I ordered 2 bread bowls and 2 broccoli Mac and cheese bowls. For top the counter to get my online order and asked if everything was in the bag, and was told yes. Walked to the table to check and was missing 1 of my bowls. I went back to the counter to let them know I was missing an item. The young girl behind the counter didn't even let me finish before she rudely said it is in the bag. I told her I was missing a Mac and cheese bread bowl and she continued to say she put it in the bag herself so she knew it was in there. My order was 2 bowls of broccoli Mac and cheese, 1 broccoli cheddar soup bread bowl, and 1 broccoli Mac and cheese bread bowl. It was a small bag so I knew when I picked it up something was missing just did not know what. The young girl did not have to be rude and insist she put it in the bag herself, the young guy that stepped in to help was very friendly.

Imagine charging a Mac and Cheese bread bowl normal size for $9 and large for $14 LOL. Just shut down the company at this point. This is the CHEAPEST thing on earth to make and absolutely in no way has been inflated. What a disgrace to customers. I will never eat here again until prices are quite literally 50% cheaper.

Friendly, but honestly they never get a order correct. Always make a completely different sandwich, forget a pastry, silverware. The day they actually do get your order right is surprising. They should definitely check receipts or have a 2 check in process. A order is never fulfilled correctly.

Picture of what is advertised and pictures of reality. We took ours to go and headed back to the Children’s Hospital, it wasn’t till we got to the room and noticed how terrible of a sandwich it was. We left the hospital to get something better than hospital food, but wasn’t happier with the hospital. Did not want to eat solid bread so threw it away. Did not want to walk all the way back to Panera bread.

Margarita pizza had minimal cheese- no basil, hardly any sauce. This is not my first experience with Panera and a sad lunch- but figured how could pizza go wrong…? Well….

Don’t come here. Every time I order from here they forget something. Every Panera is inconsistent. Half of them don’t add cheese to your soup or include the baguette for a bowl of soup that was $9. They never reply to guest concerns. No two paneras make the same product the same way. Half of them don’t even cook your bread or toast your sandwich. Overpriced garbage

They moved the cups and charged lemonade behind the counter, which fine I get it BUT no one is there to help you some mornings. It's annoying because you already have to park and walk to this location so it's becoming more time consuming when I could go down the street to Starbucks and not even leave my car

Order a pepperoni flat bread and received about a 12 inch baguette with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. No lies it was good but I'm not sure if they ran out of ingredients or somebody didn't know how to make what was order because it looked nothing like the picture. I ordered two Mac and cheeses and they were both cold, more like cooler side of luke warm. One of the spoons was absolutely filthy even after a dishwasher run and I had to wait a while for a new spoon and a knife to cut the baguette pepperoni sub. Cashier forgot my kids grilled cheese on my first order so we had to wait for that. Asked for dine in and they made it to go so it sat even after I checked to see if my order was ready. All in all really ok experience but I probably will not return.

First, I need to start by saying that I rarely if ever give negative reviews. I typically only leave four or five star reviews at places I really like. However, this place is a glaring exception. Second, I need to say that I love panera. They are one of my favorite food chains. Their food is healthy and tasty, I like their corporate practices, and my regular experience is a fantastic one. With those qualifications, I would NOT recommend this panera. We submitted a rapid pick up order, sending it online at 12:00 for a 1:00 pickp up. We were traveling through the state. We arrived 15 minutes late. Our food was not ready. Furthermore, there was a digital list of about 20 people's names ahead of us, despite the fact that we had ordered at 12:00. At about 1:20, I asked a manager to cancel our order (which they hadn't prepared) and refund our money. He assured me he would. At 1:49, I received an email that our order was ready. I check my credit card statement a day later, and the manager had NOT canceled my order. Fortunately, when I contacted the corporate office today, they said the'd refund my money. I'd recommend that you visit other paneras until the corporate office has time to get their house in order at this specific panera.

I ate a very-early-and-pleasant breakfast yesterday morning [10-22-2022] at the Panera Bread at 611 E. Livingston Ave., Ste. A, in the "Southern Orchards" neighborhood of Columbus and across the street from Nationwide Children's Hospital. I had been planning to attend an all-day conference yesterday at Nationwide Children's Hospital so I had decided that I would eat breakfast first at the Panera Bread that is directly across the street. My food choice for yesterday had been "Sausage, Scrambled Egg and Cheese on Ciabatta." For some reason that is not completely clear to me, the sandwich that I had paid for and had received had not included cheese. I had not been charged for cheese and I had not received cheese [which had actually made for a slightly-cheaper breakfast than I had been expecting]. I believe that it is possible to order -- and to pay for -- your food on one of several machines that look like credit card machines but I had not noticed those machines until after I had ordered and had received my order and had learned about the missing cheese. If you are near Nationwide Children's Hospital during the early morning [as well as during other parts of the day], I recommend the Panera Bread that is directly across the street. But I also recommend that you verify that you have indeed ordered what you had intended to order.

Food was good but people werent all that welcoming and the wait was crazy and it wasnt packed. My smoothie tasted more like non flavored Greek yogurt than Strawberry banana.

The cinnamon toast crunch Bagels, asiago bagels where nice and hot just perfect timing with garlic chive cream cheese made my morning so much better. There seemed to be a problem with other people's order but lil minor mishap.

When I came in the morning the front doors were locked . Every time I order something they never have my order ready . On average I wait for 10 minutes for just a drink . Terrible service altogether

Took over 20 minutes to get my sandwich when there was hardly anyone else there. Quality of the sandwich was bad as well. Easily worst panera I’ve been too.

The service was fast at lunch time and accurate, my girlfriend didn't feel well and the soup helped make her feel better.

Didn't put half the ingredients on my sandwich, no sauce, cheese only on half. Soggy brown lettuce in the salad, and still frozen chicken pieces. Couldn't even eat the salad because once I picked all the brown pieces out there was just toppings left. No lunch today, still hungry. Won't go back to that location.

Should I really have to? You provide nutrition to I’d wager 25% of the nation. One would think an authority like you would know better. But you don’t. Thank you for Sip club, it’s equivalent to life support at this point. It’s a joke people, I love this place. I love it enough that I’d offer my services if they were so inclined

I’d give it a zero if I could. The staff are extremely rude. They glare at you and give you nasty looks for asking them questions about your order. They forget stuff in my order every time I go there . The salad was made incorrectly with the wrong type of lettuce. They have too many staff there doing nothing. They give me my soup in a plastic/paper small bowl every time I go there and I’d like it in a regular bowl. Plus, it’s a waste of precious resources. And you know what I wouldn’t even care if the people that worked there were actually and smiled and made you feel welcomed but they don’t. This was my experience on Multiple occasions

Probably the worst Panera location I’ve had, and I used to manage a location, so I know how it should be. I initially ordered food and it was a bad experience, so the second time I came was a remake. I waited 20-30 minutes for my food this go round when there were 5 orders on the screen. My Caesar salad was literally just lettuce… Management at this location needs to step up their employees. The positive I can give is that the cashier David who helped me this morning was very sweet and helpful!!

Panera gets 4 stars because everything is usually great. The only thing I don't like is it's not the best value as far as price for what you get. And the food isn't all that special. Most of the menu isn't worth 5 stars lol love their everything bagels though

There was a hair in the crouton packet when I dumped it into my soup, so I couldn't eat it. Disgusting. Never going back.

FIX IT!! 2 workers in the back THATS IT! Very odd a CITY location would leave their entire business unattended (Meaning Busy Location). NOT fair to the employees that ARE here at this location.

It is a very good place to eat and have a good time, only in busy hours there is a bit of confusion, the service is good, but in my order I missed the utensils, but I understand there are very busy hours, I do recommend this place to eat. Sundays it is closed. Thanks.

Third or fourth time at this location and I have to say, I received great service from a newer staff member! The service was so excellent that I asked for her name, which is Amanda P. She said she works mornings and I will definitely be back to see her smiling face! Thank you Miss Amanda!!

My experience was 5 stars. I read several bad reviews and was a little reluctant to order from this location. I did anyway and everything was fine. I ordered ahead on the app. My food was ready earlier than I expected and it was accurate and tasted good. That’s all I needed!

Clean, quiet place. Outside tables if you want to eat outside. It's a good place to eat.

The service was excellent. The coffee was cold. Everything is strange after the shut down of our country by this pandemic. We seem to be attempting to repeat old patterns and belief systems yet, by all accounts, a vast majority of us are finding this a near impossible feat....These changes are indeed exciting times...Let the unveiling begin...mmmm hmmm . . . X

The online/over-the-phone ordering process is completely broken at this particular location. They never get the order right; the they can never hear or understand your request. It’s just an underwhelming customer service experience especially for it to serve the hospital staff.

  • 2/5 Rex H. 2 years ago on Google
Location is not convient for passer bys. Seems to be set up mostly for the hospital crowds. Employees are not friendly at all. As with most restraunts, food over priced and when you go back once every other month, you remember why you have not gone in a while. Seems this vivid thing that as they put it, went through together has just made people bitter and spiteful. Not a happy place.

40 minutes(so far) to get 4 bowls of soup. Still waiting. More interested in dancing to the music in the headphones he is wearing than get my order completed. Finally gave up and asked for a substitution so I could leave.

  • 3/5 shepstrohm 1 year ago on Google
Panera is typically a favorite. They were exceptionally busy and having difficulties with things running out and getting orders prepared and customers served. Disorganization caused about half the issues. Substitutions were not correct for missing items. Took much too long to make replacement items. Instead of focusing on current customer, left me standing with all but one sandwich while made a dozen other orders. Management needs to be more focused on order to avoid chaos and bad service.

I was in last week to get some food for my son who’s sick right now and the manager was incredibly rude to me. He asked if my son was really sick or if I just wanted attention. He was tall with a bald head and his name was Donny I think. He laughed in my face when I told him his question was rude and then proceeded to insult me more by telling me I needed to know how to take a joke.

This place is convenient but I don't know why I keep giving them my money. It keeps getting worse and worse. If there's some great broccoli shortage why not remove it from the menu instead of selling me a chicken teriyaki bowl with one piece of broccoli? The "bowl" only filled a third of a small bowl. Normally I get the pick 2 soup and sandwiches but those have gotten more expensive and increasingly disappointing, so I tried something different. This cost $12 and I'm still hungry.
