Love it. It's awesome. We're in our early 30s and it's "adventurous" (more so than movies or bowling type things) without being physically demanding. Our tour guide David was awesome and the rivers and bridges tour was beautiful. If you like history you learn a lot of cool facts about the history of downtown Columbus and get to see the new stuff too. Riding the segways is actually super easy after the quick training session and so fun. Makes you feel like a kid having fun. Everyone you pass on the sidewalk definitely looks jealous! Hoping to go back and do the Christmas lights tour! Fun for old and young!

Ron was a great tour guide; he knew the city well and had plenty of funny stories and tidbits to keep the three of us engaged. His Segway prep had us feeling comfortable with all of the functions of the Segway and the different terrains we encountered. He went above and beyond with what he showed us with the City tour and made my visit to Columbus more enjoyable as I am unlikely to be here for business again soon. His recommendations for Lunch and Ice Cream afterward were spot on with Condado and Jeni's.

Our guide Ron was amazing. Excellent training and a full two hour Segway tour. One caution. We paid for the 3 hour maximum on the on-street parking. It was very close. We had 3 minutes to spare and the parking police were parked behind our car waiting for the time to expire. Use the garage to be safe. The guy in front of us wasn't so lucky.

I took my staff on this tour for a Holiday Thank you event. It exceeded my expectations. Ron was a great host! Everyone loved it and it was everyone's first time on a Segway. We all learned and enjoyed every minute. Great amount of practice time before tour.

We have enjoyed the Segway tours twice. Even as locals, both tours were educational & fun. Our guide was knowledgeable, helpful and great personality to lead us around the city. We definitely recommend both tours!

We had the opportunity to do the Holiday Lights tour, last night. Mr. Smith was our tour guide. Part of the tour is to wear a headset. Piped through the set was delightful Christmas music along with Mr. Smith’s direction and history lessons. Mr. Smith was a absolute delight. With his smooth, comforting voice he lead us on a very exciting journey through the light displays in Columbus, Ohio. Everyone needs to experience this activity it is a absolute joy.

This was such a great adventure. I had never used a Segway before and the tour guide, David, had great instructions and made sure we all were educated well enough to travel before heading out. The Segway was so much fun to drive and I want one. The tour was fun and it was nice when we stopped a few times, David took our photo for us.

Even locals will learn something new during this almost 2 hour tour. David provided interesting history and fun stories about a large section of downtown. We saw lots of renovation blending the old and new. Green spaces were especially beautiful. Thanks for an awesome morning!

SegAway tours was an awesome experience for my mom and I. A perfect family, couple, and solo activity that everyone should try!

My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to take the final tour of the year to explore downtown Columbus and the Scioto Mile in all of it's lit-up Christmas glory! Ron & Dave were cheerful and always kept a lighthearted attitude from beginning to end. The first few minutes were spent in a small group, with the instructor getting everyone familiar and comfortable with the Segway and how it's operated. They made a potentially intimidating new experience a very easy and fun lesson. After everyone quit accidentally backing up and swerving into each other, we spent the rest of the night effortlessly gliding along through a safe but exciting route through downtown and all of it's more interesting areas - Short North, Brewery District & Nationwide Arena, Columbus Commons, and The Scioto Mile. This was especially beautiful as Christmas lights abound, and we even zipped through and along a happy crowd excited to see The Nutcracker at the Ohio Theater. Everyone was connected via wireless headsets so that the instructor could both help with safely navigating the group, as well as filling us in with interesting information about certain areas or buildings we were passing at the time. And he always had time for silly jokes along the way. Was one of the best date ideas I've experienced, and would definitely recommend it to people of all ages.

Great tour of Columbus! We moved here about six months before we took the tour and it was a great way to learn more about the city. It's a little pricey, but the tour is two hours long so it is worth it. Plus the Segways are a lot of fun and really easy to get used to. If you can ride a bike, you can definitely handle a Segway.

This great, we'll guided tour opened up the city of Columbus to me! I'll love going back to the different areas on my own now! An accident on my part stll wouldn't keep me from riding again. Ron & David took such great care of me through my embarrassment of being so stupid after knocking myself off! I will always be grateful for having been in such good hands. Gliding through the city is the memory I'll have!

The convention center is "really big". At times it felt like I was "walking" really far just to find "what I wanted". The bathrooms had a "nice smell" but I am happy they did. It gave me a "ravenous appetite" for gyrds. Very "luscious" and "in your face" gyrds sold by "friendly" staff.

Ron was an upbeat, informative and compassionate tour guide. What a wonderful way to see the city and to learn about Columbus' rich history.

My wife and I were visiting Columbus, OH and decided to try out the Segway tour. Hands down, one of the best decisions. We got a great glimpse of this beautiful city. We are newbies to riding the Segway and David made sure we were all comfortable on it. This was a fun and humor-filled experience that was quite memorable for all. My sister and I had such a wonderful time on our tour. Dave gave very clear and explicit directions on operating the Segways. We're retirement age and had no problems. We are local but Dave was able to share lots of new and interesting facts we weren't aware of about numerous points of interest on the River and Bridges tour. The time flew by! Thank you Dave!

This trip was a blast. Ron did an Awesome job teach us how to ride, looking out for our safety and narrating the sights of Columbus. I would recommend taking the family and doing one of their tours. They have a light tour in December that we'll be back for. I would totaly recommend!

Wow! I couldn’t say enough good things about this. We were visiting Columbus for the weekend and this the perfect way to learn about and see the city. SegAway Tour was a blast!

Went into the tour with mid-level expectations, but came out SUPER happy that we did it! Absolutely loved it. The tour guide was awesome and a great instructor on how to ride Segways. The 2-hour tour (including training on the Segways) was just the right length. Everything about the tour was professional -- wouldn't change a thing. Riding the Segways was a great experience and a great way to see and learn about the city. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a fun and unique outing.

10/10 I'd do this tour again it was so much fun. David is an excellent tour guide that knows Columbus and it's history well.
