I ordered a shrimp basket and fries and 6 hot wings.Well shrimp looked "gray" and fried?Looks like freezer burn bad shrimp battered then fried.Gross!The fries were soggy.The wings not even cooked done.I called them back he told me his shrimp is always gray.????What is going on...I love shrimp and i ve had all kind never looked like this! The manager said not to eaty food and the driver would come back and return my money the driver calls back and gives me out of an 18 $ meal 8 $..they are liars and theives.they driver twlls me everything cost 18.25$ how ?5.50 6 undone wings,8$ gray shrimp basket and soggy fries and 1.75 soda??????.And the health dept willed be called on.them.I have my receipt and i have on film me giving all the food to driver I can only call police on these losers.DONT ORDER FROM THEM.!!!!Can anyone help me understand this..here is pics

Ordered from this nice little place around 12 AM. Service took about an hour and delivery man was very kind. Gave him a very big tip and he gave me a very big smile! It is great to see good customer service out there! Food was absolutely delicious you can tell they put time and care into their food! Will definitely order again. The fried Mac and Cheese is so good!

I was a customer last winter and back then I thought the pizza was kind of whatever. I tried it again a couple months ago and it's been really good ever since. Now I go every couple of weeks or so. I usually get their pizza, which is a little inconsistent if I'm being honest, but I like it. The strombolis are the bomb, and I've also tried their new baklava which I liked. The guys are always real nice to me, and it's always so fast. It's a pretty good pizza joint, all in all.

I've ordered delivery many times and food/service was just fine. Tonight I tried to order for pick-up and they wouldn't take my order because I wanted to pay with a card and my friend was picking it up. Which I understand because they said they needed a signature, but when I tried to say that I would just let him know to pay for it when he got there, they said they WOULDN'T take my order! Sorry if you get prank orders or something, but now you actually lost a customer. Rude.

I've ordered from them many, many times and never had less than a great experience. The drivers and people in house are always so kind and wonderful. The only time I've ever had one misheard order, we drove back the incorrect food and had the issue resolved. I will always recommend them for late night food!!! Thanks Pharaoh's :)

Ordered what looked to be decent food. For the price it was. My problem was the deliveryman. He came to my door banging, waking everyone up (PAST MIDNIGHT, MAN). Then proceeded to hit the door buzzer countless times. When I DID open the door he had the gull to yell at me like a child for not coming sooner. Then when I got the food several things were missing and my order was screwed up. The food is great, customer service is not. I would not recommend ordering delivery from this place at any point in your life.

Don’t order the pretzel dog-it was shriveled up and wrapped in what looked like an old bun. We received all the items we ordered. Stromboli was good, but it didn’t taste fully cooked (raw onion) though it was burnt on the edges? Pizza was good but it was very chewy, like it had been previously refrigerated or frozen. Not worth the price in all honesty. The overall taste was decent but the quality just isn’t there. We did order late at night, around midnight so perhaps that had an effect on the quality. Also, our receipt stapled to the bag did not reflect the prices on the actual online menu.

We ordered from a hotel room, and the delivery guy found us with no trouble. The food was delivered quickly and was nice and hot. They even brought us some plates. Everything tasted excellent! I order from Pharoh's every time I come to Columbus, and they have always done a great job. They are reasonably priced and friendly as well.

I ordered from here last night and they brought me the wrong pop and the funnel cake is disgusting but I ordered again today because the Italian Stromboli was amazing! So today I ordered another one plus chocolate chip cheese cake and a pop. I got the right pop and the cheese cake is amazing! Glad I gave it a second chance! Also unlike anyone else around here if you get off work late and their about to close they will still deliver Food! Amazing!

Not sure what happened, but this once awesome pizzaria with great customer service and even greater pizza has simply plummeted. A year ago, I would've given this pizza place 5 stars. I'm from NYC originally and this was the only "real" NYC style pizza I've found in Columbus in the last two decades. Until suddenly about 8 months ago our pizzas started coming to us with little flavor and even less cheese. This became the norm, so we stopped ordering for awhile. Finally addressed the situation with them and had to start asking for extra cheese...and checking it upon pick up...and several times laughing at what they called extra cheese and asking them for what we paid for. We even started paying for extra cheese just so we could get close to having what is expected of normal cheese (hence making "pizza" and not just sauce bread...) Tonight I was told the total would be an additional $1.25 on top of what we've been paying for the last 6 months for a two topping pizza. So now they want more money for even less product. (Last time, I could literally count the "extra cheese" since it looked like sprinkles.) Never ordering from them again.

Over priced given the quality of the food, the guy i placed an order with over the phone was really difficult to understand, ended up paying 40 dollars for maybe 15 dollars worth of food. I've been in columbus for a decent amount of time and this place has changed ownership quite a few times over the years, now they're calling the place "Papa Joe's". Chicken nuggets were good though.

I recently ordered a large pizza and cheesy bread from pharaoh's. It took roughly half an hour to deliver, which wasn't bad, but the food was absolutely TERRIBLE! Easily the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. It tasted like half-cooked cardboard covered in grease. I will never order from here again.
