Soups are good, specially the corkscrew chicken and chicken potpie.. Than the combo with sandwich, soup alone is good.. Good interior.. Good crowd. No long wait.. Line keeps moving.. Good assistance at the cash counter, cashier is friendly and warm welcoming. But the person who serves at the carry out or to go should be equally greeting everyone.

The food is very good, BUT the front staff could use some work. I'm not sure they are aware of what professionalism is, and I was highly embarrassed for them. I had to wait 20 minutes for a half sized salad, when there were 4 people standing there, 3 of which looked extremely confused. They were also talking about another staff member, which is inappropriate in front of a customer.

Went to the location at Easton once. The zoup was terrible and the location was dirty. The owner was in an article on Columbus Underground complaining the pandemic closed him. My experience was way before the pandemic. Read your reviews. Terrible reviews. Restaurant owners think people owe them business then blame the pandemic. No wonder my Zoup was terrible.

We ordered Zoup for catering at work. There was something for every dietary restriction and everyone seemed to enjoy! The only thing is, we had SOOO much bread. Sandwiches, side with the soup, side with the salad. I wish there was another option besides sliced bread as a side for the other items when you order on EZ Cater.

the sandwiches are a little thin but the soup is spot on. the place feels like Panera Bread but with better options and better prices. I will definitely go again next time I'm in Columbus, and I would recommend it to anyone especially for the soup.

My coworker and I went here for lunch on Wednesday of this week. We wanted to order a salad and were told that they aren't searving salad. No big deal, we ordered soup instead. The young man who works there during lunch was the only one actually working. The woman who was ringing at the register was so incredibly rude for no reason. She acted as though she couldn't be bothered by us. We did not come in there being rude or made any unreasonable demands, this woman was literally just rude for no reason. She gave us dirty looks the whole time we were in there. When I went to pay with cash she just stared at me and kind of looked over. I was waiting for her to take my money but she just kept looking over. I finally looked over and saw that there was a sign (which I didn't previously see) saying that they aren't accepting cash. She never bothered to speak to me at all during the whole transition, she just stood there glaring at me. She truly seemed miserable and like she did not want to be there. I've never experienced such rude customer service ever. I know that we all have bad days, but she is a poor face of your company.

I would have love to have had lunch there, as they seemed to have some great selections, but the young man at the counter couldn't be bothered with looking up from his phone to take my order. When (after a few minutes and a few "excuse me" and "ok" from me) he finally looked up, I was met with a blank stare. I just said, "Sorry to bother you-go back to your phone," and left. Wow...

Got the Mac and cheese, pretty good. Prices are average for this style of fast-ish food. Comparable to Panera. Workers were very nice and accommodating!

I've ordered lunch 2-3 times and recently tried a breakfast sandwich. Online orders have been fulfilled timely. Staff is always pleasant. I've never been disappointed in the food or service.

The soups are good, but the wait time was insane. I had a 30 min lunch break and it took 45 minutes for me to wait in line until i got to order. Parking is also a problem. There was only one cashier to take orders. If I were the owner and saw the line every day, i would make sure that at least 2 registers are taking orders. For ordering a bowl of soup it took more time than a sit down restaurant ordering a fully cooked meal. Also, the prices are insane. A bowl of soup is around 8.50. Not worth it!

Always a good variety of soups to go with the staple sandwiches. Only problem is that, when it's cold or rainy outside, everyone feels like getting soup so it gets a little crowded. Worth the wait though, especially if curry Thai chicken soup is on the menu.

Went there at 11:00AM today (Tuesday, November 15) and they weren’t open. Are they out of business?
