We had a blast! I do wish the staff was a little more attentive to how many people are on a trampoline though. I have littles and it was hard to navigate because kids were just invasive, and staff was inattentive to that.

Corporate needs to put money into fixing a few things in this building. Staff are extremely kind. They do the best of their ability to make your visit a great experience.

The kids had fun. Small group party. The food was ok. The two young ladies who were serving us were very nice, friendly and helpful. I gave it a 4 because most of the drinks we requested, they were out. The overall experience was great. We definitely will recommend this place for a kids birthday party.

Great place to let the kids have a blast. Party was a little delayed but well worth it. Pizza was great some of the best. Room was good sized. A little unorganized but with that many kids running around what can be expected?

Hello! A very nice young little lady helped my family because we aren’t good at énglish. We had to fill out á form and she stayed next to us and filled it out for us. This was á little back but She used google translate to help my husband understand more and the rest of my family. Her tag started with a C that’s all I can remember. The kids had a bueno time , will definitely come back!

This is the best place I’ve ever been in my whole life. My kids were so excited they were screaming whenever they walked in the doors. They had the glow in the night thingy on and we were so excited to be there. I’m so sad that we live in Canada and don’t have one near us.

We had a terrible experience with this Sky Zone. We had booked a birthday party during the toddler hour for a Saturday morning. The instructions on the email for the party told us to arrive a half hour early to make sure everything was set up. We arrived thirty minutes early and when we arrived the manager was pulling up as well. The manager informed us that they had been closed since Tuesday due to plumbing issues. We informed the manager we had a scheduled party that was already paid for. The manager was not tracking which right away showed us the lack of planning they did. We also asked why we never received a phone call to let us know before hand to make other arrangements for the party and the manager could not give a reason. We had to ask for a refund and it took several minutes of negotiation for them to finally refund us. This place is a complete joke and has no professionalism or care to their customers. Will never recommend to people or be returning.
