Be ur own judge! This company’s employees r over worked and very unhappy! To behave this way to ppl that make ur business possible seems oxymoronic! Genuinely Seems the company owners don’t care!

    No single sign even on its shipping / receiving office door. I was late on my Saturday night appointment. The lady at receiving office smiled malevolently when she told me that I had to rescedule a new appointment on Monday and waste 3 days. In 3 days on Tuesday at 12:15 am I checked in and got a door at 4:15. The guy at the receiving office was finicky but not nasty. Perhaps, this has been my worst delivery experience for last couple of years..

    Guide yourself in. lady was very pleasant and cheerful. The yard dog helped me set my multi temp trailer. And the yard was nice and clean. But they do need to paint lines to the dock. They are using pylons to help you.

    This place is so bad but I actually had to write my first review showed up for a delivery at 11:15 PM my appointment was for midnight was told at the time it would be at least four hours before they called me for a door l. I explain to them that there is no good parking anywhere near here and was told to either find a place at the truckstop or find someplace else if I didn’t like those answers I could just take the product back where I picked it up from. 5:45 AM they finally called me to a door I go check in the lady behind the counter ask how my mornings going I say not very well since I had a midnight appointment she gets an attitude and talks about how they have Covid and staffing issues and I should just be lucky I got called to a door now. I have been held up at mini shippers and receivers but none have been so vile and rude about their miss management. Whoever runs this facility needs to hire more competent staff and if the person running this facility is the one scheduling your shipments you really need to find a better job because you are failing at it

    This by far the worst company I have ever visited, with 0 customer service. They are disrespectful to drivers, they keep you for long hours without reason, and the 60 something years old white women at the front desk fights with every drivers and thinks of her job to fight instead of help their driver and needs to be removed immediately. I suggest no one ever visits this company.

    The lady at the receiving desk (on Friday) was extremely rude. I arrived at 1 am and she threatened to not get me offloaded unless I wrote my check-in as 2:45 am. Also, when I was checking out, I asked her why she had me lie, and she screamed at me, telling me that “this is business”, then told me to leave, or she would call security. The offloading per se, went smooth. Plan on being there for at least 4 hours, because the loads for this company are normally floor-loaded. We also had to pay lumper fee.

    This is a worst place. They can't respect the driver. My appointment was 2:30am I was checked at 01:45am they told me wait out side we will call you. Then they didn't call me until 8:00am in the morning. After 8:00am they call me I just miss them missed call after 10 minutes I saw and call back to them. They told you already pass make different appointment and different day. Do you think this a fair. If you call to them they said don't call back again. They just give a warning. Special the lady one works in the reception.

    I am a driver for one of the carriers, I was very impressed with the speed of emptying the trailers and the professionalism shown by the employees of the 3rd shift crew. Very pleasant people! I was was here two nights in a row, barely backed into a spot for staging and they called. You should be proud of this shift as a part of your team. Treated everyone with respect and courtesy!

    They strictly follow appointment timings. Must call for check in. If you are early, you need to find a parking spot on the street. Once got the call and backed in a door, it's 2 hrs in and out.

    Not bad place. In and out in a reasonable time. They have signs outside the receiving window that says no overnight parking for incoming loads. Not sure it they would take you a day early or not. There was no one in the office when I showed up. There is a Pilot near by but it's small as hell. So the T/A in London would probably be a better choice

    My appointment was at 2am but the took me at 12:00AM there is super nice lady in receiving desk before I even took my paper in they started to unloaded me with in five mint they done there is over night parking too I will definitely come back here

    Today is 6/13/23. Arrived at 1330. Had an apt for 0300 for 6/14/23. I saw the reviews about them taking drivers early and even 24 hours early so I was hopeful and decided to try my luck. When i got here unfortunately I wasn’t so lucky. They said on Tuesday’s they couldn’t take me before 8pm because they need the doors for some special thing they only do on Tuesday’s apparently. 🤷‍♂️ She made it seem like that if it was any other day they would’ve taken me right away. She said they start receiving at 8 and to call then and see if they’d take me. She also told me I could stay in their overflow lot around the corner behind the main building until it was time. (Small dirt lot probly holds up to 10 trucks if that) And at 8 I called and gave my po# and got a door right away. It’s 8:30 and they’re done already. Just waiting on call to get bills. Very fast and organized place with friendly people 10/10 wish everywhere was this smooth.

    Appointment 1AM, arrived 8:00PM Went straight to shipping and receiving office, the guy there just handed me a piece of paper for instructions and closed his window right away, ok understandable you don’t wanna deal with questions and answers. Took the paper which tells you where to park and the telephone number to call for check in. Went straight to the lot where u allowed to park until your appointment is up. The lot is too small, tight and can take up to 4 or 5 trucks so if you not lucky u need to drive to pilot which is 1 mile away and good luck finding a place there too. So I suggest you park on the side of the road until the lot is clear. Called the number to check in, and he informed me once He have a door he will call. 2:30AM I received a call for a door 5:30AM I was out. 5 hours and 30min.between assigning door, unloading the truck and get ur paper. If its taking that long, at least allow drivers to sleep at your location instead of running around to find a safe parking.

    This place under new crew. Receiving lady was very sweet. Came in 12hrs early parked in staging area checked in at 2 am an hour before app time got me a door hour later was unloaded... will come back thank you receiving nice job..

    Absolutely Amazing, got here way before my appointment time because of my company screwing it up and they still accommodated me. In less than 2 hours am out of here. Loved it, the lady at the Receiving desk was really cordial and understanding and so was the gentleman who unloaded me. Thank you guys.

    If you have the option, do not come here unless you enjoy being talked to like you’re 3 years old. I arrived at 1930 for a 2000 appointment, parked on the road, and called the number given to me to check in. My first two calls went straight to voicemail, and my 3rd was finally answered 5 minutes til. The woman who answered the phone had an immediate attitude when I told her I was there for an 2000 appt. She asked “what’s your PO#” in a very snarky way. I asked her what number it started with because I had several. She responded “well sir it’s a PO number” but in the rudest way imaginable. I told her she didn’t need to be so rude and she hung up on me. I called back and my number was obviously blocked as it went straight to voicemail immediately. I informed my company and they also tried calling to no avail. In 7 years driving, I’ve NEVER been treated so badly. There is zero excuse to allow your employees to speak to professional drivers this way and treat them with contempt. The reviews on this place are legit so believe them, and if you have to deliver here I apologize. Disgusting attitudes.

    A great place to unload. Really fast and a very pleasant staff. The drawback is that there really isn't a lot of space for overnight parking. That is because a few drivers can't park unless there is a line..There would be a lot more space if drivers knew and cared about the next person.

    Awesome place to deliver. Arrived at 2030 for 2300 appointment and I got a door right away. Unloaded and ppw in hand by 2200. Friendly staff and lots of room to manoeuvre. Can’t ask for much more than that! 2nd experience same as first! Checked in 2350 with full 53’; left at 0115. Same great staff!

    I’m giving 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because I didn’t really had no issues here, I know I checked it the reviews before I got there and drivers were complaining about what they’ve experienced in this company, in my opinion my appointment was 21:00 and I got there 20:40. I went the checking office/receiving, there was a nice lady the front desk, and I think people will treat you the way you treat them, so what I do is I don’t expect to treat me better from anyone I always try to start my self to do better, so she looked at her chart dock and said she don’t have door for me now but you can you wait in a couple minutes, I said yes no problem, soon I turn my back to my Truck she called me and said luckily there’s this guy his paper work is finished go to that door and I was like my that’s my girl🫡By 22:00 I was done unloading.

    This Sygma location in Columbus, OH has made changes and it shows! I arrived an entire day early right before a big storm and they let me in the gate and gave me a door# right away no problems at all! This was 3 days before Christmas also! Unloading was fast and efficient and the staff was super friendly! They made this experience well worth the hustle getting here from South Phoenix in less than 72 hrs! Absolutely I will return with another load soon!! Thanks folks!

    I really like delivering here. Most of the time I get a door assignment right away, even when showing up a few hours early. Unloading is usually only around an hour, and Kim in receiving is always nice. My only real gripes would be the holding lot needs to be smoothed out more often (gravel lot, big holes), and backing up to the docks at night can be tricky since the lines are almost completely faded away. Overnight parking is a bonus, if it's not totally full by the time you're looking for a spot.

    1st time here, and was pleasantly surprised. They have a small staging area to the south of the building, 15 minutes or so to your appointment time call receiving (may have to call a few times) and get greeted with a friendly voice. I got assigned a door immediately and backed in with plenty of room. Take your bills and seal into receiving and back to your truck with minimal waiting zero attitude. My appointment was at 8 pm and by 930 pm I'm rolling out. Keep up the great job and keeping us moving with respect.

    My last visit here 10/06, was quite different. The new lady (Kim) at the receiving window was friendly, professional and helpful. Opposite of all my previous experiences :) My appt was 1130, I checked in 1030, I got a door 1115 and was done by 1230. Great overall experience, I believe Kim helps appointments to run smoother and faster. This was a change needed, the previous lady at the receiving windows was just bitter and argumentative. Kim changed my opinion on Sygma Warehouse, I would start deliver here again and hopefully everything goes great.

    This place has improved a lot now. I talked to the new supervisor and he told me that he is working really hard to make this place driver friendly. He actually has done good work. Because this palce was used to be a nightmare for the drivers.

    Lovely people. Very help full if you are lost and need to find you way, just ask a yard dog or someone in one of the office. They are also very quick to unload had me unloaded with in an hour. Very Lovely people. Would love to come back soon.

    In and out before my appointment time. This place has changed for the better! Great job! Update! Got another load to deliver to Sygma. Same as last time. Very quick and friendly! They were busy so I had to wait for my scheduled appointment time. Full truck load out in 45 minutes. Tom the supervisor was very professional.

    This is one of the best sygma locations! Very nice staff and if your in the 8:00 time slot for a unload it's gonna be quick. Left 1 star off because your 3rd party truck lot is in bad shape and it doesn't have enough room. I suggest not showing up here to early or everyone is gonna be bottled up.

    Hello, They are very friendly when you call them, especially the supervisor Mr Tom. They unload my full trailer in 20 mins. They gave me dock on phone call.They are so quick. There are very less facilities in US those provides such a good service. They are one of them. Again very good experience.

    Regal Transport deliver load on Thursday, my appointment I had to delivery was set Friday 2.00am. I called receiving after 8.00pm on Wednesday, The lady in receiving office (KIM) was great I request her to take my load earlier she talked with her supervisor name Tim OR Tom I forgot his name. They both were great with good heart and understanding GOD BLESS THEM they took my load 24 hours before my appointment

    This place is best for delivery. My appointment was at 3 AM i checked in one day early at 7:40 PM and got door at 8:40 PM . They took only 1 hour to unload and paperwork. The lady at receiving (KIM) is the best receiver i have ever met. She is so helpful and polite.

    So often we, as truck drivers, are often treated like we're an inconvenience to whomever is working behind the window. We're often berated, spoken to like we're a toddler, and just made to feel unwelcome. I just want to thank Kim for her professionalism and courtesy. I'm waiting to turn my paperwork in, and watched her difuse to separate, difficult situations. It's late, they running behind, and drivers can get pretty antisocial and rude. It's a defense mechanism for us I think. Anyway, her customer service toward the drivers was very noteworthy. Thank you Kim for treating us like we're people and not animals.
