Good was old ,hard ,and dry. Took way to long to receive the messed up food! The restaurant was not crowded. This location is not a good place to spend your money? The manager ( Emily) was talking about us in back of kitchen with staff. The staff kept looking at us and laughing. It felt so uncomfortable we just paid the bill and went somewhere else to eat.

O Charleys restaurant &Bar Cleveland Ave, Columbus. Great service and very Clean. Friendly staff. As usual food was Good. “Last week I was in MORSE Rd location, service was very bad and my Louisiana steak was too salty. When I complain about it my server told me that’s the way it is.” Here I order the same Louisiana steak and my children order classic combinations. It was great experience. I got my rolls without asking and the server was very fast and attentive. Try this location if you had a bad experience in other location.

Our server Kennedy was great. Excellent service. Food was good.

Quick evening meal and drinks for happy hour. The all-day $5 margaritas made this an easy choice. The server was attentive. The crowd was really light. Located just off the highway it's easy to get to within 15 minutes from most sides of town. It's good for a family meal or meeting up with friends.

Ordered the teriyaki salmon bowl, which is a summer special item. It was excellent! Had caramel pecan cheesecake for dessert, and it was also excellent! Oh, and their rolls are excellent as well . Free with meal! Location is Cleveland Ave at I-270.

The server and the service were great. The food was under cooked and I think it gave us food poisonings. I ordered the New Orleans Chicken Pasta and I thought it taste fine until my stomach starting hurting and I threw up later in my hotel room. My girlfriend ordered steak and salmon and the salmon was undercooked along with her mac and cheese. She was sick all night and in the morning and she threw up as well. It wasn't a coincidence that both of us threw up right when Im arriving back to the hotel.

We had the best experience last night here. Our waitress Peyton was fantastic. We were celebrating our late sons birthday and she, even before knowing that, just served us with such Grace and kindness. It definitely made the celebration easier for me, so much empathy from their staff and I truly, from the bottom of my heart, appreciate it. ♥️

Friend and I went here for dinner and had a fabulous lady take care of us for dinner… if you go to O’Charley’s on Cleveland Avenue next to Home Depot….ask for Carrie, really good waitress

Good meal here today on free pie Wednesday. Caramel pie,?? Like eating a soft sugar daddy with whipped cream. Yum. Our server, Jimmy was great. Very welcoming and prompt. Thanks Jimmy!

The food was decent but the menu seemed limited. The appearance of the kitchen, eating areas and food was spectacular. This place had a very comfortable atmosphere. The side dishes weren't as great as expected but appetizersand sauces were on point. The service was excellent though. Very friendly and attentive servers. They also have competitive prices on alcoholic beverages. I recomend coming here for drinks and apps the most.

If I'm being honest... when it came to the food, they've had better days, I eat there often, and def had the same meal taste amazing, just not tonight, but our server made our experience so great, it was easy for us to look past the kitchens short comings. Her personality is one you can't forget, made sure we didn't have to ask for anything, not even a refill, and wanted to fix the kitchens faults to assure that we got our money's worth and to make sure we left happy, and because of her we did and will back to see her again.

My wife and I was there with 2 other couples and it was a late lunch or early dinner around 2pm. We was petty much the only ones there, but the only waiter there said he had a full section earlier (I assume around noon) so we got good service. I would guess it was a little slower earlier, but it was a Monday. I had the "New" Grill Chicken Alfredo, and it was good and severed hot.

Great food and received the best service from our waiter. He really made the experience fun and relaxing. Best service I have had in years. So good I gave the waiter a $25 cash tip. I wish I could remember his name.

My wife and I love O'Charley's, the bread melts in your mouth, my wife had a nice steak, I had the pasta and shrimp, we only ate half, and took the rest home for a good lunch later. She had a bar made non alcoholic lemonade, I had the sweet tea! I wish there was one near us!

The food was what to be expected, nothing more nothing less. My Sweetheart, her grandmother, & I all enjoyed the regular/Blue Hawaiian Margaritas!! Our waiter was friendly, polite, very patient, & prompt. Also went the extra mile, made us a condiment, that is not on O'Charleys Menu, which was Awesome Sauce!! It was not crowded, so although minimum wait time (which was nice), kind of quiet for a Friday night!! We will all be back no sweat! To all involved, from us to you all, Thank you O'Charleys!! Our go to place to eat out. Took advantage of the Veterans Day special and it was great! Nasha was our server and did and excellent job. Even though they were busy, she made sure all her guests received attention. Thanks Nasha for making this an even better experience.

This was very disturbing that our waiter was not wearing socks. Aside from the nose ring and the painted nails and a t shirt that didn't fit we were very disappointed in his appearance. Not wearing socks is a health issue. I'll never come back.

Prior to 2020, we ate here frequently. Only 3 visits (1 pick up and 2 dine- in) scattered in the last 2 years, and as of last night, I'm sadly done hoping it was just an "off night". I'll leave it at that. But I will say that the young male host (Brandon?) and the other young man who was helping run food were extremely polite and welcoming. The only promptness I personally witnessed or received was from this young male host upon my entering the building and I continued to watch him hustle throughout my time there. I definitely want those 2 young men to recieve the positive recognition they deserve.

They was not busy at all. The employees were very nice. Our server was very attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was very relaxing and laid back. I really enjoyed it.

Clean place with attentive staff. It's a great place and features a lot of foods that feel home cooked with a few vegetarian options like their cheddar baked potato soup and cheddar broccoli. No vegan options though to my knowledge. Always fun to try something new on their menu and staff were very nice. A great place to sit and relax for a bit as well.

Just to get seated seemed confusing for the staff. Only 5 of us adults. The table we were seated at had cold air blowing down on us. Ask the server to see if it could be turned off. It was 28 degrees outside. No reason for the A/C to be running. It continued to cycle on and off our entire time there. The server was new so I don't blame her for our meals being brought out after an hour of waiting. That's totally on the kitchen staff. Watched people wait for over 30 minutes for their To Go orders to be ready that I'm certain were called in before arriving. Food was mediocre. Coleslaw was warm like it had been sitting under the heat with the other food on our plates. Should be served separately at the appropriate temperature when refrigerated. Fries were half cooked with rubbery texture. Only item that was a decent temperature was the mac and cheese. The management has some serious coaching to do with kitchen prep and the grill staff. Probably the worst food for the cost and service was unacceptable considering the low number of customers seated. I know why now!

Pre-pandemic my wife was a secret shopper where we ate at various O’Charlies on monthly basis. It was clear then that they cared about the food and service. Today, that is clearly not the case. Our service was so disappointing. Server was not well trained. We didn’t get our rolls until after our meals were brought to the table. We had to basically ask for them and got a lame response about waiting until they came right out of the oven. My daughter, who is vegetarian, asked for the loaded Mac and tenders with the Chicken on the side. Our server confirmed this was possible. However, that is not how the food was presented as it was all mixed in. While my daughters were not disappointed that the scallions were not sprinkled on top, it’s just another example of the poor quality food. I had a steak that was a little tough and under cooked for what I had asked. Overall, we will not frequent this restaurant again as we can spend our money for better food and service elsewhere.

Apparently, ordering take out during the week is an inconvenience. Waited in the parking lot for order- as soon as app said it was ready went inside. Waited for 10 min, no one at the to go area. Went to the front where I’m told only one person is working take out and he’s changing towels in the bathroom. I ask if this person can just hand me the bag. She seemed to not understand and goes to get the manager. She comes out a little saucy asking what the problem was. I explain I’m just trying to get that bag of food. She explains well, we only have one person working take out on a Thursday. 🤔 I’m sorry my to go order that just became ready was intruding on this person changing the bathroom towels. If you are so low staffed, train the front to hand someone their food. What a joke of service and a manager who makes excuses.

Server did not offer dinner rolls (which is typically served here). Order had the wrong kind of potatoes (sweet instead of normal). Took over 5 min to get a glass of water after asking for one with other drinks at the same time and other drinks arrived first.

We just left. My partner and I ordered burgers. We didn’t receive our bread service so I just asked our server if we could get it. He seemed super annoyed, and said since we got sandwiches he didn’t think we needed them. What? We got our food, our burger patties were dry but we ate them. Our server came by and asked if I wanted a box, I said no thanks, and he literally took my basket, with half my sandwich and a few fries still in it, while I was still chewing!! I couldn’t believe it. So we paid and left. We won’t be back sadly.

Visiting from Orlando FL I took mom here for late lunch the service was bad the food was horrible and had a after taste and the rolls were hard. If I could give a -1 then I would! Did not even offer dessert and I told them I wanted to order take out also and they ignored that! Last time for me ever!got back to mom's she is doubled over with pain in her stomach😭

Went for a quick lunch break from work. Server Jeff (whom told us he is actually the kitchen manager and was filling in to help out) did the best job! He was attentive, quick, and super friendly. Food came out quick and they had a co-workers Togo order ready when they dropped off the check. I ordered a meal that included fish. It was slightly under done for my taste but everything else was perfect. I’ve went here in the past and experienced slow service but I feel they’ve stepped it up which is unusual to see in the current staffing difficulties of Covid.

Food was bland and my mom's steak was tough and she got no steak sauce, my son's Mac and cheese was dry... My other son's ribs tasted great... Our dinner rolls where very hard... I order Cajun Chicken Pasta with veggies and it most definitely wasn't Cajun.... This was our very first time trying this place and after spending $62 on food that ended up in the trash I won't be back....

I Called to put a order in and did not receive an answer. I then decided to go inside to place my order and didn't even get so much as a hello from the staff. Others came in after me. When staff came back15 minutes later she proceeded to serve the people who came in after me rather then just asking who was here first. When she finally ask me what the name on my order was I told her I wanted to place a order. She folded her arms and told me " Well we are busy right now its going to be a 45 minute wait you can look at our bored". After noticing her unacceptable attitude and tone of voice I just left to avoid going off on her and giving her the same treatment she just gave me.

To-Go’s did a great job today! young lady at register was very nice and quick to get me cashed out and food out, food was delicious and hot, rolls came out great good experience

Food was excellent ( take out) and drinks from the bar were excellent as well. Shelley our Bartender was a joy!

Shelly is my favorite bartender!!! She’s the best bartender, she fast, friendly, funny,smart and an all around cool person!! So I would definitely recommend going to O’Charleys and ask for Shelly if she’s bartending!!!

10/15/21 @ 1915 My husband and I sat for 10minutes with no greeting. When the server did come he said he didn't see us, grunted to the supervisor who was bringing people to another table that "that's like my fourth table". He took our drink order and walked off. We sat for another 5minutes, no drinks, no appetizers ordered and then walked out.

Kennedy F provided me and my mother with the greatest friendly service. She checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Kennedy you are the best!!

We were greeted graciously and our party of 16 people were seated in a reasonable amount of time in the middle of Sunday lunch rush. Our waitress Anita and the location manager were very attentive. Our waitress was friendly and made sure that all of our orders were correct and drinks stayed filled. The food was prepared well and steaks came out the temperature requested. All in all was a great experience. Thanks for a great Sunday!

Wont be dining here for awhile. 2nd time takeout order was wrong. At least I checked it prior to leaving. Missing a side salad, pie and salad dressing. They checked into it and came back and said they were out of the dressing but offered no replacement and I had to ask again for the other salad and pie. On a positive note, the pie was good (no whipped cream) and chicken fingers were very yummy. Probably wont go back for a bit based on the 2 bad experiences

Me & friends from work went to O'Charleys for lunch to do our white elephant gift exchange on Saturday. We had a blast!!! The service, the food, and the company was awesome!! My steak was delicious to eat and just looking at it made me happy!! For my 2 sides I had broccoli & a baked potato. Yummmmmy!! I recommend this place!

5 stars for our server, Ms Carrie! We missed kids night by a few minutes and she went out of her way to get all kinds of goodies for my 4 year old. It was super sweet and so appreciated! Also, she makes a mean strawberry lemonade 🙂 We eat here every few months or so and the food is always great too!

Service was good but when my order was delivered no baked potato the had.sweet potatoes. The steak was ordered.medium and came one degree from raw. And when the potato was delivered it couldn't even melt the whipped butter they put on it. On the other hand the cold slaw was very good. I ate the steak and potato just because I was hungry. The manager came by afterwards and took 50 percent off. Didn't ask for it and it didn't make the meal any better. As I said earlier the service was good.

Caring and friendly waitresses. I had one who paid for my order. I took my 80 yr old for dinner who has dementia. She selects a person once a week to bless. I gave her a nice tip. People need to be courteous to those in the customer service business is not easy. She made my evening from a tough day at work.

Fabulous food, fabulous customer service, Carrie had the best attitude, never had to ask for a refill, ketchup, napkins or any of that.... She had it all for us before we even knew what we needed, we were greeted by Brandon with a friendly smile as soon as soon as we walked in and promptly seated. Great experience. I love O'Charley's food, but the Cleveland Ave store is one to avoid if you're looking for a good meal for your dollar. For beginners, it's more miss than hit when it comes to getting your order right if you are doing delivery or takeout. Sometimes you get really lucky and your order is great, but for most part with our experience, it is the opposite. Just tonight, my burger was not cooked to order and was as dry as could be, was missing toppings and the toppings that were there looked old, the cheese looked like a piece of wax paper, and the tater tots were cold and hard. My sister's fried chicken salad didn't come with any chicken, so we basically paid for a more expensive house salad and for the second time in a row I paid for a slice of cheesecake and did not get it. All of this lovely bundle costing over $65.00 with a generous tip. Such great value for our money. In a time when everything is more expensive, you want to at least get the best value for your money and that's what I usually get from O'Charley's, but not from this particular location. If I wanted subpar food, we have plenty of fast food choices in the area for cheaper the price.

We were seated quickly, but it was only a few minutes after 3 pm. 4 people in our party. Club sandwich and fries, chicken tenders with fries, chicken tenders with mushrooms and something and some kind of noodle dish. it was near 35 minutes or better before we got our meal. The waitress came over asked if someone came over to speak with us, but no they hadn't. About 15 minutes later food comes. Not impressed. Fries were blaa, they don't season them at all was not hot. Chicken tenders not hot. My friend with the smothered tenders liked hers. Boyfriend wasn't impressed with his club sandwich either but didn't say why. He said his fries also weren't good. A totally different couple sat shortly after us watched others eat before them so they complained and left. Sorry guys I won't be back here or probably any other in this chain. Not a fan of cold food

My family and I walk in to this location to eat, as we know they were closing in about 45 minutes, but they had at least 7 tables still full of people. The hostess was very kind and sat us quickly, while our waitress was talking to other guests about us, turning around and laughing. She continued to turn around and say “everybody here??” loudly, and then says “you guys do know we close at 9pm???” Then turns back around and laughs with the other guests. This is the second time we have had a horrible customer service experience here and will not return.

Steak is never cooked other than the outside being browned. The food never tastes freshly cooked. The fries are always soggy, rolls are never fresh or even warm no matter if it’s dine in or take out. The staff is decent but takes forever to get food or service. Guess I should’ve stopped going here after the first time it was all cold and not cooked fully. My loss.

I have been to this location for lunch and dinner many times over many years. Unfortunately, on this visit, the food I ordered for take out was not even close to satisfactory for the $17.00 Bayou Shrimp(I have ordered this before on multiple occasions). They put it in small container more like a lunch serving. Only 3 mini-shrimps in the whole meal. Not sure why, but the sauce didn't look right, furthermore, it didn't taste good at all. I ended up throwing it a way. Shame on O'Charley's for even serving that food. As mentioned, I have visited this location many times over the years, and their food and service has always been excellent.
