So Red Robins used to be our go to place for a for a good burger, bottomless fries, pretzel bites with beer cheese and kids meals. So we went a few nights ago and it was astonishing how unclean this place was see pics (trash overflowing, stuff all over the bathroom walls, hand sanitation device was empty. Then they were craming everyone onto a small section of the restaurant by the bar (while most of the restaurant was empty) I guess bc they were short on wait staff? Once we got our food the order wasn't right, they eventually fixed it but quality was NOT good. 2/3 of the pretzel bites were hard and burnt on the bottom didn't even look like they were all cooked together. It looked like 1/3 were cooked fresh and 2/3 were cooked 2 times and burnt, but they were all really oily. The burger was so greasy the bottom bun was soggy. My daughter did like the mac & cheese kids meal and the fries and beer cheese were good. The attitude of the workers were all over the place few nice ones , a few who clearly didn't like their job,, that made it very uncomfortable to be there. They did take the bad food off the bill. But I can definitely say I would not waste my time coming back to this location.

The southern charm burger is to die for!! Especially paired with sweet potato fries. Highly recommend! This location seems to be short staffed but they’re doing a great job. Food came to the table quickly and was hot and delicious.

Service was great, I don’t remember her name but she was really fun to banter with and was helpful on everything. I didn’t eat a meal, the group I was with did and they enjoyed their selections of Cod Fish & Chips and Bleu Ribbon Burger. I ordered the Mountain High Mudd Pie for dessert, and this thing was colossal. The top portion of chocolate is a light ice cream and bottom is an Oreo based crust. Definitely delicious, but real heavy and rich. Great to share with.

Party of five. I ordered fish and chips. My food sat in the pass for awhile as it was only warm when received. But it was tasty and as described. Service was average. My water was never refilled and I was never asked if I wanted more endless fries. Was not real busy as there were plenty of empty tables. Might have been an off day. Restroom was nasty. Water all over the floor. One paper towel machine was empty. Also had a urine smell. Nice size parking lot. Was open on holiday. Looked like they had a good staff. Plenty of people walking around. I'd go back. Just might have been an off day. The others had no complaints. They had burgers. The onion rings looked fantastic.

I am only rating this a 1 star because the overall presentation of the restaurant floors are NASTY. The bathrooms are NASTY. Please please PLEASE mop your floors. Replace your burnt out leds in the Red Robin sign, take better care of the facility. Having my shoes stick to the floor grosses me out. Other than the presentation of the restaurant, everything else was good.

Update if I could give them a minus 3 I would. How is it possible you tell me you want to solve the issues I had at your restaurant and never call me back per our conversation the phone. It show me you don't really care if your restaurant server people dirty dish or if sever doesn't do their job to insure customers will come back. Sigh My friends and family waited over 49mins to receive luke warm to cold food. I do understand when a restaurant has a larger coward it will take longer to get your food. The problem is there was barely anyone there. No reason for the delay getting hot food I asked for hot tea three different times within 30 mins. I asked because they had the air-conditioning on why in the winter I don't understand. After 1 hour and 5 mins I received barely warm tea that should be hot. Disappointed after coming from Galaxy con. I forgot to mention some of the basket that held the food was dirty.

Juicy, perfect size burger. Cooked just right. Onion rings were delicious. Peaches and cream milkshake was perfect finish. Also recommend the peach berry lemonade. Both appear to be limited time items.

Red Robin always hits the spot. Avocado Bacon burger was amazing & seasoned fries the best. Almost got 1 to go. Great service as well.

Sooooo good. First time trying out Red Robin in Polaris. Our food was awesome and the bottomless sides are a great feature of the restaurant. Everything was amazing and I cannot wait to bring my son back for bottomless broccoli 😋

This was the single best experience I have ever had at Red Robin. Most visits to RR across the country are great. On this day our waiter was outstanding and keep a close eye on us if we were running out of soft drinks. He was so polite and would say Sir when he asked a question. I don't need to hear sir but he was showing us very polite manners. The burgers came quickly and everything was nice and hot. This was the single best srooms and Swiss burger I have ever had. We left our server a 60% tip. It two days before Christmas and we have craving that red Robin again. To the manager... you a great staff and awesome cooks in your kitchen. You should be very proud of them. We will be back soon. Thank you so much

Expensive small burgers. I usually try to find the positives but we had to look for our server several times. Other booths were waving their glasses in the air. We had 8 people and we almost left. It is sad when you go out to eat and have to come home and fix food especially when the claim to have endless sides like fries ans salad. They literally brought a mushroom burger with 3 small mushrooms, no garlic sauce a d get this... 8 fries. It is what it is but I don't recommend this place on serving size and cost. Atmosphere was fine... service wasn't but our guy was kind of new. Had to wait long period for food. It almost ruined our special evening.

I was pleasantly surprised with my carryout order towards the end of a Friday evening. My order was ready on time, accurate, and delicious. I ordered the Scorpion Burger and side salad. The staff was friendly and helped me promptly (which is hard to find these days). Thanks to the staff and whoever is running the operation. I’ll be stopping by more often!

We had a wonderful dining experience! The food was excellent, our server Nicole was awesome, and we got our food quickly, which was great with grandkids. My husband liked that Nicole kept the drinks coming and helped him with the payment computer pad. Ha!!.... And those endless fries!! Wow!!

A bit pricey for a sandwich restaurant, but the gourmet burgers and other sandwiches are huge and quite delicious. Also, they will customize your sandwich any way you like. You get a choice of several sides included in the price. The drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic cost extra, but quite good as well. It is a good place for the entire family.

Beer cheese burger was delicious. Didn't get asked if we wanted more fries and at times I felt like we were an inconvenience by being there despite the restaurant being fairly dead (Tuesday night). The restaurant did smell like the soda lines or drains could use a good cleaning. Overall, good food and prices are fair.

Endless fries is seriously a great idea. A limited time steak burger with fried onion was delicious. Staff was friendly and food was great. Quick service is always a plus also.

Delicious food with a lot of choices and customizations. Love their burgers and their sauces are so yummy and unique. The manager is very sweet and friendly. She was actually the one bringing out food pick-up orders. They gave us tons of French Fries with our burgers, for our pick-up orders. 6 servings for 2 burgers. I love French Fries, so they definitely won with that. 😁

Dining out night for the family. Enjoyed our visit. Food was good. I did feel that the bottomless sides was a bit underwhelming because portion sizes seemed noticeably smaller than other nearby restaurants. Pretzel bites were hard as a rock so we had them remake them and they were perfect the second time. Our server did a great job. Would recommend for a casual family dinner night out.

Went before a movie. They were busier than Google said that they were and we were concerned we wouldn't get our food in time. Because we chose to eat outside, we didn't have to wait. Our waiter was very friendly, helpful, and expedient. Between he and the server, we had great service and time for more fries. My only complaint is that my cod was way over cooked.

Love Red Robin, but this place needed some TLC. The waiting area needed swept and the bottle lighting above us had a layer of dust all over it. The waitress stand had random silverware laying around. We got our food quickly, but the place was pretty empty. Food was good. No complaints there, and my waiter was friendly.

I would have given a five-star for the service but was not impressed with not being greeted by a hostess for quite some time. Someone did finally appear but was more focused on a large group that came in at the same time and didn't even acknowledge my friend and I. Eventually she did but then walked away again without coming back to seat us. Someone else eventually showed up and we did get seated. However, after that it was a five-star service experience. Our server was Shani who was able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. She was also very attentive and pleasant during our visit. The people who served our food and refilled our fry baskets we're also very accommodating and made sure that our needs were met. I had the mouth watering Scorpion gourmet burger with fresh jalapenos added which was perfect. It was juicy, messy and spicy hot.🔥

On my way back home to northeast Ohio a very good friend suggested that we stop at Red Robin on Gemini Place. He said that this location was excellent and he visits when he is in the neighborhood. When we entered we received the level of service that I expect from Red Robin. We were seated promptly. Although our party was large our server Nicole was excellent. I ordered the Scorpion Burger because I am a fan of SPICY. I am a fan although if you are expecting super spicy the Scorpion Burger is not but it is tasty. Overall I would definitely recommend the Gemini location.

Red Robin always delivers, and this trip was no different. The pretzels, and the burgers are always yummy.

It's my favorite burger place. Not too expensive considering most of the sides and non-alcoholic drinks are bottomless. It has a nice pub/diner aesthetic with not too long of a wait and every server I've had was nice and helpful.

Walked in the door today at 11:15 am... We were the second people seated. Ordered pretty much right away. Then proceeded to wait forever. Waitress told us a "big order" just came in but our food was just about out. 1 hrs later we left at 12:15pm... No food in sight, multiple other families that came in after us had already been served. We left and went to Sonic right next door... Had food in 5min

Went to celebrate Hubby's Birthday. Several birthdays were being celebrated. Our waitress was super nice and got hubby his Birthday Sunday but didn't sing to him because he's too bashful. She was so considerate. Food was great, service was great, and the experience was 😊 fun. I did forget to take photos 😢.

Whenever I'm in the mood for a bomb burger, I know I don't have to look any further than Red Robin. I never leave disappointed. Friendly staff, great service, and amazing food makes for a wonderful experience.

The burgers were great and cooked to order. The prices practically the same as a fast food/drive thru and the food wasn't greasy! Love this place!!

Always friendly staff and quick on the refills. I wish they still had fruit as a side option though or onion rings. I don't like fries or any other side option, so I can't order a sandwich here. I get the crispy fried chicken salad instead and it is yummy and huge!!

Everything was great except the kitchen time. From the time we sat down to the time we got our food it was around 45 minutes. We were a party of 6, sitting outdoors on the patio. The bartender was our server and he was very nice and as attentive as he could be but was trying to cover 4-5 outdoor tables and the bar by himself.

We’ve been here a handful of times and every time we get great staff! The waiters are friendly and fast, the food doesn’t take forever, it’s hot and made to order (we have very picky eaters with us) they are always accommodating for children and the bathrooms are always clean! The hostess are always nice and keep you updated when there’s a wait and how long it will be, just a great place to go overall!
