Mozart's is an awesome bakery and Cafe, as well as a great event venue. Their multiple spaces provide significant flexibility for different events. Their food and drinks (especially their amazing pastries) are excellent, their hospitality is top notch, and they always make you feel welcome and included.

MARZIPAN, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE????? Their peach marzipan is quite possibly the best dessert ever created. It has every perfect texture and the flavor is impossible to even describe. The other desserts were good but the marzipan stole the show!!!

Mozart's is in my top 10 for brunch and lunch in Columbus. Been going there for years and there isn't a better ratatouille in the city. Also, top notch bakery items. Coffee is middle of the road. Love the live pianist. Hours are limited right now due to staffing issues. Challenging time for local small businesses, especially bars and restaurants. Support them where you can.

Thank you Mozarts for making our Bridgerton Inspired Chai Tea Party event simply fantastic. All our guests loved the ambiance, the amazing table service, delicious canapés, scones and pastries. You helped us to create the Regency era atmosphere at Mozarts and it was just perfect. Special thanks to Anand Saha for making Chai for us, Janelle for helping coordinate the event and Paul for playing beautifully on the grand Piano! It was wonderful how easy the Mozarts team made it possible for us to host the event. They had everything set ahead of time and were a dream to work with. Will definitely be hosting more events with them. Thank you soo much! Seshas Ltd (Friends Chai Party)

I haven't been here since they moved to the new location. This place is huge now. There's a private room, two different hall, and a few tables right in front of the pastry counter. Everything is still just as good! Gotta be careful with what you order, so you can have their amazing desserts too! As usual there's live piano with a very friendly player. The service was a bit lacking though. We felt like we were forgotten. The server was kind of out of it. He could pour coffee for one person and forgot the other two.

I have a sweet tooth. And if you share this affliction, go on and get your fix at Mozart’s! I hadn’t been here in YEARS, yet I had never forgotten what a special treat it is to pick items from the bakery case. This trip did not disappoint. I am a firm believer in #treatyoself moments. So I did.

We are so blessed and fortunate to have a place like Mozart's Cafe in Central Ohio. After 25 plus years in operation I still marvel when I mention to people and they have not been to this gem in the city. The pastries are the best in my view that you can buy in Ohio with true authenticity to their baking craft. Every meal served up with class and the owners and hosts are always so pleasant and accommodating. In addition to all the wonderful things they do, on special days (I'm not going to tell you what day for selfish reasons I want to make sure there's plenty for me to buy), I believe they make the best Napoleons in Ohio. They may picked-up at certain times (which I will also not tell you :-). I have pictures of these treats with this posts. In addition, to the Napoleons who would not want their pastry box with their signature Peach Marzipans (they have 2 in the box) that always brings a smile to anyone having these goodies! All in all, I wish Mozart's Cafe, Anand, Doris, Janelle, Susie and Ben another 25 years of treating CBUS with their art and treats. Thank you making Columbus/Clintonville a sweet place! PS, being a pianists myself, I appreciate that they have Grand Pianos all over the place and live piano music on weekends.

I couldn't have asked for a more stress free planning experience in putting my wife's 50th birthday party. They were very accommodating. During the event the staff was on their toes. I even hired the band and came to find out they were being taken care of (food and drink)--not on my bill. Most everybody came up to me after the party and told me what a wonderful event and venue! I'm just a guy with no idea how to throw a party for a lady, and to have a bunch of women tell you it was top notch, I was flattered. The fee was very reasonable, after all was said and done, but what I liked most about that was, there were no hidden costs. I had options, but the owner and the event planner made everything very simple to understand and I never stressed. When I paid the bar bill at the end of the night, I was pleasantly surprised. My wife flipped that I was able to pull it off. With the help of a few of her friends Mozart's helped me create a party that will be remembered for quite a while. Thank you so much!!!!! Due to the lack of servers, you are now ordering at the counter, the server will bring the food out. If you got coffee or tea, it's now self-serve. Food wise it's about the same. Not super good but not bad either. I had the veggie quiche, came with toast and fruits. All decent. The Live music pianist was there when we were (Saturday brunch) and played some songs. I feel bad for him because not many people tip.

Mozart Cafe for breakfast is truly lovely. We were lucky to have the pianist there playing when we went. He played the Buckeye OSU fight song on the baby grand piano. Sweet! Food and drinks were very good and exquisite decor.

The bakery was absolutely beautiful. Their rosemary bread that they served us with their mushroom soup was truly delicious. The mushrooms were the perfect texture, not too spongy or chewy, meaning that they were prepared properly. Most times when you get a mushroom soup it will be too salty but this was perfect. The atmosphere was perfect for a wedding shower. They were playing big band music and serving mimosas in an event room that had the most beautiful wooden bar. The staff was incredibly friendly and knew just whe to come and clear the table. This was my first experience at this establishment but I will remember it whenever I may find myself in the northern Columbus area.

Was a great rehearsal dinner and very accommodating to all of our needs, including amply spacing people out to comply with COVID-19 restrictions, having servers to serve us in a buffet style manner, last minute additions to our guest count, and providing a pianist to play for us while we dined. Their customer service leading up to the event was amazing with very prompt replies and flexibility in accommodating for gluten free folks and others with severe nut allergies. The owner met me as soon as I arrived and told me the plan and asked if I needed anything to be changed. Atmosphere was classy and elegant. One of the bridesmaids spent the first 10 minutes of the rehearsal dinner walking around in wonder of the beauty of the place. Great food. I received many compliments on the menu, which I unfortunately had to decline since the meal was all picked out by the owner. Couldn't recommend this place enough! Delivered top notch food, service, and atmosphere

While temporarily closed due to the virus, their popup on Saturday AM is spot on. Hearty bread, butter, and their raspberry jam make for a great start to the morning! Easy breezy on-line order with drive through pick up.

We were looking for a venue to host a wedding reception and discovered the perfect wedding venue! We originally planned for a small ceremony followed by a reception, but after discussing pricing it made sense to have both our ceremony and reception at Mozart's. The friendly folks at Mozart's - Anand, Janelle, Susie, and Paul - took care of EVERYTHING and allowed us and our guests to do nothing but share in our special day. The spaces available are beautiful, the catering and service was excellent! If we decided to get married 100 more times, we would choose Mozart's for all 100 ceremonies.

I went in for breakfast and was surprised that it was much more luxurious and fancy than I expected. I biked there and there was a bike rack on a pathway on the restaurant. Inside, I was warmly greeted by someone at the door and was shown a table with a fresh rose in a vase. Pictures of Mozart and three pianos were in the dining area I was in and my breakfast was served in about 3 minutes. Though the food was a bit pricey, it still tasted great, fresh and was modified with toppings. Everything was clean, professional and organized and the staff was all welcoming, patient and helpful. Would definitely go back again sometime.

Tea party on a Sunday afternoon. The tier of sandwiches and pastries they bring out are nicely displayed. Some were quite good, some not so much. A nice selection of tea. Prices are quite high though for what you get. They weren't very busy. Service was friendly but a little slow at times. Would have been nice to hear the piano player a little bit better. I'd recommend it for a special occasion every once in a blue moon.

The best bakery within the 270 loop! (Yes, even better than Pistacia Vera and Belle's Bread.) Their lunch is truly rich, at a reasonable price. And they have easy parking. They could only be more perfect if they had better hours. They're worth scheduling around to spoil yourself properly.

I wish bakery items and meal items could be rated separately here. Bakery items are absolutely stellar. I have been going to Mozart's for over 20 years and have probably tasted everything in the bakery display. The quality has remained consistent. Their tortes, cookies, cakes and pastries are exceptional in appearance and taste. 10 stars! Meal items are hit or miss, though the Afternoon Tea is wonderful with a tasty assortment of canapes & treats. Service is wonderful! "Susie" has waited on me at the counter and for tea. She is especially cheerful and friendly. She definitely enhances the overall experience.

I hosted a bridal shower. Janelle was extremely friendly and accommodating in seeing reservations. It was a memorable experience. The service was a bit slow and the tables were a bit too small for tea service and additional drinks and food . Gratituity was included in bill which has to be prepaid. The server made over $40 for 6 people plus more money for additional food ordered. Because gratuity is prepaid, maybe it's possible that servers are more comfortable making tables wait and not check in as much.

I loved the food. I had their Belgian Waffles and fresh Fruit plate. They even put my fruit allergy on the ticket to ensure that it wasn't added into my meal. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would recommend them for Brunch or a nice meal at anytime.

updated star rating as this was promptly taken care of. thanks. hmm. I just picked up a takeout order, and this is how the goulash was served to me. zero broth. obviously old and the bottom of container. how can you serve this? honestly weird. sure glad I drove 20 minutes to get this "soup". also got a moldy blueberry, and the quiche did not taste fresh. would like a refund please.

A wonderful place to host an event. We had a small bridal shower for my sister in the Tavern Room with the afternoon tea menu. The food was superb! Janelle was extremely easy to work with and very helpful for making it a lovely event. Parking could potentially be difficult for larger events, but it was perfect for us.

What a cute place! I stop in to get my bestie a key lime pie for her birthday every year but we decided to stay and eat one day. It was really good and of course their desserts are phenomenal. Then we came back for brunch and it was so good. Looking forward to going back.

To say they care about your experience is an understatement. They really make you feel like they're their to make sure you have a great experience. The new counter service is working out very well and I did not notice a change in service quality at all, it actually worked out better for me to just have the ability to get my own water without hassling the server too much when it gets very busy. Support the small businesses first!

We had the school's prom there (we're a small school so it was the perfect size). The food was good, and staff were very nice. The event space we used was beautiful. I had never been there before but I plan to return to sample the bakery items.

I’ve had good experiences in the past but i went in today to buy a piece of cake and a truffle for my birthday and was so disappointed. The cake was surprisingly dry! I also got what I thought was an amaretto truffle, but it just tasted like chocolate? I didn’t get one hint of amaretto and that’s my favorite, so I was very disappointed. I will say the marzipan ornament that I got was pretty good and the only piece I got to enjoy. I ended up throwing away my cake :(

My husband and I wanted to do something very simple to celebrate getting married with our family and friends. Mozart's event coordinator was so patient and helpful getting us setup with their tavern room with a champagne toast, and lots of delicious desserts for folks to eat while we played board games and spent some time together. It was such a lovely evening and they even surprised us by putting a congratulatory message on the sign out front! I'd highly recommend Mozarts for any event needs, their team is excellent and the space is warm and inviting.

Mozart was everything we wanted that day we found it. We wanted a patio they had it ,social distancing a range of options on the menu, great taste, food presentation and reasonable pricing. From the time we parked to the tine we left everyone was professional, courteuos and there was no wait. Mozart hosted a diverse customer base and live pianist. This is perfect for parties, receptions and they have a bakery.

Today is my 1 year wedding anniversary! I can't believe it has taken me a year to make this review but let me just say Mozart's is like a dream come true for a bride planning her own wedding. From the very first tour of the building and space I fell in love. Janelle and the owner are absolutely amazing they truly made my wedding day the best day of my life. They were so organized and pretty much helped me plan my wedding down to times of everything happening to where everyone was supposed to be. They answered any questions quickly and offered us to come in multiple times before the wedding to see exactly how we wanted things. Their staff was so kind and perfect the day of the wedding, we did no setting up, no tearing down nothing they did it all. On the day your getting married its like a huge panic for trying to ensure everything was perfect. Well once I arrived Janelle walked us to the bridal room they have and told me to relax everything was going to be great and it truly was! The space is so gorgeous and so much history of the building was great! I could really go on and on about the staff and building but let me just say I highly recommend them for any event especially if your getting married they are affordable and handle everything down to the dinner, drinks, cake all of it!!

My fiance (now wife) recently were married here back in July. We had originally scheduled our wedding for April, but with COVID restrictions we were forced to reschedule. When we presented the possibility to postpone, Mozart's (Anand/Janelle) was extremely accommodating and understanding. We had an unbelievable experience, it was personable, intimate, fun, and memorable. The ballroom seats between 100 and 150, but call to check on the specific number. Mozart's is also known for their unbelievable bakery treats and fine dining. We would absolutely recommend setting up a tour to check this place out. The rates beat every other venue in Columbus by far and you get the pleasure of helping small business.

I had my wedding here on October 10, 2020 and I'd highly recommend Mozart's. We had our ceremony and reception there in the Amadeus ballroom. Janelle and Anand were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. They coordinated everything with my wedding planner and were happy to answer my emails or calls. We loved that at Mozart's we weren't just another wedding, we felt like family. Susie Newman was our officiant and she did a lovely job. We've always enjoyed eating at Mozart's so we were excited they were our caterer. For dinner we had Beef Stroganoff, German Roast Pork Loin, Redskin mashed potatoes, vegetables and best of all pastries. Our guests loved the pastries at the end of the night. Our cake was gorgeous and delicious. All of our friends and family felt safe and had a fun time. We are truly grateful to Anand, Doris, Janelle and the whole Mozart's team for making our wedding perfect.
