I have been a regular at Final Cut since the casino opened a long time ago. Unfortunately it has really gone downhill. I used to be confident bringing clients or friends there. And frankly normally it’s comped for me so I have a higher threshold since I’m not paying. But man it’s gone downhill. The service team is still strong and the drinks are good. But the food quality and preparation has slipped dramatically in the past few months. I’m sure it’s a challenging environment to get good kitchen help but it shouldn’t be difficult to get decent food quality. Everything is off. And has been the past few times. I’m hoping Management sees this. When a customer passes up $150 in food credit and chooses to go to the theoretically more pedestrian restaurant (OH) something is wrong. EDIT: We went back a week or so ago and it was like the old Final Cut. Service was good as always, but the food quality has improved dramatically. I understand there's a new executive chef. Kudos.

The service here was absolutely horrible. I have never waited so long to order, for the food, and for the bill. I actually pulled out my timer while waiting for the bill and it took 46 minutes. If you pride yourself in being a steakhouse, you better be pretty darn good at steak. My husbands was over cooked and my friends steak came out rare twice (she sent it back) when she ordered it medium well. She didn’t end up even eating it because everyone was done with their meals anyways. They were however nice enough to take it off the bill. The worst part is that my clam and shrimp bucatini was very underdone. The clam taste was so horrible I had to spit it out. This was completely disheartening because I am pregnant. I did want to risk uncooked seafood at the expense of harming my baby. The service and food was completely unacceptable and the server seemed to brush off and chuckle at our complaints like this was the standard for the restaurant.

I got a bowl of French onion soup and the 6 oz. bacon wrapped filet mignon and shrimp (3). It came with broccolini and a loaded baked potato. Total bill was over $120 The French onion soup was amazing, however, I waited 55 minutes after I finished my soup before my dinner was brought to me. Once it did arrive, all of the meal was ice cold. My filet, which I ordered rare, came over cooked so bad it looked like a chunk of overdone pork loin. I will never go back to this dump. Save your money folks. It is obvious that the management of this so-called restaurant doesn’t read these reviews and act upon what they are saying. Very, very disappointed.

The food was really good when it finally arrived. Had to wait for a hour for shrimp and French onnion soup then my soup was forgot it sat there for who knows how long and when I asked about it rhe waiter says he/she just waits then proceeds to get it immediately we also had to wait hours to get a refill im not sure if they was understaffed over booked or what some people came in after us and was served first but I gave the benefit of the doubt they may have ordered something easier than i did i also was able to walk up and get seated was a dirty used cup under my wife's seat didnt get a photo

I came along with my coworkers for our works holiday party on January 21st which was late due to our conflicting schedules. We arrived on time and the server took our drink orders and our first drinks were brought out. After this everything became awful. My drink sat empty for 30 minutes until I was asked if I wanted another, and after my second I was never asked again. We placed our orders, a medium rare ribeye with a lobster tail for myself. The food finally came out after an hour only for the steak to be cool to the touch and the lobster slightly overcooked. As we finished our meals and asked for our checks the server became rude because she assumed it was all under one check. Due to this oversight on the restaurants part we waited a full hour waiting for our checks and then to pay our food. The best part is that they had the audacity to automatically place a 20% tip into our bills. I believe a server should be tipped according to the service they provide, and the service I received here was some of the worst I have encountered.

The only thing worth anything was the lobster tail. We had the wedge salad, new York strip, broccolini, lobster tail and steak fries. We are regulars at Final Cut in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Wedge salad - it was ok New York Strip - WAY over seasoned Broccolini - tasted like a grill brush Steak fries - tasted like an old baked potato Lobster tail - perfect so I give them 2 stars Coke Zero - tasted old Don’t waste your money!!!!!!

We went on Saturday and had an amazing experience! The food was served timely and was delicious! We had a mix of seafood and steak and all was perfectly cooked! The side dishes were also delicious! Our server was exceptional! He was quick, friendly and had a wonderful personality! We will be back!

The food was ok, definitely not worth the price they charged. We had filet and it was very bland and our server (Hassan) never checked in on our table. He never refilled our drinks, never checked to see if our food was ok and one of the steaks were over cooked. We had this server the very first time we attended this restaurant and he delivered poor service then. I’m glad we glad gift certificates and since his service was really poor, we didn’t leave no tip. I would go to longhorns or Texas Roadhouse before I would come here again. The food is better and it’s half the price.

Food quality did not match the price. Forty five dollars for NY strip that was pitiful. Total waste. Sides did not measure up either. It’s a pretend high quality steakhouse. Probably should dine at one of Columbus’s wonderful steakhouse’s before going to the casino. This will leave you disappointed.

4:30pm on 10/17/22. Male greeter said he had a booth available, I let him know I preferred a table. He said “we are really booked tonight so it will look weird”. Not sure what he meant. When we left at 6pm there was a grand total of 4 people with about 20 empty tables🙄. Husband ordered Ribeye and I ordered filet, both med/well. It took 45 min for our food to come and we both received filet. Waitress took my husband’s filet back to get his ribeye, and it took another 20 min to get it. My filet was very dry and burnt black. Only thing that was good was the baked potato. All in all this place was not worth the price and would never go back!

We have dined at this establishment more than 5 times. Tonight's supper started out well about 4 pm. Our appetizer was very skimpy, tiny cherry type tomatoes sliced in half, perhaps 8 total. We ordered ribeye steaks @$48 each expecting hot food. When our steaks arrived with potatoes, only the potatoes were warm. So we ate the potatoes and continued to wait, about 15 mins or longer. The steaks arrived hot this time, with our potatoes settled we were no longer hungry. I tasted my steak it had a seasoning that was so salty . Two potatoes and an appetizer were not worth more than $113. When you sit down to eat a $100 meal you expect hot and enjoyable food. I was very disappointed.

We used to drive an hour one way very often because this restaurant and the chef was worth it. We went tonight after a year hiatus and it was absolutely terrible food. Not just the entrees, the sides were horrible as well. The waitress was awesome but they need a new chef immediately. We will not go back unless/until that happens.

This place was amazing we drove 2 hrs to see a fight at the casino. Decided to try The lounge at Final Cut. We did not have reservations but were lucky enough to get a table in the bar. The waitress and staff were amazing and the food was delicious!

Where do I begin? Let's start with the good. The atmosphere is gorgeous, especially if you like that "old Hollywood " vibe. Lots of cool things to look at . So moving on. We went there in October (5 months ago) it had a great dining experience for my birthday. Everything was perfection from the service to food to the atmosphere. So we went back tonight for our friends birthday. It was terrible service. I've had better service at the waffle house. Both my steak and my friends steak wasn't cooked the way we ordered. I didn't say anything about mine but her steak was supposed to well done and came out rare. She didn't get it back until we were done eating. Unacceptable for "5 star dining". We weren't offered appetizers, drinks, and we waited a very long time to be served, then waited a long time to get our dinners only for the birthday girl to sit without food even longer. My husband spilled sauce all over the table and I told the waiter. He grabbed a napkin and sat it on the table. He never cleaned it up. We tried to tell the manager when he came over but he wasn't listening. We paid way too much money for a 1 star experience and management who didn't care.

This was our favorite steak house. Today we left before the main course. Everything from the hostess to the drinks to the waitress to the appetizers to the management completely destroyed the experience. But the bread was good. Half of the menu you may see online no longer exists.

Excellent service. Great food. The steaks were all perfectly cooked and tender. The fried cheese appetizer was delicious!

Food was amazing as always! I think with them only being open weekends the service has gone down because they're completely full and can't provide the experience they use to.

The food quality and menu selection continues to be sub-par. Pre-COVID food was much better, bread and steaks were amazing. They were out of lettuce (server said it went bad) so no wedge. Opted for the Caesar instead and the dressing was potent. Main entree was Sea Bass, had an awful chemical like taste and 3 pieces of bok Choy. Mac and Cheese was good. We will not be back as we’ve tried multiple times in the past year with similar experiences.

Probably one of the best places we have ever been out to eat . The environment was phenomenal, the scenery is to die for , seating was the most comfortable, staff very polite , and the food was the best I have ever had while dinning out !!! I highly recommend this place to everyone .!!

We had our anniversary dinner here, and it was fantastic.. first time dining in, and we are amazed. The food I ordered was the shrimp bacon wrap it was a little too salty for me, so i didn't enjoy it much.., but my husband got the ribeye, and it was so good. The ambiance is beautiful, and the decor is wow! And our waitress was so nice and offered us free dessert to celebrate our anniversary..

I attended a private event where the chef prepared foods from different gambling destinations. It concept i loved. Most of the food was tasty as well. My only concern was the amount of fat on the steak. Overall the experience and food was good.
