First online review I have ever left for anything and probably the last I will ever leave. The other plates I saw looked extremely mediocre but I will not comment on them other than to note they were missing multiple items. To send out the attached pictures as a 12 dollar appetizer calling itself a pound? It was a few forks worth of food. It is so evidently microwaved by the nature of the *mixed* cheese. There was no queso to be found. The jalapeños were wilting. (I did not know they wilt). The fries were cold and soggy. Just a general disappoint. For the record, the attached picture of the idealized item is not on the in-house menu, nevertheless I expected something better. Can you expect a "restaurant" that cares so little about the food it hands to its customers caring about the food preparation / safety? If the served items are laughable with ingredients of the lowest quality do you think those ingredients are quality and sourced well? Handled well? I imagine the kitchen staff is underpaid and overworked resulting in carelessness and apathy. I will be contacting corporate due to misleading advertising if by February 1st the general manager of this location does not offer me an apology as a response to this review. There seems to be little accountability so far with no manager responses or concerns regarding other negative reviews. I do not want monetary compensation, but it would be nice if in the aforementioned email you offered to donate to a charitable organization for starving children of my choice. Please don't be cruel and donate them your food though, they have suffered enough.

Orderd the southern fried chicken sandwich to-go what I received looks like someone's leftovers... literally cold fries, and a cold fried chicken sandwich, without the proper toppings, no avocado, no spicy mayo, wilted lettuce, the cheese on the chicken is hard, like its been on it for hours, definitely not made to order. When I called they said 45 minutes, when I went in there was 2 tables sat in the entire restaurant, I should have known right then this place is BAD, especially when Buffalo wild wings is packed!

So usually the food is pretty good but I haven't been in a while and it's kinda down hill . So to start there was no hostess at the front . Which I understand Ive worked in food service before . But I stood up front for like 5 mins before anyone came up and greeted us . A server came up and gave us to-go menus and said you can look at these while I find a table and silverware . We were seated we had the sweetest server . We ordered the combo app and you could tell the food sat in the window , the potato skins were under cooked and the wings were over cooked and very dry . We ate maybe less then half because we were hungry but usually it's the best thing on the menu . We got our entrees and my husband burger was cooked wronged and completely charred and burnt. The sever made us a new one but the fries were the same old ones that were sent bag and the burger was still burnt . I ordered ribs they were dry again I just think they sat in the window. The server was great honestly she made the best out of a bad dinning experience. No manager never stopped by our table which was disappointing as they were at the bar the whole time right across the way from all the tables . Hope they turn the store back around.

This used to be a happening place. Now, the prices are astronomical. Expect to pay $18-20 for a burger and fries, and $12 for 5 or 6 skimpy potato skins... wow! Additionally, when we last went, only bar seating was open, the rest of the dining area was blocked off. For only having one row of open tables, service was slow. We were sitting 10 minutes after the hostess seated us to even have someone ask about drinks. I used to love this place and their appetizers, especially. Sad to say, it's really gone downhill. And don't blame "the economy." Many other restaurants are doing just fine.

I WENT BACK ! DONT ASK ME WHY THIS MY SECOND REVIEW I HAD A REVIEW A YEAR AGO THAT WAS A ONE STAR A YEAR LATER STILL A ONE STAR FIRST TIME GOING OUT TO EAT IN A YEAR ! I told my family this was not the place still went , imma take you step by step they had $4 tequila sunrise that we was charged $7 because they didn’t have the tequila drinks came to table and nothing but orange just took it to the bartender and she refused to remake it talked to the manger and she remade it THATS THE ONE STAR ⭐️ Next it was freeze 🥶 we but the heater by us because I had my set of baby twins with us , then MY FOOD CAME OUT ONCE EVERYONE ELESE WAS DONE SP I HAD TO GET IT TO GO . My mom had broccoli on her chicken that she couldn’t eat because she was allergic! The manger and waitress was really good but THE COOK WAS HORRIBLE WAS THERE FOR YWO HOURS ! The bartender short lady don’t wanna mistake her race but who ever works on Sunday !! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! UNLESS YOU WANNA WASTE MONEY 💰

This was our first time at TGIF and the ribs/shrimp were the BEST I have EVER had from any resturant. It was so good I had to ask who the cook was and send him a personal invite to b my chef 😀.. the prices were just as great. I gave a 4 because I am equally if not more passionate about good service. The server was not good at all. He seemed to have an attitude and not happy to b at work. I understand life but u have to fake till u make when in that job. I was pressured to give a tip, I did and he didn't say thank u just walked away😖. He better b glad I was not my alter ego n that moment😁

Had a great time but you could tell staff was under pressure and all over the place. Food was decent but took a while to come out. Staff was still very nice and attentive when speaking to us. Overall I wouldn't go back but I do not regret going!

Was told it would be 25-30 minutes for our party of 5. We waited 35 before going in. Couldn't get anyone to come up front to check on the line of people waiting to be checked in. Ridiculous! Will not go back. The smokehouse next door seated us instantly, had better food and better prices. Thanks for wasting our time. We now know to go somewhere other than your restaurant.

We were seated in the bar area and it was very hot and stuffy. It felt as though there was no airflow. The waitress was not professional and spent most of her time talking with her coworkers. The food took longer than normal to be ready. Once they did bring it out, all of our plates were very hot from sitting under a heat lamp so long. The restaurant was not busy at all and there was no reason why our food wasn't brought out sooner. I ordered a side salad and it didn't come out until our entrees. The lettuce on the salad was half melted as if it was near the heat lamps as well. The food was okay but not great. We had to ask our waitress for refills and she would go talk with her friends before getting the refill. This was our worst experience with a TGI Fridays and we will not be returning to this location.

GREAT restaurant! all of our dinners were cooked perfectly and delicious. place appears to be well managed. Brittany our server was super friendly and efficient. def one of the best TGIFs I've been to. only complaint was the men's restroom needed attention.

This is what was delivered to me. I ordered the appetizer for $16.44 of the jack Daniel chicken strip. This is $8 to say the least. I've order b4 thru doordash and never recd this size portion. Not happy at all.

Food was ok my steak was ok not worth 30 dollars its was a little under cooked . The best item here is seasmie chicken with the whiskey sauce and the million dollar cob salad

We have had good experiences here before, so my wife and I decided to stop once again. We were seated fairly quickly but waited a while for the waitress. She was not very friendly. I ordered two chicken breasts, broccoli, and smashed potatoes. The "2" chicken breasts looked more like one chicken breast sliced lengthwise and disguised as two. Background music was terrible. It sounded somewhat like rap music. We won't return to this location.

The food was cool my order came out and half way through they remembered they forgot to put the onion rings on my sandwich. We pretty much got one glass of water when we got seated and was not offered another we had to ask after we got our. Now. the end, the manager was very nice explaining the chance in the rewards program to my mother in law.

Very short handed. Our server was nice but overwhelmed taking care of too many tables. Waited 5 minutes when we walked in and nobody was there to greet or seat us. Walked around the restaurant trying to find someone to help us. I knew when I pulled in the parking lot and it was mostly empty at dinner time that wasn't a good sign. After finally getting seated we ordered a drink and large appetizer and never tried to get a ref and kept it simple for the server. Food took a while to come out but was good.

I probably won't go back to this T.G.I. Fridays again. The drinks were awful. I know. My liquor and what I ordered didn't taste right. I ordered Amsterdam peach vodka, and it tasted like some awful well vodka. I used to be a bartender and very familiar with what drinks should taste like. Appetizer plate was the only thing that was right.

Recently came in after hearing ribs were being served. Always have a tough time finding good ribs at restaurants. They were delicious! Tender, juicy and super flavorful. My server Emily was so sweet. Could not decide on what drink to get but she gave me some suggestions. Always had a refill on my water and the food came out in good time. Emily certainly put a smile on my face and I’ll make sure to comeback for her and those amazing ribs.

Service was wonderful. Ribs were fantastic. Dry rub was a bit too spice but the bbq was great. Mashed taters were good. Rice was fried I thought it was going to be plain jasmine. Green beans were crunchy. Broccoli was perfect not to hard not to soft. Wings were too dry.

Second time ever visiting this restaurant in my entire life. So far the best yet, steak was juicy and tender, mash was melting in my mouth with yummy cheese and chives. Let's not even forget the buttery lemon goodness the broccoli is serving 🤤 We also made it for the $4 tequila sunrise. Man. Did my sunset nicely after my three😜 Will be visiting again for another dinner night.
