DISRESPECTFUL AND BLATANTLY RUDE SERVICE! Today was my first and last time visiting this location! Im typing this as I sit in the parking lot watching other guest be seated after my buddy and I were turned away at the door. We decided to call before driving all the way to this side to assure they were still accepting customers. When we arrived we were met by several staff members at the door who informed us that their “systems were down and no new orders could be accepted”. No sooner than we hear this excuse a group of 7+ people walked in and were directed to have a seat by the bar. We simply assumed they were apart of another group. Until we watched another group (2 people) were told they would be seated soon. A group of 4 stood and patiently waited fore their seat to become available as well. Shocked at the fact that they allowed more guest to be seated we decided to ask the host what the reason was again. Realizing that we just saw more people being seated the host says “Yeah…sorry man” and shrugged it off….. The only positive about this place is that they have MORE than enough staff to pass along halfhearted excuses at their personal discretion. Not only was the excuse poor, so was the customer service. I would have asked to speak to the manager, but by this point I didn’t want to spend money at a place with exceptionally poor service.

First time that I ate at a BJs Brewhouse, and wasn't dissatisfied at all. This was a great dinner, food was incredibly good, and huge portions for reasonable prices. Approx $20 plates, and we tipped well as business seemed slow, and, the staff from the host to the servers are all incredibly friendly, but it was well worth the price. I'll be eating mine for the rest of the evening, as I didn't even come close to finishing it. You can't beat lunch and dinner, for one price! Very comfortable seating. Spacious environment with televisions, and bar. Incredibly clean, lots of televisions viewable from all area's. I'll definitely continue visiting this franchise, and particularly I'll continue to visit this one. Keep up the great work, great food, and most important of all - great attitudes. Friendly and welcoming staff, will always bring me back!

I had the most amazing experience I have ever had at a BJ’s restaurant here! When you walk in everyone is so friendly and prompt. The host quickly showed us to our table. The waiter quickly came over, introduced himself, and took our drink order. We ordered the Margarita Flight and the Mojito Flight(about $13 each). Both of the Flights were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend ordering them. The waiter then let us know what was available for the evening and what they did not have in stock. We ordered the Double Bone-In Mediterranean Style Pork Chop meal with Asparagus and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes ($20.95), the Jalapeño Burger($14.45) and Hot Fudge Brownie with nuts on the side($7.95). The food came out fast and was absolutely AMAZING! The pork chop was the best I have ever had and cooked to perfection! The brownie was also delicious and had just the right amount of sweetness. The waiter checked on our table often and was very attentive! The atmosphere at the restaurant was wonderful. The restaurant was also super clean! I will certainly be back to the BJ’s location every time!

I really enjoy Bj's. It's been a while since I've been here, but it just reminded me why I like it so much. The calamari was great, the jambalaya was great, my girlfriends tacos were great, and our drinks were delicious. The staff is always friendly and timely, and ambiance in there is great for watching sports or just having a date night. This was my girlfriends first time visiting and she even suggested that we come back soon. So we will definitely be back. Keep up the excellent work!

Really had a great experience here this evening. Our server was Blake, who was very friendly and on that ball with a busy section tonight. He told us he’s fairly new and I wouldn’t have believed that for a minute. The house beers are pretty decent, certainly drinkable! I had the Jambalaya which was 5/5 and my significant other had the ahi tuna salad which she affirmed was a 5/5. My first time here and I definitely plan to try it again!

Coming from out of town this wasn't the best restaurant to go to. Once I arrived, the atmosphere was nice but the customer service was slow. Upon preparing to eat, I opened up my utensils in the nice folded cloth, I saw food in them. So, I won't be going back or asking for plastic utensils.

20 mins to be seated, 20 mins to order drinks an hour to get our food. Well done burger was pink, chicken sandwich was bland. I’ll never understand how this place stays open. Definitely won’t be coming back

Attentive and polite service, low lighting provides a chill and intimate setting, large varied menu, super flavlorful and comforting food. The bistro burger has a soft bun and inventive ingredients. Fair warning as it's huge, but I highly reccomend!

The staff was nice, and the food was OK. The nachos came on a tray that they cooked it on with the paper adhered to the chips, so if you order nachos, I hope you like paper. The chips were also way too delicate to eat without a fork. Overall, it was not bad, but the nachos need some rethinking.

We were a party of 4. Terrible experience. Salads were not fresh, none of us ate them. Steaks weren’t cooked properly. My broccoli was cold. Cocktails took forever to get , literally after we got our food. Server never cleared plates or dishes , we had to ask to have them taken. We asked for a dessert menu which we got and then the waiter gave us a check before we could even order which was probably better anyways given the rest wasn’t worth it! We were so disappointed and it wasn’t cheap. I suggest they get a manager that pays attention to what’s being served. Will never eat there again or suggest.

We arrived around 11:50am. When we walked in we noticed that the floor in the foyer was dirty and needed swept. It wasn't busy. We were greeted and seated quickly. We placed our order. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us often. Went to use the ladies room and it smelled(no one else was in there😊) and it could have used some cleaning. My husband said that the men's room stunk as well and needed cleaning. The partitions in between the tables had smears and didn't look very clean. The food was good, but after seeing all the uncleanness, it makes you wonder what else hasn't been cleaned. The music that was playing was irritating and took away from having a nice, relaxing dining experience. Not sure why the restaurant was so dirty since it had only been open for a hour. We're not sure if we'll be back to this particular location.

I just went here for the first time tonight. It was amazing. I even ordered something basic that was not on the menu. Just a grilled chicken breast with nothing on it with a side of fries. Both were delicious. Service was a bit slow. We were there for 2 hours and there were just 4 of us. I would still go again.

Punchline here is that if you only have an hour for lunch, this is definitely not the place to go to. This place was not swamped when we came in maybe it was 40% full and for lunch hour that does not seem bad at all. Actually I think we were a little bit past the lunch hour because we didn’t get here till 1230.. So our small group of three arrived here at 12:30 we knew that we had to be out by 145 so we wasted no time and placed our order within the first five minutes of being seated . 1 o’clock rolls around we’ve seen the server zero times since being seated . As she’s walking by at 1pm, I catch her and tell her hey we have to leave by 1:15 so we either need to get this to go or cancel the order. She said she’ll check on the food comes back at 1:10 and asked us if we want to cancel the order or have it packed to go. At this point, I tell her just pack it up because we have to leave. I would’ve at least expected that we would’ve had our single appetizer of avocado rolls within 30 minutes of placing the order, but that did not happen. We got the ticket and paid and out at 1:18 We ordered one appetizer and it still wasn’t even there at 30 minutes in. I’m sure this place is nice. It looks nice. The prices are nice and juicy but something went horribly wrong with our situation. Seems kind of like more of the quietly quitting , work as slow as you can thing happening across America. Call. Anyway, I will never risk coming to this place during the lunch hour again if I only have an hour and I would recommend that you be cautious too.

BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse is located outside of the Polaris shopping center. Many considerations were taken into effect when this establishment was built. The handicap parking spots are right outside the front entrance, creating an accessible environment for people with physical disabilities. The sidewalks are flush with the handicap spots, easily allowing a wheelchair to be transferred to the sidewalk and up to the main entrance. The main entrance itself does not have a handicap powered button to automatically open the door, but it does have a revolving door. This revolving door can fit a wheelchair, but I noticed that it could be difficult to maneuver through if the physically handicapped patron did not have help. Inside the restaurant, the area is very roomy. This allows people with a wheelchair, walking cane, or other physical disabilities to be able to move throughout the restaurant with ease. There is a ramp that leads up to the bar area, it is not very steep, so it is nice for wheelchairs and people who struggle with mobility to move throughout the restaurant. Before that ramp is the hallway to the restrooms which has sign that include braille on them to help people with vision impairments understand which restroom they are about to enter. The restrooms include bathroom stalls that are wheelchair accessible, and these stalls also contain a grab bar to increase stability when moving on and off the toilet. The sinks in the bathroom are of appropriate height for standing and seated use, helping people of all ages and sizes to sanitize after use. When dining, the tables and booths are easily accessible and a customer in a wheelchair can comfortably be seated there, except for the high-top tables. Furthermore, the employees are well equipped with knowledge of the menu. This helps patrons who are blind or have intellectual disabilities when ordering. Overall, I am very pleased with the exterior and interior accommodations of this restaurant for patrons who have these various disabilities.

Food was better than last time I was there. But seemed expensive for what I got. Nice place to go and visit with friends. Good service, our waitress was very helpful and did good at refilling drinks. Definitely a place to go back to.

Don’t come here expecting prompt service and fast turnaround from the kitchen. Took my family here on a Wednesday night and we waited 45 minutes for a single appetizer and over 90 minutes for our food. We saw our waitress twice during that whole time and never received an apology or explanation why things were taking so long. Last time we will be going to a BJs!

Excellent food both times we've been there. I know they've been around for a while and well established, but we just hadn't gotten around to trying them. We were impressed. So much better than we thought they would be, and with an impressive selection.

I really wish I can give a higher rating, however, through no fault of her own, my server J was almost too busy. She kept up on our refills which was nice, but the food took an exorbitant amount of time. From the appetizers through the main course, it took over an hour for lunch.

This was our first meal, at BJ's and it will not be our last. The restaurant was packed. The waiter and servers were polite and efficient. The food was delicious. And the atmosphere was comfortable in spite of being so busy.

I don't write reviews too often anymore, but had to for this visit. We stopped into BJ'S Brewhouse and Pub on the way back home. It was the second time at Polaris location in Columbus, Ohio. But probably about fifteenth time or so at the chain. Was seated very quickly. Our server TJ was one of the very best servers in a long time. Greeted us, saw that I had used my app to get seated. ☆ Asked if I was using rewards tonight, then put it in his computer. ☆ Saw it was my birthday yesterday on that and wished me a happy belated birthday. We knew what we wanted, the Prime rib.☆ Asked TJ if there were still some left, he checked his computer and said yes there were.☆☆ (Because there is nothing worse than ordering and finding out 5minutes later they are out) ☆ Ordered drinks. He knew that we already knew what we wanted, so said would you like me to take your food order too. When we asked about sides, he saw me opening the menu. ☆ Said what page and where on the page. ☆He memorized the menu. ☆ Everything flowed fast and efficiently. ☆ Came by to check on us, and took our dessert order that came with the meal.☆ Everything was so well done and timed, I told him how exceptional he was, and felt everyone should know. That is how a restaurant should be run. TJ anticipated every need ahead of time. Would have gave him more stars for service if possible.

Enjoyed a team dinner here recently with about 10 of my colleagues. Excellent selection of food and alcohol. I had the tri-tip/ribs combo with asparagus and mac&cheese cous cous. It was very flavorful, but the steak may have been better if it wasn't covered with BBQ sauce. Service was attentive and pretty quick for such a large party. My only complaint is that despite everyone ordering at the same time, about half the people got their main entrees about 15 minutes after the other half. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely return if I'm in the area again on business.

Been years since I've been to BJ's. I remember that the jambalaya was really good. Decided to pop in and get a to go order of it. The order is decent size, but kinda pricey at $22.45. If a salad or some type of bread was included, would be more worth the price.

Fish tacos were bland. The prime rib was ok and the mashed potatoes were pretty good. The pizookie I got was not good. The cookie had a nasty after taste. A chemical burnt taste. Customer service was not good. Went to the counter and the host walked off expecting us to follow, but didn’t say anything! Waitress seemed distracted, could have been more attentive. Overall, could have been better. I’ve been to BJ’s in Dallas, Charlotte, Seattle, those were better experiences.

Super nice waitress and she was very knowledgeable about the menu. Food was quick and hot. We even let our waitress pick our dessert.

My last couple visits have made me realize this restaurant is not the same as it used to be unfortunately. Quality of food has diminished drastically (most recently a cheese pizza that comes out with no cheese) as has the quality of service.

We like to come here for your brew pub restaurant basics. The menu is pretty extensive so there is something for everyone. Burgers are pretty basic but there are some interesting options such as guacamole and brisket burgers. There are some good looking seafood options. The table next to us got a good looking piece of tuna, and my partner got fish tacos (I forget what kind of fish) and she really liked them. Nachos are the bomb. Service is friendly and quick. Bathrooms are clean. Lots of TVs might make this a popular place for a game.

BJ’s Visited for the first time. While walk in they were very friendly and so nice she gave us table. While taking the order or giving the order she was very serious don’t know why but while giving the check she smiled. Food was good. Recommend this place with family and friends.

The restaurant is the perfect spot for a date night.

First time being at this local establishment and must say, it was a very positive experience throughout. Friendly, highly attentive server, very quick and efficient service, wonderful food, and ease of paying via cash or the restaurant's scannable code that takes you to a BJ's site to pay via your phone with a credit card. They are following all the standard COVID-19 rules via staff in masks, customers masked when entering and exiting. A fantastic time at a fantastic eatery, adding to the many gems along Polaris Parkway in Columbus.

Was ok.... food over priced and fry's had way to much salt looked like the salt shaker had fell open on the top of them. Bathroom needed help there was no paper towels and trash cans had no trash bags got to do better if want people to pay that much for just standard food. Just saying. Old lady at the door not very nice and had no mask on

Wait staff and managers went SO far beyond what we've usually experience helping our daughter who has multiple food allergies! Absolute amazing personal care and making sure they got it right. Great food and greater service but the customer care set them FAR apart from what we ever expected. Incredible selection of food and drink. We will be back!
