I recently got the opportunity to experience my first zip line adventure this June ‘22! I did not know what to expect but I’m THOROUGHLY impressed with the staff and service and professionalism we received. Our guides (Tyler,Maddie)were careful,knowledgeable and extremely patient with us. (Corny jokes were were tension busting.) I recommend it! Honestly worth checking out.

PERFECT adventure for our group!! Booked our small Girl Scout Daisy Troop (9 girls) for the Kids Park adventure; amazing experience. Reserved 2 slots about 5 days in advance (very short notice); next day I needed to remove one of the spots. Left a message, staff called immediately, did the refund with no problem, then shared the special patches and discounts for Girl Scouts, adjusted our invoice so we saved money, and offered to get our whole group in at the same time rather than staggered slots. Then, the day of, we needed to add back the spot we removed, it was no problem, they adjusted it over the phone just an hour before the event. That's above-and-beyond service!!! The activity itself was PERFECT. Organized, clean, safe, loads of fun. The girls loved the course, it was age-appropriate but challenging. Staff was overly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. There was plenty of space in the covered picnic area to chill and eat snacks after the activity, we didn't feel rushed, just a fun, relaxing event for everyone. Also very pleased with the cost, very reasonable! Thank you ZipZone!!

The canopy tour was an awesome experience! We had a group of 9, 7 of which are kids, ranging from 8 to 16. Our guides Soph and Spencer were awesome and made sure everyone had a good time, while keeping them safe.

Zipzone was dope! Really enjoyed my time there. Our tour guides Daniel and Tyler were a ton of fun, guys with good attitudes and just knew how to vibe with people. The made it comfortable and more fun by just being themselves and trying to engage with the group. Daniel was there on his day off to cover for another guy and I just thought it was awesome that even though it was his day off he still held such a great attitude so good for him especially. The ziplining canopy tour itself was a blast, 5 ziplines for a good price! It was a beautiful day to. Overall good time, would definitely come back!

Amazing experience! My partner and I had never zipped before today. Our guides were Ryan and Eric and they were knowledgeable and reassuring. There were some nerves kicking around and the guides were calm and comforting. It was scary to start because it was a new experience but it got easier. Once you're secure in the fact that the guides do this all the time and safety is priority, it became easier. It's that first step... We will definitely come back next time we're in Ohio!! Thanks to Ryan and Eric for a fabulous experience!!

Price was $89 per person for the canopy tour. It included 4 photos as well that they email to you! There was a maximum of 8 per group (with 2 guides), but we only had our group of 5, so that was nice to just have our family. A couple of the landing areas were pretty cozy with only the 5 of us on them, so not sure how I’d feel with 3 additional people. The guides were very sweet. 2 young ladies that were professional and knowledgeable. We always felt very safe. They position all your gear for you before zipping. Half way through, our guide had mini waters. Also, I did notice that you could buy bottled water when you’re done for $1.00 from the refrigerated case or get a cup and free water from their igloo type cooler. Kudos to Zip Zone for not gouging customers on that! Overall, we had a really fun time. I could have taken a little more height and challenge, but overall it was a great first experience zipping…one that all ages could enjoy. Oh, and you can pre tip when you buy tickets in advance. I think it’s $10.00. We actually gave our guides $40 each. They deserved it. Good job, Maria and Devyn!

Awesome system for safety. Very fun environment and staff. Even saw a racoon nest. The black course is really challenging and long. Make sure you have good upper body strength to do that one.

What an amazing day! My daughter and I made an impromptu trip today! The staff was so very kind, helpful, and informed! A big shout out to Allie for teaching my daughter everything she needed to know! Charlie and Ray were also so kind and helpful! Big thrills, great views, worth the work we put in climbing in the sky! We can’t wait to come back!!

For the middle of Ohio, this place is fantastic! Clean, organized property with efficient staff. All the equipment was well cared for and clean. Tyler, Spencer, and Jane were excellent zipline tour guides. We did the Canopy Tour and rather than just zipping from one platform to another, they made it interesting and fun with optional "challenges" on each zip. We would definitely come back here again.

Had a great time. Our guides were great and fun. Only bad thing was missing the entrance and having to get turned around to go back.

Had a great experience today with my family. Paige and Andrew were excellent, especially making my daughter feel like the queen of the world. Excellent people, excellent experience. Highly recommend. We will be going back.

Fun for 4 to 6 year olds in Kid Zone. For the cost, the use of Porta Johns instead of indoor plumbing is unacceptable.

Took my kiddo for his 7th bday. Did the yellow and green courses. Loved it! He was so excited. The pre-course was super helpful for me to feel comfortable taking him up on the high ropes. I'm glad I went with him as they don't have guides. I think 8-9 year olds could pair off and be fine as long as they are physically fit and aren't scared of heights. Took my youngest to the kids park earlier. It was very nice and despite the harnesses being a little over kill for what the park is, it is a good way for the littles to get a similar experience and feel like big kids. They still do a double caribeaner, but don't use the teasels. We'll definitely be back.

Sam & Cam were awesome tour guides! They were super information, helpful, and made the experience so fun and easy! I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a lovely way to experience the outdoors in Columbus. We will definitely come back for the night version of it!

My Mom had never been ziplining and mentioned several times that she really wanted to try it. So for her upcoming 85th birthday, I took her ziplining at ZipZone as a surprise present. She absolutely loved it and described it as a "scary fun time". Sam and Cooper were our guides and they were so entertaining and made our ziplining even more fun. The course is made up of four seperate ziplines, all located under tree cover. The fall was the perfect time for us to go because we also got to enjoy the leaves changing on the trees. Such a fun experience!

Devyn and Cooper did an outstanding job of guiding us through the Canopy Tour!! We will definitely be back to traipse through the woods, hopefully with both of them as our guides!

Our group of 8 had a great time! Scenery was beautiful and cool in the shade. Our guides Cooper and Soph were thorough and friendly engaging us in conversation, mini challenges, and fun facts the whole time. Cooper was supportive and accommodating to one group member who got scared part way through so we all made it together. Adventure park was challenging and fun with very helpful instructors. Highly recommend!

I loved this adventure! Cooper & Spencer made my first land ziplining experience awesome! The gave fun facts, took great pictures and even provides a little water to ensure we were hydrated. If you are looking for a great adventure in central Ohio, this is the place for you!

So clean & a beautiful setting. The staff was very organized and friendly. We loved it & the kids are ready to go back!

Staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way. Choose course level wisely, I got too confident and ended up with a few bruises but that was my own fault. A lot of fun for the whole family. Child has been going for school or extracurricular outings for a few years and we’ve gone as a family a couple times. Never done their camp but they do offer a solid camp program from what I can tell that we’d like to try!

This place is AWESOME! My husband and I did this as a date and it was soo much fun! They give you a good safety rundown and then send you on you way to have fun. We will absolutely come back and bring friends/family. Be ready for a workout! Cannot express how much fun this was for both of us. Super friendly staff and challenging, fun courses.

Staff was super helpful and fun and made sure we were all safe and having a good time. The zip lines are great, you feel like you are deep in the forest and forget about the city for a hot second. Devyn and Paige are the best tour guides you can hope for.

Kids had such a great time. My daughter was ready for the big kid course after practicing the basics on the kids course. My son who has sensory processing issues and he loved it. He followed the rules and clipped in when he was suppose too. I recommend it for all families. The next time we got we are gonna try the bigger course.

An amazing birthday experience!!! Very safe, fun and informative. We did the Canopy Tour and the guides had great energy and made sure to make everyone feel as safe as possible while still having a great time. The tour offers 4 sky bridges and 5 zip lines. My boyfriend and I had an AMAZING time!! Sam and Thea were awesome tour guides and really made the experience really fun! I am afraid of heights but with their confidence it really made me feel at ease and was able to just enjoy myself. I would recommend doing this! We plan on coming back to do a night tour. Can’t wait!!
