It’s such a beautiful trail to go for a jog or walk! I go on walks often and this is one of my favorite trails in Columbus. The lighting is also amazing (I love photography so I sometimes take pictures here). Perfect place to have picnics and relaxing walks!

Absolutely loved it. As a traveler and avid walk/jogger, it was perfect. Great sight lines. The walkway was in excellent shape. Can't wait to explore more in downtown Columbus.

Always so pretty and clean here no matter what type or time of day. The lighting is phenomenal and the colors of the buildings, grass, and trees always seem so vibrant! I bring out of towners here for a low key, free activity and it’s always a hit.

I love it! Down here is great. I like to swings. I like the little walk the little shaded areas you can sit in and just relax and get your mind right. Plenty of swings. They added nice little greenery and garden type stuff they have down here now. If you get down here early it's great you can get down here late. It's great

I love this area at anytime of year, there’s something for everyone in the area! The beautiful fall colors are fantastic this year! There’s plenty to do in the area from eating and drinking to entertainment. It’s fun to find all the little statues around here also. If you’re looking for a place to walk in this area, I highly recommend the mile!

Nice view of the river and the Columbus downtown buildings. The Scioto park looks better in person so the pictures won’t justify the beauty of this park. Very clean and well maintained!

I run Scioto Mile every weekend. 10-15 miles per day. There's plenty of hills, curves and scenic routes for everyone. Scioto Mile has bridges and water for kayaking.. Some days are full, with cyclists, runners, walkers, scooters and much more, while other days seem to be more quiet and tranquil. Never a dull moment for me. There are enough hills to challenge every runner at any level :)

Great place for a walk, run, or just to hangout. We could only find street parking, but maybe we missed a parking lot somewhere. The atmosphere is relaxing, and it's a great place to just enjoy Columbus.

Very nice and well kept trail! It is spacious enough to safely go around folks walking, and has a great view! My only qualm is construction getting rid of some of scenery further down the trail. But all in all, the mile is great!

Twas a good time. I rode the scooters and was approached by only 3 homeless people begging for change. Long story short... Twas so romantic, ol' chucklez got laid that day. And I can definitely say Ill be back for seconds.

It's such a lovely area now with growing shade trees. We took our dog and teenagers for a picnic and it was so nice. It seems to be all open when you walk along the several levels of sidewalks, but when you settle in a grassy area, it feels like you have your own yard with neighbors walking by.

Beautiful park, meticulously maintained, the lawns were golf course quality. Had a great time riding a scooter around and exploring the area.

Took a stroll through downtown on a BIRD scooter 🛴 last night. Great date night out idea. Was really pretty riding next to the water around the Scioto Mile, definitely recommend! Download the app before you go to save some time Android and Apple friendly.

Beautiful place for a weekend or weekday visit for everyone whether couple or family. Beautiful scooting river. You can rent an eBike and zip through or bring your own bike or skateboard. Rent a kayak or boat to zip through the river. Enjoy a dinner at milestone.

I usually visit when I want to take a casual walk in the afternoons. The area is so well maintained, and looks even more beautiful at night.

As a native of the city, it's quite an experience seeing how this area has transformed into a nice place. Put some street food near this location and maybe some easier access to bikes, and this will be a full destination of its own. It's still quite a beautiful place to visit even without those features.

Pleasant green strip by the river with nice views of downtown but a little lacking in shade trees. I didn't have time to get to the Audubon area.

Quiet, clean and safe with a nice view of the city, id say during the day is better because at night at lot of the young kids go out with their scouters and you have to keep an eye specially if you are walking your dog specially during the summer

Clean and accessible walk in downtown, highlighting the river, the bridges and skyline. Great fountains and porch swing style seating for enjoyment. Just wish there was a simple playground for young kids at some point in all the "parks" along this river bank. Great Sunday walk for 5 of us ranging from ages 4 to 54, then a quick drive to North Market for Jeni's ice cream!

It’s an amazing place to go for family walks, biking, running, jogging, and relaxation. It has great spots for photo shoot as well. If you new in town and wants somewhere to go with your family I strongly recommend this spot!

Absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. An incredible asset to downtown. Super convenient for lunchtime strolls, jogging, etc. Very accessible - lots of ramp entrances in multiple locations.

Probably my favorite thing about downtown Columbus. There are cool bench swings along the walk, facing the water.

This is my go-to walking spot on nice days. Garage parking within a block of the river is great. I get about a 3mi walk in with the route I take without leaving the downtown area.

Extremely beautiful view. The swing benches are very nice and made out of metal. Down of the benches do squeak and other than street parking there's not a good place to park. Another thing is right behind you is a busy street, so that takes away from the magic a bit. Lovely view of the river and COSI and you can see quite a few skyscrapers. All and all nice relaxing place

With all the light and wide sidewalks, it's a perfect date night stroll.. The views are AMAZING

One of my favorite outdoor, city scenes to walk. Water fountain when up and running is good to cool off in the summertime, and they have the park in front of COSI for little kids to play. Nice days, people busy walking around, snapping pictures, running, biking, skateboarding and just reading or people watching on the spread out benches or on a patch in the grass. Police Dept is right across the street from COSI, never had any issues or witnessed any crazy stuff going on in the area.
