If I could go without giving a star I would! *Taylor (my server) went to the bathroom and RINSED her hands! *Went from cashing people out, taking orders and serving NEVER washing hands or putting on gloves in transition! *Food was cold *Taylor (said to be a manager) was the worst server, rude would be a compliment! *Dishes dirty; not once but twice including white stuff floating in apple juice 🤔 *Had other items I did NOT order nor est on my check and was gonna "guesstimate" the difference! Um no ma'am I had her correct it properly! *Poured me "a" cup of coffee, never to taste another sip again! *napkins would've been nice but since we didn't eat much I guess wasn't really needed! *Chicken bites put in bowl with sauce drizzled over. NOT AT ALL how Danny's serve that up (it's my 11 yr ild favorite meal there) Just over all bad experience!

The longest wait and the breakfast platter was inedible. Denny’s is disgusting. The smallest pro was their strawberry crepes and hot chocolate. They were overtaken with delivery orders and couldn’t handle their inside customers who should have had priority.

My spouse and I come here to eat, after a long day. It was one of few restaurants open 24 hours so we decided to come here. This place was nothing short of awful. There wasn't many people when we arrived, so we were pretty much seated immediately. But once we were seated, we didn't receive any kind of service for the next 15-20 mins. I had to go and find someone just to bring us drinks. Please keep in mind, the restaurant couldn't have had no more than.... 4 tables seated (I counted 5 people on staff that night). Once we finally got our drinks we were then allowed to place our order. We both ordered a veggie omelette with hash browns on the side (we requested to have the hash browns extra crispy). Not only did we have to wait an additional 40 minutes to get our food, but there were people coming in much later after us, receiving their food before us. That made me feel unwelcome and less than. When we finally got our food... The veggie omelette wasn't horrible, but it was cold. The hash browns were not crispy at all. In fact, they were not even cooked all the way and they tasted freezer burnt. I was disgusted with the entire experience and will not be returning, ever.

The steak was too hard to bite. The breakfast tasted mediocre. Pancakes and fried potatoes were not recommended. The service could not take care of all the customers in the busy morning. Anyway, the place is not bad, almost 7/24 and the price is low.

I Haven’t been to a Denny’s since 2011 and recently visited this Denny’s a few times. Nice and spacious seating with modern decor whose color pallet are cohesive with its brand colors. I have had their double cheeseburger with french fries and a Coca Cola and on the other visit shortly after had one of their breakfast combos. Parking spaces out front of the restaurant. Nice and friendly service. Decent prices.

Jasmine was our server and she was great. Attentive and listened to us. The food was good also. They were out of hand soap in the women's restroom. It just made me wonder how other people and staff were washing their hands.

I don't know where to even begin. When I arrived there was only one customer in the whole restaurant. I saw 3 employees. One was a server, 1 was a cook, and I'm not sure what the other employee's job was employee stop was exactly. I was seated and given a menu and she got my drink for me. They were out of Dr Pepper so I had water instead. I tried to order potato soup which is on the menu, but they were also out of that. I then tried to order a 1/2 order of nachos, Only to find out that they were out of the nacho meat. 😏 I finally settled on the combo appetizer. When it finally came out, my chicken was WAY overcooked and burned. One of the pieces couldn't even be cut. (I have video proof of that just in case a manager tries to dispute that fact.) I did not ask for my money back Or even ask them to recook it. I just assumed the way things were it nobody cared enough to do it right the 1st time so what was the point of asking for it to be done a second time. The server waiting on me couldn't stay awake and kept falling asleep while at the computer screen. Even the cooking and bag was taking videos and pictures of her falling asleep. To which she replied that she was extremely tired. I'm not sure what her situation is but she acted and looked more like she was on drugs than being sleepy. I also have video evidence of this. I was in town visiting and drove 20 minutes from my hotel in the rain To eat here. I assure you the next time I will go somewhere else.

I haven't been to Denny's in a long time. There are no locations where I am from. This new location was a pleasant surprise. They have booths, tables and even a counter as seating options. They offer a wide variety of dishes or you can create your own meal. I had an omelette, home fries, pancake and juice. My plate was returned empty and my belly was full and satisfied. The staff was very pleasant and made me feel welcome and appreciated. My only disappointment was that the onions are caramelized. I would rather had the option of fresh onions and peppers in my omelette.

Came here tonight after the Reba concert… I was with a large party and it took 15+ mins to get our drinks. Then they forgot one of our milkshakes till much later. Our order didn’t get placed till at least 5-10 mins after our server took our order - We placed our order, we all ordered stuff that was quite easy- all breakfast. It took almost an hour for that to come out. Then they forgot two of our meals! We didn’t get a drink with our meal we asked for to be brought out with our food. None of our food was what we ordered. I ordered an omelet with Cheese, chorizo, and mushrooms. I got sliced cheese - not even melted, breakfast sausage, and cold canned mushrooms with some juices inside of the omelet. We asked for well done hash browns and they came out white.. we asked for sourdough toast- we got white toast that was barely toasted and no butter. The pancakes had burnt chunks of we would rather not know what it was. The one pictured had something white in all of them right in the center - We finally just gave up on this place and asked for all of it but one meal to be taken off and our drinks. I walked into the ladies restroom… it was absolutely disgusting in there!! Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in quite some time! The floor was sticky- I’d rather not know why! The toilets didn’t flush all the way. The handicap stall was ridiculously nasty! There were several dirty tables that weren’t getting cleaned. The floors under the tables were filthy. The ceiling tiles are rotted and falling above tables. -that couldn’t possibly be up to health code standards. I don’t know if this experience was just terrible because of how late it was, or if this is all the time. But I was highly disappointed. Y’all can do much better!!

I would normally rate this place higher, but the wait for the checks alone is ridiculous. I like ordering their build-your-own Beyond Burgers, but I have to triple-check that the order doesn't come with cheese as over the years, that had been an issue. I have only been able to eat french fries (seasoned or wavy) here on a couple of occasions because they ran out of other options. My group likes that it's open late, but we all dread the long wait for the food or when something has been forgotten. Refills for drinks happen either quickly or every half hour. Apparently, they get a ton of to-go orders, yet they are chronically understaffed. We have witnessed them turning people away who arrived 20 minutes after us on the busy weekend nights. Unless you want to be severely disappointed, do not get their wings as the portion size is sad when compared to any other item on the menu. Get the choconana pancakes (though some gripe that IHOP has superior batter for the pancakes) or some version of a grand slam if you're an omnivore.

There was only 1 or 2 other groups in when we came in. Right as you walk in there was a broken syrup bottle on the ground with a cone behind it. My husband eggs where so scorched he didn't even eat them. The manager I'm guess was behind the counter EATING in plain view of customers. She wiped off some tables and raked it into the floor. When we left part of the glass was gone but there was still some glass and syrup on the floor and the cone was still there.

Our entire order was incorrect. Either items were not fully cooked (eggs and apple crisp) or instructions were neglected like gravy on the side to avoid it getting soggy before we could sit to eat it, or items were missing. I ordered the banana and caramel pancakes and got plain. We had the apple crisp there was no ice cream and it wasn't cooked. We got the pancake bites thing and it didn't have any sauce. My partner ordered the country fried steak and biscuits and gravy. The steak wasn't cooked right and the gravy wasn't on the side. None of it even tasted good. I tried calling the restaurant no answer. Tried emailing corporate and they were like too bad the resturant will reach out. Waited a week nothing. Emailed again. Was told they would reach out again. Nothing. It's been two weeks and no word. Terrible food, terrible quality control, terrible customer service. I won't be returning. Disputing through my credit card since that is the only remaining option.

We had a rocky start. One of the hostesses didn’t know what she was doing and had us waiting for over 30 minutes after telling us that the wait was 20. She seated someone before us and wasn’t keeping a list of who was there. She (and some other workers) even left in the middle of their shift! Because of that, the place was very understaffed. I guess it was too much for them. It took us about 2 1/2 hours to get our food. However, the food was good and our waitress (and I assume the manager on duty) Megan G, was amazing! GIVE MEGAN A RAISE/BONUS! She deserves it. She was cordial to all of the customers. Not one hint of rudeness despite having little to no help and being the main server. She’s a 5-star boss!

Used to eat at ALOT before they all closed around Columbus Oh. Could get an excellent meal for a decent price. I was happy to hear of this one being in town, until my visit. Prices have sky rocketed!! For the portions of breakfast food and the quality, it is not worth it. The sausage links were smaller than my pinkie, rubbery and bland. The bacon were paper thin and bland. The scrambled eggs taste like water added powder mixed. The strawberry pancake bites were over cooked and tasted burnt. Staff was pleasant, but treated you like just another customer, not very social or out going. Atmosphere? Only about 5 tables of customers, extremely quiet, except for the loud pancake blender. Sounded broken, lol. No music, no laughing or joking around from employees, fealt like i was at a conference instead of a restaurant on OSU campus. Overall, very disappointed in what Denny's has become. $65 for 4 breakfast meals and 2 drinks. Check out menu prices before you go.

Sharon was my server this early morning. Not only was she super busy she got my food out to me on time and hot. She was extremely nice and personable as well as professional. It is New Year’s Eve/day and she killed it. She deserves a raise. Hopefully her manager sees this and Sharon gets what she is very much deserved to her.

Sharon M was amazing! I've been in the service industry all my life and she is top tier. Even my 8 year old son kept saying how awesome she was. We'll be back to see her! Food was great too!

Just another Denny’s. I used to love Denny’s when I was student, because if its cheap greasy food. In post Covid period, I have noticed a major decline in the standard. After a long time we stopped by Denny’s for dinner. The food was too greasy, and the tables were not much clean.

The worst service! "Manager" couldn't look me in the eye when I walked in for my online order. She used her finger to direct me to the counter that's not marked pick-up. I got my order, and it was missing half my order, so I told another person what's happened. She (from 10ft away) assured everything was there. It wasn't! Then I asked for the manager, and it was the same (person) that greeted me with her finger at the front door. She said it would be an additional 5 minutes. The cook behind the counter let me know " she's only one person"...so now it's my fault I felt. The other person I originally shared my grievances with about my order came by to ask "was my order not right". She fulfilled my missing order, and said "here, we just want to make sure you don't have to come back". Oh yeah...foods cold, and nasty by then. I will not return.

Didn’t even get my order taken. We sat for 30 minutes before leaving. Got seated after a little over 5 minutes of waiting by the door. After being seated we were told it would just a few minutes and they would come take our order. We waited 30 minutes before leaving. I understand when places are short staffed but it doesn’t take 3 people to make a milkshake.

Literally NEVER saw who was supposed to be our server except for when she took our order. Got the lumberjack slam and never got our toast. The girl that we did see was great! She is 4 days into training and checked us out and asked if we needed anything

We were seated for an hour waiting for food after we ordered, which I will admit made me impatient, but then our waitress brought out my boyfriends food and I then waited 25+ for my two pancakes and scrambled eggs. No one even walked by our table to check in or for us to ask. Really pretty ridiculous, the restaurant was not even half full.

Medium rare steak order was just raw not medium and barely rare. After we check the steak and 1 bite of it we didn't toucheither of our 2 plates but cut the steak to check and 1 bite. We bring up the disappointment to the server and received the answer that we touched it an he can't do anything about. I have never asked to have someone take a steak back . I was told the other plate which was perfect he could take back if we didn't want it . So we were forced to buy a uncooked steak and we were definitely not satisfied and nothing was done 45 dollars of a waste .

We were in town to visit our son and took the family to the restaurant. It was a good time and not crowded on a summer Saturday morning. Rick was a good waiter and took good care of us. Only one thing was missed and none of us noticed until we had already left!

I was pleasantly surprised to see the Dennys sign as I drove by and immediately turned into the parking lot for lunch. I ordered the Country Fried Steak with mashed potatoes from the senior menu. The food was delicious and more than I could eat. The area was clean, servers were kind and alert, checkout was quick and easy.

It’s been along time since I’ve been here but my sister in law gave us a gift card so we decided to go. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. My husbands food was fine. I ordered tenders mozzarella sticks and the strawberry pancake bites. Everything was Luke warm at best, my tenders and pancake bites were burnt and tasted burnt , i said something to my waitress so was extremely nice. When she told the cook I could over hear him give her a hard time about it and her tell him that yes I did try them before sending them back. She repeated to him twice to please not over cook them. They yet again came to my table burnt and I wasn’t able to eat them. The manager never once came to talk to me and just told the waitress to take a couple dollars off and nothing else. My meal alone was almost $20 and the couple dollars they took off didn’t even cover what was unedible. The manager did ring me out and he didn’t even try to make it right or even apologize, I would have been happy with an apology for the bad food but nope he didn’t say anything to me except to insert my card. I will never be back to this location. They don’t care about happy customers just money. No thank you someone else can have my money.

Sharon M was our waitress and was extremely friendly and helpful… they didn’t have bananas to make the pancakes I wanted to she recommended something that isn’t in the menu that she personally orders and it was AMAZING! My boyfriend said his the French toast was the best he ever had. Definitely recommend! And if you can get Sharon as your waitress you won’t be disappointed 😀
