public school lunches we got in middle school, except the prices are more expensive than sit down restaurants.

The Cafe was open, so my wife and I stopped in to get something to eat and saw 3 people working… The 1st was right as we walked in, but didn’t lift her head to even look at us. The 2nd, after ignoring us for 5 minutes, was a man who asked what we’d like to have. I think we interrupted his standing around because, after he took our order, he walked away. The 3rd was a woman who was making a sandwich for the only other customers in there, but then walked to the back when she was finished. We left there after waiting another 5 minutes, then walked over to the little coffee shop for a snack. The young lady was helpful and friendly!

It’s about what you would expect for a museum cafeteria. I’m rating it so low because my food was cold and the state of the dining area was atrocious. Food all over the floor, walls and windows. No clean tables to sit at even though about half were vacant. Just gross.

It's a museum cafe. Over priced decent food with small bathroom space. Plenty of seating some good options flavored water for free but nothing to truly celebrate. Some healthy options some not so healthy options. Eating space not well kept and the flow is a bit wrong (go up ask for food pay for it at cashiers and then continue on get drink and if you want to sit outside backtrack past a small space by cashiers. Leaving you have to again go against the flow).

Decent options for a cafe. Prices are okay. Food taste good! Appreciate some foods are prepared with organic ingredients. Large eating area. We'd grab lunch there again!

I really didn’t want to give a star if there was like -5 I would be more than happy to give that overcharge mistakes they gave me four slices of pizza for $58 it turned out that the Pizza was gold-plated

Food is mediocre at best. And way overpriced. $5 for an 8 oz cup of kids Mac and cheese and it is terrible. Too much pepper or something. Not a kids recipe at all. Burger was ok … we are cosi members but I don’t think we’ll try again.

Pizza is actually pretty good, the price for pizza and grapes is not. I would plan to pack when coming to Cosi, but if you don't, the food is good.

The food is good! It's got that "the only food you can buy" kind of pricing, but I'll pay for the fact they have a commitment to both sustainability and being really aware of allergen concerns. Also, if the money goes to furthering COSI's mission, I can't be too upset with a few extra dollars per plate.
