Ordered country fried steak and when it came out you could CLEARLY see it had gone bad some time ago. I'm talking literal chunks in the gravy portion. Not the little meat pieces. The dairy part was chunky. I couldn't bring myself to touch a single thing on the plate. Ordered toast that either had mold or something not right on it. Manager tried saying it was from blueberries but it was IN the bread. So if it was berries, that toast had been sitting for a VERY long time. Thankfully my friend was able to eat his burger and fries, but I will never go back to this location and I urge you to do the same. Manager was completely unapologetic about the situation and all but told us to leave because I told him I didn't feel comfortable eating anything coming out of that kitchen.

The main attraction is supposed to be the food, but that and the coffee were both served cold. Our server offered to replace my dish, but I settled for nuking it instead. Coffee was just a way different bland taste; there was no fixing that. Our server was fantastic, The restaurant itself was very clean, and tables were spread a good distance apart.

Sat next to an unbiased table while other booths were clearly available. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time given short staffed. Servers were complaining openly but generally friendly. Not the best not the worst.

BEST IHOP IN TOWN…….. Idk if they had old owner or something changed by the old reviews but let me tell you this. I have been here twice and the whole time this place gave nothing but great service and clean environment. Let me say I drive a long way just to come here because I been to three different ihop and they are not way near this one. First other ihop are dirty and have a smell along of long wait with bad waiters which is a no for me. The food here is good not to add of course I add my own salt and pepper other than that the eggs and my French toast have been greatly serviced. Not only that this ihop is never crowded because it is big and they have different sitting area. DON’T TRUST WHAT I SAY HOW ABOUT STOPPING IN AND IF YOU SEE OR EXPERIENCE DIFFERENTLY. LEAVE ME A MEAN COMMENT UNDER HERE

This place used to have super slow service and the food was ok at best but now it's actually pretty good! Will definitely be going back now with the new staff change

Awesome place to eat and I really enjoyed my meal.

I'm sure everyone that was working was doing their best. But they always seem understaffed. I arrived on time to pick up my online order, sat down as no one was up front. I was able to sit and play games on my phone waiting to be acknowledged. Again I'm sure they were doing the best with what they were dealt. It just seems it's like that every time I've gone it there.

Food was actually very good 😃(eggs, hashbrowns, pancakes, ham, salad, burger and fries), but… The restaurant was not clean, the bathroom has a toilet leaking across the entire length of the bathroom (flooding), and they seem short staffed. Our waitress was decent but there is room for improvement with service. ☹️

Never go here! The staff is horrible! The food was good but when it was time to pay things turned volatile. We had a large group; the waitress Bree split our bills and everyone paid. After most of our party left she came back and said there was still food that had not been paid for. Unfortunately, Bree failed to split the checks correctly. We explained to her that we had already paid our bills and could not pay for the "leftover food". Instead of trying to help us find a solution our sixteen year old waitress walked away and gave it to another waitress. This waitress (who was "forced" to come to work even though she had an active ear infection) then told us that we have to either pay or she's calling the police and we can't come back. We asked for our receipts so we could figure out where the confusion occured. None of the staff was able to produce a receipt. BUT they were in the kitchen screaming and cussing (a little threatening). No management was available. Oh, let's not forget the homeless man that was harassing customers and sleeping in one of the booths. Worst service ever.

Hostess was awesome... Very short staffed watched several people leave from wait .. the hostess was awesome she was very nice patient and helpful she was attentive and extremely courteous.. i wasnt able to get her name she had no name tag but a petite African American lady with a tatto of a heart on her neck .. tried to leave her a nice tip too she deserves to be recognized especially due to the amount of pressure and speed it took her to fulfill the many orders and seting and door dash and questions.. she is a good value to ur company.. thanks

This is always the worst ihop me & my family has been to. It use to always stink & the carpet was dirty & they would always have extension cord just laying everyone for a neon sign in the window. The music before was blaring crazy loud in the first door entrance. 1 time I ordered breakfast that had bananas & they were out & that same visit their plumbing was down & all the toilets had pee sitting in them couldn’t wash your hands. The cooks & waiters probably couldn’t wash their hands either idk how they remained even open. I was there last weekend it wasn’t even busy I got a table right away & we were there for a hour & everyone had like the same easy pancake order & we never got our food. The waiter told us our food will be out shortly & that was a lie & never checked on us again. While she was taking my order she stopped listening to me to talk to a couple random ppl that just walked right up to her didn’t even wait at the front desk? & she started to talk to them & wasn’t listening to me. We sat right in front of the kitchen & all we kept seeing was nothing but drinks slowly coming out. No food in sight. Every table around us was waiting for food. We had a child & a toddler & baby with us & she never offered to bring out their food first at least. We had to get up and walk out & didn’t get any breakfast because at that point churches would be getting out & im sure would be busier at every breakfast restaurant. I hate going to this location every time. The people that work there don’t seem like they’re in no hurry I was watching the cook moved so slow. Every time I’ve done pick up they’re so slow. Every time I first walk in they’re so slow to talk to you or offer to help you. They need new management it seems.they seem to always be short staffed.

Disappointed. I got the international pancakes pictured on the front of the menu. They were tinier than what I expected, pictures attached. I asked when ordering if I can add an additional one, but they said no. The only thing I could do is order another set of 4. The whipped cream was enough to overpower every other flavor. The chocolate chip pancakes were okay, but they didn't mix the chips in, just toss on top. I gave +1 star for the staffs friendliness and cooks prep of the food. Store was clean. My issue is with the establishment, not staff. Oh and endless coffee is endless because you can't drink more than a few sips. Please invest in drinkable coffee.

This is place is amazing. I truly like eating here. The manager was phenomenal. He was amazing and very helpful. Service was good but little pricy. Good place.
