Fun place to hang out whether a game you care about is going on or not. Excellent wings, in fact all of their food is pretty darn good. Even those of you who get a salad at a wing place will be impressed!

So I order the dumpster fries and traditional medium wings. Nearly straving I anxiously opened up all the food but sadly disappointed and a bit disgusted to find my chicken still had it's feather 🪶 on it. SMH of course we plucked feathers in dug in anyways half way through my food no longer thinking about anything but how dare good those dumpster fries were I suddenly became ill sick to my stomach and a general bad feeling. I stop eating made a hot cup of Joe hoping that would settle my tummy 😕 I suffer roughly an hour. I ponder on this all evening what could have caused the sudden illness food poisoning? Possibly it makes me just how clean was that chicken? Next time I get a taste for some dumpster fries and wing dings I think I'll make it myself!! Better safe than sorry 😞

This restaurant was an experience for sure. The service was good food was good and the overall cleanliness was decent.

The service was great. The food was decent. It's a good place to have a drink eat some descent bar food and watch sports. The wings were soggy in my opinion. Get the boneless instead.

I found out that every Rooster's isn't the same. I've eaten at several Rooster's but before the pandemic started, I noticed a difference, which caused me to go to others. I was told by a cashier that the franchisees could go to any supplier, while the corporate sites had to go to only one. Hence, the difference in the sizes of wings. Ironically, the menus talk about pigeon wings. Yeah, I believe that's the franchisee choice near where I live. So I no longer go there, and don't recommend it to my wing-eating friends.

Highly disappointed at this place i come here every week to watch the game and order wings and pizza . This time the wings was super disgusting and super soggy . I had to change my wings so about 3 times and each time it came back it was just worst ! . I had to change my review and my rating this visit which is disappointing! The wings was oily soggy and warm not fresh at all ! I don’t write reviews like this but I’m very disappointed i couldn’t even get a refund ! I will never return to roosters ever

Nice food, good service. The place always super busy, but I had never have to wait to get to a table, the waitresses do a good job. I love the sauce on their wings and drumstick. Prices are fine.

I've been frequenting Roosters for many years, the main reason is their outstanding wings. My personal experiences have been nothing but positive. The staff are always attentive and friendly, no matter how busy they are. Highly recommend! The very best wings in Columbus by far. Will always be a regular at Roosters as long as they keep up the awesome work.

I did not like the wings. They were disgusting and the wings had a lot of fat. The mozzarella sticks were hollow inside. Food was cold. I'm not talking about room temperature cold, I'm talking about really cold.

A coworker took me here while I was in town for a business trip. I ordered ten traditional wings (five hot, five Korean BBQ). I must say that I fell in love with the Korean BBQ wings and will definitely get ten of those next time instead. Not that the hot wings were bad, they were actually pretty good as well. I just preferred the sweet flavor of the Korean BBQ!

I was not impressed. The wings are large, but had little to no flavor and with minimum sauce added on each wing. (I had the garlic flavor and the medium flavor wings). In fact, the wings were almost dry. There was a twenty minute wait to cook wings but the chicken looked like they had been sitting a while instead of being fresh cooked.

CLEAN!!! I have always ordered takeouts, first time dining in since the pandemic and its pretty clean for the covid standards, watched them disinfect their tables and it made me feel safe to dine in...thanks guys

The Drive-Up option for carryout is a great idea. It would on the other hand be great if all of our ordered items were given to me in the bag. It seems to be an ongoing issue with carryout no matter where you go. Missing kids drinks, extra sides, etc. It always seems to be an inconvenience but not large enough to call the manager to complain about it. It just makes me regret leaving a larger tip.

Our server Taylor was great the food was too: hot, fresh, plentiful & the wait time was in minutes!

Roosters no matter what location has the best BLT sandwich/Burger on the planet. Love it love it love it!!! The sandwich is packed with bacon, crunch in every bite, bun super soft, crunchy lettuce, perfect non watery tomato. The Caesar salad with the dressing on the side add onions red of course and tomatoes and you'll never lose. I've been recreating the sandwich for the past week and a half

Great service and friendly!! Missing some appetizer or side items like onion feathers and their wedges have changed due to the vendor which is disappointing.

My wife and I stopped here on our way home for our free chili from the Blue Jackets game. The chili was ok but I tasted a hint of sugar in the chili. I hate sweet food so I added just a little bit of salt which made it much more palatable for me. Still the chili and pizza were good. I would definitely like to stop here again and try other items on the menu.

It was busy but not too crowded. When we found a seat, NO ONE acknowledged we were there. Not ONE waitress said a word. After 15 minutes of no service, we moved to another part of the restaurant and was IMMEDIATELY taken care of. That waitress took VERY good care of us. As for the food it was ok. It's was just warm enough like it had sat for a bit ... Kinda warm-ish. I've been to other ROOSTER locations and everything was great. So this time won't stop me from coming back, I'll just be much more vocal about the things we had a problem with. We'll visit again, I just hope it's much better next time.

Nice little place to eat. The girl server was decent, but could use some help with the face to face communication and energy/pep/excitement levels. Standard foods, nothing special. Good wing selection. Salads were fresh. Beer was cold. Bathrooms could use attention. Worth a try but don't expect over-the-moon experience.
