This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There was no maid service they don't empty trash,bring linens, give you toilet paper, vacuum, or provide any service what so ever. It's over priced at $64 a night! Then they charged me a $20 deposit which wasn't a problem until I went to check out and the manager argued and refused to return my $20. He said I had three people in the room when in fact I only had myself and one other person. When I first arrived a friend came by and helped carry in my luggage and this was considered a third person. He was only in the room long enough to put my suit cases down and say good bye. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend anyone staying here.

Made a reservation online. Upon checkin we waited 10-15min in the cold rain for someone to come to the office door. We rang the doorbell and called the number multiple times. Finally, I hear a phone ringing while I’m calling and look around the corner to see a lady pushing a shopping cart full of linens. She tells us she needs to get the key to the office from the other side of the motel; which is a Motel 6 for some reason. She returns and lets us in. As we are checking in she asks if we want a smoking or non smoking room. We requested non smoking and she got defensive and insisted if we smoked in the room there would be a $100 charge. I reassured her we do not smoke, so the warning is not necessary. She then proceeded to get an attitude and raise her voice and point at the smoke detector in her office to threaten me, once more, with a $100 charge if we smoked in the room. I told her again, I don’t smoke and I would’ve requested a smoking room if I did. She proceeded with the paperwork and asked how many people would be in the room. I told her the two of us and she gave me one room key while telling me, “no more than two people”. Okay? What about the other person’s key? She wanted to charge me $5 for another key! After careful deliberation she gave me another key at no charge. Now for the room: Scrambled “cable”. The bed is somehow the softest ever; which of course meant no support. The towels are thin and miss matched with no arrangement. Just half assedly folded and thrown on the counter. The bathroom was freshly painted! You could tell bc the put tape over the hook on the door and didn’t remove it. Although, they didn’t do the same for the door handles, there are paint splatters all over it. The toilet hissed and clunked every two minutes. It took an army to turn on the shower and I’m sure if I would’ve broke the handle trying they would’ve charged me for it. The room I booked said it was supposed to have a fridge and microwave, but given the check in experience I wasn’t going to argue with her-I will bring that to the attention of the booking agency. When we arrived our second night the front desk lady was out patrolling and when we parked in front of our room she hassled us and couldn’t understand us when we responded to her question, “what room, you stay in?” We had to tell her three times our room number. Considering there were no other cars parked ANYWHERE on our side of the motel and the previous night we had given her our make and model of car; as well as the fact that she worked with us; you would think she could recognize us. Let me continue, as I was sleeping I woke up and noticed a musty odor. I’m fairly certain it was coming from the plumbing panel on the wall. Also, as I write this I’m taking a dump and I smell stale cigarettes in the bathroom. I swear if they try to charge me for smoking in here it’s going to be a hell of a dispute. Also, the toilet is now clogged. Can’t even take a normal dump in this dump. All in all the worst motel I’ve stayed in.

The owner kicked me off the property before finishing checking me in and giving me a key card because i asked has anyone ever reported bed bugs there. Refused to give me my money back and called the police on me. They have bed bugs for sure. Curtains are filthy you can just see from the outside how filthy. Just shockingly terrible conditions before u even get to see a room. Lobby chair was crawling with bed bugs

My table had a white substance on it and I touched and it was sticky and so I tasted it and it was gross it was in room 17

This was the most inhumane place I have ever seen in the United States of America. I cannot compare it to a place in the backside of a third world country. The steps leading to the rooms is in a deplorable condition , the green carpet is covered with dogs hair that seems to have been there for years. When I entered the room it was a sight to see. I was afraid to even go further than the door. The microwave and fridge was filthy, the night stand drawer was broken. The lobby chairs I was afraid to sit on them. The guy was asleep on the couch. It is not fit for human dwelling.

Tried to rent a room and was turned away. Asked why and told they were fully booked. Man behind me checked in told her he had no reservation and she had no problem.

Not worth a stay. First I booked ahead of time & received 2 separate email confirmations for the 1 room I booked so I called to make sure it was only 1 room... The guy said "yes one room" when we got there he was telling the guy in front of us to leave... When I got up there he tried to charge my card for 2 rooms not one, then he told me " no stay here leave go you no stay here" all while yelling at the woman behind the counter in another language. Stay somewhere, not worth even a $1.

This place is horrible we booked online and the manager cussed us out, arguing we didn't pay even when we showed him our booking reciept. Once he finally gave us a room, we get to it and the toilet seat is completely broke off laying next to the toilet on the floor. We had no soap and no towels or soap. And nothing was plugged in we had to move furniture to plug in all the appliances. And we checked the beds and their were no bugs but a bunch of trash and just it should be cleaned. Once we turn on the TV didn't work and we didn't have a remote even, so we called the office to get it fix and he came and once he came to fix it, we magically got a remote. We were telling him all our problems with our room and he found the wire had been cut. He started cussing us out again when we asked for another room and said he would call the police. Why would anyone call the police when we paid to stay here and nothing works. You'd think atleast the toilet seat would be attached and we could atleast watch the general channels. I will never stay here again to get cussed out and threatened with cops coming over the quality of their establishment.

I've stayed in some pretty terrible places. From 2 start hotels to back woods hostels. I have never been in a hotel that deserved 1 star until now. This place deserves no stars. Not to mention the budget inn is located in the same building as a motel 6 but hidden in the back. The management and front desk are just stupid. We called to ask if they have microwaves and upon presenting the question the lady proceeds to ask how many people, how many nights. We ask again about microwaves and she asks the same questions until we answer. Then she gave us a total and I said but do the rooms have microwaves? She finally said no microwaves and no fridge. Okay at least we know now. We got into the room and low and behold there was both a fridge and a microwave. When we checked in the man was incredibly rude. Couldn't be bothered to speak with a kind tone. Despicable. The sound of someone screaming upstairs was incredibly difficult to bare while trying to sleep. It went on for hours as if someone was being tortured. Then at some point it sounded like something heavy was being dragged down the steps. Very disturbing. I hope no one got killed. Everything is dirty, the pool is filled in with gravel, the TVs look like you're trying to watch with one of those old antennas. The worst part about this place, what drove me to write this review is the gosh darn shower. Went front HOT to COLD randomly without touching the handle. I hate this place. The people living here should be investigated and this place should be condemned.

Do not ever stay here I repeat do not I promise you will regret it. I checked in at this hotel I was only there for 6 hours soon as I layer down I started feeling pinches on my arm, left side of my chest and I wasn’t even underneath the covers. As soon as I jump up there was 2 beds bugs running away to the back of the bed where the head board is. I even took pictures of the one that stop running then they tried to tell me it’s not a bedbug. The staff is very rude there was mold in the bathroom this place needs shut down.

The staff is rude, the rooms are out dated and dirty Only thing that I did like was the location in walking distance to food and shopping. I will never stay at another budget inn or motel 6 very funny. Oh if you stay by the week like I did no house keeping and no complimentary breakfast as advertised. Had to go to office and ask for fresh towels after being there for 4days out of 7. Sheets didn't look too clean either. I do not recommend this facility and will not be going there again

Would never go there again. They have bed bugs & ants ! 2 of my family members got bit. When we picked up to leave in the middle of the night the man tried to argue with me that they don't have bugs & almost didn't want to give my deposit back. And come to find out another family left that night. The manager is rude & doesn't care about his business. I can tell by the way he keeps up the rooms. They're dirty & smell 🤢 Don't believe those pictures! That is NOT how they look.

This place is the worst, lots of Bedbugs and lots of cockroaches everywhere.. the owner is so rude, they drug deal at night.. stay away from these people they are bad and horrible..
