Everyone it's so nice here. Small shop selling local merchandise and giving out information about the city. Easy to find, parking is close with an attached parking garage. Clean and inviting!

Very nice and helpful staff. Lots of brochures for info, but options for QR codes too. Parking was hard to figure out, but I found a street with meters behind them (& there are garages, but I wasn't sure if it was validated parking or pay). Lots of cool Columbus merchandise for sale too!

The staff at Experience Columbus are passionate about promoting our city. Want to host a convention? They'll help you get it set up. Want to know what's going on? They have the scoop. Want to find fun and unique Columbus-themed gifts? Check out their store. Friendly, knowledgeable, passionate.

This is an excellent resource for things to see and do. I have live in Cbus for 30 yrs and am still finding new things to explore. I especially love the various "trails" that lead you to some of the lesser know businesses. We're starting the Pizza Trail this week

We are visiting from NC and decided to try the Experience Columbus Coffee “hop”! On the last day of our trip, upon finishing our hops, we went to the Experience Columbus Arena Office, only to find it wasn’t open; however, the kind and considerate staff who happened to be working on-site today, allowed us to complete our experience on a very positive note. Thank you for a great family adventure!

I relocated here 6- years ago for work from Los Angeles. Beware! I don't care what you read about how great it is to visit or live here, see for yourself first. - Terrible drivers! Tailgating is horrific! - Intitlement is a virus here. -Extreme weather, hot or cold, horrible. - Humid summers, fridged winters. - If you are health minded? All there is to do is eat here. The food quality is mostly poor. Whole Foods has 3- stores here, finally. The only thing that I found that was good was the cost of living is low. Other then that, that's not enough!!!

Came here to get my Columbus Ale Trail Vol. #1 pint glass. Lady at the counter was very friendly and they really do have information on local activities and places, and even have locally made items, postcards, souvenirs for sale.

Experience Columbus does a great job showcasing the city! I've lived in many places, including Houston and Denver, and I can tell you that Columbus is a great place to visit and live. I've been here 16 years and amazed how it has changed and continues to reinvent itself. It is one of the few Midwest cities that is growing and bringing new energy back to its downtown. The future is bright and it's star is on the rise.
