Food
is
good,
but
the
prices
are
a
little
high.
I
got
the
beef
PHO
with
raw
steak
-
I
wish
the
steak
was
sliced
a
little
thinner
and
not
so
well
cooked.
They
put
hot
broth
(or
water?)
in
the
bowl
once,
then
drain
it,
and
add
hot
broth
again.
This
resulted
in
the
noodles
being
a
little
overcooked.
Also,
the
broth
seems
a
little
thin,
would
like
a
richer
and
more
complex
flavor.
Plus
I
don't
think
they
put
any
crispy
shallots?!?
I
also
wish
there
was
slightly
more
protein,
but,
the
$4.50
additional
price
for
"extra
meat"
was
just
too
much
considering
how
much
the
soup
costs
to
begin
with.
(And
it
looked
like
only
a
couple
ounces,
possibly
even
less
🤷🏻♂️)
I
can
get
an
amazing
bowl
of
TONKOTSU
RAMEN,
in
the
Tokyo
airport
for
substantially
less
money
-
why
are
prices
so
high
here
in
the
US?!?
Anyway,
the
the
food
is
good
and
the
only
price
that
really
upset
me
was
the
"Vietnamese
Coffee"
which
was
disappointing
and
thin
-
I
do
recommend
trying
this
place
for
yourself
at
least
once,
and
I
will
be
going
back
-
just
not
particularly
often,
unless
they
make
some
improvements.
I
find
myself
coming
here
to
6-1-PHO
because
my
old
favorite
PHO
place
in
the
North
Market
has
really
declined
in
both
quality
and
value
since
the
ownership
changed
several
years
ago
-
that
place
USED
to
be
an
easy
five
stars.
