Excellent food, as always. The service was very slow this visit, which is completely out of the ordinary, but our server had a lot tables. The atmosphere is always so pleasant and friendly, and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Our table ordered the crab dip appetizer, which was amazing! Almost like crab cakes in dip form. The Louisiana Chicken Pasta (pictured) is always perfectly done with crispy chicken and creamy Cajun sauce. Their burgers are also delicious.

I haven't been here in years. We decided to stop for lunch for our 12 year anniversary. The atmosphere is tight very close to others so we asked for a more intimate seat and the server barked at the host for sitting us where we requested. The server was great getting us drinks but he always smells sooo strong of cigarettes and that was terrible. How bout grow up and wait til lunch hour is over to get a smoke in or get a vape so it doesn't smell! Tiramisu cheesecake is DEVINE! Get it!! The fish n chips were great other than fries weren't warm or crisp but the fish was great. The chicken colletta I think it was called was delicious had a lemon butter cream sauce mmmmmm. Over all good experience

This was my second time going here and I was not disappointed. We were there to celebrate a 21st birthday of a family member. The food was amazing and everything was prepared great. The cheesecakes were good according the my family. They were out of the apple crisp so I got the fudge cake and it was really good. Very rich chocolate and it was a huge piece of cake. We had a waitress that was phenomenal. Her name was Maddie and I would request her again to wait on us and recommend her to be wait on your group. She was very friendly and kept all of our drinks full at all times. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because it took a very long time for the food to be served. It wasn’t a crazy busy night because of going on a weeknight but I guess if gives time to be social if you are with a group and if you arw patient. I would recommend this place and I’ll go again. Oh and they have a menu that is like a book to choose from.

Very popular place, but worth the wait. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Restaurant looked clean and orderly. Food was delicious, I ordered the Chicken Bellagio (Crispy Coated Chicken Breast over Basil Pasta and Parmesan Cream Sauce Topped with Prosciutto and Arugula Salad) and loved every bite. Portion sizes are large, had leftovers to tale home. We also of course ordered a sampling of cheesecakes, a little pricey, but again decadent and delicious.

Disappointed that they were out of the vegetarian burger. The Avocado eggrolls were good but a little greasy. The Mac and Cheese bites were pretty great. Overall, not a bad experience.

Took my here for lunch today before shopping since she had never had before. We sat outside to enjoy the day. She was amazed at the friendly staff and how well our waiter spoke and carried himself professionally. Food was absolutely on point and high quality from appetizers through entree we even had cheesecake and that a rarity for her. I would have loved to give a five star review but not one of us could fathom in what culture is it proper table service to have a table clearer reach over a plate you're eating from to get dirty dishes and drop stuff onto your plate? He seemed to be rushing us off or really didn't understand why i didn't finish my entree. At his age he should know better.

A friend visited from out of state and we had the pleasure of dining here for dinner, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, with warm lighting and tasteful decor. The service was outstanding, the staff were attentive and friendly and made sure our every need was taken care of. We rarely have experienced anything other than top notch service and food at this location. I love that they put a unique spin on what would ordinarily be some plain dishes. I just tried brunch for the first time and those cinnamon pancakes were incredible. Of course the cheesecake is good. Cheesecake factory sets the bar real high for their cheesecake.

We arrived without a reservation on a Monday evening and to our surprise, it was very busy. However, we were seated within 10 minutes. Our server Hailey (not sure that's the correct spelling) was very attentive and helpful. Hopefully she's your server when you visit. The food was good as usual, and the warm bread and butter is always a treat. I highly recommend visiting.

Food was good as always. But the service was LOUSY. The waitress (server) was too busy to check back on us after our food was delivered. Refills? Missing sauces? Tough luck. Ask the food runner or another server for help? Not a chance! We just wanted the sauce we ordered and a refill. Then after she brought our deserts without silverware she disappeared again. Absolutely frustrating on a lunch tab of $120 for a party of two. She's lucky I understood the plight of service workers as I still gave her a 10% tip but her lack of availability, accessibility and care ruined an otherwise good lunch. I doubt I'll return too many other choices that are doing just fine despite work shortages. Update/Reply to "Owner's" reply: We looked for a manager for nearly 10 mins. Never saw one. On the way out I asked to speak to the manager. I got an evil glare from the hostess and she begrudgingly requested a manager. I waited 5 more minutes and finally left. Disappointing.

I’ve eaten here years ago and was not very satisfied… so I gave it another shot. This time I was satisfied. The burger was extremely good and juicy. We got right in and waited no time at all for the food. The only issue was trying to decide which cheesecake to get! We will be back.

The place os nice for family hangout or just friends hangout. The food is alright. Their cheesecake is great! My only problem with the place is the wait. So I'd recommend you schedule an appointment before going. The wait can sometimes be 2.5 hours long so take caution. The food also takes a little longer to come out so if you're very hungry, please do yourself a favor and order an appetizer or little snack, they come pretty quick. I recommend the chicken pot stickers. So if it's your first time and you want to have the best experience, 1. Make an appointment ahead of time so you can skip the wait.. it can be 2.5 hrs long sometimes. However, if you can't get an appointment and you still want to go, go ahead but prepare to go walk around the mall and just look around while you wait. 2. PLEASE DO NOT GO ALONE! YOU WANT TO GO WITH A FRIEND OR FRIENDS. DON'T GO ALONE! PLEASE! 3. Be open to trying new things. There's alot on their menu so try something new. The servers are also pretty cool so feel free to ask what they recommend if you don't know what you want. 4. Take pictures of everything you order...because why not 5. Get an appetizer. It'll help you stay patient while you wait for the food and the appetizers taste AMAZING! Once again, I recommend the "chicken pot stickers" 6. Keep an open mind about your food and enjoy!!! 7. ORDER A CHEESECAKE. I mean.. you're at a cheesecake factory.. you might as well..ya know? Have fun! Enjoy your experience!

Pretty schnazzy establishment. Kinda boujee foreal. Prices are steep but the atmosphere makes up for it. The cheese cake upon entrance is sorta overwhelming. The foid is light and very tasty. The service don't mess around either.

The food was underwhelming, and the stuffed cheeseburger was missing of cheese. When I requested a replacement, I was served the original dish without any cheese again. Although the server claimed to have removed the order from the receipt because of the unsatisfactory, we were still charged for it which was really decieving. Had brunch here for the first time, absolutely amazing! Monte Christo sandwich was delicious and very filling, couldn’t finish it all. But then again service, quality of food and overall atmosphere never disappoints. My absolutely favorite restaurant. Keep up the good work Cheesecake Factory!

This is one of my girlfriends' favorite places to go eat. It's starting to grow on me. I've only been a handful of times, but try something different each time. This time, I tried the tuna, and it was delicious. My girlfriend got the club sandwich, which she gets quite frequently. Didn't really care for the fried zucchini, though. Nevertheless, the service was good and it always has a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

its ok. this restaurant isn’t really my first choice when I’m at easton. Every time I eat here the wait time for our food to be served takes a little longer than other restaurants. I came here at around noon time there wasn’t really a whole lot of people dining in and still they took forever to serve our food. I also went here for dinner time 2 months ago it was even worst. Food is ok nothing really special.

Being vegetarian, I don't have much to say. Few things: 1. Korean Fried Cauliflower is just too good to miss!! 2. There is no limit to the variety of cheesecakes available. 3. It's always crowded 😂 4. The non-alcoholic drinks look pretty, but I've had much better ones before! Despite the crowd, the staff is very welcoming and quick on response :)

Food and drink were delicious. Food took a little long to be served, but they were kind of busy. Overall good value for the price. I had a dirty martini, the crab dip, and the lemon garlic shrimp. It was all great, the crab dip was especially good.

We are visiting from Florida. Food here is great. Temika our waitress is very good. She is very attentive to our requests. She communicates really good and brings your food with no delay. Ambiance is really relaxing. Highly recommended.

Considering it was a busy Saturday early afternoon, our waitress Nia was amazing! We were seated in a timely manner, which was also shocking being that it was so crowded. The chicken and Waffles were fresh , hot and extremely delicious(I happened to find that they do brunch from 11-2 on the weekends 🙌🏽). We had people from other tables asking us how it was , saying it looked good!. I was heading to the movies so definitely have to come back to taste the cheesecake as I was full from the delectable course… it looked amazing as well. Great experience, thanks so much to the staff and everyone who made it possible, from the women at the door to the people that keep the bathroom clean !!

Our cheesecakes came out super SOFT and the whip was fine though...waited almost an hour to get them, just before closing. I was really disappointed and so were my girls. We came on a weeknight at 9pm after some shopping, not busy, slow, and ONLY ordered cheesecake. The first server seemed ok when we said we would just be having cheesecake. We sat for a LONG period of time to be greeted by another server who said the other server "stole the table", then we waited awhile again. We were about to leave when the cheesecake finally arrived at the table. During this time I noticed the first server doing tables around us. Basically whatever was going on RUINED our experience and dessert. This used to be a place I took my family and children to. This experience coupled with a few visits over the past year, have left me feeling very dissatisfied. I DO NOT recommend this location..try one of the newer restaurants that wants your business.

I have always loved this cheesecake factory because of their staff!! The people that work here are personable, easy to converse with, and extremely kind!! We got Bread, Mac and Cheese Balls, Fries, Parmesan Herb Crusted Chicken, and the Chicken Parmigiana Pizza Style. Everything was very good!! And of course the cheesecake was amazing.

First time here and this place didn't disappoint. Seen some reviews online to get an idea about the food. Fried mac and cheese balls were amazing also good microwaved since we didn't finish them at dinner. I had the Louisiana chicken pasta and was very surprised of the portion. My wife had chicken caesar salad the portion was very large. Finished off with the white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake. Highly recommend! Definitely going to make another visit soon. Our waiter Archie was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu.

Good food but long wait after ordered. Wanted a club sandwich but they were out of turkey so I got a BLT instead. Crab items are still on menu but no longer available.

I think portion size decreased a little bit in the last few years but the flavors were amazing. Service was good. Can't beat outdoor dining on a mild summer early evening

Very delicious food! I can’t remember what my dish was called, but it was essentially crusted chicken topped with red pasta sauce, lots of cheese, and then noodles. SUPER delicious; I'm pleased to say I could join a "clean plate club"! Also the bread that they served was also exceptional, and it was nice and fresh (I could tell based on how hot they were, it must’ve came right out of the oven!). The server was nice, but he smelled like cigarettes when he walked by or came close, so that wasn’t enjoyable. Also, the food took roughly 45 minutes to come out. We went on a Friday night though, so it was probably busier than normal...

Never regret to stop by and eat here! And also absolutely great customer service!! All in the Menu looks good and amazing! We will come back again and again!!

The brussel sprouts (maple glazed) were the best I've ever had. The wait to be seated was long but it is a very busy spot. All of my food was great including the mojito, but at over $12 a drink it should be!

Service was slow. Food was cold. They served the food first and then after 10-15 min gave us flatware. My first time experience was really good. This was my second visit.

Over crowded and long wait times. We put our name on the siting list and shopped around the plaza for 2 hours, then returned when called. However, the food was perfect! My steak was cooked as requested and everything was delicious. We had a great waitresses lastnight. Worth it, if you time to kill inbetween the wait.

Was a great experience! Our server, who went by Uni as in University, was very helpful, patient, and kind when he wasn't busy with other customers! He was always there to bring us drinks and answer any questions we had. The food took awhile because they were very busy but it was all so good. All the cheesecake we ordered was great as well!
