Rude and terrible service. I bought a pizza here before, for the first time, and it was good; despite the covert racism. Reminds me of my 1st job at a pizza oven. The next time, however, staff, especially this rude lady, made sure I never return. They gave me a burnt pizza, no sauce and instead of offering a discount on another pizza, which I requested…. They, especially, this lady (Karen ..if u will) showed how she felt about their customers.

WAS disgusting came in from out of town. And went to three places I was so happy this was open I got to my Airbnb the chicken wasn’t even done nor did they have sauce on them. 20 wings gone to waste. I threw my whole order away

I have tried several times to call an order pizza on multiple different days you can never get ahold of anyone today on Saturday I call at 6:19 PM to order some pizzas the guy was very rude and told me we're only doing deliveries until after 7 I understand everybody short staffed you don't have to be rude about it and honestly I think I'm done trying to order from the Ohio state pizza. People used to tell me all the time that place has roaches and everything else and I didn't care because it was one of the very few pizza places I actually liked their pizza. But honestly the service here lately just your lately just is not existence.

This is EXACTLY how a campus area Pizza place should be! No seating, carry out or delivery only. Can be crazy hectic..but they get it done and done right! Walk in and you are almost right in the kitchen with staff shoulder-to-shoulder cranking out some REALLY good pizza, BBQ RIBS, wings, you name it as fast as a human can move. Reasonable prices and FAST as can be....even when slammed on a Friday night. Love this place!

This man put my husband's allergy on our food after my husband told him that he has the allergy. This man threw my sub, yelled and cursed at us, called me a liar, and told us never to come back. My family, friends, and I have collectively spent over a good $600 a month at this place. We were going to order from here for my son's very big birthday party. None of us will ever come here again.

Your website menu really needs to be updated with the correct prices. We placed an order that came out to be way more than it should have been. When asked questions regarding the price, we were told something completely different. Prices have obviously changed and it's definitely NOT updated on their website. Prices go up, we understand this and we can pay. The guy that went back over the order with our roommate was so rude. He didn't need to speak the way he did. We order from here a lot, but after this evening probably not anymore. Come on guys, you can do better.

Very very rude not happy with this employee that had spoke to me. Ordered 2 large pizzas. An hour & so went passed, I called to ask about the food & the delivery because I was concerned it would never show up which still had not to show up. And just waiting patiently while I was hanged up on by an jerk .

For such a low price, you can't ask for more. However, they need your ID if you want to pay by credit card o.0

It's literally been 2 and a half hours since I ordered delivery and I still haven't received my order. Very slow delivery and they lied and said it would be an hour when I first ordered and they took my money off my card. UPDATE: AND WHEN THE PIZZA FINALLY CAME 21/2 HOURS AFTER I ORDERED IT, NOT ONLY WAS IT DOUGHY AND TASTED FUNNY BUT IT WAS VERY COLD BD I HAD TO RE-COOK IT IN MY OVEN....I FIGURED THERE'S NO POINT IN CALLING THE STORE TO COMPLAIN IT WOULD JUST TAKE ANOTHER 2 HOUR TO GET FRESH COLD PIZZA AGAIN .

I asked for light sauce, I got more sauce than cheese! I've been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but this is my last time pizza was horrible and it was hot in that place some days pizza is better than others but I'm good on this spot

We order from Ohio State Pizza, AT LEAST once a month to the same address and usually pay by card. On this particular day, we were going to pay with cash. We were then informed because of the order size, $62.90 plus a 5% gratuity for the driver, that the driver would FIRST have to come pick up the $ , call the store on their way back to the shop, THEN make the order. I said nevermind, change it to pick up. I was THEN told, we would have to come in and pay FIRST, THEN they would make the order! I'm sorry that you guys have been taken advantage in the past, but you should be able to tell, in your system, that we order frequently, generally have $50+ orders, and that we're not responsible for scamming you guys.

Chunks of flour on the bottom of the pizza. Accused of stalking the owner, while still at the checkout counter (I never moved more than 3 ft). They didn't even want to discuss fixing my order or returning my money (Had the box, receipt and everything). Claimed they didn't even know me but yet knew my name. Never had an issue before, but this is pretty low for an owner. Even mentioned they keep no records because they have no place to store anything. I guess I'll check on that with the proper channels, there are records they are legally required to keep.

Staff is often rude, parking is very limited, the inside for pick up is small and dingy looking but their prices are better than most and their Pizza is amazing! They have so many items to choose from and if you are buying for a few people or party, good food, cheap prices, and a large variety menu, then OSU pizza is where to shop! The pizza, low prices for large quantities, sweets, late hours open, selling cigarettes and alcohol are the things that have kept this place open for so many years!

I understand, this iconic pizza joint is under new ownership so, anyone’s guess on how it changes but, it’s probably our all-time favorite for cheap but, always solid campus pizza at a great $10 (depending on toppings) pie! I hope it stays the same but, we all know, nothing lasts forever

Got delivery, pizza was still warm. But damn, there’s just nothing really there. There was a slight honey-sweet smell that was interesting, but it was just really basic, not great pizza. Would’ve been much better if I just popped a digiorno in the oven. Maybe it’s worth it if it’s like 50% off but damn, it is just not good.

Great food and open late. I really think their food is tasty. But they are super inconsistent with how late they are open and just now I called and they picked up and hung up on me 3 times in a row. I get it you want to go home and finish closing. Then make your official closing time earlier or just tell the boss you're l leaving at such and such time no matter what.

Quality has gone down over the years. Food is not great but good now. Very inconsistent with quality. The workers are by far the worst. No customer service ,rude attitudes & grimey looking! Drugs

After I waited 1hr 20min & an additional phone call to check on the delivery they had the nerve to not only get the order incorrect but it was ice cold & greasy to add insult to injury on the third phone call to inform them of the mistake I was told they would send the driver back to refund the money & retrieve the pizza AND they were unable to resend the correct order because they were busy... How totally unprofessional, inconsiderate & just plans rude!!!!!! If u were starving & this was your only option just choose death!!! Take peoples hard earned money & incompetent taking correct orders as well as customer service skills 🔥😬🤐☠️🤬😡 Oh & the 1 star should actually b a -1

The pizza is ok, wings are horrible, the subs are the only thing that we do enjoy. The service is hit it miss, and the atmosphere is sketchy. I would suggest ordering for deliver. Besides, there isn't any decent parking anyways. This pizza place has been around forever though. If you live in the campus, linden, or surrounding areas I am sure you've had this at some point. I will say their delivery area is HUGE

I like this place usually it's pretty good but I bought one meatball and a guy here really quick but it was cold I mean extremely cold like it wasn't even cooked and the bread was soggy but what do you expect I still like it

I’ve been eating here for the past 3 days and have no complaints! Pizza is very good as well as the mini corn dogs, they always get me right when I ask for extra sauce on my pizza!

I came in today Monday 12/4 after ordering over the phone. I got the pizza and walked out, not thinking twice. I left a tip and I was extremely disappointed to find my Pizza Burnt. 2 medium size Pizzas. I had no time to get back to the store being that I work from home, I worked. I called the store to let them know the pizza was burnt and the lady says “well did you eat it?” “i have children and yes they have ate some of the pizza. However, they did not eat it all.” She says “well, theres nothing we can do.” puts me on hold. like Lady, the point is I tipped you guys and you sold me burnt Pizza. I should’ve know buy the customer service. She did not even acknowledge the bad food. I am Never buying from here again! such ridiculous treatment.

My favorite pizza spot in Columbus! They by far have the best pizza. They always load up my pizza with fresh and delicious toppings. Definitely buy a pizza from them if you’re hungry and want to ball on a budget.

I walked over to place my order in person. Everyone was very friendly and the food was ready quickly. We enjoyed the subs and pizza.

I would be lying if I said the customer service was great. The lady who answer the phone with the cigarette voice is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to.

The lady that answer the phone is rude , if you don’t want to be at work this early shouldn’t be there ! Wouldn’t even ask if I wanted pick up because they only have one driver of course ! Then when I call back still being rude! Get some respect or find a new job clearly !

My whole church loves this company every, day we get two extra large pizza 🍕 because it delicious. Please try it you will never go anywhere else.

Go to pizza spot no room to stand around so make sure you give them enough time to finish your food before you arrive. As they're truly reliable & consistent

When I ordered they said an hour, I’m not sitting here 2 hours and 15 minutes after I ordered. Still no pizza, I’ve called in. They said it was “with the driver now” that was 30 minutes ago. At this point it’s a marketing experiment to see how long it takes to deliver a pizza I guess.

The food is just terrible. Like really, really bad. The service was decent, which is the only thing keeping it from 1 star. You could get better food from the Walmart frozen section.

I brought a Philly steak sub 16 inches. Which only had meat and cheese on 12 inches. Then I wanted double meat, they said it would be 8 dollars more. It is tiny on the inside. And the parking lot is tiny too. And awkward placing for a busy business to be.

Most amazing pizza shop I've ever gotten pizza from. This pizza shop has been a favorite of mine 2012. I live all the way in lancaster & definitely will be making my way back to Columbus for that amazing pizza & amazing service.

Awesome place to get pizza and so much more. Not expensive like other pizza places are. Pizza and everything else is amazing. Definitely a great place to order it pizza from. Love the pizza from there.

Usually I don’t leave a review but I had the worst customer service. I called one time to place a order for pickup and she answered with an attitude and told me that I keep calling and hanging up when I literally only called once and got an attitude with me and put me on hold for a long time also I DO NOT recommend this place to anybody and the food quality went down it’s just not the same as it used to be
